4 concerts in 8 weeks is a great feeling and one I really missed over the last years! Today's concert really surprised me. Mostly because I didn't expect such a big show full of effects and humor. I count myself as a huge Disney fan - regardless of the the department. But here of course mainly the animated film from @disneyanimation and @pixar had the spotlight on. With songs and instrumentals from movies like @mulan, @lionking, @disneyaladdin, @encantomovie and many more this show was just one big Disney experience and I loved every moment of it. I was deeply grateful to got to see many members of @opo_odessa again which I already were part of the @hanszimmerlive show. The last days I had the privilege to attend to concerts in a row. Two very different bands with different styles and audiences. But both in their respected genre have the status of an icon. With @onerepublic twice because when you pick singer @ryantedder you have a man who shaped the #popmusic genre tremendously over the last years! I was eager to get to see how this man acts and what kind of person he is on stage. And he is so great. Funny, insightful but mostly a genius in his field. My personal favorite moment was when he gave some a Cappella samples of songs he wrote for other artists. In February 2020 was my last visit at @motorworld_muenchen. Now in May 2022 it finally was the first time since the outbreak of #corona. Spending over 10 hours (!!) in a theater might sound weird and odd. And yes I can't deny that. As I wrote in my previous post I waited over two years to have the change traveling to @hamburg_de and visiting the @hptheaterde. Now this very day arrived and I threw myself into the world of Harry Potter as immersive and directly as I never did before! The eight book of the Harry-series is not really a fan favorite but it brought a experience no other book had brought to life: a theater production (globally)! When I first heard about plans bringing the production to Germany I just had to go there. That was three years ago and now I came back to the hotel after the experience. I loved every minute of it! It just blew my mind! The surprisingly humorous interpretation by just a lovely cast (@chrissi_bock I loved your brilliant version of Scorpius!). The impressive set designs and the live effects. I don't want to spoil you anything just let me say this is a theater experience you won't get anytime again so soon! @hptheaterde somehow became a "living" reminder that #covid19 took over control of the world for the last two years. Originally I planned the trip to Hamburg sometimes in 2019... First attempt to visit the theater was in May 2020 but then... Well you know... Three attempts later this long waiting finds it end! OK I'm gonna level with you... My last in person concert was more than two years ago... Yesterday I had to chance to get in a concert hall again... And visiting two time @theacademy winner @hanszimmer again couldn't have been more suiting to be the first concert since Covid! I caught myself several times with tears in my eyes. From the joy of getting this important part of my life back and listening to the brilliant music from movies like @dunemovie, @disneypirates, @007, @lionking and much more. I'm a huge fan of the epic scores Hans Zimmer provides over and over again. This epic parts of his compositions are either make you love or hate him. For me it's clearly the first! As I wrote in a previous post I slowly want to bring back activities and such things which were normal before the #covidpandemic hit the world. After over a year of nearly complete social #lockdown I wouldn't risk it to overdo the way back but as life happens I did quite a headstart into the #newnormal of 2021. Even though time is rough for most of us these days there are always little moments of joy and happiness waiting for us to be discovered. I for myself found such a little treasure today on my way home from work. I love the #sky glimpse through the different types of clouds. But the highlight truly was the #rainbow spawning less than 300 meters from me allowing me to see both ends of the rainbow. Nearly one and a half month later than I expected I completed the next generation of video game hardware. As in the last generation I got both systems from @microsoft and @sony. But this time right from release. I am still a bit more fan of the way @xboxdach handels their business but over the years I fell in love with the high quality exclusive titels @playstation released. Having some days off is a great opportunity to get to do some projects done you couldn't do during #everydaylife. Like finishing a #puzzle or doing a @harrypotterfilm marathon. I for myself combined those two points for the last two days. I mean if you're working on a Harry Potter Puzzle you kinda have to watch the movies alongside. I'm really surprised that it only took me two days #tbh but without the help of @gk_phil_kun in the last moments I would have to spend some more hours but so I can get to enjoy a long weekend with some movies and #gameplay... When I attended my last #Concert in February I never was expecting not visiting any concert hall since then tbh... #onlineconcert is surely a product brought us by the #corona pandemic... When I think back to March 20 I personally did not thought that I would be in a situation where travelling is required for the entire year. So this view I have now for the next days like captured in this post is kinda awesome. So this year is strange in so many ways. I didn't expect to post two pictures about #facemasks that's for sure! Since my last concert for example I would have visited 5 or six more and additional to that there would be a trip to Hamburg visiting @hptheaterde, @europapark and of course Cologne for @gamescom. Why I'm typing this? Well since I would be in Cologne right now when #corona wouldn't exist you get caught a bit in your own thoughts and little sob of frustration. BUT gamescom also managed to digitalize the fair so I'm now really looking forward to this very event starting today.
