A brief mention of yesterday's Russian attacks. Kharkiv region. Yesterday at 12:30 a.m. in the village of Sotnytskyi Kozachok, Bohodukhiv district, local volunteers were injured as a result of an enemy drone hitting their car: a 56-year-old man, his 54-year-old wife, and their 18-year-old son, said Oleh Syniehubov, head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration.
Children aged 5 and 16 were wounded as a result of Russian strikes on Dergachi, said Vyacheslav Zadorenko, head of the local MVA. According to him, the Russians hit civilian buildings with multiple rocket launchers. The children are being helped. The enemy also struck near Liptsy, Suspilne reported.

Richard the dog miraculously survived a Russian air strike on the town of Dergachi. The bomb hit very close to him.

The reason for the evacuation of two hospitals in the capital was a video from a meeting of the All-Belarusian People's Assembly. In this video (I don't want to download such an illness), the head of the KGB of Belarus, Ivan Tertel, tells another lie about "terrorists" and "deserved punishment". "We know all these people and their plans. In the fight against terrorism, we act according to the laws of wartime. There are killed and wounded terrorists among them, and they will be punished, even though they chose Kyiv hospitals at 30 and 32 Bohatyrska Street as their lair, where they actually hid behind sick children," the tertiary said. Don't forget we fighting for freedom and our lives with not only russians, but and belarusian. I will never forget all the horrific attacks launched from their lands in Ukraine in 2022.

Russian troops attacked the Saltovskyi district of Kharkiv at night, hitting the territory of a psychiatric hospital. One of the patients was injured: glass shards cut her head.
- There is blood on the pillow in my room.
- It's okay, Valya, you're not going to worry about the pillow.
- Valya, how are you feeling now? Are you okay? Doesn't your head hurt?
- Do you have many patients?
- Yes, 51 people, the nurse says.
- How did they react to the explosion?
- They ran out into the corridor, well done, lay down on the floor, were scared, screaming. It is very difficult for them. They fell and hugged each other. Even...
(I'm translating this and I'm on the verge of tears)
- Didn't you have time to take them to the shelter?
- No, there were two hits at once, they just made them lie on the floor. It was a psychiatric hospital, so we didn't have time to get to the shelter...
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
At the time of the shelling, there were 60 patients and five staff members in the medical building. They did not have time to move the patients to the shelter: the first strike occurred less than a minute after the air raid was announced.

During the air alert, which lasted in the Lviv region from 03:58 to 06:02, our region was hit by cruise missiles of various classes and "Kinzhal" air ballistic missiles. Three cruise missiles were shot down by the soldiers of the "West" military group. Unfortunately, there were also hits. The enemy attacked two critical energy infrastructure facilities in Stryi and Chervonohrad districts. Fires broke out on them. The State Emergency Service units quickly extinguished the fires. There is destruction.
Life support systems in the region are operating normally. But only last night, the occupiers attacked energy infrastructure facilities in Dnipropetrovs'k, Ivano-Frankivsk, and Lviv regions.

My first. I didn't fit into the text-characters limit.
Let's return to the time of the first Executed Renaissance.
On this day in 1890, Mykola Zerov, a Ukrainian poet and translator of ancient poetry, was born. He was shot in 1937 in Sandarmokh. He was a literary scholar, literary critic, leader of the Neoclassics, and a master of the sonnet form.
Tumblr media
The photo shows Mykola with his son in, the late 1920s. The son died of scarlet fever at the age of ten. His wife could not attend the funeral because she was in hospital. Zerov came to the funeral ceremony with two friends and two students and delivered a farewell speech in Latin. The language of the dead.
A year later, on 27 April 1935, at night, Zerov's house was searched and arrested, along with 28 other members of the Ukrainian intelligentsia, on charges of counter-revolutionary activity and terror.
In November 1937, Mykola Zerov was executed in the Sandarmokh tract along with other Ukrainian figures.
21 years later, the KGB would issue a false certificate to the wife of the executed writer, stating that her husband had been in prison until 1941. Sofia Zerova was informed that Mykola Zerov died of cardiovascular paralysis.
Of the nearly 300 Ukrainian writers who lived in Ukraine in the 1930s, 36 survived. Only seven of them died of natural causes. Few people can name at least a dozen cultural figures of that time. So many of them were destroyed that sometimes you get lost in names.
When some Westerners read great Russian literature, remember that the writer is also a fan of imperialism and supports our genocides in the past century or today's new genocidal attempt to erase all Ukrainians. And once again Russian propaganda has a well-done job to make you believe in every fucking lie they are writing. Ukraine keeps losing the best people for whom culture and art always have a special place in their hearts.
Russian culture is great just because they constantly erase literature and kill artists from the country that Russians want to conquer
Ukrainians' tortured poets department.

Please listen to this work, which is dedicated to Ukrainian artists and cultural figures who died as a result of the Russian invasion. In the words of the paramedic and poet Olena Herasymiuk (she and her photo are shown in the video).

"I don't want to feel anything
Every day it's losses
I don't want to know anyone else
Every day it's losses
I don't want to be friends or love
Every day it's losses
Staying put or running away
Every day it's losses
Shine the yellow sun on me
Our memory will not be destroyed by any
I'm catching the last ray
I'm catching your last ray
Like a shot to the heart
Not warmth, but a memory
I can feel you somewhere
In the lightning and the thunder,
And under the spring rain
I can't tally, I can't count
Every day it's losses
I can't forgive you, I can't give you back
Every day it's losses
Not to forget and not to comprehend
Which one of us is next
Neither believe nor accept
Every day it's losses
I feel like an empty planet,
But I'm looking for you, where are you
Show yourself to me in the slums
Come to me in the slums
Or among the faces of others
For your memory is a warm ray
Your heart is full of love
Let the spring flood begin
Wash away this pain
I don't want to feel anything
Every day it's losses
I don't want to believe, to wait
Every day it's losses
I don't want to dream, to cherish
Every day it's losses
I don't want to fall and lie down
Every day it's losses
The planet revolves in silence
Our fates are poems
Tomorrow there will be others to love
Tomorrow there will be others to love
Not us at all
Only loneliness will accept
It will open its arms to us
A sharp blade will take out the heart
White snow is falling"

You never expect the news of death. It falls on you like snow on your head. No matter how hardened you are, each new piece of news inflames and devastates you as long as you are alive and have humanity in you. Words disappear, and life stops for a moment. Once again, your head will start to hurt from thinking.

You will never get used to death because you are human. This is our happiness and our misfortune. The pain subsides and fades away until each new piece of news comes like snow on your head.

In war, life is valued differently than outside of combat operations. In war, life is a luxury. Every deep breath of a person is happiness. Every day, people are wounded by the vile iron of the Russian army. And to keep them breathing deeply every day, doctors work for this. The price is too high. But what can you do? The work of the medics of the 47th mech_brigade.

Day 3.
Ukraine won eight more medals on the third day of the European Para Swimming Championships 2024. The Ukrainians won 29 medals over the three days of competition (11 gold, 8 silver, and 10 bronze). Ukraine is in second place in the Euro 2024 medal standings, ahead of only Italy.
❗Imagine competing against swimmers from the terrorist states of Russia and Belarus. When your home is destroyed, in the case of the Ukrainian swimmers from Mariupol. Or in the case of the second gold medalist, your home is damaged by the Russians just before the tournament. And these people manage to get places. And not just any, but a prize one. Or ever break world records. There were also cases when athletes lost their loved ones and participated in the competition on the same day. Is it fair to put them next to people whose brothers, parents, and friends have hurt you and your loved ones and continue to do so?
Tumblr media
The first gold medal at this European Championships was won by four-time Paralympic medallist Anton Kol, whose home and training facility were damaged on the eve of the tournament due to a Russian missile attack on Dnipro.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
The Ukrainian took first place in the 100m backstroke in the S1 class among swimmers with musculoskeletal disorders. Kol covered the distance in 2:30.56 minutes, 0.28 seconds ahead of Israeli Iyad Shalabi, who took second place.
Tumblr media
The second European title in Madeira was won by Alexander Komarov from Mariupol, who finished first in the 50m butterfly in the S5 class. His winning time was 36.14 seconds, which is 1.35 seconds faster than the silver medallist in this category, the Spaniard António Ponce Bertrand.
Tumblr media
This is what the swimmer did before the occupation of Mariupol. He helped children with disabilities and rehabilitation kids with autism. And the Russians almost destroyed his hometown and damaged that center. Also, since last year, he has been competing in a different category, because after what he experienced in Mariupol, his illness has been progressing.
Tumblr media
Also, five-time Paralympic medallist Danylo Chufarov, a nominee for this year's Laureus Award, opened the count of individual medals at this Euro. In the SB11 class among visually impaired athletes, the Mariupol resident took second place in the 100m breaststroke with a time of 1:14.48 minutes. He was separated from the gold medal by 4.06 seconds, which was won by Rogier Dorsman of the Netherlands.
❗Last year Danylo Chufarov managed to break a 15-year-old world record!
Tumblr media
Second silver medal was won by Oleksiy Virchenko from Poltava, who finished second in the 100m freestyle in the S13 class. His time was 52.77 seconds: He lost 1.57 seconds to the "neutral" champion Igor Boki.
Russians and Belarusians continue to live their lives and achieve their goals in sports. Meanwhile, Ukraine continues to lose people, including athletes and even Olympic champions.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
If Russia doesn't exist, Ukrainians can live much longer.
Sport is not beyond politics
What does Russian neutrality look like?
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
Appeasement with the enemy looks something like this: fans of genocide can and will participate in competitions while the victims of their genocide, including Ukrainian athletes, die defending their loved ones and country. I do not want to live in such a world. I am disgusted with this injustice.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
I can't even imagine how devastatingly disappointed our people from the Donetsk region, and one of the athletes is from Mariupol, feel themselves when they must share space and stand beside to (Bela)Russians.

Also, at around 00:46, Russians launched two S-300 missiles at the central part of Zolochiv, said Viktor Kovalenko, head of the Zolochiv military command center. The strikes hit the former Zolochiv district administration: the building was partially destroyed. According to preliminary data, more than 10 residential buildings, including apartment blocks, were damaged. The buildings of the police department, Oshchadbank, the education department, the Zorya newspaper, and the territorial center for social services were damaged. Seven school buses were damaged. Russia also attacked a storage facility for disabled vehicles in Odesa.
Tumblr media
On the night of 24 April, Russians shelled Pokrovsk with four rockets and damaged a social infrastructure facility, with no information on casualties or injuries, the Donetsk regional police reported. Eight settlements in the region came under Russian shelling over the past day

✅ 79 senators voted in favor and 18 against.

Thank you for your titanic work!
The timely arrival of assistance is very important now, as the enemy is already studying and beginning to intensify its attacks.
Analysts at the Institute for the Study of War (ISW) suggest that the focus of Russian Defence Minister Shoigu's talks on strikes on Ukrainian logistics suggests that Russian forces may change their targets to hit Ukrainian transport infrastructure, logistics, and military storage facilities, thus disrupting the logistics of the Ukrainian military." Russian forces are likely to step up drone and missile strikes in the coming weeks to maximize damage to Ukrainian infrastructure and defense industrial base before US assistance arrives," ISW said.
The Russian army's focus on offensive operations near Chasiv Yar, west of Avdiivka, and west and southwest of Donetsk city further indicates that Russian forces are likely to intensify their offensive in these areas.
In addition to yet another manifestation of Russian terrorism, there was some good news this morning.
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
Minus 26,000 cubic meters of Russian fuel: SBU drones hit two oil depots in the Smolensk region.

I wish russia burned the same way they burnt my kids
Farewell to the Putiatin family at the cemetery. The family was slaughtered on 9 February in a fire caused by a Russian drone attack.
Tumblr media
-… Everyone who supports this war and Putin-idiot. Let them all burn in flames, as my children were burned. I will never forgive, even though I was born in russia. I will never forgive you, you bastards.

Today, Russian kamikaze drones attacked Odesa at night. According to the OVA, 9 people were injured as a result of the hit on residential buildings, 4 of them were children aged 12 and 9 and two babies under the age of one.

Children are suffering again… Russians are bloody bustards.
There is only one solution - strong defense. The party that does not strike back loses.

Gorgeous Frank on point as always❤️‍🩹🫂🏳️‍🌈
Follow the example of some of our most loyal allies. The United Kingdom will provide Ukraine with a new and largest military aid package to date, worth $617 million. It will include: ▪️60 boats, including raid boats, diving boats, and naval guns. ▪️More than 1600 strike and anti-aircraft missiles, additional Storm Shadow missiles. ▪️Over 400 vehicles, including 160 Husky protected vehicles, 162 armored vehicles and 78 all-terrain vehicles. ▪️ Almost 4 million rounds of ammunition for small arms.
"The Ukrainian Armed Forces continue to fight bravely, but they need our support - right now. This package will help ensure that Ukraine has everything it needs to fight Russia," the British Prime Minister said.
I have one question. Did you specifically wait to see if the United States would approve the aid? We needed all this yesterday. Thank you, of course, better late than never.
Please hear our cry out to the world, keep spreading our voices, and donate to our army and combat medics (savelife.in.ua, prytulafoundation.org, Serhii Sternenko, hospitallers.life, ptahy.vidchui.org, and u24.gov.ua).

Critical thinking and verification of information. No, we have not heard about it.
Not surprised that even the materials of the horrors of Russian crimes in Ukraine: Izyum, Bakhmut, Bucha are used by those who also have "Gaza on mind". Once again erase war crimes and genocide in another country.

Value your life, the best of us pay the highest price for it
Tumblr media
Nasty on the shield 💔
An American fighter who joined the Armed Forces of Ukraine and destroyed the invaders. He was the only one who could always make me laugh sincerely, even when I was in a severe depression.
He told me about life in America and gave his life for Ukraine.
Tumblr media
Forever in service. Honour🫡
Tumblr media Tumblr media
That's the price... Every delay of the aid means a life taken.
Those stories of Stasik who is a Ukrainian paramedic, volunteer, activist, and singer. About the last aspect, I will share some of her music another time.
Please don't ignore our fighting, keep spreading our voices, and donate to our army and combat medics (savelife.in.ua, prytulafoundation.org, Serhii Sternenko, hospitallers.life, ptahy.vidchui.org, and u24.gov.ua).

Be the voice of those who first came to your defense
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
Despite her venerable age, 82-year-old Zoya Mykolayivna attends all the events to remind people of the prisoners of war. More than anything, she wants to hug her grandson, who fought for Mariupol. Zoya Mykolayivna's grandson has been in captivity for three springs, and she looks up to the Hero and believes in his soon return, - Azovstal family
Tumblr media Tumblr media
That's what Russian captivity stands for... Torturing to death Ukrainians.
I cry out to the world about 700 Azov people have been in captivity for over 22 months now! Those who could [whom Russia takes permission to exchange, now terroRussia don't do it] be released always returned look sick like the only shadow of their previous self. Literally bones and skin. Like some pictures from Holodomor but this is reality.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Meanwhile, the United States dares to leave Azov who is fighting for world freedom without modern ammunition. That's blatant hypocrisy. It shouldn't be that way.
Tumblr media
Despite everything, even in the darkest time Ukrainians first of all are human beings. There's a huge mental, ethical, and tactical gap between us. Never forget about it. Ukrainians prove it every day.

Our kids don't have to live through the experience of war and loss but 'cause of Russia, they grow up so fast
"My daughter will be 13 years old. And she is grey. And she has exactly this kind of grey on her head. We dyed it several times before her birthday because it's just psychologically difficult for her. My daughter lost most of her class. A year of lessons with a psychologist, a year of long-term therapy. And even though I left the city almost two years ago. I haven't lived at home for 22 months, and when I tell my husband that I want to come home, he understands what I mean. When you live in someone else's home, you have no sense of security. The eviction of indigenous Mariupol residents outside the city and the population, and the settlement of the city itself by ethnic Russians, is roughly the same story that happened in the 1930s in the entire Donetsk region when the indigenous population was taken elsewhere to Russia and settled directly by Russians themselves," says a businesswoman from Mariupol.
" The demand is very high, much higher than the supply. If an apartment, for example, like this one, is in a sad state, but for a good price, it sells quickly. If it's in good condition, also for a good price, it sells. Yes, there are sales. The buyers are mostly visitors. People from the neighboring "DPR" - Makiivka, Donetsk, even Luhansk," says this creature, not a woman.
Selling housing with the bones of previous residents to those who caused their deaths in the first place. It is indescribably painful.
Video from Slidstvo_Info.
Some new information that I used in the previous reblog:
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
Ukrainian schoolboy leads "Diary of Kindness". There he writes about days when there wasn't an air raid alarm.
"Monday: No air raid alarm; good sunny weather, went to music school where I was singing Ukrainian people's songs.
Tuesday: no air raid alarm, after school I helped mom clean the house".
Tumblr media Tumblr media
And that's not how the children's association and thought must work. That's not children's behavior.
I knew what war was like when I was 14 and I remember in detail all the roads from Donetsk and how Russians were and still are shelling inside the city because I heard from where they launch everything. Only several minutes and hit. And all of that I remember. But what the full-scale war is doing to our kids - hauntingly damaging.
I wish no one of our people ever knew about it. Unfortunately, Russia still exists and that dream of mine is shutter.
Tumblr media
Their worries and priorities. You are now a grown-ass woman but that's your bad memories. When our kids think more global.
And some nice news for today:
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
One of the kids is also 12 y.o., by the way. I think his worries when he was in occupation definitely were not about McDonald's. What about Ukrainians?

Meanwhile, the indigenous people of Mariupol have to leave their homes or live on the street next to the place where their loved ones are buried. I'll never forgive what Russians have done to my Mariupol. My Ukrainian Mariupol. I only regret that my family didn't take photo albums when we were running away from Donetsk. Only memories remain. The sunflower fields one more time will grow. Wait a little bit.
Tumblr media
That's today's news from Mariupol, by the way.
Tumblr media
Text translation:
"Ran khokly (slur for Ukrainians) from their home in Mariupol, and now I'm sitting and resting on my yard. Thank you russian soldiers for such an opportunity. Glory to Russia"
These is yet another example of an ordinary russian person who has nothing to do with politics, just casually moves in into a home of a Ukrainian family who (best case scenario) fled their home.
