It's free and perfectly useless, which is great. You might want to try it, it's probably one of the best tools for self-development out there. And you don't have to believe in anything. I once went to a place where they practiced zazen and they got upset when I crossed a line between the Buddha's statue and his altar (I might be wrong on that, I don't remember). So I never came again. In retrospect, that might have been a mistake. The second caption comes from a webpage I found years ago that hosts a free interpretation of Fukan Zazengi by Mr. Mike Cross. I loved this part very much and I keep repeating it to myself from time to time. Hello my lovelies! I thought it might be a good idea to start introducing myself a little. I know that no one has to care and that's fine, it's just that this is my neat little outlet for weird thoughts and feelings dressed in colors and (mostly) lines. I'm kinda recovering from burnout and stuff, it's not the worst and I don't mean to fish for sympathy because I'm doing mostly good now and I'm fortunate enough to have had access to mental health professionals and a nice little support system etc etc so it's fine really, but it's something real too. Last time I went to therapy I made a note which sounds perfectly silly and a bit pretentious and absolutely obvious but I stopped caring about that some time ago because it took me a realty long time to understand and feel that those silly little words are not that silly over you get what's behind them and anyway I have to keep reminding myself such stuff for some more time because no one ever taught me this.
