Level 43 Cishet Male Eclectic Hedgewitch. I post reviews, my thoughts on Witchcraft and anything else Craft-related. Practicing Witch for 2 years. Looking to connect with the wider community. Blessed Be!
As someone who has been living with severe suicidal ideation my entire life I wanna tell you all something, you don’t have to stay alive for yourself. People will say it’s a bad idea to live for external things because they’re temporary, and it’s true living for yourself is ideal but if you’re not to that point yet that’s ok too.
I’ve lived for my dog for the past 4 years, before that I lived for my snakes, before that I lived for my cat. You can live for whatever needs you and whatever matters to you. Live for your best friend, live for your plants, live for your pets, live for your animal crossing town. Live for whatever keeps you alive and the day will come when you can live for yourself.
Hello there to everybody. Just an update. Nothing’s up. My main desktop died and the components for my new box are going to be here by Thursday. Until that gets built, posts and reblogs are gonna be pretty sporadic!
Thank you to everybody!
Have you ever wondered what White Feminism is? Are you vaguely familiar with the term, but still unclear on what it actually means – and how it affects you?
WATCH the full video for give you a brief, basic introduction to White Feminism, and explain why we need to start talking about it more.
new moon: elaborate skin care routine, planning your outfit for the next day, looking for constellations, setting your alarm, sleeping in complete darkness, peacefulness
waxing crescent moon: lighting candles, keeping a journal by your bed, wishing on shooting stars, the sound of rain against a window, violet tones, lucky charms
first quarter moon: late night to meet your deadlines, glittering city lights, oversleeping, caffeine, the relief of falling into bed, coming home past midnight
waxing gibbous moon: anticipation for tomorrow, earphones in to relax, wild imagination, midnight storms, restlessness, talking on the phone in bed, checking the fridge at 1am
full moon: deep sleep, dreams that seem real, silk pillows, ice cream in bed, fresh sheets, bubble baths, a night in for yourself, the smell of lavender
I keep picturing you as Merlin from Sword in the Stone
If Merlin had salt & pepper grey hair! You should have seen me about 4 years ago when I let my beard grow out. It got to a little over 2 feet. Lol... But honestly? I’m much more Tall Gimli than Gandalf.
litha’s coming up in about twenty days for us southern hemisphere witches, so i thought i’d compile some information and resources to help me in my preparations for the sabbat. sharing here so that everyone can benefit! northern hemisphere witches, feel free to reblog for next year.
what is litha?
litha, also referred to as midsummer and the summer solstice, marks the longest day and shortest night of the year. it’s perfect for working with solar energies. intent-wise, it’s the full moon of the sabbats: good for healing, abundance, love, transformation, protection and cleansing.
when is it?
litha falls on the 21st of december in the southern hemisphere and the 21st of june in the north.
litha traditions/lore:
jumping over a bonfire to cleanse yourself of past ills and give you good fortune for the coming year
staying up on midsummer eve to watch the rising sun
lighting a bonfire from midsummer eve to the dawn of litha to protect from evil spirits
carry a piece of rue in your pocket if you wish to keep faeries away
if you have something you wish to happen, “give it to the pebble”: hold a stone in your hand and circle the litha bonfire, whispering to the stone your request. on your third turn around the fire, toss the stone into the flames.
write your problems on rice paper and drop them into a moving body of water to be rid of them

Wow!!! I seriously can’t thank everyone enough for wanting to follow this blog. Unfortunately, I really don’t know of anything I could do for a giveaway or anything. But, truly, it means the world to me to know that people like what I put up here! Blessed be!
Holy shit this is sick! How does this happen? Now? Today? In the 21st century? My stomach is literally turning. These fuckers should be strung up by their Vas Deferens!
I just learned about the “Husband Stitch” a few days ago and i’m still fucking mortified. Women’s bodies do not exist for the pleasure of their boyfriends or husbands.
Doctors who perform this procedure without the consent of the pregnant person are evil misogynists, undeserving of the privilege of working with pregnant women and other people.
