|| 🍍• I’m probably not the first to say it, but imma gonna say it anyway…

…we were robbed with the Orion Pax arc in Transformers: Prime.

The fact that the 3 episodes supposedly spanned over a time period of months, is crazy.

Did Megatron make a conscious effort to actually “catch-up” with Orion when he said there’d be “plenty of time” for it?

If they did, what did they talk about? Was it awkward and short? Was it lighthearted and whimsical? Did it bizarrely feel as though the war had never been? Did Megatron lose himself in the illusion of a former friend?

If they didn’t, did Orion attempt to pursue a catch-up with the former gladiator, himself?

Did Orion forget to call Megatron his name, instead uttering Megatronus? How did the tyrant react to this? Was he insulted? Did he not mind in the privacy of their off-shifts?

What had been Orion’s final memory?

Did Orion ever inquire about Alpha Trion?

What did Orion get up to on his off-shift hours aboard the warship?

Did he have his rations in the company of others, or did Orion eat alone? Did he eat with Megatron?

Did Orion ever ask to venture to the Earth’s surface to see its beauty up close? Did Megatron go with him if permitted and show him?

Did Orion, inquisitive as ever, inquire why everyone looked so different - why Soundwave appeared so thin, why he, himself, felt so heavy, why Megatron seemed so distant and cold and angry?

What were his other interactions with Knock Out like, if there were any? Did he and Breakdown steer clear of him like the others? Or did Breakdown’s un-Decepticon and odd consideration for others spread and extend itself to the timid clerk with ease? Would Knock Out follow suit given his coy interest in the mech Orion became, or because of his partner’s kinder spark? Did Knock Out ever offer Orion a cool new paint touch-up?

What had Megatron worried Starscream would do or say to Orion when the warlord said “he did not…do or say anything troubling to you?” …despite the obvious, obviously. Why was Megatron so determined to live a lie?

Did Soundwave privately raise his concerns of allowing the amnesiac Prime so close to Megatron again, to the Decepticon leader himself? How would Megatron have reacted to it?

Did any of the rest of the crew hint at their concerns of having an amnesiac Prime aboard?

What unfolded after Orion slipped away?

What were Megatron’s real intentions of having Orion on board if Soundwave was capable enough to do the same thing?

Did Megatron think Orion, if provided another chance, would still want to be beside him after everything he’d done? Is that why the mistruths he told were so elaborate that he ended up getting caught in them and when Orion stirred to see their error, Megatron resorted to violence knowing that he could not save his fantasy???

…you know…just a few thoughts really :)

Time for another subtle cue analysis from me!

Today's topic is Rocket's reactions to Gamora vs Peter in Vol 2 after they crash the ship on Berhert.

When Gamora is berating them for getting the ship wrecked, Peter wasn't taking the talk seriously and being boisterous, when it pans to Rocket, who Peter basically blames it entirely on, this is the first shot we get about how he felt when Gamora was yelling at them.

He's looking pensive, receptive, like "yeah, I guess I screwed up." he's open to the criticism, (and yes, it is fair he did set off the events of the space chase, but I think he was legitimately confident he could get them out of there unharmed without Peter's interference) but as soon as Quill tries to place all blame on him for the crash...

He's being antagonized, like 'that's how you wanna play?' And he gets defensive.

When they are leaving he looks at Peter and bares his teeth a bit, because he's still pissed at him, for blaming him for everything and calling him names.

At this point in his arc he's not sure if he belongs to the team, it seemed like a good idea when they just saved Xandar but now it's been a couple months and the high of being heroes together has worn thin and he is questioning if this is right for him. He's glaring at him side-eye style too. This causes Peter to turn to say something.

When he says, "Hope Daddy isn't as big a dick as you, orphan-boy," he is literally just saying this to be hurtful because he's been festering on this anger since the day before-- but if you watch closely you can see he's really, really just upset, and now Peter and the others are leaving him behind to do all the work on the ship, taking care of Groot and guarding their prisoner Nebula.

He is very conflicted and the main reason he's sticking it out is for Groot's sake. He remains pissed off until the encounter with Yondu because this argument with Peter never gets resolved. He has this fear that being himself, flaws included will make people hate him and Peter even drives that stake further in him with the last thing he says before leaving. "What is your goal here? To get everybody to hate you? Cuz it's working."

There's that affirmation.

Thoughts on a Neurodivergent Lucifer

I had already had a post about Luci being on the autism spectrum at one point, but I loooost it D:

Here are my thoughts! Once again! They will not be in-depth by any means! ANDDDD this is headcanon, with some canon influence/speculation!!!

Please note that mun themself is autistic!!

So!

Autism is a SPECTRUM. You have people like me, who are super awkward/socially weird/whatever as children, and when we grow up, we learn to compensate for most of it!! Which means that the older we get and the further into adulthood, the better we get at faking being "normal"! I myself work in the field of customer service and have for five whole years, which has taught me to blend in a lot better than before I had this job!! On the other hand, I have other autistic friends who CANNOT COMPENSATE or hide their differences even if they really want to!! The traits on the spectrum vary by A LOT, both in specific traits, and in intensity of the trait!!! As for Lucifer - he'd be a "level 1", which is the "mildest" form of autism! (Please note that autism and intellectual disability are not one in the same.)

Observations I've noticed in the show itself - Lucifer seems uncomfortable and very socially awkward around people he doesn't know, or when having to interact with lots of people. The whole of episode 5 is pretty much him being a socially awkward bb~ He is extremely awkward around the hotel when he first arrives, and he is visibly uncomfortable when Mimsy talks to him. Which kinda very much resonates with my lived experience tbh

Hyperfixations are actually a major part of the autism diagnostic criteria! Lucifer's rubber duck obsession, anyone?? (That said, it can also be a sign of just how bad his depression got.)

Heading more into straight-up headcanon territory - this one ties in with hyperfixation! I write Lucifer in my threads as being very very very prone to getting so very absorbed in his tasks that hours and hour can pass and when he eventually comes out of it, he suddenly realizes he's starving, he's exhausted, he's stiff all over from not moving, etc.

Lucifer doesn't know what autism even is, really, or that that is something he is or could be

Thinking about how Edward had to suffer through Esme's accumulation of human memories. Just every time she realised what happened at the hands of Charles, perhaps the first time someone moves too quickly or speaks too loudly. The memory is so vivid all of a sudden, and unfortunately Edward has to witness it too.

The way Esme can't place why she feels so empty; then she witnesses a mother cradling her child in her arms, and the memory of Esme's own baby boy practically winds her.

And all while this is happening, Carlisle remains completely oblivious while Edward has to endure it. Esme's memories both return randomly and are too private for Edward to share with Carlisle unless he feels as if Carlisle needs to know something.

Esme struggles through too, both ashamed and conscious that Edward will know. She apologises to him every time she stumbles across another recollection, but eventually she realises that Edward is probably the person she needs to speak to when trying to understand her emotions for Carlisle.

They have a lot of heart to heart conversations about her past and how it attributes both to her self-worth and the fear of it impacting how Carlisle will see her. And it also means that talking to Edward helps him feel more comfortable speaking to Carlisle about things she has revealed to him.

(EXCLUSIVE) FUN FACT ABOUT THE FOLLOWER HIVEMIND IN THE LAMB'S BISHOP FUTURE VERSE:

((Going from their main verse where they were once a healthy strapping sheep who once had fine control over their give crowns to a giant looming deity into their doomed future of their crowns slowly corrupting the mind of its very crown bear, history slowly repeats itself over the many millennia with its very own Emperor becoming the very thing they had fought to keep from power. Powerful and even surpassing the very bishops that had once looked down upon them for dethroning them of their status, the Lamb slowly has started to cave into the crowns' influence with them slowly easing some of its' own rot into the sheep's mind; corrupting their mortal morals in favor of exploiting their inner circle of spouses and disciplines who hold the highest levels of devotion of their very cult. The rot of the crowns had already started with the physicality of the Lamb's own body, growing new crowns within the very Lamb's frame to help cultivate more power into their vessel's body for the matter of its' own survival and gain. More power means more taking up space of the container the crowns' had been forced in after being separated from their previous hosts long ago, and when the Lamb can only contain so much of their physical growth the crowns start to mentally stretch their corruption to the Ewe's very own hivemind of followers. For the crowns it is extra storage being used to help boost their powers from afar, and for their followers it means losing their memories and bodies being traded to serve as puppets for their very God.

Not only did their own followers that had joined their hivemind for unity (although mute, their spouses talk with them freely through their telepathic hivemind bond), their followers had joined this hivemind to get as close as they can to their God, and now dear shared spouse, as they raised themselves up in loyalty to help strengthen their deity in their conquest to help their home flourish. When being a discipline and marriage to the Lamb helps alleviate a follower in status, with holding some type of power over their lesser brother in arms if only to help look after them with ease, they unknowingly trade their very freedom and voice when they desired to get as close to their god as possible with their love and devotion. Followers that join the hivemind take the pledge of revoking their voice in favor of wanting to mentally connect with their fellow spouse family, only ever talking in hand sign language towards anyone outside of the inner circle when they are prompted to. To be connected means unity, and being connected means they have a direct link to their god in every way they've been allowed to in wanting to be their deity's bond companions.

But in their want to be as close to their god and help spread the word of their holy righteousness, they trade their voice and most of all their will as well. Why worry if you might lose a few words if your Leader is always there to keep your safe? Why worry when you are quite connection to heaven and death in every which way? Yet with that connection, it leaves the crowns the right to dig into the follower's mind and eat all of its memories so those things can fill that believer's brain full of nothing but the Lamb's gospel, the corruption starts in a super slow growth. When the Leader's mind gets corrupted, it also starts to spread to the inner circle hivemind in reflection to how deep their control over their inner flock is.

And to explain that, I drew up some visuals to help explain it as I go through the phases explaining how the corrupt works a little:

1st Phase - At lvl 10, the corruption has already taken hold once the follower has become a discipline and a spouse. The Lamb and the believer's mind are now linked, and through their telepathy the lamb had quiet control over the follower's very actions. The corrupt growth is not visible yet, yet possession control is possible but not always active. The Follower is still their own person and will slowly start to get used to sharing their own thoughts with their new mind roommates who've been married longer to their god. With a will still present, it does take some energy for the Lamb to override the believer's thoughts and body, quiet guidance still has to be taken to keep the follower under the Emperor's thumb.

2nd Phase - At lvl 30, with the crowns already set on growing more crowns and setting in their own corruption it has started to spread to the followers as well, the black growth starts to develop across the believer's fur or scales in lil patches or spots. The more the follower has leveled themselves up with their God, the more the growth slowly starts to spread over their skin. It is a slow, painless process, but the follower will be strongly encouraged to cover the black rubbery skin with long sleeved robes and hoods to cover any of the markings the Lamb will call their divine enlightenment. Outer followers from the colony are not allowed to see it under the excuse of such markings being possible to blind a low ranking follower with their divine beauty. Veils are not yet introduced as the corrupt has yet to spread to the follower's face, but their pupils will start to turn to a bright gold regardless though. The follower's Will will start to become less resistive to the Lamb's pull of wanting to control their body to suit their needs, but the Emperor still does have to add some reward afterwards to help lull the follower into their grasp.

Any injuries this said follower might get once the corruption sets in will not heal like normal. Any wounds they get can only get healed by their god, but it does lead to getting some black scarring to be held as a warning to not get hurt again. Golden carvings and little marked eyes will start to appear where the dark mass is.

3rd Phase - At lvl 60, the corruption has rooted itself deep within the followers mind and body but is still taking its time to slowly grow over the believer's body as they've bonded a ton with their Leader. Possession is more stronger as the corruption grows. Gentle guidance is no longer needed as the follower is more willing to give up the control of their body as they trust the Lamb knows what they are doing. Veils are encourages to be worn now as the growth has started to get to their features now but not completely yet. If covering half of the face the whiteness of their eyes now turns into a golden color, their pupil now full on glowing and they can see in the dark too. Sleep is voluntary and food is no longer needed to be consumed once their god's immortality starts to take hold in their follower, yet they do not gain powers in this phase just yet. Even the halo even grows some spikes to show how high up a follower is in the Lamb's favor. A follower does start to forget a lot of their life as their mind has been consumed by their deity's every need. Too far gone to save their mind when most of it had been eaten by the rot.

Final Phase - At lvl 100 and more, the corruption has full on taken over and so has the Lamb's control over their new puppet. Entirely covered in the dark skin and golden eyes/markings, their body is covered in a protective layer of this shadowy skin as a protective measure to keep their favorite spouses safe; and coming as something from a deal the Lamb had in keeping their followers safe so their crowns couldn't kill their close companions outright without their say. The follower still functions in the cult as normal, working to keep moral high and food production going along with many other things, and probably even still chats with other followers with their hand sign language, but now they are their leader's new mouthpiece when it comes to listening in on what the cult gossips about throughout the day. Possession is full on regularly active as the said individual is no longer there but a shell, and now they are a tool for their God to play with as a weapon as well. They're about as extra limbs as a God can get with another mortal body, and they're extremely dangerous when they are mainly used as defense to keep the cult grounds safe.

When not around other of their inner circle or indoors, they are always dressed in their long sleeved hoods, veils, and now gloves are here to keep even their hands covered. They cannot speak of their divination for they physically are unable to. They don't feel pain for they don't have a need for it, too.

And speaking of their lil outfits!! This is what it looks like (left)! A lil red garb to keep their warm and covered from the outer elements and even to keep peeking eyes from eyeing the Lamb's prized treasures lol.

On the right, when the Lamb is under high stress or has full on went to control their follower puppets to even act out their anger... The corrupt follower's eyes glow like a flashlight, day or night. Not the greatest when you're trying to hide your emotions when it leaks out to your babes.))

Misc headcannons about the 2012 Boys?

(I literally had to Google what Misc meant in writing and I realized it meant like mixed type of things and I feel a little bit stupid ngl lmfao-)

Anyways of course you can have some!! Here's some of my personal 12 boys headcanons!!!!

12 Leo has issues with his throat. Due to his fight with the Shredder and having his vocal chords damaged so badly he'll have issues when it comes to speaking or talking. Due to these things Leo doesn't really speak much unless he absolutely has to, though there are occasions where he'll talk despite his throat being sore and his voice cracking and giving out. If he speaks for long periods of time he can actually lose his voice for a bit due to the strain. Whenever his voice gives him issues Leo's brothers give him a cup of medical tea that Donnie makes him specifically. It helps soothe them and helps with his voice.

12 Leo also has issues with his knee. While not noticable at first it becomes apparent that he does have a limp at times whenever he walks or fights. Whenever the weather is colder or a storm is about to happen Leo's knee will start to ache in an unbearable way, often times leaving him forced to sit down and not move much (only after Raph, Donnie and Mikey force him too whenever they catch on to his pain). Once he's sitting down Leo doesn't usually get back up due to the pain and his brothers fierce looks daring him to try to. However despite his knee injury Leo's still one of the most skilled and quickest out of his brothers and those who are foolish enough to underestimate him usually end up regretting it.

12 Mikey is suprisingly in tune with his older brothers and their emotional and mental states. Being the youngest out of all of them Mikey has learned how to read his brothers and act accordingly to help them whenever they need it. Whether it's they're in need of a laugh via prank or a shoulder to lean on, Mikey's always in tip top shape when it comes to his older brothers and their needs. He's always by their side and ready to offer them a silent comfort should they need it.

12 Mikey hates being alone. After so much trauma and near death experiences for both himself and his brothers, Mikey often times is caught within a close range of said brothers. Sometimes at night he'll end up climbing out of his bed and making his way towards one of his brothers rooms or to Master Splinter's room and climbing into bed with them. They never say anything and let him. Once Master Splinter is no longer with them Mikey rarely sleeps alone within his bedroom because the feelings of loneliness and fear become too overwhelming and he breaks down somewhat. So he's usually bunking with one of his older brothers or all of them. They don't mind it.

12 Raph hates it when Leo sleeps for long periods of time. Whenever his older brother sleeps past his usual wakeup time or whenever he remains too still within his sleep Raph will start to get fidgety and anxious, shimmying around in a pent up kind of way. Usually Leo wakes up on his own after a moment or two and Raph relaxes almost immediately afterwards however on the rare chance that his big brother doesn't Raph will often times go over and shake Leo awake holding his breath each and every time as he waits for him to respond. Dreading that moment when Leo may not respond to his voice or touch.

12 Raph is surprisingly difficult to anger most days. Growing up made the red clad turtle mellow out somewhat in his usual fiery and explosive temper that he had as a teenager. And it'd only mellowed out even more when Splinter died. Raph now has a better grip on his temper and it's takes a bit more to make him snap however underneath his maturity is still the same beloved hot head that his brothers and friends know and love and once he hits that breaking point God have mercy on the idiot who invoked his wrath.

12 Donnie sometimes gets a bit jumpy around April whenever she gets too upset. After the whole incident of his friend designating him and tearing him apart by his very atoms in front of his brothers Donnie's always on some level remained leery of April and her temper. While logically he knows that she hadn't been in her right state of mind nor that he himself doesn't really remember him dying, after having it explained to him (thanks to Raph), emotionally he can't help but feel uneasy around her whenever she completely loses it. Thankfully April completely losing her temper in such a way is a very rare occurrence and Donnie's managed to keep himself calmed down enough to not flinch when she gets snappy or irritated. The last thing he wants is for April, Casey and his brothers to find out.

12 Donnie actually has different inventions in his lab that were made with one of his brothers at some point in time. He keeps these little group projects in a special place within his lab and whenever his brothers come in to spend time with him or are in need of being within his presence Donnie's always quick to pull out their little projects and they go from there. Donnie's project with Raph is a motorcycle that he'd managed to find during one of their annual dumpster trips. Donnie's project with Mikey is a little utility kit that resembles that of what the superheroes in his favorite comic books use. And finally Donnie's project with Leo is a little miniature globe that's full of stars and planets.

|| 🍍• I want to know what happened to Knock Out after Predacons Rising.

I want to know if he did eventually gel with his new team family.

I want to know if he struggled with all the mushy Autobot rhetoric and kindness, and maybe fought against it.

I want to know if he was forced to shadow Ratchet as a sort of probation to make sure he wasn’t still “a naughtycon bad boy with the emperor of destruction on speed dial.”

I want to know if he found it morbidly insulting having been the Decepticons medical officer.

I want to know if anyone watched him stand awkwardly on the sidelines while they all caught up after a day rebuilding and working for a movie night and the like, and felt sympathetic towards him.

I want to know if anyone reached out to him on said sidelines and made sure to discreetly pay extra attention to him so he knew he was part of the group, even if he played his egotistical nonchalant character on steroids so no one would ever think he could possibly care about being alone.

I want to know if Knock Out was subconsciously grateful someone could see through him like Breakdown had.

I want to know if that made Knock Out feel guilty.

I want to know if he felt alone.

I want to know if this occasional niceness from someone new began to make him feel uncomfortable having been so long and having become so accustomed to the opposite.

I want to know if he eventually ever uncovered that it was Arachnid that killed Breakdown through accidental word-of-mouth.

I want to know if he was content with knowing, or felt a sudden need to seek revenge wherever she may have lain.

I want to know if anyone reached him in time before he did something stupid like embarking on a wayward bug hunt - that they shared a moment of painful wisdom and trauma with him that had defined their actions up until then.

I want to know if he broke down.

I want to know if anyone genuinely cared, and sat with him through it all as his nonchalant facade shattered and he mourned uncontrollably and unintentionally into their arms.

I want to know if he lashed out at them in doing so.

I want to know if, after a while of keeping his head down, and some well-earned trust, he eventually got to have some medical responsibility of his own.

I want to know if anyone held him a congratulations party for doing well with his new big job to show they cared.

I want to know if, following a successful medical stint, he moved away and went down the cosmetic surgery route again, and set up a specialised body shop.

I want to know if anyone also threw him a moving away party.

I want to know if his business’s catchphrase/tagline was: “Dedicated to turning you from a Breakdown to a Knock Out.”

I want to know if he set up a little body shop training academy which inadvertently created a new generation of mini Knock Out’s.

I want to know if one of them was known as Wildbreak.

I want to know if anyone became his regulars and spent deliberately longer with him chatting away until closing to make sure he was still doing ok.

I want to know if Knock Out came to realise he wanted them to stay longer than they did or could.

When Guardians of the Galaxy Vol 2 came out James Gunn posted images each of the Guardians and when he posted Rocket's he said pink was his favorite color [×]

I accepted that as fact because I (the mun) also like pink and have always used a lot of it in design, and if James Gunn stated this it must be true but now thinking about it, I am honestly not so sure this wasn't just a joke.

"It BLUE!"

Maybe Rocket's favorite color is blue since that seems to be what he chooses to wear most.

This line seems so insignificant but he sounds excited to point it out. He knows this color, what it is. There it is. All the blue. It's beautiful.

It was the color of the sky.

Maybe it's his comfort color.

Also there is a good chance Rocket experiences some form of mild color-blindness so he may not see other colors perfectly.

If is favorite color was pink if have hoped we saw that he acknowledged the color even existed, but there isn't. That doesn't mean he can't like it or have it as his favorite but we can't ignore that even if James Gunn was serious about Rocket liking pink best, we can definitely see he loves blue too.

Yondu was blue, Nebula is blue, even if it may not be his favorite... Rocket associates good things with this color.

HISTORY

Pearl fell into Hell after ending her own tumultuous life, which she doesn't talk about. It wasn't long before she found herself making a deal with an Overlord, Baem Nari, to help her get by. In exchange for her soul and guaranteed safety, Pearl became a fighter, forced to face off against other hellizens - sinners and hellborn alike - in Baem's underground ring for the entertainment and financial gain of others. Her determination and grit had her clawing and biting and kicking her way to the top. Now, she's considered Baem's most prized fighter, having taken out anyone and everyone that's been thrown her way. On occasion, due to Baem being friendly with Valentino, Pearl plays the part of backup dancer, usually to Angel Dust due to him being to Valentino what she is to Baem.
