Race Against Time is kinda of a okey movie, but I really love the concept of the Chronians, Ben being taken over by the transformation and Gwen being the one to take him out of it, the fact that she says "I love you" is SO cute.
However I really don't like the actual design of the Chronian transformation since is just a human with a dark suit (a pretty cool one I admit) so with the help of the amazing mind a friend who I don't think would feel confortable with me sharing who she is, I redesign it, completly pale skin, really fucking tall, white hair, and thought the image can't show it, green/turquoise eyes and purple energy mixing with it.
Totally can see it as a purely platonical/familiar hug btw, the tear is mostly to show how Gwen saying that actually hits Ben, or that's just me expressing how I felt at that moment lmao.

Me: talks about how I likeBwen on a platonic level.
Also me: does purely romantical/sexual Bwen.
Do as I say, not as I do... or don´t, both are fun.
I likely fucked up some spelling there or idk but yesterday I was working until my ass was physically, mentally and psychologically fucking wasted and I just really wanted to finish this shit, I din't even noticed I was using a different lineart brush for Gwen in the last panel until coloring it and I was NOT doing it a second time.
I tried to give it a more "romance manga" type of vibe but I noticed that I'm not a japanese man/woman whose hopes and dreams are slowly but surely destroyed under the pressure of slave-like schedules, incredible bad gender roles regarding your identity and the social norms that say that you should be glad you even have a job, so I was allowed to be a bit lazy.
Anyway, what's this supossed to be? Well, for starters, I remember one of my favorite tropes in some fanfics is the idea that people would look at Ben and Gwen being close, maybe being a bit dirty or looking scruffy or something because they were saving lives, and when they're at school they think they're together "that way" even if the fic is not a shipping one and then I was like "what if I make them fuck outside school though"
Is something that I totally can see happening in canon (maaaaybe not so much the part of making out in school) because of...well, taking into account everything, Ben and Gwen are more like brother and sister than actual cousins, atleast in regards of what the fandom and the series threats them like, specifically, they're even compared to twins in Camp Fear. They were born the same day, the have similar names, they're polar opposites in regards of personality, they're pretty damn closer than any brother and sister normally are though imo.
Fun fact about my art, I use like a thousand images for references so I get the basic idea of what I want to do using Ibispaint effects, I then go on and tweak the shit until I'm done with it, it also helps that I have like 15 brushes for everything, from lineart, to coloring to effects to...you get the idea.
I feel I may have overdone this one, in between the gradients, the effects and else. I noticed halfway done that I may have done Gwen skirt a little too small and I was like "would she wear something like that though?" and then I was distracted because "hmmm, that´s a very metrosexual pose for Ben leg"
Look, I have a favorite between the two, sadly it isn't Gwen.
The omnitrix looks a bit wonky because I was doing it by memory, always have your references with you, classic series will forever be my favorite design, so it is likely I´m never doing any other Trix that isn´t an evolution of the classic design. I made the eyes glow because...well, because I can and I like to think is kinda like something, something their eyes glow when they´re happy, by how close their crotches are, you can guess they´re, in fact, very happy.
I'm very proud of that assgrab, not so very proud that I kinda made Gwen look a bit too young or anime type of cute.
Anyway, enjoy.
For those who follow me for Shipcest content who are also in Atla, one day I may do Zucest, but at this point I am mostly focused on Bwen and Kamadocest, and the only reason I'm not so much into it is because I think Zuko is kind of a chump to make any content of him, blame the fandom and the comics for fucking up my opinion of him so much lmao

Just saw this!! It's so so good!
I love Kanao as a character and I don't dislike her being paired with Tanjiro but I wished we could get to see and know more of her aside from that flashback.
Zenitsu for Nezuko is just so-so, she could've do better.
Can't wait to see more of your art and your insights!
I don't relaly like how this turned up to look because I feel it could have been done a lot better but I was being lazy and I did not want to rework the entire thing.
I have a newfound taste for Kamadocest just from diving right into Demon Slayer, and I must say, NezuTan is hilarious to me.
The first impression that a lot of people get of Demon Slayer when seeing Tanjiro and Nezuko together is that she is his girlfriend, a lot of people actively believed that it was the story about a guy and his demon girlfriend before watching the series, then there are the people who started watching it who thought it was about two brothers falling in love, and finally there are those who in the middle of watching the series believe that Tanjiro wants to fuck his sister.
I just feel like that artist that did a doujin with Tanjiro and Nezuko ancestors and they looked like them and felt bad thinking he was tarnishing their relationship imo
I love that Tanjiro and Nezuko can have a completely platonic sibling relationship, I think one of my least favorite things in fandoms is the belief that any interaction between two characters cannot have platonic love behind it. On the other hand, I also really like the aesthetics and interactions between the two of them enough to ship them, not an offense to their romantic interests in canon, at most I think Zenitsu is a bit annoying but he's a good character and that Kanao could have benefited from a bit more characterization or screen time.
To its core, Demon Slayer is pretty focused on sibling love, Genya and Sanemi, Kokushibo and Yoriichi, and ultimately the biggest moving force is Tanjiro wanting to protect Nezuko and return her to a human.
Also I wanted to add a little blood between their lips but could'nt because I din't knew how to draw blood from that position.
Long hair Tanjiro looks amazing btw

I'm also excited to see your Kamadocest.
I used an image for reference with this ages ago but I can't find it anymore, it was a Clark Kent-esque guy getting kissed by a girl smaller than him and I was like "hey that reminds me of two characters I know, minus the glasses and the Yaoi hand an add a ponytail and a watch"
I don't exactly think that Bwen is the OTP that should have happened since the beginning because...well, for starters just look at how the fandom is about it today, it would have been instantly canceled lmao.
However, I really love their relationship, either romantically, or platonically, even as back as the classic series, they love eachother to the point that Gwen was ready to throw hands against the fire creature she just meet thinking that it did something to her cousin and later smacks a robot with a shovel for trying to hurt him, and then you have Ben always saving her for the rest of the series and being willingly to give his life and the Omnitrix for her sake.
And that's a pretty interesting idea to play with, just the idea that for whatever trauma, and fear, and pain and everysingle fucking thing that happened to them, they're the only ones to have eachother back is a pretty interesting thing, even if UAF and OV tried to go into Gwevin, the only thing they managed to do was to make Gwen look a bit pushy with the guy that only knows her as that one girl he tried to kill and hurt just to make Ben suffer imo.
The thing that makes me laugh about this is that people in this fandom are so disgusted about the idea of fictional incest that Lucy, cousin-in-law, from a completly different species, is also in the same category for some reason. That's just hilarious to me.
Anyway, should relaly try to make some Kamadocest later, I'm weak for those too lmao.
