To answer your question if I could relive any memory it would be my memory of going to Disneyland when I was 10. That was my first time going on a plans and what made it memorable was the fact it was for my birthday. It was a great relief as this took place a year after my grandmothers death.

Took me two days to make this on top of ibispaint crashing on me twice but I finished. My first LeonaxMiconia piece (Thinking of calling the ship Honeylion?). I'm really excited because this is my first OCxCanon ship of done in literally years so I'm excited on what Ill be able to do with this couple in the future.

Ha, thank you for starting yet another conversation with me!
This information is actually quite interesting as, now knowing the that there was several other sources (not shocked there) when it comes to this 'project', it makes a lot of the influence in the character designs more clear. Its very clear that Ugigiugi's Seth is a mix of Leona, Inuyasha/Sesshomaru, and Enneads Seth. Especially with the color pallet, hair, and eyes.
Of coarse none of those things are actually copyrightable, but when it comes to Ugigiugi Its very clear that she choose all of those elements, not because she liked them, but because it made it easier for her to trace from those properties with out having to make a sort of base from scratch or, you know, actually draw anything at all to begin with.
Short note on the past designs, but its actually quite disheartening that despite the old design most likely also being traced and heavily referencing another character that it had more details on the designs then his current one. following the old from new she slowly starts taking those designs away to give us generic red head guy with a vest who sometimes wears mythological Egyptian clothing.
The thing with Anubis is not to shocking as this seems to be another plot of Ennead that she lifted off of. in Ennead Seth is in love with Anubis and Horus is in love With Seth. Seth is Anubis adoptive father and Horus is Anubis half brother. It seems in Ugigiugi stories she shifted the roles around were herself insert is in the place of Anubis, Seth is in the place of Horus, and Anubis is in the place of Seth. I'm actually quite shock that despite her erasing the homosexual context of the original story she didn't bother to change the incest part. Kind of ways in on the homophobic/LGBT+ erasing aspect. its clear that Ennead is a fetish story but to specifically on erase the LGBTQ+ part and not the thing that was actually fetishizing it (the incest) is questionable.
Besides the rampant tracing, I could only speculate about this project. I had some thoughts about it like... Was this Egyptian project of hers a "white savior" complex? Is it also her f*tishizing/appropriating Egyptian stuff?
I wouldn't be shocked if this was 100% the case as if you ever read her Twisted Wonderland fanfics, specifically the stuff that involved the savannahclaws, it makes you think about it. Especially with the several, and I mean SEVERAL, fics were many of the characters call her "Pale and Beautiful" which rubs me in all the negative ways possible. The fact that she's also the only white character in the Egyptian story with all people of color? it clearly was some sort of set up for a white savior story were herself insert is seen as the beautiful Persephone demigod who rescued the Egyptian gods and everyone loved her because she was cool, awesome, and a 'rare beauty'.
Knowing more information about the Egyptian Story progression and stuff I do have a theory that she possible also deleted the Egyptian work with intent of rebranding and using those characters for such . Not wanting people to know about the Ugigigui situation being attached. Possible giving them a 'fresh' coat and going under another name. If I'm correct she has already been caught lurking on the Uigigigui account as it is and already made an attempt to make another account on pixiv. She's definitely probably somewhere else attempting to make a fresh start with the characters in hope that she can eventually make money off this stolen work and not actual serve the consequences of her actions.
Its interesting to go into the Ugigigui rabbit hole and notice that there was more issues than her tracing. Even if the homophobic or white savior undertones were somehow not intentional it reads as such and definitely something to be spoken about.

Moving on to an actual topic, while looking at this art wise, not only can you tell that a mass majority of this art is traces of Leona from Twisted wonderland, but the designs are straight up nearly stolen from the Webtoon Ennead (Another place she also traced from in a few of her works). Her Seth is literally a hybrid of the Ennead Seth and Leona from TWST mixed together to make some hybrid child.
I'm assuming she decided to make this "beautiful' decision so that she can easily trace fanart of both Leona and Seth instead of actually have to draw anything at all from scratch.
Anyway, thought this was interesting because my closing suspicion of her possible being homophobic keeps growing because this is apart of the several pieces of work were she replaced a male character in a MalexMale relationship (whether its fanart or official original art) with her female self insert to serve a heterosexual perspective. This time being a more sever case.
If no ones ever read 'Ennead' it is strictly considered a boy love story. Seth (god of war in Egyptian mythos) is seen having several romantic and sexual relationship with men. Specifically the god Horus. Its-- the story is a lot, but the main point is that this series doesn't have many hetro elements to it.
In Ugigugi's version she keeps Seth, gives him Leona's personality (kind of), and then replaces Horus with her Self insert Julia. The stories are nearly the same from what I can gather and all she did was erase the more graphic and horrid parts of the story to create a more fluffy 'gentle' perspective of the relationship. Almost in a way to spite the Ennead version of the story which has a much darker storyline to it.
Funniest part of this all? She's drawn Ennead fanart before so I genuinely do not get why she thought she was going to get away with this.
(LMAO love how in these pieces to not make it clear that she took heavy, and I mean HEAVY inspiration, from Ennead she just changed the art style. Just because the designs [which were probably also taken from other sources] are different doesn't mean that the tracing of the characters aren't obvious)
Now the only thing I want to know is why she mass deleted all of the Egyptian artwork she did and not the obviously traced Twisted Wonderland work that's still on her DeviantArt. is the author of Ennead more threatening with copyright striking? Was the universe she created actually co owned with another user and the other didn't want to participate anymore after realizing she was a tracer? Was she accused of something like racism ? Its odd for sure. if anyone knows comment or relog because I think its really strange.

Apparently either Ugigugi or someone else relogged them on Pinterest and because of that they are now forever frozen there as a memory of a person who is no longer on the internet (and thank god for that).

Dear creators prt 1: lets talk about gen ai

Summary or tldr:
This started off as a journal to encourage my fellow creators to glaze their works and different ways of protecting it, but it grew to explaining why, how, and what. Soon i made a 9000+ word document criticizing gen ai as a whole. Read further to further sections to get the full scope or just stick with this passage. But simply: dear fellow creators, glaze and nightshade your images (photos , artwork, take pics of your texts and glaze em.
Up to you):https://glaze.cs.uchicago.edu They have webglaze (lets you glaze online) if your device isn't compatible with it. (Dm them on their social media to get it.) To put it very simply: it poisons your work for datasets in different ways so that when your work is fed into a ai , it can’t use your name and art as effectively or at all. The filter is , admittedly , more visible depending on how high the protection is and the style of art you have (especially if its flat). But the pros outweigh the cons.
I have a better explanation down below but it is lengthy and I go through as much as I can concerning ai, some of its saga so far, as well as how it gets its information and how others have used it so far.

Heads up, this is really long. I also get passionate and even snippy but with all that has been happening with gen ai as of late, can you blame me? Everything that has happened with this technology thus far is inhumane and trifling. There are some who literally treat a computer program better than real people- and I have a problem with that. If generative ai causing you any sort of distress, please know that you are not alone! I hope part of this can give you some aspect of hope or even a little chuckle here and there as well as producing this whole thing learning something new. Whether you relate, feel some catharsis, or find this piece drags on, know that in the end I fully support my fellow human creators.

As creators, your work is your work and no one has a right to take it and use it as they please. As previously discussed, glaze and nightshade (along with mist but I am mainly focused on the to former)
You can get it here “https://glaze.cs.uchicago.edu”. They have a gpu version (takes far shorter but has graphics chip specifications and a good computer.) and a cpu (cpu takes a long time, i won't lie. However you still have options) If your system or device is not compatible with glaze and nightshade on pc/mac then there’s webglaze , though you have to request an invite.Good news is you can easily get one through glaze’s instagram or their other social media. Just request it in comments or dm, may take time but be patient it's well worth it. What are glaze and nightshade, you may ask? Well “Glaze is a system designed to protect human artists by disrupting style mimicry. At a high level, Glaze works by understanding the AI models that are training on human art, and using machine learning algorithms, computing a set of minimal changes to artworks, such that it appears unchanged to human eyes, but appears to AI models like a dramatically different art style. For example, human eyes might find a glazed charcoal portrait with a realism style to be unchanged, but an AI model might see the glazed version as a modern abstract style, a la Jackson Pollock. So when someone then prompts the model to generate art mimicking the charcoal artist, they will get something quite different from what they expected.”~ glaze team (snippet from website)
“Nightshade works similarly as Glaze, but instead of a defense against style mimicry, it is designed as an offense tool to distort feature representations inside generative AI image models. Like Glaze, Nightshade is computed as a multi-objective optimization that minimizes visible changes to the original image. While human eyes see a shaded image that is largely unchanged from the original, the AI model sees a dramatically different composition in the image. For example, human eyes might see a shaded image of a cow in a green field largely unchanged, but an AI model might see a large leather purse lying in the grass. Trained on a sufficient number of shaded images that include a cow, a model will become increasingly convinced cows have nice brown leathery handles and smooth side pockets with a zipper, and perhaps a lovely brand logo.”~ glaze team(snippet from website)
More information on glaze (https://glaze.cs.uchicago.edu/what-is-glaze.html) and Nightshade(https://nightshade.cs.uchicago.edu/whatis.html) respectively. Read carefully.
The glaze filter is more visible than the nightshade filter, however you'd adjust the levels a bit. Keep in mind the higher the level the more protection it offers.
Don’t say which picks have glaze/nightshade, it kinda defeats the purpose- let it be a surprise. After all, we were told to “adapt or die.” And if you are familiar with ninth grade biology: there are different ways to adapt to the same environment.
Cara.App!(https://cara.app/home) Cara has built in glaze too. You get 10 slots a day and the site is pro artist as well as has a filter to counter ai a best as they can. It is in beta and made by a fellow creator.( you can glaze your images on Cara, they share said images elsewhere. plus Cara is a really good site.)
Be wary of those who tell you to stop using cloaking altogether: Many people claim to have reversed the effects of nightshade… before it even came out.. (this is a lie.). A clue to this is when they proclaim gen ai as not infringing on copyright and don’t enable widespread theft (they do infringe and they do make theft easier.) Nightshade is meant to poison while Glaze is meant to prevent mimicry and poisons that aspect. Nothing is a hundred percent coverage, that's a given but if it still helps and it's still effective then it should still be considered in preventative or deterrent measures. If you can only get one of either at this time then that's good for now.
There is also MIST(https://mist-project.github.io/index_en.html ) which is another form of cloaking. Though it is less known than glaze. It is said to be very effective against image2image (arguably the most blatant art theft among gen ai models.) though fair warning the distortion tends to be higher than on glaze, though it has been a while since i checked it. They do have a new version out as we speak. If you use this, Read the instructions carefully.
Artshield (https://artshield.io/watermarker): its in beta but it's a browser based system that adds a watermark to your work and is said to affect ai by citing it as a negative input. It's worth checking out. Adds a watermark and checks for it.
Also , generally to my artists everywhere: Always watermark your work. Sign and date your work as well, and keep the original files to them. doesn’t matter if it’s physical art or digital , sign it.
So yes , by all means glaze/nightshade/mist/artshield/watermark all your work. Don’t say it’s there, let it be a surprise. Gen ai prompters often can’t even be arsed to fix the errors in their ai outputs- most wouldn’t be bothered to remove glaze off of every pic. That also explains why they often lie about them not working- the models still need continual data and they want yours to be added in.

“The rooster and the peacock. I remember when they were friends"
Another redraw of Lore Olympus. The fashion is inspired by the Rococo era and both the dresses are inspired by Marie Antoinette who I thought fit them both in story. I also made Leto's theme a rooster to fit Hera's peacock one. Felt like it worked for the two people who were former best friends. We see this with Echo and Hera later on in the series with their matching sweater outfits.
