Charlie: My boyfriend is too tall for me to kiss him on the lips. What should I do?
Isaac: Punch him in the stomach, then when he doubles over in pain, kiss him.
Darcy: Tackle him.
Tao: Kick him in the shins.

What makes heartstopper people's comfort show
First of all we all must agree that heartstopper is the most rewatchable show ever. Like u can be rewatching it the 13th time and even though u know what comes next it's never boring. That's the first reason.
Reason #2. The show it self apart from just mentioning the lgbtq+ community, it also explains a little further about this topic which helps some people understand themselves and get to know themselves better.
Reason #3. It just generally brings joy. Heartstopper is a show where there is a realistic happily ever after with Nick and Charlie. Watching the show in my opinion brings joy and makes you feel happy even if the feeling is not forever, it's good while it lasts.
Last reason (about the book). Even though it's a "they'll live happily ever after" story, the book still shows and explains disorders, to be more specific anorexia and ocd. I think that Alice Oseman made a good decision by adding these disorder, because it's helpful for younger audience, for them to be more aware.
There are many more reasons on why heartstopper is a good and rewatchable show and the books are rereadable but these are the most important ones. (in my opinion)
