One Piece Characters Opening Jars Headcannons P4
Strawhats baby!
Franky
- Very confident when you come to him about the problem.
- First, he tries to open the jar with his huge hands, nothing.
- Little hands pop out the bigger hands and still, nothing.
- Downs a bottle of cola and gets the bright idea to open the top of the lid with a can opener like contraption.
- “Franky, how am I supposed to close this backup?” You ask looking at the hole in the top of the jar.
- “You wanted it open, so I opened it.”
- Franky just gives you fingers guns and leaves the room.
Nami
- First, she charges you for her help.
- You have to sign her terms and conditions before she even touches the jar.
- She struggles with it.
- Gets very pissed off, uses the elements to try and beat it open.
- She shrugs, decides it’s just not worth it and points out that there are no refunds.
Chopper
- IS SO EXCITED YOU WANT HIS HELP.
- Is happy to help!
- Uses his human hands to open it, doesn’t work.
- Goes through all his forms in an attempt to stomp it open.
- He ends up crying and you feel so bad you just throw the jar overboard.
- And Chopper is just T.T
Brook
- Stares at you and holds his hands up, wiggling bony digits at you.
- “I would love to, I just don’t have the muscle, because I’m all bones YOHOHOHO”
- Fuck it, throw the jar at him and hope it rolls open or something.
- No pickle is worth the puns.
Luffy
- He thinks it’s too much like work, but he agrees to help you, always willing to help his crew after all.
- He tugs and pulls at the jar, it doesn’t seem to work.
- He puts it in his mouth and uses his rubber-like ability to try to open the jar.
- He either accidentally catapults it across the sky or swallows it by accident.
- Or he goes fourth gear on it and the jar of pickles never stood a chance.
Robin
- imagine having as many pairs of hands as you want.
- Imagine being able to open a hundred jars all at once
- Imagine not being able to get them to budge
- There’s a reason she started as a villain guys.

Sanji
- “Yes!” He says before you even ask him for a favour.
- He is delighted you want him to help.
- He struggles with the stupid thing, but he doesn’t let that bother him, not when you’re watching him.
- “Are you pranking me? Is this stuck with superglue?” He asks with a chuckle, applying a little more pressure and nothing happens.
- Zoro walks over after watching Sanji struggle for 20 minutes and simply pops off the lid.
- Sanji has an exponential crisis in the pantry.
Usopp
- He looks nervously at the jar, looking between you and the object with a nervous laugh.
- Then you compliment him, and he builds himself up.
- He can do this, he’s the great captain Usopp!
- So he takes the jar and tries to open it, making a little whimper as he fails.
- You stare at him as he goes blue in the face from the effort he’s using.
- After a little pause for a casual cry he works on it again and opens it.
- Truth is you snuck over to someone else to open it beforehand so Usopp could feel good about opening it for you.
Zoro
- You ask him for help, and he nods.
- Tries to open the jar like a beer bottle.
- Confused why it doesn’t work and tried to open it like a beer can this time
- “Is it like wine? Got a corkscrew?” You just stare at him now.
- That’s when he sets it on the ground and uses a sword to cut the lid right off.
- Pickles go everywhere.
- Zoro downs the pickle juice like it’s a fine whisky.
Jinbei
- Opens it first try because he’s perfect

A small common fact I’m surprised no one has mentioned yet; Shaggy can easily keep up with, if not outrun Scooby any day. Scooby being a Great Dane has a top speed of ~30 mph. Usain Bolt’s top speed is ~27.33 mph. Shaggy is literally faster than Usain Bolt easily.
So to recap, Shaggy has inhuman strength and speed, a heart of gold, bravery up the wazoo, courage like no other, and possibly/probably magic. And let’s not forget, a technically-demi-god also heart of gold, also courageous, best friend/familiar in the form of a talking dog.
Shaggy and Scooby are amazing and deserve to be treated as such. Slander will not stand ♡
