- At first he would be confused, but really interested about what you can do witches are rarely seen or talked about so he would love learning about it from you

- Would be confused if you ask him to buy you odd things if he doesn't know its for a spell, but he'll get them anyway

- If you can hex people (?) he'll literally BEG you to hex shinobu or obanai when they're mean to him but only for fun

- He's overall calm about you being a witch tbh if it makes you happy then he's happy <3

Modern AU Summary: You always overwork yourself and end up passing out at your desk while rengoku is at work but when he comes home... gender neutral reader

You have always overworked yourself because of your job, you worked for a big company and barely made the bare minimum. So, when you heard that the boss might think about giving you a raise you worked even harder so you could show him you were worthy for this raise but let's just say you worked a little too hard, drinking a bunch of energy drink but after a while you eventually had an energy crash and pass out right then and there at your desk. Rengoku unlocks the door, the deadbolt making a small click signaling it was open as he turned the handle he said with a loud voice "(Y/n) I'm home!" but he was greeted by silence, you'd usually be taking a break from your work at this time so you could say hello or welcome back this worried him. "(Y/n)?? Are you here?" well your car was still in the driveway of course you were he thought with a shake of his head as he placed down his bag shutting the door behind him so he could look for you. Walking up the stairs and into your office rengoku's eyes immediately softened as he looked at you, you had papers everywhere, empty cans, but the most important thing was that you look so tired this made rengoku feel so bad why would you overwork yourself to the point of passing out, if he could he'd make you quit your job so you could just relax he made enough money for both of you guys. He quietly walked over to your office chair and put his hand against your chest (so you wouldn't fall) using his other hand to pull the office chair away from the desk. "you should stop overworking yourself my love" he said with a saddened voice as he walked in front of you placing his hands under your armpits and lifting you up and holding you near his chest and walking to your shared bedroom
