don’t freak yourself out. i know it sounds soo cliche and basic but just let yourself melt into your dr. you’ve always been there. you are just aware of it now. you are aware and it is peaceful and it’s home. just breathe and never get yourself excited. feel yourself and your dr life materialize and just relax. you’re here and you’ve always been here, just let yourself exist and feel gratitude

i shift !! it’s one of the greatest joys in my life and it has allowed me to spend time with my favorite people ever and tell them how much i love them 💗 never give up on shifting. i know it can be frustrating and i almost gave up so many times and i’m so glad i didn’t because one day it’ll just click.
