It really annoys me when people say that anxiety is 'just feeling worried' so here's a list of all the other problems anxiety has caused me over the years:
- maladaptive daydreaming
-panic attacks
-flight response where I run away from a situation and can't remember how I got there
-worsening my circulation disorder
-digestion issues
-tics
-I get random rashes on my hands sometimes?
-suicidal thoughts
-low mood/ depression

-blister plasters
-vaseline
-emergency sweets
-nail polish remover
-hairbrush

-hand sanitizer
-hand cream
-pocket mirror
-antibacterial wipes
Basically I hate it when one of my friends needs something (especially if they're in pain) and I can't help...

For some reason I was stupid and trusted my 13 year old brother playing games on my laptop without supervision (I say without supervision I was sat right next to him but distracted smh) and this bitch managed to LOCATE and READ some of the SHITTY FANFIC I'VE BEEN WRITING luckily he didn't see any smutty bits but as we all know that shit is personal and too embarrassing to show to people in real life. I'm never leaving my bedroom again. God forbid he tell my parents.

It's weird that discovering/accepting your gender or sexual identity can make you feel so much better about yourself.
I just recently started mentally refering to myself as aroace and it's scary how good I feel like I've started wearing short shorts and skirts again and I no longer feel judged or inadequate in large crowds and when I look in the mirror I'm happy-
Obviously this will in no way solve all your issues and I still have lots of things I dislike about myself (esp. mentally) but it's just- great.
