Why do you say “/nf” or “/np” in your posts?

-Sometimes I just get too unmotivated or at lost for ideas. Thatt, or I get too tired to actually continue drawing

They had been living off scraps for the past few days of their journey, so when they finally got hold of a merchant, Irae enthusiastically announced they would make something special for tonight's dinner. And thus they did.

Having meticulously lined up the ingredients they deemed necessary for the dish they were preparing, Curumë watched quietly from his tent as they chopped, diced, and sliced away at the piles.

Yet, to the half-elf's surprise, the vegetables and chunks of meat around them didn't even seem to shrink in size.

How many people did they intend to feed with this meal?!

Squinting his eyes at the thought, he eventually got up from where he'd been sitting and walked over to the stack of onions that still lay abandoned next to the changeling.

Without a word, he grabbed for the vegetables and began cutting them up, not any less dexterous than the other in his performance.

Done with the first batch, he dumped them into the pot and curiously stared at what was inside of it already. "So, what are we cooking, anyway?", he asked, genuinely ignorant. Of all the skills in Faerûn, cooking was the last one he possessed.

RGTK race swap au where krakens and mermaids are flipped.

Queen Nerissa of the Kraken Kingdom and Grandmamah, ruler of the Mermaid Kingdom, both go to war with each other in an effort to take over the seven seas. The final battle results in Nerissa getting the trident of Oceanus from Grandmamah and taking it the well of seas, as a screw you moment, knowing she'll never be able to retrieve it. But Nerissa made a fatal error in that the currents were too strong and would die in the process of leaving the Well.

After that point Agatha and Arthur flee with their newborn Ruby to live a better life on land. Because they can turn fully human while on land, they more far more inland compared to Oceanside but the rules of no water still apply.

Ruby is still shy and nervous but fully convinced she is just a normal human. That is until one day a kraken comes looking for the Gillmans. Chelsea introduces herself as the kraken princess and informs Ruby of her past and the fact that she's a mermaid princess. It's not until diving into the water herself that she discovers this is all true.

Both kingdoms have been in ruin since the war and Chelsea wants to find a way to bridge both sides together but before that can happen she takes Ruby to visit the mermaid kingdom, but doesn't go too close knowing she'll be attacked, so Ruby gets introduced to her Grandmamah. Once Grandmamah learns Ruby wants to help the krakens, the Queen is the one who proposes the idea of turning the trident into a sign of peace rather than war. Ruby runs this idea by Chelsea and without any other solutions coming to mind, go with that one.

Over the course of some time the two work together, Chelsea's sheer size and strength and Ruby's intellect and understanding of advanced problem solving, they successfully gain the trident. Ruby uses it to become a giant alongside Chelsea before the two excitedly return to the mermaid kingdom to show Grandmamah they achieved their goal. Of course, upon arriving Chelsea is attacked and Ruby is threatened to hand over the trident. Grandmamah still wants to continue the war and win it this time.

By now the other Gillmans had gotten worried about Ruby and arrive to see what's happening and help to free both Ruby and Chelsea. All of them rush to the Kraken Kingdom as Grandmamah seeks to restart the conflict and finally conquer them. Chelsea battles Grandmamah while the Gillmans try to figure out a way to properly destroy the trident.

It takes the combined effort of Chelsea and Ruby to do it, which in the process the trident's energy is imbued into Ruby and allowing her to transform into a giant mermaid whenever she desires. Grandmamah admits defeat and goes into self-exile, realizing her time as ruler has not benefited anyone. Agatha steps up as the new queen while Chelsea and Ruby serve as a pair of underwater protectors. Due to these changes, the Gillmans move into Oceanside where they can be active on both land and sea.
