Samurai Jack: CI Review
Tumblr media
Hey guys Kris here and it’s finally time, after so many years Jack’s story has officially come to an end. It’s almost surreal considering not too long ago we didn’t even think a true ending for this amazing show was even possible, so enough stalling let’s get on with the review of the final episode of Samurai Jack.
First off someone has got to pick up that phone because I FUCKING CALLED IT! Ever since episode XCVII  I knew that the people that Jack saved in the past would come back to help him out and man was it just nostalgic as fuck to see so many people come together. From the The Scottsman and his daughters, dog archaeologists, Samurai Mech, Spartans, etc. Seeing everyone come together to save Jack this time, I couldn't but to give out a huge FUCK YEAH!!!
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
I also gotta give mad props to Greg Baldwin for his performance as Aku in this episode. He really gave it his all during Aku’s speech of Jack’s live execution. Wanting to use Jack’s death as an example to anyone who might want to oppose in the future that anyone to opposes his rule is doomed. What I didn’t expect was them to use part of the actual intro of the show during the episode. Just hearing Mako’s voice again just brought the feels right out of me.
Tumblr media
youtube
RIP MAKO
Now despite the overwhelming amount of nostalgia I have some mixed things about the episode. One is how Ashi finally got back control of her body, basically it was...
Tumblr media
Yeah, it took Jack confessing his love for Ashi for her to be able to gain back control, now I get it but I still felt like it was a bit too cliche and not too mention rather quick. Actually my main issue is that I felt the episode was too short to cover this final confrontation. In no time at all Ashi breaks Aku’s control over her, helps Jack get back to the past and then Aku is then finally destroyed. It happened so fast I kinda did a double take, makes me wish this episode was a hour instead, Jack didn’t even get to say goodbye to all the people that he’s helped. I was hoping for some kind of heart felt goodbye, but nne of that happens, he even has only one short conversation with The Scottsman which was rather disappointing.
I think because of how fast the pacing of this episode some of the feels didn’t hit me as hard as I thought they would've, not to mention Jack’s final battle with Aku was also disappointingly short, wish he fought Aku in the future then finished him off once he got sent back to the past.
I kinda wish we know what became of everyone else since Aku was killed in the past, how drastically different is everyone’s lives in the future. Time travel is a rather difficult thing to do in media, it’s either depicted as shown here with the future being changed due to events of the past, as in time is one straight line. Or it’s depicted with alternate realities, depending on the actions of people in the past (example of this is Dragon Ball Z). It makes me think that since Jack killed Aku in the past then Ashi never existed but then if Ashi never existed how does Jack still have those memories of her, but if she never exist then...
Tumblr media
Time travel is just a bitch to deal with, so let’s just roll with it shall we.
Now enough about the negatives, let’s talk more about the positives, more importantly I gotta give everyone who predicted that because Ashi is Aku’s actual daughter she will be the one who gets Jack back to the past major props. I love when irony is what ultimately defeats the bad guy, first the High Priestess created the Daughters of Aku in order to kill Jack, then one of them not only saves Jack from killing himself, but she also falls in love with him. Then Aku unlocks Ashi’s powers which allows her to send Jack back to the past at the exact moment Jack got sent to future. You can see it in Aku’s face once he realizes that he fucked himself over.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
And though I felt Jack and Aku’s final battle was a bit too short it was rather bittersweet seeing Jack finally destroy his long time nemesis once and for all. Relief that after 50 years Jack has finally accomplished his mission and kinda sad because I just love Aku as a character, he had such a larger then life personality, thanks in due to the excellent vice acting and he almost feels unreal that we finally see Aku get slain after so many years.
And one more thing we got to talk about that bittersweet ending, with Jack and Ashi looking like they are about to be married, Ashi then literally disappears out of existence right when she was walking down the aisle. Really Gendy, you had give one more good stab at Jack’s heart right at the end. At least we and Jack can take solace that Jack will always have those memories of Ashi and that her sacrifice saved the world.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
So that’s all I really got to say, all in all despite the issues with it’s pacing this was a great finale to this series. Seeing Jack finally end this 50 year long battle with Aku, with the help of the people he’s saved, was just a sigh a relief. And I just have to say thank you so much to Gendy Tartakovsky for such an amazing series. Everyone can tell just how much heart and soul was put into this show by you and everyone else that worked on this show and big thank you for finishing Jack’s story at last after 10 years. I’m going to miss this show and I believe this series will continue to go down in history of being one of the greatest works of animation. So until then see you guys next time, I might do a season 5 review, but it’s not a guarantee though, so PEACE!
WATCH OUT!
P.S. GOTTA GET BACK, BACK TO THE PAST, SAMURAI JACK! WATCH OUT!

Attack on Titan: The Hunters Review
Tumblr media
Hey guys Kris here and sorry but there will be no video review of this week’s Attack on Titan episode due to Jan being busy for the weekend so instead I’ll do a full review here on Tumblr. Luckily enough this episode was rather tamed so this will be a rather short review.
The first half of the episode consists of the other characters, specifically Erwin and Jean, being put up to speed on what’s been going on from these past few episodes. With both Levi and now Hanji incapacitated at the moment it’s finally time for Erwin to take over and lead the mission of rescuing Eren and Ymir from Reiner and Bertholt.
Tumblr media
Let’s do this shit.
The second half consists of a flashback of Eren, Mikasa, and Armine’s childhood of them dealing with bullies and this is my one gripe of the episode. It just brings up that Eren is always running off on his own and Mikasa and Armin have to constantly save his ass. I get that it was to enforce that Armine and Mikasa will always have Eren’s back but we already got that from season one, it kinda felt like padding for the episode.
Though I did like the almost fatherly roll Hannes takes up this episode, we can understand why they’re so down, everything was going relatively well given the circumstances and then BAM. Eren has been kidnapped again and Reiner has a 5 hour lead ahead of everyone. It’s a shame we didn’t much of Hannes last season but he played his part well in motivating Mikasa and Armine back into the fight by reminding them of, if want to call it that, “good ole days”. With Hannes being a usless drunk of a soldier and the trio fighting off bullies instead of Titans. Mikasa and Armine aggressively eating their rations reminds me so much of Eren eating his food at the end of season one, it shows that they’re not going to let this set back stop them and this fight is far from over.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
By the end everyone who is able, sets off to find Eren and Ymir thanks to Hanji working out a strong possibility of their location and Eren waking up with his arms cut off. Overall I thought this was an okay episode, it definitely was the “break” episode considering all the crazy shit that’s been going on for the past for episodes. Though I do felt like that flashback was added for padding it did serve a purpose so I’m not too bothered by it. Nothing much happened really, the biggest thing was that Erwin is going to be the one leading the mission to save Eren and Ymir and I’m rather excited to see him take center stage as being a leader, since he primarily has been in the background for most of this series. So that’s all I gotta say see you guys next week, PEACE!
P.S. I love that even though both Eren and Mikasa are so goddamn hard-headed, they always listen to Armine.

Samurai Jack: C Review
Tumblr media
Hey guys and man was this just a shot of adrenaline after last week’s episode. I know that I said I’d rather prefer have Jack and Ashi’s relationship be platonic but damn, I was genuinely happy for Jack and Ashi for having something good in their shit of a life. But nooooo Aku had to come and ruin EVERYTHING like always, anyway let’s get on with the review.
We start where we left off with Jack and Ashi still rather awkward towards one another after their kiss, which is understandable but because of this realization Jack is starting to have some doubts on their whole relationship. He somewhat talks to himself again but it was more like he was warning himself of the risk of getting close to someone. Considering how shit his life has been it makes sense for him to have these thoughts, to the point where he leaves Ashi behind while she was sleeping.
Tumblr media
We also get some revelations such as us finding out that The Guardian is sadly dead and also the time portal he protected is also destroyed. I didn’t expect them to acknowledge The Guardian and it seems rather fitting that what appears to be Jack and Aku’s final battle to be where Jack fought The Guardian many years ago. But at the moment The Guardian’s time portal being destroyed is the least of Jack’s problems at the moment.
Tumblr media
Scaramouche finally reaches Aku and tells him about Jack losing his sword, which makes Aku immediately go after Jack but upon seeing that Jack has his sword he kills Scaramouche, not going to lie, I saw this coming and I kinda laughed on just how immediate Aku blew his head off, I’m going to kinda miss him though. RIP babe.
The situation just gets even worse when Aku feels a bit of himself inside of Ashi and we finally learn on how Ashi and her sisters came to be, apparently Aku visited the High Priestess at one point and left a bit of his essence that she drank, which led to The Daughters of Aku’s birth. So in a sense Ashi is in fact Aku’s daughter. Aku then controls Ashi into attacking Jack and the episode ends with Jack unable to kill Ashi, Aku obtaining his sword and Ashi being completely under Aku’s control and to that I say....
Tumblr media Tumblr media
WOULD YOU PLEASE JUST JACK A FUCKING BREAK GOD DAMMIT!!! For once in his miserable life let him have some kind of happiness, Aku you SON OF A BITCH!!! I hate this show for making me feel this way, I also love this show for making me feel this way. The beginning definitely had a calm before the shit storm feel to it and it was rather heart breaking hearing Ashi sound so desperate as she was forced to fight Jack and man was Aku delightfully evil this episode. I can just feel the joy he has for making Jack suffer so much and the cliffhanger was a perfect way to lead into the final episode of the series.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Now I see a few ways on this ends, either Jack dies by sacrificing his life to save Ashi, Ashi sacrifices herself, or both die somehow after defeating Aku. I know rather grim but I don’t really see both of them surviving this final battle honestly, unless The Scottsman comes in to save them at the last second, by they way, WHERE THE FUCK IS THE SCOTTSMAN ANYWAY!! Overall this was an awesome episode that definitely left me on edge and made tense up in anticipation with the conclusion so very close. So see you guys next time for Jack and Aku’s final battle, PEACE :)
WATCH OUT!!!!
P.S. I’m just gushing over this final image of the episode, HELLO NEW WALLPAPER!!!

Is Caulifla Female Broly: UPDATE
Tumblr media Tumblr media
ABORTABORTABORTABORTABORTABORTABORTABORTABORTABORT
So as you guys know I did a post a few days ago saying that Caulifla is Female Broly, and I just finished watching the recent episode of DBS and without a doubt I was WRONG, SO COMPLETELY, UTTERLY, ENTIRELY, UNDOUBTEDLY, ABSOLUTELY, DOWNRIGHT WRONG!!!!
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Nothing is worse then feeling so sure of yourself and then within a short amount of time your proven wrong, but I’m man enough to admit when Iam. I think Toriyama just named her Caulifla just to fuck with people, what a troll >_<. Bright side is that now we have two female Saiyan which is cool, Female Broly (which is confirmed to be named Kale) seems shy while Caulifla seems more like Saiyans from Universe 7. I can’t wait to see them in action, so until then see you guys next time, PEACE :)
P.S. How I feel about myself right now...

Samurai Jack: XCIX Review
Tumblr media
Hey guys Kris here and JASHI SHIPPERS REJOICE, looks like you guys won. This is going to be a rather short review so let’s get right to it.
So with the exception of Jashi this was a primarily filler episode which is rather odd considering there’s only two more episodes left of the series. Now I’m not one to hate on filler episodes as long as they are still fun and though this episode had its fun moments I did find it rather out of place for this season. It fits more with the original run of Samurai Jack which was episodic with only one on going goal, Jack trying to get back to the past.
My issue with this episode being in this season is that this whole season felt like one long continuous story. It feels out of place, especially considering how big last week’s episode was, I was kinda hoping Jack and Ashi will finally meet up with The Scottsman and his daughter army by now and make plans on how to take down Aku, but no, we get them fighting leeches instead.
Now to address the COLOSSAL size elephant in the room, I already know there’s going to be a huge conflict within the fandom, especially on tumblr, with Jashi being canon. Like I said before, I personally prefer for Jack and Ashi to have a more mentor and student relationship rather than a romantic one. I felt it was a bit too quick for them being romantically into one another, especially for Ashi since she still rather niave. Now that is my opinion, if you ship Jashi than that’s alright, I’m glad your happy I really am and I will NEVER antagonize anyone over a ship. Shipping is supposed to be for fun, so why get harass someone over something so petty as pairing two fictional characters together.
Now I heard because of Jashi and because of this episode being rather fillery they are willing to drop the show and to that I have to say...
Tumblr media
It’s okay to have different opinions, and it’s okay to not agree with some of the things in your favorite shows, but quitting because of a ship and/or one mediocre episode seems a bit extreme, especially considering how close we are to the finale, but hey its your choice. Me, I’m still pumped up for the next episode and can’t wait for next week, considering this being the only episode this season that I felt was just meh, that’s an accomplishment.
So that’s all I gotta say, I thought this was a alright episode, I did find the awkward banter between Jack and Ashi funny but overall I thought this episode felt a bit too fillery for me and like I said before I'm not completely with them being romantically involved with one another but it dosen’t bother me too much. And by the looks of it I’m going to have to avoid the Samurai Jack tumblr blog for a while because I can just feel all the toxic comments about come out so see you guys next week, PEACE :)
WATCH OUT!
P.S. What the Samurai Jack tumblr blog most likely going to be like for a while.

Is Caulifla female Broly?
Tumblr media
Hey guys Kris here and I want to do something a bit different, with the newest episode of Dragon Ball Super, there’s seems to be a bit of confusion in the fandom if the new Saiyan, Caulifla is female Broly or not. So I want to point out the evidence I’ve collected that points to Caulifla IS in fact female Broly.
First I want to try to debunk the evidence pointing on her not being female Broly. First off is that her design in the episode is rather different compared to her appearance in the opening. In the opening and an older scan she’s wearing red clothes and a ponytail (in her base) while in the episode her clothes are purple and rather wild hair.
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
Not only that but based on the opening she seems rather timid and maybe even somewhat shy, in the episode she seems more like the Saiyans in Universe 7. There’s a rather simple explanation for this, she just changed in her clothes for the tournament, simple as that. And I know full-blooded saiyans hair doesn't change since the day they are born but all she really did was tie it in a ponytail. In terms of her personality, we don’t really know what she’s like since she’s had only a few seconds of screen time. For all I know maybe she just acts shy at first to throw her opponents off then take them out when their guard is down.
Another argument is that she’s seems to resemble someone who showed up in the opening, more specifically this shot...
Tumblr media
I can see where people are coming from, the person in front of Magetta kinda looks like her but the majority of their body is covered in shadow so it’s hard to tell. I also heard that since female Broly is standing with the Pride Troopers who all seem to be part of Universe 11 shows that she too is from Universe 11. But Basil being in this shot shows that all the characters in this shot aren't exclusively from Universe 6. The only thing I can’t really explain is why she seems to be with the rest of the Pride Troopers, makes me think she might betray her own Universe and join Universe 11 after seeing how powerful they are, but I’m just spit balling.
Another thing pointing towards her being female Broly is her name itself. Like all the other Saiyans, her name is a pun on a vegetable, Cauliflower, and considering how similar Cauliflower is to Broccoli which Broly’s name is a pun of, the similarities are pretty obvious. And one of the biggest pieces of evidence is from this scan from Dragon Ball monthly.
Tumblr media
As you can see Caulifla is next to Female Broly from the opening, also the title states “Here comes a new Saiyan.” Saiyan, as in singular not plural. Not only that but if Caulifla wasn’t Female Broly then why would they show her next to female Broly from the opening.
So after looking at all the available evidence and counter arguments I’m rather certain that Caulifla is in fact female Broly. Now if anyone has any counter arguments I would love to here it, and if I’m proven wrong then I will graciously eat my words. So that’s all I gotta say see you guys next time, PEACE :)

Samurai Jack: XCVIII Review
Tumblr media
Hey guys, Kris again with the newest episode of Samurai Jack and we are getting close to the end people, it is bittersweet, anyway let’s get to the review.
In this episode we finally got to see how Jack lost his sword, basically after trying for millionth time to get a time portal, Aku destroys the last one and transformed these cute little sheep into monsters which Jack then proceeds to straight up murder.
Now what I like about this is that Jack losing his sword was not only a physically problem but and spiritual problem as well. The sword was made to be used for good and righteousness and when Jack killed those sheep it felt more like him taking out his angry and frustration out on something rather then him defending himself. You can’t really blame him for getting so pissed off, especially with the amount of times he’s been so close to getting a back to the past, for example....
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
And more recently
Tumblr media
See 50 years of this bullshit will get to anyone especially considering that this is the last time portal and also on just how close he was, THE DUDE WAS LITERALLY GOING THROUGH THE DAMN THING! His anger getting the best of him really reminds me of the episode Jack vs Mad Jack but at a more deeper level. Jack had to earn the right to wield the sword again by confronting Mad Jack again, and once he does man did it feel satisfying seeing him in his old get-up with sword once again in his hand, it really feels like Samurai Jack has truly returned.
Tumblr media
I’m also glad that Asihi isn’t side lined this episode, while Jack meditates she solos an entire army in spectacularly brutal fashion. It reminds me of when I play God of War and I just go on a killing spree with wave after wave of enemies. I also found the transitions between Jack making tea to Ashi covered in blood and breaking someone’s arm off way more funnier then I should’ve.
But the highlight for Ashi was her taking on her mother. The Priestess even tries to persuade Ashi in going back to her side by faulting Jack of her sister’s death and even though Jack did kill it was their mother that set them on this path and Ashi knows it. It’s almost ironic that this is probably the first time ever in her life that her mother gave her a real choice.
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
youtube
With Jack finally getting back his sword I feel like Scaramouche might accidentally cause Aku’s demise since he’s going to tell Aku that he lost his sword and if Aku is going to try to kill Jack he’s in for a big surprise. The only really negative I have for this episode is I felt it was way too convenient that right after Jack lost his sword Aku just happened to not be around to see it. Aku literally had to stick around for only a few more minutes then take out Jack once he loses the sword, way too convenient in my opinion.
So that’s all I gotta say, despite my issue with Aku not seeing Jack lose his sword it didn’t detract my overall enjoyment of the episode. It’s such a relief that Jack has returned to his old self and Ashi was finally to settle things with her mother and pretty much avenge her sisters in a way. What’s next, I’m not too sure, there’s only three episodes left and the preview was pretty vague. But I don’t mind, I hate it when trailers/previews show too much anyway, so see you guys next week, PEACE :)
WATCH OUT!
P.S. Is it me or was seeing Jack make tea really calming, it was like watching an ASMR video.

Samurai Jack: XCVII Review
Tumblr media
Hey guys, Kris here and man did this episode give me feels right in the kokoro so let’s not waste any time and get on with the episode.
First off apparently Scaramouche is alive and is on his way to tell Aku about Jack losing his sword, luckily for Jack he’s having quite a difficult time getting in contact with Aku.
Tumblr media
    Skull-fucking taken too literally
For the most part this episode primarily focused on Ashi looking for Jack and running into some old faces from Jack’s past. And by Ashi meeting all these people she was able to finally helping Jack overcome his grief and shame for not defeating Aku for so long.
For Jack his biggest issue was that he believed all hope was lost but thanks to Ashi he remembers all the people he himself has given hope too throughout the years and everything he’s done wasn’t in vain after all.
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
After weeks of primarily dark and depressing episodes this the episode that we needed, having fans reminisce about our hero’s journey especially with how close were getting to it’s conclusion. I’m just a sucker for these kinds of episodes, I even teared up a bit during the song at the rave, especially with the line.
“We will never forget you till the day way die.”
I couldn't agree more.
With Ashi looking like she finally leaving behind the her past and Jack having that fire back into his eyes their next step is for Jack to finally recover his sword and hopefully vanquish Aku once and for all. I also believe this is leading to the final battle with Jack and the people he’s saved against Aku and his amy.
Tumblr media
So that’s all I gotta say really, short review I know, this was a pretty straightforward but still great episode, loaded with nostalgia and Jack finally defeating his inner demons. That’s all I gotta say, so until next time, PEACE :)
WATCH OUT!
P.S. I declare that this be the official Samurai Jack fan base sign, WHO’S WITH ME!!!

Samurai Jack: XCVI Review
Tumblr media
Hey guys Kris here and HOLY SHIT, damn it Gendy you nearly gave me a heart attack in the beginning you Pajama-Wearing, Basket-Face, Slipper-Wielding, Clype-Dreep-Bachle, Gether-Uping-Blate-Maw, Bleathering, Gomeril, Jessie, Oaf-Looking, Schooner, Nyaff, Plookie, Shan, Milk-Drinking, Soy-Faced Shilpit, Mim-Moothed, Sniveling, Worm-Eyed, Hotten-Blaugh, Vile-Stoochie, Cally-Breek-Tattie. Anyway on to the review :)
The Scottsman finally makes his triumphant but short return this season with him and his army of daughters attacking Aku and it goes pretty badly. I’m not going to lie when he “died” I was going to lose my shit but at least because of Celtic magic he’s back as a ghost and he died doing what he does best, insulting the hell out of his enemies.
Tumblr media
By the way, for him to have an army made out of his daughters means he and his wife certainly got BUSY, damn dude.
Tumblr media
    Death by SNU SNU
Tumblr media
The main focus of the episode is primarily Ashi coming to grips to all the lies she’s been fed too as a child. Jack shows her the devastation of Aku’s reign throughout the world and once Ashi realizes this she wants change the world for the better. But sadly Jack, after living in this world for so long, doesn't see any end to Aku’s rule in sight.
Tumblr media
I’m glad the show took its time with Ashi’s development, after last week’s episode she doesn’t side with Jack right away, but she wants answers to what her mother is saying is true and what I like most is by the end of the episode  she kinda reminds me of Jack from the old days. Someone who still has hope for saving the world from Aku’s tyranny compared to the current Jack who has lost all hope. Like I said before, I believe that Ashi will help Jack by helping him find that hope again.
Tumblr media
Like with Jack trying to get Ashi to understand the truth about Aku it looks like it would be just as difficult if not maybe even more for Ashi to help Jack find hope again considering the ending of the episode. With Jack mistakenly thinking that all those children he tried to save were killed he finally goes off with the mysterious Samurai, leaving Ashi alone and confused. Where Jack is going I’m not too sure but thinking that all those children died might’ve pushed Jack to the breaking point.
Tumblr media
All in all this was good episode, as much as I love seeing the Scottsman again the highlight is definitely the interactions between Jack and Ashi. Seeing Ashi finally understanding how bad the world is because of Aku just gives me a huge sigh of relief and by the preview Ashi will be the primary focus and it looks like she will be the one to save Jack this time. Also if your wondering, I know know people ship them, but for me I prefer to see them have a mentor/father and student/daughter relationship. It feels more natural, but that’s just my opinion.
I just realized were at the halfway point, just five more episodes left and the I’m starting to feel sad that the show is getting closer and closer to it’s conclusion. Until then see you guys next time, PEACE :)
WATCH OUT!
P.S. One more thing.....
Tumblr media
That is all.

Samurai Jack: XCV Review
Tumblr media
Hey guys Kris here, now I’m not going to lie but I gotta admit that was a pretty good joke from Adult Swim last week, airing nothing but the newest episode of Rick and Morty all night long. With that being said, DON’T EVER DO THAT SHIT AGAIN ADULT SWIM... any way onto the review.
As most of us predicted Ashi is in fact alive and both Jack and herself get swallowed by some gigantic monster. Now Jack has to find a way out while not only constantly saving Ashi’s life but making sure she doesn’t kill him behind his back. Overall this a very fun episode with a pretty heart warming ending.
First off I again have to gush about the about the art, again it is simply gorgeous. With them getting swallowed by such a huge beas we get treated to a brand new environment that reminds me so much seeing those bioluminescent animals from those deep sea expeditions. Especially with the different kinds of animals they encounter and the use of neon colors.
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
But of course the highlight of the episode is the interactions between Jack and Ashi. After their battle and hearing Ashi’s threats he realizes that Ashi is just some poor girl who was brainwashed into believing Jack was the evil one and not Aku. She so gone that she doubles over in laughter at the fact Jack might die after getting swallowed even though she herself was eaten too. It’s also comedic in just how Jack is dealing with Ashi’s rants, it’s good to see some lightheartedness from Jack again.
Before Jack thought that these girls chose this path to walk but now he knows that there were just misguided people, Jack himself blames for what these girls have become and in a way he’s not wrong, considering they were born specifically to kill Jack. So Jack takes it upon himself to set Ashi straight, almost like a parent dealing with a hard headed child.

I also feel that Jack sees that helping Ashi get redeemed might in a way redeem himself. Jack’s been a very dark place over the past 50 years, to the point where he would ignore people who possibly might need his help to even considering committing seppuku. He sees a possibility of changing Ashi for the better especially considering how much the parallel and contrast each other.
Though it’s not going to be easy, with Ashi’s constant threats and attempts on his life plus his own subconscious telling him to just leave her for dead Jack has some work ahead of himself. But by the end at least there’s hope for Ashi, she starting to see the difference between how her mother treated her and compare it too what true kindness is from Jack.

So that’s all i gotta say, another episode that I really don’t have any problems with, with stellar art work, and great interactions between Jack and Ashi this was an all around great episode. Now I’m just anxious to see what the future lies for Ashi and can't’ wait to see where the relationship between Jack  and Ashi. So until then see you guys next week... unless Adult Sim tries to be funny again, PEACE :)
WATCH OUT!
P.S. Looks like our favorite Scottsman is back :)

Attack on Titan: I’m Home Review
Tumblr media
Hey guys Kris here another week another episode of Attack on Titan to review, and straight up the MVP of the episode is SASHA BRAUS!!!!!
I think one of the hardest things to do when reviewing Attack on Titan is avoiding spoilers and making sure to not spoil some of the things I did read which is basically up to Chapter 50 of the manga. I also miss the surprises I would experience from season 1 since I knew that Sasha wasn’t going to die this episode. So the only thing I can do is see how it’s executed and overall I really enjoyed this episode. Sashu is one of my favorite side characters and a and I’m glad we get to see here back story and she gets to be a total badass in the same episode.
I’m also really glad her backstory was relatively simple and not overly tragic or convoluted, there’s no need for every character to have some tragic past. It also fits on why she’s such a glutton, I mean how would you feel if people that look down on how you live suddenly have to live off your land. Now granted she was kinda selfish but her father sets her straight and points out that everyone in in the same boat. It’s us vs the Titans, So in other words DON’T BE GREEDY SASHA!!!
And of course how badass was it for Sasha to take on a Titan, albeit a small one, with nothing but a bow and arrow. Then jabbing it right in the eye, that was just awesome. And by the end she finds her father and the rest of the villagers while Connie isn’t nearly as lucky. I would like to say more but I fear I would spoil some things for next episode so I think I will leave it at the. Overall a pretty simple but good episode and I can’t wait for next week.

By the way if you want, check out our youtube review down below, Jan and I not only talk about the episode, but we try to examine the outro and trying to figure out what it implies in regards to the possible origins of the Titans (once it gets uploaded) it was fun discussing and theorizing, so until then see you guys next time PEACE :)
