For work I commute to a city whose main car population comprises of sport cars and big pavement princesses that I could not afford in a lifetime. (I'll be honest, so far in the game Orion has never had problems with either Karlack or Wyll but we've got to be realistic and put some drama in there. You can't have 7 random people living together and never get bothered. Even if you've got the patience of a saint (like Orion)).
Funnily enough, in the Astarion encounter they didnt even get angry about being threatened by a knife to the throat, they got pissed because they didn't see it coming :^) but do not worry, we're merry friends with everyone in the party, currently working on getting those sweet approval points with cool lady Jaheira

But seriously, they didn't trust and played down all his sweet little compliments and greetings throughout act 1/~2 (rightfully so), I think it would take some conscious effort on Orion's part to simply accept them now... They do atleast give him the benefit of the doubt (haven't finished the game yet and still have a long way to go before Cazador, our suspicious ass remains suspicious 👀 )
