What is your new book about?
Damaged Hearts Can Heal" is a journey showing how we can go through traumas, heartbreaks, and other pain in life, but eventually, we learn not to let it consume us, how to heal, and let our hearts love again.
Organized into four sections - wounded, scars, healing, love - I share some of the wounds in my life, scars, my thoughts on healing, and the feeling of finding love after heartbreak.
