Steve was abused by his father, his mother died, his mental illness was never addressed but it seemed likely he had depression or PTSD, and he's outlived most of the people he knew (not to mention possible persecution from being a child of Irish Catholic immigrants, and the overall struggle of being a sick and disabled person while living in poverty)
Things That Are Overlooked In Marvel.
Bruce's suicide attempts.
Natasha calling herself a monster because she can't have children.
Tony having anxiety.
Loki letting go on purpose.
Rocket being abused before GOTG.
Thor has depression and regular panic attacks.
Nebula just wanting a sister but being treated horribly.
Peter Parker was sexually abused by an older boy as a kid.
Wanda's breakdown when she literally felt pietro die.
How Odin was always horrible to Loki.
Peter Parker thinking he's nothing.
It took Hydra, two decades to brainwash bucky completely.
Bucky sleeps on the floor because of ptsd, sam and steve both likely did the same thing.
So Zviad really was who we should've been watching, huh?
Y'all we really hardcore suspected Jace (and rightfully so) that we didn't even blink at the ambassador who had been talking to Brion. Didn't even question the dude's presence or motive, and he turned out to be just as bad as, if not worse than, Jace. Dude telepathically influenced my child for how long without anyone noticing, and now he's gone dark side.
Did Hulk's snap bring back everyone who died as a consequence of Thanos' snap? Like if they died in a plane crash because their pilot dusted, or if the driver in front of them got dusted so they died in the ensuing accident.
📣STEVE ROGERS HAS SACRIFICED EVERYTHING HE KNEW AND HAS BEEN FIGHTING SINCE THE 1940S . HE DESERVES TO GO BACK TO A PLACE AND WOMAN HE LOVED AFTER FIGHTING FOR YEARS📣
And all of y'all saying he ditched Bucky underestimate their want for each other's happiness. Like Bucky of course wants to move forward from all the horrible things he's been forced to do, but Steve enlisted for a war of a scale he could've never imagined and has always wanted to return home from the war as any soldier would. If you think that Bucky didn't want what's best for Steve and wouldn't have kicked his ass back a time period if he stayed for them you greatly misunderstand how much friends are willing to endure for the happiness of each other.
Say what you want about Young Justice Outsiders getting too dark but nothing so far has been as emotionally and psychologically eff’d up to me as Failsafe in season 1.
This just applies to everything. Too many works go down because people looked for reasons to hate it instead of love it
Can some of you enjoy this show and stop deeply analysing everything trying to find faults. It’s a fucking cartoon that can be fun to just enjoy without always looking for deeper meaning.
I know a gajillion people (including myself) who looks older than they really are, including a 17 year old with a full grown beard and taller than 95% of the teachers at school and a 25 year old man who appears like a 40 year old lumberjack and had to show his license to prove his age.
