the bonding literally happens with the smallest moment like one day the baby is crying in his arms and tugs at his shirt with its little fist and he's done for he loves his kid 10000x more all of a sudden

literally melts whenever the kid runs across the room to fly into his arms or calls him daddy
paints the room for his kid and gives them a wall in their room to paint whatever they like
lets the kid paint his nails and they could even have that one matching painted fingernail omg
later when the kid grows up they'll have uv lights and like the latest stuff for nails but you bet hongjoong's gonna dry that nail paint by blowing on it-
literally the most supportive, allowing the kid to explore beyond conventional boundaries and guiding them along
also very attentive esp when they start growing up and observing
he'll make sure he answers all of their curious little questions to the best of their understanding
and surprisingly, he won't mind his kid in his studio
like how adorable is it when you find your kid in his lap, sharing earphones as he composes?
he just loves it when they sit on him or when they lie down next to him/on top of him when he's resting that's his therapy
Seonghwa
more of a mother than the real mother
knows exactly what to do like he's raised six kids already (i'm looking at you ateez)
wakes up at ass o clock in the morning to shush the crying baby so you can get some sleep :')

you'll definitely be learning motherhood from him LMAO
but jokes aside he's actually the best partner you could have asked for in such a situation
he's so so patient with the kid and you

so he's always willing to give you some space and takes care of the kid in the meanwhile which is so :')

but that doesn't stop him from playing with the baby like they're a toy boi has no fear
he's always gushing over how small and cute and adorable they are
he'll also be a bit scared at first to hold the baby in his arms but will get used to it real quick
loves feeding them and cleaning them with you
he's got some sort of magic to him too he can soothe a crying baby in seconds
plays with them/holds them like they're a cat/puppy
gives them rides on his shoulders and they love it you can hear their laughter ring around the house
teases you about how they look nothing like you but if they do look like you more, he'll be scanning them for one similarity that he can boast about.

also loves it when you all match unintentionally when going out
the type to play with the kids in the most unconventional ways when you're not looking
almost accidentally drops the baby at least once a week- i said ALMOST okay he's good at catching.
kids cling on to his long legs and he effortlessly walks like no big deal omgg
would even swing his legs like an amusement ride which might possibly earn a scream from you-
also once used the laundry basket as a rollercoaster for the kid. you can imagine how that ended. no living beings were harmed tho-

literally his kids are always running around him asking him to do sth fun with them or tell them jokes or play with him

he's actually also the super responsible dad, always dependable. you literally have nothing to worry about esp bc he can be serious when he needs to be
he allows the kids to take challenges, believing the kids need to grow at their own pace and that getting hurt is also a part of growing up

goes on dates with them to the amusement parks, aquariums, carnivals etc and when they're older they go fishing or go-karting

yeosang taking his kid to the parent teacher meeting and he forgets HE'S the parent
he may be forgetful and zone out at times but he's actually very responsible. you never worry whenever you leave your kid with him and go out. you can depend on him <3
you'll see him mature as his kids grow up too, like you can literally see him learning fatherhood
doesn't mean they won't open dexter's laboratory when you're gone and clean up the mess before you come-
sees cute posts about lunchboxes with octopus sausage and seaweed characters on the rice but canNOT replicate it even after spending hours but the kids flaunt it like a masterpiece at their school <3 (loren you're so right for this)

I'm gonna be writing in 2nd person (basically MC as "you"). Gender is always up to interpretation.
Tw: nothing too severe, just MC being figuratively "chained" to Chrollo, implied possibility of kidnapping
You're just another citizen from Meteor City who just happened to be invited to join by Chrollo himself. You didn't really mind, you had nothing better in life for you. So you willingly became a spider.
You weren't really made for heavy combat. Your skills were more meant for searching and watching others. You weren't exactly helpless, but you weren't super buff either.
Chrollo...Chrollo was odd to you, to say the least. He constantly asks where you're going or what you plan to do. Whenever the Phantom Troupe splits for a while, you always manage to stumble into him when you're on your trip. He insists that he stays by you for the rest of the trip, until the next mission.
You didn't get it at all; until one day, when you went looking around a market to look for some cool things to buy. Only to stumble upon a drunken man screaming and yelling at you, mistaking you for someone else.
You couldn't do much, considering you identity is at risk. So you back away, not wanting to interact. But the man keeps pushing on, pointing at you and continuing to shout his insults.
Until he suddenly passes out. A "shocked" Chrollo stands behind him. The public doesn't even glance at him as they go up to the man, calling the police.
You're left to stand there, surprised to see your leader. Chrollo grabs your hand and takes you to a less crowded place. His demeanour breaks, and you're suddenly put into a tight hug. His head settled on your shoulder. His voice is a harsh whisper, but you can feel his rage. "I should have known. I guess I'll just have to keep you by my side forever. Otherwise, stupid imbeciles will hurt my precious one."
What is wrong with him? He isn't one to act like this. He was always a little odd around you, but never had he called you "precious one" or held you so tightly. You think your lungs might puncture if he grips any harder.
"Sire..."
"Chrollo. Call me Chrollo. We're stuck to each other now." He rubs your back, nuzzling your neck. It felt weird. Too weird. He wasn't one to be so affectionate. Even during a moment of rage.
"What are you doing?" You blatantly question, needing to know what is going on in his complex mind.
"Holding you." He answers, mimicking the same straightforward tone you had.
"But why?" You turn your head slightly to stare at him, wanting to know an ounce of his feelings. You want him to admit it; instead of hanging around constantly in mysterious moments.
"Because I cannot let you be hurt. I would hate to lose my favourite person in this machine we call the world. I care for your existence more than mine." His words are eloquently formed, as always.
You don't bother trying to tug out of his grasp. The times when he interacts with fate did you know he was at his prime. His obsession with life and death was a wonder; perhaps you're the reason why.
"Come now. I say we go eat some dessert after that scare." He took your hand and walked down the tiled street. He acted as if he didn't just chain you down to him; like his heart is lighthearted, not dead at all.
"...Fine with me." Maybe you shouldn't have let him drag you away. But why would you resist? He was much more powerful than most of the population. You wouldn't stand a chance. If anything, he would take you away for one else to see.

I'm bored, so I'm just gonna write what I find most attractive or appealing about each Pizza Tower character!
Peppino Spaghetti - His superhuman strength and speed is extremely impressive, and watching him in action is immensely satisfying. Also, the fact he takes the time to save the bosses from the crumbling Pizza Tower shows he has a caring heart. I'm also very fond of how expressive Peppino is, and I'm also quite fond of his design in general; he's a middle-aged, balding overweight man yet I find him very handsome.
Gustavo - Admittedly, I find Gustavo quite handsome and even cute. I also like that he's supposed to be a Mario expy whose partner is Rick the Hamster instead of Yoshi; it's an interesting spin. It's also nice Gustavo cares enough about Peppino that he's willing to help him take on the Pizza Tower, even if it means facing giant rats. I found out not too long ago that Gustavo has a son... but he's not married? Is he divorced? WHO IN THEIR RIGHT MINDS WOULD DIVORCE GUSTAVO!? HE'S SUCH A NICE GUY WHAT THE HECK!?
Brick - Just like all the Stupid Rats, Brick is super adorable. One look at those eyes and I'm done. He's too cute. I love him. I want a Stupid Rat plushie and I want it NOW.
Mr. Scott Stick - This bald, skinny twig of a man... is admittedly handsome in my eyes. He's a jerk who scams desperate people for money, but GOSH... I've said it before, and I'll say it again, Mr. Stick can get it. He's a cutie. Is it the suit? I dunno, maybe. That, and he's apparently a huge dork when he's not scamming people... which I find endearing, oddly.
Phil Pepperman - This pepper is an absolute unit with a big grin and striking blue eyes. I wouldn't call myself a simp, but I understand completely why some people find Pepperman attractive. Personally, I find his pseudo-intellectual personality off-putting, but he is quite good-looking for a pepper.
Vigert Ebenezer Lantte - He's an older guy with a cowboy motif and a great sense of justice and responsibility. How can you not find that attractive? Yes, I know he's a cheese slime, who cares! Don't think I haven't seen people simp over this guy and draw him as a human, either!
Theodore "The" Noise - I'm not a Noise simp by any stretch, but if there is one thing I can say that's attractive about him... it would be his youthful spirit. Yes, The Noise is a manchild, but that's not always a bad thing.
Noisette - She's a very silly little lady whom I find very cute. I appreciate that her design is just as goofy as her boyfriend's, too.
Fake Peppino - What can I say? He's a monster, and I'm a monster lover. I like that he's adorable, silly, AND super deadly! I wanna kiss the frog man, if he'll let me.
Pizzaface - I've seen people draw this mech with a big, beefy body. I get it. Pizzaface's design is appealing, why wouldn't you give him a beefy body to match how powerful he is...?
Pizzahead - HANDSOME UNHINGED SILLY-ASS PIZZA CLOWN MAKES MY MIND GO BRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR. The sheer autism I have for this guy is unreal. His laugh, his design, his obsession with Peppino, his weird motivations... HE'S NUTS AND I LOVE HIM SO MUCH.
Pillar John - Uh... I like his hat? I mostly find John intimidating due to his sheer size and that damned Meatophobia music that plays when you go near him...
Gerome - He has a neat design. I've seen some interesting fan art of him hooking up with pretty girls who are much taller than he is. Good for him, honestly.
BONUS: Maurice Spaghetti - He looks like Peppino but with more hair and facial hair... in other words, handsome. Too bad his personality is utterly abysmal!

I'm gonna break this down by media type, but there's some parts of the eu like comics that I'm not super familiar with, so if anyone wants to add some of those on (or any other eu stories) then go ahead!!
putting this under a cut because it got LONG rip
big finish
the jigsaw war
jamie is trapped inside a puzzle, experiencing events out of order, and has to figure out how to escape. this is THE audio for me in terms of like. recognising that jamie isn't stupid just because he comes from the eighteenth century. he really gets to shine on his own rather than being relegated to 'dumb exposition prompter' (which I feel like some audios can be kinda guilty of.....) also the fact that two and jamie canonically have a strong enough connection to form a psychic link over long distances makes me chew through glass. this audio GETS it in a way some others just don't.
the glorious revolution
two, jamie, and zoe travel back to the time of the glorious revolution, the event that set the jacobite cause in motion, and jamie grapples with not being able to change the past. if you saw that audio snippet going around a couple days ago you'll have an idea of why I'm reccing this one. it has been a while since I've listened to it & I do really want to relisten and check it out for historical accuracy. but regardless it's another one that gives jamie some of the depth he deserves, this time in terms of emotional depth and his feelings about his backstory.
the selachian gambit
two, jamie, ben, and polly get caught in the middle of an alien bank heist. this one is pretty focused on ben, polly, and jamie as a trio - they're largely taking on the action while two keeps the detective work of the plot chugging along. jamie doesn't hugely stand out here in terms of the audio really adding something to his character, but it does show his dynamic with ben and polly pretty well. in particular there's some great scenes with him and ben working together, and I love their friendship a lot so that's always a good time.
honourable mentions: helicon prime (I do feel this one underutilises jamie a bit and undersells him in some weird ways, but if you're looking for two/jamie content you can't get much gayer than this. plus it's the origin of the whole 'jamie and kirsty get married' thing which I hate on principle & am obsessed with in practice), the phantom piper (it's got so much more potential than it gives imo but the tidbits that we get are so good. jamie's relationship with his grandparents.... his best friend taking a bullet for him and dying in his arms...... I just wish I could explain to the author that there's no such thing as a bedroom door in a blackhouse)
novels
the roundheads
two, jamie, ben, and polly travel back to the 1600s, and get largely split up by events unfolding around them. this is a pure historical and it delights in that. if you're after ben and polly content, the roundheads delivers on that too - but it really is some great early twojamie content. (whatever way you choose to read them - it's definitely a shippable book if you're into that). they spend the majority of the book together, both for plot reasons and just hanging out (they go to a frost fair!! two buys jamie treats and then makes himself a flower crown!!) and you get a great sense of jamie figuring two out early into his travels, and how he's far more interested in the doctor as a person than some other companions - he's the only one to show interest in susan when the doctor namedrops her, for instance. this is the best two-era book to me.
the wheel of ice
two, jamie, and zoe visit a space station built a little before zoe's time, and find that not everything is as it seems. again, this is a great one for zoe content as well as anything else, and for some very sweet moments with zoe and two. I don't necessarily feel this one always nails two and jamie's dynamic, but they don't spend a massive amount of time together here, so it's not too jarring. really I'm reccing this because of the scenes where jamie falls in with a bunch of teenagers from the space station, and finds himself kind of responsible for them. it's just nicely done and gives a good sense of jamie as a caretaker character and someone who feels a drive to be responsible for other people.
honourable mention: the episode novelisations (these are a lot of fun, especially if you have particular episodes you enjoy. they often add in extra details, background for side characters, or just little things from the episodes that were cut from the script. I really like them for adding a bit more depth and life to existing stories, and just little things that make you go 'yeah I'll add that to my belief system').

two and jamie give a massive time-eating creature a funeral, and save a space whale from being turned into a weapon. both from the compilation destination prague. literally nobody gets me like the destination prague stories get me I'm not even kidding. these are THE eu two stories to me. both of these are arguably 6b, and they really work in that position - both in showing two and jamie with a very settled, devoted dynamic and in their themes and subject matter. the time eater is a story with no villain, and even the incidental threat of the dying creature causing havoc in time is secondary to the emotional keystone of jamie helping two accept death rather than running away. across silent seas has jamie nearly being aged to death and two absolutely losing it. they're both really about age and death and loss, which hits hard for 6b, with jamie's determination to stay with two forever and two's growing realisation that even if jamie doesn't choose to leave or survives their adventures, his lifespan is still going to be far shorter.
the age of ambition
two, jamie, and victoria land at the house of one of victoria's father's friends, only to find he has been trying to reanimate the dead. from the compilation life sciences. this is really a victoria story, probably the defining victoria story for me. it's got backstory, it's got gothic horror/victorian scientific ambition vibes in a similar way to evil of the daleks, it's got victoria character moments. but it's also a really crucial story for jamie, to me. as a character, I don't think jamie never quite forms into the brawny action man stereotype he was originally drafted as - and that's one of the things I love most about him. again he's too much of a caretaker, he's a piper rather than a soldier. he's rarely truly angry, even when he fights he never seems out to cause much actual harm, and you get the sense his protectiveness over his friends wars with this almost inability to do harm. the age of ambition GETS that and pushes it to the extreme, with jamie being unable to fire a killing shot to save his friends, to the point where victoria has to do it herself. it's such a compelling character moment for both of them and their dynamic.
on a pedestal
two, jamie, and victoria travel back to meet william wallace, who jamie idolises. from the compilation the quality of leadership. this is another one that really gets and hones in on a particular nuance of jamie's character - in this case, the strength and rigidity of his morals and sense of responsibility, and his dislike of people who fall short of that. he's faced with the fact that someone he admires was once careless, lax about taking responsibility for their actions even when other people are at risk, and just a bit childish. it shakes him, and he spends much of the story grappling with that. it's such a good look into the qualities that jamie admires versus the ones that he can't stand. but that's balanced out with some very sweet moments (the whole scene with two, jamie, and william wallace going fishing is very fun and again gives a nice little snapshot of two and jamie having this very settled, secure dynamic). AND jamie gets recognised as a basically supernaturally gifted piper which. love to see jamie actually getting to be a musician, love to see him piping without it being the butt of a 'bagpipes suck and everyone hates them' joke.
honourable mentions: that which went away (this is the 'jamie turns into a bear' story I'm always talking about. I do think it has some major issues in terms of weird primitivism, both in terms of the side characters and how it treats jamie, but also. jamie turns into a bear. and two begging him to come back to him is just *chefs kiss*), undercurrents (two vanishes from the tardis and another man mysteriously appears. jamie believes this newcomer has done something to harm two, and very nearly kills him for it. this is one of the few moments where jamie gets really, properly angry and is willing to actually cause harm and I LOVE to see him pushed past the breaking point of his usual moral code), the slave war (two, jamie, ben, and polly in the roman empire. also really good for ben and polly content, but there's some interesting stuff with jamie grappling with the idea of becoming involved in another rebellion, but ending up getting involved anyway)

Dasey:
when I started shipping it if I did: Oh, boy. That's a question, now isn't it? I low-key shipped them when I first found Dasey fanfiction waaaaaaay back in my undergrad (so, like 10-12 years ago?). But it was super low-key. I got BACK into Dasey majorly in the spring of 2021 and stumbled upon fanvids and fanfiction of them AGAIN and because I was laid up health-wise, I got obsessed.
my thoughts: I have a LOT of thoughts about Dasey???? I think they're fascinating characters and I adore them both as individuals and as a couple. I think their physical comedy (and by that I mean they're complete lack of personal space) is hilarious; and I think they have insane chemistry. I think Derek knows Casey better than anyone, and Casey gets Derek better than anyone; and I think they're both stupid and stubborn enough to never acknowledge that. I think they're far more alike than they are different, and I think I need to continue my rewatch of the show because I'm gonna end up writing an essay about them.
What makes me happy about them: I think it's how good of a team they can be. I've always been a BIG friends-to-lovers shipper, but even more than that, a "we're partners and i've got your back" shipper. And even though Derek and Casey TRY to pretend to they hate each other, we have sooooo much evidence of them being protective of the other, of them going out of their way to help the other (usually complaining the whole time, but c'mon), and of them kicking serious butt when they do work together. It just makes something inside me purr.
What makes me sad about them: THEY'RE KIDS IN AN AWFUL SITUATION and they don't FEEL like family, but everything in their lives are telling them they're supposed to be; but they CAN'T be, and if they TRY to be together, they might hurt their FAMILIES who they LOVE so MUCH; and I think you catch my drift.
things done in fanfic that annoys me: ...I really hate OOC-ness, but the MOST OOC-ness I hate is when people make Derek to be, like, abusive? Or completely inconsiderate of Casey's boundaries, and you get into non-con. I just... Nope.
things I look for in fanfic: EXCELLENT CHARACTERIZATION. Good bantering, that push-and-pull that they both have... I also think they have at least mildly kinky sex, and I support this.
Who I’d be comfortable them ending up with, if not each other: Well, all of Casey's boyfriends SUCK except for Sam who is an excellent person but not good for her. And I'm pretty sure her husband in LWL isn't doing a good job either. So they'd have to create a WHOLE NEW CHARACTER for her--
I don't mind Derek/Sally, except I think they'd have to work things out as adults better. I dunno; the show purposely shows us that Derek and Casey are far more important to each other than any of their significant others (that's been stated by the creators, btw), so yeah. No one.
My happily ever after for them: THEY GET TOGETHER AND THE FAMILY ACCEPTS THEM AND THEY STAY TOGETHER FOR, LIKE, 60+ YEARS AND BICKER AND BANTER AND LOVE EACH OTHER THE WHOLE TIME and whether or not they have kids depends completely on their choices and Derek calms Casey's panic attacks, and Casey reminds Derek of his worth, and I cry.
who is the big spoon/little spoon: THEY. SWITCH. I think most of the time Derek is the big spoon because he's kinda sexist, no lie, but I think when he's having a bad day, he likes getting spooned. Casey likes being held, but she also likes holding him. So, uh... 80% of the time Derek is the big spoon.
what is their favorite non-sexual activity: Honestly, I think it's arguing. But in, like, a fun way? With bets and competition and teasing and flirting; I strongly believe that they would just have a lot of small arguments and that would keep the big fights small too. And Casey likes debating and Derek likes challenges.

All the people I ship romantically with this character: Well. Casey, obviously. And to a certain extent, Sally.
My non-romantic OTP for this character: ...Derek&Lizzie. I know, I KNOW that Derek & Marti are like, gold, but I think his interactions with Lizzie are superb.
My unpopular opinion about this character: ...do I have one? I dunno. I have a lot of opinions about his relationship with his parents, but I wouldn't call them unpopular, more... me looking at things differently than some others do.
One thing I wish would happen / had happened with this character in canon: I wish, in LWL, people (Genora) recognized how much he had grown. Just because a person likes to have fun and tease and passes off some of his responsibilities to people he knows will do them (see: Skyler and Casey, but they also ENJOY doing these tasks most of the time), doesn't make him immature. He was SUCH a good dad and was taking steps to improve Skyler's life, and maybe their lives weren't traditional, but she was healthy and loved and appreciated and he had raised her as best he could; and honestly, his relationship with Skyler was much better than his with George, I'm just saying. Derek is clever with a large heart, and I wish people in the show saw that more.

my cross over ship: I don't like crossovers? *shrugs*

do you know if there's a timeline (ideally with sources) available anywhere detailing mitch's last contract negotiations? i didn't follow the leafs until a couple years after and seeing how quickly some pretty minor things ("looked upon as gods," all the times he's been torched for out of context/partial quotes, this whole security nonsense, etcetcetc) have been exaggerated into unforgiveable controversies in realtime makes me very curious how much of the relentless anger over his contract is rooted in actual reality vs people just clinging to the most uncharitable perspective possible to justify their weird obsessive hatred for him for like idk not taking a hometown discount and having a shitty dad lmao. like right after willy signed this year a leafs podcast (!!) guy tweeted about mitch wanting more than him and i still see replyguys using that as absolute Proof of his camp leaking to ~the media~ when it makes zero sense for that dude to be a legitimate source?? how much of what they repeat as the cold hard facts is an accurate assessment of what happened vs falling for "insiders" speculating on a hot topic to farm engagement from a super reactionary fanbase, ykwim?
i don't know of anything like that (although you may be tempting me to make one), but even trying to sort through some of the bullshit of that time, it's impossible to tell what's real and like you said, what people's Interpretations of things have just become canon in a whole bunch of other fans minds who are primed and ready to hate him anyway. just looking at their numbers, i'm sure mitch will want more than willy and i'm sure that's a reasonable demand considering the leafs know the stats too, lol.
i think darren dreger played a big part in leaking certain information, like the offer sheets w cbj and potentially mitch playing in switzerland. he also did a lot of 'well the leafs are going to need to over x amount', but if i'm so honest.... i've definitely seen that used even being a more recent fan for other players so LOL. regardless of what's true or not, those are all just tactics and mitch marner ended up signing a deal that the team offered him. to act like players and their agents have never in the history of the world threatened to leave is ridiculous bc that's exactly what negotiating IS and the dumbest ppl among us cannot comprehend that. mitch's negotations just were apparently very chaotic and public and his team wanted auston to be the comparable, so everyone always tries to say he DEMANDED matthews money but like...... did he get it. is he still here. does he still want to be here despite not making as much. like it's all just such stupid arguments. i mostly haven't done a lot of research about this because i don't want to have to wade through just hours and hours and layers and layers of bullshit on forums like reddit or twitter or targeted articles that journalists put out in anger. we're gonna have to experience it again this year, but i hope mitch's agent can just keep things under wraps.

New favourite commission alert...................
No regrets having paid this much; it was an artist who draws Astarion more often and doesn't mind drawing people with him (I applaud them, I couldn't).
Context: I have this joke between me and a co-op friend where I keep saying stuff like "oh let me soap him" and similar phrases where I am basically announcing that I am using the soap bar item to clean the blood off of him, because melee characters get covered in blood in the game.
So I asked the artist (cand_113 on Instagram) if they were familiar with the Witcher series on Netflix and proposed a scene similar, but with me and Astarion... which is kinda funny if you realize I am replacing the position of my other f/o, Jaskier (including making the outfit have similarities to him).
And just... gosh. They are so talented. Sorry for the watermark, I threw that on there myself, I want to keep the full thing to myself...
On the bottom right are the soap bar and sponge tray as existing in BG3, because I really wanted the reference in. I really like how this turned out, it really reminds me of the scene in The Witcher, they did a good job. It all started because I have stupid catch phrases in my co-ops. I always weirdly announce that I will soap 'my man' (...yes I say this, shut up) and I also very often announce that I will talk to him to see if he has new dialogue; I mostly announce that because co-op partners might suddenly have dialogue in their screen and I do not want to jumpscare them. My friend even said I should put it in my shirt ("Even met Astarion praten" -> "Talking to Astarion for a sec," it does not quite sound the same in English as it does in Dutch).
Either way, I was so happy with this one, I wanted to show it. I also have some other commissions.
I'm gonna be real with you guys. I've had several f/o's yeah..? But never have I been this... where it's like... a hyperfixation of some sort? It's weird. It's new. I'm oddly... obsessed? I don't know. It's just very different from any previous f/o. Of course I was always super duper into them, but this is just... different. I cannot explain it. Maybe I can put it into words when it's not 1 AM.

I usually write in my journal but I've been overthinking too much about my handwriting and at least here I don't need to worry about my handwriting. Another upside to just writing here, it's easy and convenient and I'm always on my laptop. I really want to document every day of my life so I can look back and see what was happening. I hate that I don't commit to writing every day because there are so many memories I forgot about. Even writing about the little things are essential, my mood, what I did in the day, the progresses of my relationships with people, etc. Today I woke up and went to the university to work on my presentation. We're going to present it next Monday and although I am super nervous I think it will be great for me to work on my confidence, and it's only 10 mins so it can't be too bad. I just finished watching the new episode of Power, right now I'm more interested in Monet's storyline than Tariq. The whole Lauren situation is such a bore to me and I can't be bothered with it. Obviously, Tariq is going to love her, but she is not right for him, she doesn't suit his lifestyle. He is a drug dealer at the end of the day and she is just a good rich student. Lorenzo is also dead and I don't get why they keep killing people off, I think it would have been interesting to see Monet and Lorenzo's relationship drift apart alongside the kids but the writers have robbed us of that. Now we're just going to see Cane take over his pops. Tomorrow I'm taking Alv to the cinema to watch the Super Mario movie, which I'm excited about for her and hope she enjoys even though she doesn't know too much about it. I'm sure she will be obsessed with Princess Peach by the end of it. I had really bad anxiety before but it's all gone now which I'm happy about. I started to read YOU again and have made it my mission this year to get through all 4 books. Caroline has released the 4th book yesterday and it came in the post today. It did come damaged which is also irritating my brain. I just hope after all my assignments are finished I can finally get into reading again, I feel so shit that I bought that short storybook about witches and never finished it, but I will finish it after I've completed the You series. Right now I am feeling okay, just happy I'm able to write and need to think of some goals to do this year. I need to book my theory again I know I have definitely given up after I failed but ill put more mind to it once my dissertation is complete. I also have that stupid essay for Sports Science which is another cursed Literature Review. Anyway i need to be positive as i am a powerful human being and everything i say will speak into existence. I haven't been manifesting in a long time, and i need to. I constantly get over fixtaed on something and just forget it about it forever, like last week i went gym EVERYDAY and this week? Not even once. Anyway that's why we have a new day everyday and its another chance to better myself. Maybe i can start gym next week when I'm feeling motivated too. Gonna go back to watching Love is Blind and try and sleep.

I've seen a lot of showrunners act dumb on social media because they like the attention they get from fans, but H*yden is on another level. At this point I have to assume the other 2 don't say anything to him because they're used to their friend being like this. What's funny is that he claims that Tory was trying to make Miguel jealous... then why did she jump into Robby's lap to make out with him, when Miggy wasn't there to see?? Why was she super worried about Robby during the tournament?? Does he think we're all stupid?? She also kicked Miguel's face at the party with Robby's help lmao. H*yden has Tor*guel shippers calling him a king and celebrating their "endgame", but as annoying as he is, no one is going to give out a major part of their show's ending on Twitter... not to mention the show is far from over and I doubt they have the series finale script already. Miguel didn't give a rat's ass that Tory was with Kreese, who he knows is a bad dude, and Sam threw a tantrum at Robby dancing with Tory but didn't care he was training with two dangerous men. How is that true love?? Not to mention that if Miguel and Robby are finally going to start their step-brothers journey next season, I doubt the best way to do it is by... switching gfs?? This show still has a couple of more years, so I don't know how I'm gonna put up with H*yden starting shit on Twitter so he can laugh at fans who come into his mentions. I feel like the show itself has made it clear over the past 4 seasons that Sam is the one for Miguel, so idk why they'd suddenly do a 180º and make Miguel dump Sam to get with a girl he hasn't interacted with much for 2 seasons.
Then again, I get a weird vibe from the showrunners because they love the ex-nerd/popular hot girl trope with H*wkMoon, Yasm*tri and I guess Samguel/Tor*guel are also an example of that.
Let me directly address that last part... it is *nauseating* to see them obsessed with that trope and also write them so unrealistically. I absolutely hate all those relationships BECAUSE of that trope. Especially the Yasmine/Demetri one because it is TOO cheesy. She's so 2D and unlikable and Demetri was like my favourite character for the first three seasons, his development was really interesting and then it just halted because "he got the girl of his dreams". Lame. I basically wanted to gouge my eyes out everytime they were on screen, which were too many, this season.
They've also ruined Sam/Miguel because of their on-and-off. I was never that into them, but the constant self inflicted problems and trust issues definitely has not helped make it look attractive nor functional. I wouldn't mind Miguel getting together with someone else after his dad drama, just not Tory or any of the girls we know, he doesn't need the baggage. I also think that they should do more with Sam as a firstborn Larusso kid, and not make her always be in the middle of all the love mess... I feel like they dropped the ball with her ever since the beginning of the series, there was so much you could've done with her but no they chose "love triangle", tragic. Now it's too late because they've brought Anthony into the mix.
I am not a big Hawk fan, but the fact that they had to forcefully make Moon get back together with him for him to gain his confidence back was lazy and forced writing... he should've gained confidence by himself not through her. And the fact that they dropped the ONLY lgbt rep they had with Moon/Piper for yet another nerd/popular girl story is tasteless lol. I could see Miguel/Tory vaguely falling into that stereotype, but I just can't put Tory in the same category as Sam/Moon/Yasmine especially not after s4. That's also why I'm against Tory/Sam becoming friends because I don't see that they have anything in common except love interests, and I just find it unrealistic. I would be here for a peace treaty though and stop the antagonism, like Amanda said.
And when you look at all these copy-and-paste relationships, you actually start appreciating Robby/Tory much more because they are NOT cookie cutter and "forced" (a lot of people don't know what that term means clearly). They're actually the pair that makes *most* sense and feels *most* natural out of the relationships I mentioned and out of the love square. They would bond in whatever circumstance because of their similarities, whereas Sam/Robby and Tory/Miguel happened because they were in the same house or the same dojo and because "boy and girl" basically. Now no more switching, or you won't just ruin Sam and Miguel but Robby and Tory too. As I said before you have to start deepening relationships at a certain point and not just have a bunch of meaningless drama.
And you bring up a lot of good points from the show that shows complete lack of logic in what Hayden is claiming. But again, I think that's the purpose of his tweets. He's fanning the flames, not being serious, trolling. Is he bored or why is he doing it? Beats me. I'm just going to go by what the show tells me like you usually do, and it tells me this nonsense is over at least for Robby and Tory.

Okay, listen to me; someone had to say this, because this little guy has the worst and most stupidest mentally insane haters i've ever seen, of all the characters that have some stupid haters this guy has the worst ones, luckily this is the only character with a fanbase that has common sense, look Minoru Mineta is not a bad character, he just pissed some stupid ass fanbrats of the female cast, basically the only characters people care about, and no I am not making that up, people only like the series because of the girls, ships and not for the storyline, though the writting gets dumber and dumber if you read the manga, the fans are so insane they make hate arts and fanfics of people expelling him or killing this guy as if murder is not a crime, I'm starting to believe that this franchise is propaganda for SJWs and feminazis since everyone THAT insane, why does the girls' fans hate him? Because he's a pervert, you might be thinkin "isn't there other perverts in the series?" or "doesn't anime always have perverts?" The answer is yes, but the fans only like those guys because of how attractive they look, no seriously the fans care about looks and they hate his design, many people points out that they like other characters that act just like him or act worser than him, the only difference is that their designs is a get out of jail free card, so they care about fanservice, the series also has a yandere, a character that should be considered ALOT more offensive than Mineta, a friend of mine on tumblr pointed that out, but since it's a female, it's not a crime, the fanbase is double standard sexist hypocrites because the fans be saying that if he was a girl, no one would hate him and that proves they're the REAL sexist, what's really stupid is that they act like he's the only hateable character, they say he's useless, but then again those are the same stupid idiots that worships characters that hardly do anything, especially if it's an invisible girl that's not important, they let their obsessions with female characters blind them and oversensitize them to the point where they think he raped the girls or "assault them" even though it's so obvious that he hasn't done that, those stupid idiots don't even get this mad when they watch other anime with perverts in them, and they act as if he's a massive selfish asshole in the series, okay here's the biggest stupidity for the whole fanbase, their two favorite characters are super big assholes, the first one is the world's worst bully ever created, he constantly screams at people for no reason, picks on the main character, told him to kill himself, tries to murder him in school, assaults insults him, fights him which in results gets them both in trouble, give death threats to many people, even to his own parents, and SPOILER WARNING: stabs Deku's head with his gear, and people took it as a joke, that guy should've been hated by fans and characters, but that's the creator's cash cow so he's a gary stu and the second one is an abusive father and husband but yet, he's viewed as a hero, he made eldest son turn evil, beats the shit out of Shoto when he was a kid, abused his wife physically and mentally to the point where she snaps and scarred her child out of fear, just for fame and glory, and the worst part is that when the all abuse was revealed; nobody cared, the real messed up part is that the fans blamed all the abuse and bullying towards the victims, even the writer blames the bullying on the victim, so by the fanbase's logic, I'm supposed to praise two unforgiveable assholes with fake ass developments and so called "redemption" who torments people and have a massive hate boner for a 1 inch teen just cuz he pisses off idiots over a few damn chicks? Fuck that. I'm not gonna lose my mind just because a bunch of retards act like they can't survive without their "pweshus waiffus!" or praise overrated characters being saved by bad writting. Call me when people start having common sense.
Recently, I heard people got pissed at him and the writer over a mistranslation, seriously they got so mad, they want the writer to die. Yeah they're THAT kind of people. Free! The Final Stroke screeching/reaction (spoilers)
AHHHHH I JUST WATCHED THE FINAL STROKE MOVIE TODAY IN THEATERS ON PREMIER DAY AND IT WAS LAKSJDFOAIFJWOEI to summarize it all, it was Very Gay, which was to be expected but they DID NOT have to get so freaking extra with it 😩😩😩
much screaming and many spoilers ahead
FIRST OF ALL, KIRISHIMA NATSUYA: HE WAS SO FUCKING HANDSOME DAFKJOIEFJOSIDJF. SO HANDSOME. SO HANDSOME AND STUPID AND OVERLY FRIENDLY AS WE LOVE HIM TO BE ALKDSJFOAIEW.
he was in the film for a total of maybe 5 minutes altogether, which was kind of a lot bc the film kind of was just putting all the characters back in for the sake of putting them in imo? for the fans, lol. so everyone could see their faves. and in these five minutes that he appeared, our mans:
bragged about his little brother he's so proud of
got laughed at by nao for being natsuya (aka dumb and straightforward) as usual
trained with sousuke (he was hanging out in the same pool with him, nao, and makoto to train and aid in sousuke's rehab training)
got a call from ikuya after the international swimming competition in sydney!!!! in that same cafe he's always at!!!! and he was with nao at the time he got the call. casual and cool as always, being the cool big brother or whatever. he ended the call with a curt, "you got it. see you. don't catch a cold."
HE WAS HANGING OUT AT CAFE MARON WHILE THEY WAITED FOR THE SYDNEY COMPETITORS TO COME BACK TO JAPAN. HE WAS BEHIND THE COUNTER WITH ASAHI (WHO WAS HOLDING BABY TSUKIMI IN A CARRIER ON HIS CHEST!!!!!) AND HE THREW HIS ARM AROUND ASAHI AND WAS GETTING SO CLOSE LIKE ALKSDJFAOIEJAOEI. I have absolutely no clue what he was saying at the time bc i was too busy freaking out and trying to hold in the sounds bc the theater was so quiet. but his GODDAMN FACE. HE WAS SMIRKING. SO HANDSOME 😩😩😩😩😩😩😩
and of fucking course, they were all out together at a restaurant when the sydney competitors came back, and he was like, "wth no one else is drinking alcohol tonight?" and nao was like "ofc not haha" AND YOU KNOW WHAT HAPPENS NEXT
HE FUCKING FALLS ASLEEP AT THE TABLE AFTER DRINKING AND EVERYONE IS SURROUNDING HIM AND PATTING HIM LIKE "dude..." and ikuya is sitting there like, omg can't believe this mess is my brother....
i thought that just might be his last scene in the film but then we show back up to the kirishima household and natsuya is eating some sort of luxury holiday(?) bento and ikuya is like "aren't you gonna save any for me?" and natsuya's like "of course not. this is for me, you gotta wait until next year xD" and then ikuya just fucking SNATCHES up several different foods and stuffs his face with all of them and natsuya starts arguing with him over them laskjdfoawiefjao where was this brotherly affection all this time?????
and then cut to a few seconds later, natsuya's bumming in his room on the floor like in s3 when ikuya comes in and tells him about his new future goals and alskdjfaoei brothers sharing their ambitions together 😩😩 WHAT IS GOING ON. EVERYONE GETS ALONG SO WELL NOW???
NEXT: we'll go back to the beginning i guess lmfao but they're preparing for some sort of university festival
we start off with an easily misunderstandable shoujo-style situation where asahi is talking to ikuya like, "i know it's your first time... you don't have to be nervous. i know you can do it." and ikuya's like "no! i can't 😣" like the tsun he is backed up against the wall. and then it turns out they're trying to make a mille feuille cake.... but everything he's made so far looked like crepes
and for some damn reason, KISUMI comes outta nowhere into the kitchen and is like "ooooh what's this? a mille feuille cake? although they all look kinda like crepes haha ^^" and then ikuya RUNS THE FUCK OUT OF THE KITCHEN, yelling, "i told you i couldn't do it!!!" like the fucking tsun he is... and asahi is yelling at kisumi like "why did you just say that!!!" and starts rubbing his knuckles into kisumi's head and kisumi's just laughing like, "oh did i do that hehe"
and for some reason... seijuurou is working at the booth in his speedo and swim team jacket. i mean i'm not complaining but sir.... PLS TAKE MY MONEY AND GIVE ME YOUR FAT OCTOPUS BALLS. (he literally started a batter mixing competition with hoshikawa inside the booth, like what are they even doing in the same booth???)
then rin and sousuke show up to ikuya, asahi, and hiyori(?)'s booth, and they're offering them the crepes and then they get into a conversation about smth that leads into them showing the embarrassing photos they have of each other?????? like ikuya has a pic of rin in his maid costume for some reason??? (tho it isn't shown) and rin shows an embarrassing pic of ikuya he has in his phone that he got from natsuya???????????? and then ikuya starts chasing after rin yelling at him to delete it lasdkjfoaei
and then haru is off to the side selling ugly ass bird mascots again lmfao. bc ofc he is. love that weirdo
BUT THE REAL KICKER HERE IS KINJOU!!!!!!!!!!!
APPARENTLY, HIS VILLAIN BACKSTORY COMES FROM HIS CHILDHOOD CRUSH (/exaggerated) ON HIYORI ALSKDJFOAIE WHAAAT. apparently he was that annoying kid in the playground who would go up to hiyori and bother him bc he wanted a friend. bb hiyori was literally like "why are you even talking to me so much?" in his sandbox. and bb kinjou is like, "well there's gotta be smth you like, right? what is it?" and hiyori's like "well i feel kinda happy when i'm swimming... :)" as images of ikuya flash into his mind, that gay ass
BUT KINJOU'S GAY ASS EYES START SPARKLING TOO AND THEN HE'S LIKE "I GOTTA LEARN WHAT THE BIG DEAL ABOUT SWIMMING IS" and he runs home, begs his brother to take him to the pool. but next time he brings his swimming stuff with him to the playground, hiyori isn't there anymore and apparently he left for america at that time (or smth). so poor baby basically got ghosted
but hiyori still knows him when they're older!!!! kinjou shows up when they're throwing out the trash after the uni festival and calls out to hiyori to taught him (which is where that bullying preview scene came from i guess) and alkfjeoiaejoaifj omfg it's like that estranged childhood friends (sorta) trope but it'll never go kinjou's way bc hiyori is and will always be in love with ikuya 😔
kinjou would make such a good yandere tho!!!! he has a feral expression on a few times throughout the movie, and during a race he gets super competitive mid-race and... ngl he was kinda sexy 😳 i'm actually kind of surprised by how taken i was with him in this movie. doesn't help that he's unfairly handsome and his hair looks fucking amazing. i MAY OR MAY NOT be exploring this man in the future..................
i also found the ending with haru pretty interesting!!!! it kind of hints at neurodivergence? smth along the lines of disassociation or multiple personalities? (guess 50% off was kinda right on that end lmfao).
he gets obsessed with beating albert wahlander, which is the most fired up i've ever seen him (to the point of almost hurting himself) and then the shadow or whatever effect albert has on haru kind of just overtakes him and pushes haru out of his own body in a way... it doesn't make sense to describe it this way, i know, but haru is literally watching himself say hurtful things to his friends while being overtaken by this... albert obsessed persona?
it's so interesting to see haru being the one obsessing over someone instead of the other way around for once!!! at the end of the movie (after all the credits) haru says the same thing he once said at the beginning of season 1? about how "at age 5, you're a prodigy. at age 15, you're a genius. at age 20(?), you're average." and this is def gonna be explored/concluded in the second part of the final stroke movie so i'm excited for that!!!! april 2022 come at me!!!!
there were SOOOOO many other things going on, plot wise and fanservice wise, and ofc kyoto animation was fucking TOP TIER SHIT. all the water effects... there was a shot where haru was looking at his reflection in the water and they make a drop fall and spread and shake his reflection in the waves and it was lafkjsefoiaeja fucking glorious. the soundtrack was lovely too. there was a RADWIMPS-esque beginning song and a sexy ass electric guitar buildup for kinjou (which may or may not be contributing to my growing obsession with him...)
AHHHH!!!! it was so good and everyone was so cute and handsome and gay and funny. we literally see every single character we've met before in some way, shape, or form lmfao. i might just go back to the theater and watch it again on one of the upcoming holidays this week.... SO GOOD. SO GOOD.

ranking all james nightingale relationships:
1. 2016 mcnight (john paul)
mcnight was the first relationship we ever saw james in and, in my opinion, it was the most fleshed out, well written love storyline of them all.
when he was with john paul, james was genuinely happy for probably the first time in his life. jp was the first person james felt safe enough to open up to. he was the first person to find out about james' abuse and the first person to bother looking past his cold exterior to find the broken boy inside.
john paul was everything to james and their story was a beautifully emotional rollercoaster.
2. stames (ste hay)
idk. it might be my love for the enemies-to-lovers trope, but i am obsessed with them. their progression wasn't as rushed as people make it out to be. james was the first person to accept ste back into the village and i think, after losing harry, they had both grown up and realised their rivalry was stupid.
they still argued and got on each other's nerves but, with all the drugs stuff, they grew a real respect for each other. it still took them almost six months after they first slept together to realise they had feelings for each other, and even longer to say ily.
i understand why so many people hate them together (even i can admit some of their scenes just feel awkward) but they actually go really well together, and you can tell they really do love each other, even if james hasn't said it back.
3. jiam (liam donovan)
another enemies-to-lovers story but this one was just so much fun to watch.
they were both as messed up as each other and, while i do believe liam genuinely had feelings for james, it was moreso just a friends-with-benefits thing.
the actors had so much chemistry and their scenes were really hot. i would've loved to see them together for longer than just a month or two, but it was fun while it lasted.
4. 2020 mcnight (john paul)
i had to split the two because, in my eyes, they were two different relationships.
i truly believe james never fell out of love with john paul. he meant far too much to him for james to just lose feelings. but that love fell less romantic and grew into more of a "you mean so much to me and i will always be grateful for what you've done for me".
i think the reason why james chased after john paul when he came back to the village was out of loneliness. he had just lost harry and his mind was messed up. he was in a relationship (?) with liam, someone he didn't have real feelings for. he was still grieving and he just needed something else to focus on.
also the whole aspect of trying to get jp away from george.
but as much as i loved them the first time around, i'm glad they're in a place now where they can just be friends.
5. jyle (kyle kelly)
so this is a messy one. obviously, the whole framing james for murder thing meant these two weren't gonna last. but while they were together, if you pretended there was no scheming going on, they were actually really sweet together.
james really cared for kyle and i truly believe kyle fell in love with james before he had to leave. i loved seeing them together and i loved the friendship they had afterwards.
i'm also super glad they didn't forget about this relationship after kyle died. it was good of them to let james have those scenes with nancy where he could grieve.
6. jarry (harry thompson)
okay, don't attack me for putting them last. i have an extremely complicated opinion on this relationship.
at the time, i loved them together. i was really invested in their relationship and rooted for them to get together. but looking back, i don't think i ever truly liked them together. i just hated ste and harry together and this was the better option.
there are some aspects of their relationship i liked. i feel like there's was the only one where james got a family out of it. i loved harry's dynamic with marnie and romeo, and i loved to see james truly happy with someone he loved.
but in hindsight, james and harry were extremely toxic together. harry was too immature for james. he was constantly stringing him along and could never figure out what he truly wanted. and james just went along with it because he was so in love with harry.
still, despite my dislike for them and for harry (god i really fucking hate harry), i can admit that the way their relationship ended was heartbreaking. harry didn't deserve to die the way he did and the writers making james drug him was the only time they have written james out of character.
although, i did love the aftermath of harry's death. gregory finnegan does the emotional scenes so well and i genuinely loved watching him spiral into depression the way he did.

BILLY BREAKS THINGS OFF WITH STEVE...
A big grin breaks Steve's face in two, glowing through his cheeks like a beautiful sunrise or something. He can hear the sound of Billy's Camaro rumbling to a stop in his front yard. His skin breaks out in goosebumps and his heart beats wildly, like an animal trapped in a cage.
It was movie night.
Nothing special, since they've been having nights like these since last Christmas. But tonight was different. Call him a stupid girl obsessing over shit that he shouldn't- but he really couldn't. Not after they'd done the Devil's tango for the first time about two days ago. Of course Billy had gone AWOL after that but he'd called earlier today... said he wanted to talk. It's been the only thing Steve could think about since that time... - that and the fact that he'd had sex with Billy for the first time! He stays replaying all the sounds and tastes in his head over and over again like a reel. He hoped to God that it had been as special for Billy as it had been for him.
His insides still felt soft, sore and mushy from where Billy had pounded into him, thighs burning with every movement of his legs. His pale hips sported several deep, purple, finger-shaped bruises and there were dark hickies colouring his alabaster neck like watercolours. And if he thought about it real hard, he could still feel Billy's hands in his hair, pulling and tugging and fucking yanking on it as he thrust into his tight hole.
God, he thinks, chastising himself for being so horny.
Get a grip Steve! Desperation was never a good look, on anyone.
Billy's suddenly at his front door, not even bothering to knock. No.
He just stands there looking all majestic and super chill in his aviators and leather jacket. Steve pulls the door open with shaky hands and just takes in the eyeful of glorious golden skin and Californian blue eyes. His heart flutters stupidly in his chest and Steve glares down at himself as if to berate his own goddamn heart. His cheeks become inflamed as Billy brushes past him, woodsy cologne filling Steve's senses. He tightens up involuntarily at the scent and slowly closes the door, biting at his lip with a nervous smile.
"H- hey," he mutters dumbly, craving the idea of rushing into Billy's arms but somehow restraining himself.
The blonde simply gazes at him; a kind of heat in his heavily hooded eyes. He's got on a white t-shirt under that black leather jacket, cotton pulled taut across his broad chest. God, Steve is going insane every minute his face isn't buried in Billy's chest. That's his safe place... and that white t-shirt is one of his favorites.
"We need to talk," Billy tells him in that raspy, low and smoky tone.
Steve goes molten between the legs and his heart does some weird kind of flip inside him. How the hell did Billy have so much control over his mind and body? Was that what sex with another guy was like? Or was this just a Billy thing? Because Steve has tasted the blonde once already- literally- ...and he wanted more.
"Yeah, we can," he nods with a grin, "but can we do it in my room? It's already warm in there and out here's like, freezing so-"
"Out here is fine," Billy interrupts, mouth drawn in a tight line and haw clenched tightly.
It's the first indication that maybe this was very serious and Steve hadn't noticed because he was too busy thinking about getting dicked down again.
"Wh- ...what's wrong?"
Billy stares at him, thick brows drawing over his darkened eyes. "I can't do this."
Oh God, Steve's gonna have an aneurysm.
"What?"
He forces himself to keep his cool, to not instantly turn into some crying, shaking mess that just wants to go down on his knees and beg the other boy to stay. He keeps repeating in his head that it's all just some sick fucking joke on Billy's part and offers the blonde a pained grin but his heart falters when Billy's expression doesn't change.
"Bill-"
"I'm leaving town. Tonight."
Steve feels the breath get knocked out of him and this time he takes a quick step forward. "Billy what's going on-??"
Billy takes a step back, growling. "I just told you, I'm leaving."
"That's not- ...What happened? Why are you leaving? Was it your Dad?"
"It wasn't my fucking Dad-"
"Well then tell me!"
"Tell you what?!" Billy shouts, getting in Steve's face now, a deep rumble in the back of his throat.
"Why are you leaving? Why now?" Steve snaps, the pit of his stomach hollowing itself. He's so fucking scared and hurt right now but all he can feel is the hot and cold running all over his damp skin. Hot tears prickle and sting his eyes but he doesn't dare blink for fear of missing Billy for too long.
"Harrington-"
"No!" Steve screams, "You tell me why you're suddenly moving out of Hawkins! Tell me why! Tell- wait, is it because of me?"
Something in Billy's expression shifts and he looks away, cursing under his breath, fists clenched hard.
"It's not you, don't flatter yourself Harrington."
And that particular statement puts Steve on notice. This couldn't have been Billy talking. His Dad maybe but he'd stopped calling him Harrington whenever they argued. Apparently it sounded too impersonal and not intimate at all. Which is the opposite of how Billy had been cooing and whispering his name the night they'd had sex. He'd even made sure to hold Steve through the worst of his first time, asking him gently whether or not he should pull out, or if he wasn't ready.
A tear slips down his cheek at the now sour memory.
"Then what was it? Is this town too small for you, Mr California? Not enough clueless hick town boys for you to fuck huh?"
Billy takes a menacing step forward and grabs him by the neck. "You're awfully close but no dice, " he snarls, "Unlike you, I actually got into college, so, I'm leaving. You think I want to stay stuck in this backwater town with some nobody who slings ice-cream for a living?"
Steve fights the strong grip, breaking it and taking a heaving step back, shudders wracking through his body. His breath comes out ragged, and pulls back in with a sob.
"What are you saying?" he mutters softly, too afraid to shout or even get angry, because that'll only make Billy leave faster. It always makes them leave.
Billy grunts, "Jesus Christ you want me to spell it out for you? I'm done, Harrington. We're done."
But Steve shakes his head, tears already falling silently from his eyes. His goddamn heart was in his throat.
"You can't do this..." he chokes, feeling sick to his stomach.
"Why can't I?" Billy growls, his face dry and emotionless.
"Because we-" Steve hisses but is cut off by an unexpected cry. He didn't have the strength to say those words right now- couldn't.
Too bad Billy had caught on anyway. "Because we what? Had sex a few days ago? Jesus Harrington, didn't take you for such a pussy. It was just a mindless fuck, didn't think you'd take it to heart. I'm not actually some fucking faggot like you."
Steve shakes his head, "Why are you doing this to me?" he sobs, feeling utterly betrayed.
Every part of his body felt betrayed right now- every single part of him that he'd let Billy touch, kiss and sink his teeth into. A sharp pain stabs him in the chest and then slowly sinks in all the way to his gut. It feels permanent, yet somehow like a terrible dream that he can't seem to wake up from.
Billy turns to leave and he doesn't have the strength to hold him back. Just watches him go through blurry eyes, body shaking with the massive effort it takes to keep from falling to his knees.
"Wheeler was right about you; you're bullshit Harrington."
Steve's knees only hit the floor when the Camaro rumbles off into the distance.
...............
Hardened blue eyes glare back at him from the rearview mirror.
The only sense of accomplishment he felt was that he'd finally put some distance between the monster in his head, and the one thing he loved more than life itself.

One of your most favorite dates you guys have had was at the amusement park! You both spent the day riding around on roller coasters, water rides, basically anything that was there! You guys ate so much junk food it wasn't even funny, once it hit dark you both were on your way back. He told everyone the next day about how much fun he had and how he almost threw up cotton candy! Who knows why he picked that one story, but it's Denki so don't really question him too much.
