I am sure there are a lot of things being said about panic! right now and i need to say some too

We all know that panic! hasn’t been panic! in a long time and a lot of you will say that ryan ross wrote the only good stuff, personally i like death of a beachlor as well and i need to put some respect on dallon weekes

This was the band for me when i was younger and this is the soundrack to the highs and lows of my teenage years i loved this band so much

And although it feels like they died a long time ago it still feels weird now that its officially (and finally) over

It’s like hearing an estranged friend died

We haven’t spoke in years but it’s still sad

An i think it’s shameful that brendon urie had the audacity to slap the bands name on those last two album that could very well have been his solo project

I’m mad about it and out of stupid principle i cant stand people that like those albums

And i realized i kind of am mourning part of my teenag self although i’m turning 24 this year and i’m sure some of you share this sentiment so i just wanted to say

Thank you for everything you did for me, thank you for getting me through some tough years and i will try not to be bitter about the rest

I just realized why “the guys dressing up to go see the minions movie” annoys me so much.

At first i was like aww the boys care about something and they put effort into it and they do it with their friends how wholesome.

And then i was like why the fuck dont they manage to put this commitment and time and energy and level of organization into anything that’s important because there is a lot of important shit going on right now.

I just saw a tiktok of 40 guys dressing up do go see that movie but where is this energy when it comes to womens rights the climate crisis etc?

And it’s not about the fact that their having fun it’s about the fact that they get to have fun like this in a time like this while everybody else worries because it does not fucking concern them.

And yeah it’s probably not that deep but it really icks me to my core.

I would love to just have fun myself but i can’t because i’m angry and i’m angry that they’re not angry because they don’t care.

So I just started watching Stranger Things season 4 (if you haven’t watched it this is your spoiler warning) I have to add I’m only on episode 5 but I can not be the only one who thinks Stranger Things 4 is giving IT (2017) vibes with the old house inhabited by an old demon thing whatever that likes to first stalk and scare its victims specifically with personal trauma/ greatest fear (also the eyes rolled back and levitating looks kinda familiar) not to mention the trademark object that appears before a person is killed (red balloon/ grandfather clock) even more so the setting in the 80s and a group of outcast kids/teens fighting it

There are enough differences I know that I just found these coincidences kinda funny, this is in no way, shape or form a critique it was just a funny observation
