( making a new post because traction is slowing down and i still very much need help ) the full story is in this post , but TLDR – i lost my job because my manager would no longer accommodate my disability . i’ve been super stressed ever since which is causing even more fibro flareups and that makes doing anything absolutely miserable . i’m looking for another job willing to accommodate me , but the two interviews i’ve been to haven’t exactly gone well . i’m still trying though ;;

in the meantime , i really need some help . i have a long list of things that i absolutely need , another TLDR – appointment copays , medicine + supplies , groceries , gas , and car insurance . all together it adds up to $500 - $600 just for a month of me doing the bare minimum to survive . please consider throwing a few dollars my way or requesting a commission ! a little bit goes a long way and makes more of a difference than you even know . if you can't help monetarily , please consider boosting this post so others who may be able to help monetarily will see it . thank you for reading !!!

God this was tough to have pop up as a notification. Whilst I understand the frustration leading there, I can’t condone that kind of thing. I’ve spent way too much time su1c1d4l myself to encourage that. Even with ASPD, we need to be careful of what we’re saying to other people. If this was about thinking it, absolutely I could understand, but doing it? No that’s not ASPD-culture at least not in my eyes. Please don’t tell anyone to hurt themselves. Even if it’s just for the reason of legal liability, don’t do it.

Edit: someone noted a completely valid point here that saying this “isn’t ASPD culture” rather than simply saying that it’s triggering to me and I’m not comfortable having on my particular ASPD culture blog gives off the wrong idea, because this kind of thing does fit the definition of ASPD.

So just to clarify, what I meant here was more in line with the idea that it’s too serious and personal of an issue for me and I’m sure for some pwASPD too who have had this done to them for me to be posting to this blog. I in no way meant to invalidate this as a symptom, because it IS a part of ASPD to have these thoughts and actions. It’s just not something I want to encourage or platform here because of my personal triggers.

Apologies for phrasing it the way I did, it was a post done quickly and in a triggered state and wasn’t thought through as well as the posts I make usually are. In the spirit of honesty and accountability, I’ve added this edit rather than covering the original language. To avoid this issue in the future, I will be deleting posts discussing the action of (not the thought of) telling people to hurt/unalive themselves.

In no way is this apology saying I condone the actions here though. Acknowledging that they are a part of the experience a pwASPD may have with their symptoms is not the same as saying it’s okay, and part of the mistake I made in the first place was believing one was the same as the other.

Earlier today i had my laptop open on my kitchen counter n it was open on a recipe but also jad a bunch of tabs for like. My fic shit. N my brother came n n was like 'what r u making?' N accidentally closed the recipe tab.

And it fucking opened to the next one which happened to jus be full of photos of extreme cases of frostbite and he fucking screamed

my brother and i have been going on walks a lot lately and have been checking out public buildings if only to see them, and in one it finally happened where someone thought my brother and i were a couple. even though Earlier in the conversation i mentioned ‘our little sibling’ like twice while gesturing to my brother and i both times. this wouldn’t have been so horrible and i could have easily brushed it off as her just not having caught that, if not for the part where after clarifying We’re Siblings she said “well even if you did have kids…” and kinda trailed off and didn’t complete that thought. she was talking to us about our futures/careers bc this was the town hall building so she probably meant it like If We, Individually From Each Other, Have Children but. i didn’t press for clarification but was ready to Leave after that. she was talking for a while still, after saying that. i had a cold soda and it was room temp by the time we finally left
