do you ever realize how mainstream it is to believe in gods, the universe, the stars, the clouds, nature, the occult, the angel numbers, the fortune teller, the books, even the lines on your palms, the size of your fingers, and so on.. but never yourself?
you don't believe in the law, which is basically saying you don't believe in yourself. why is that? why is it that we literally look to the size of and distance between our toes to try to figure out our future.. but we can't look to ourselves? is that not extremely pathetic?
we say "life is unpredictable", we're so scared of "life" that we try and look to every other thing inside of it (but ourselves) for answers. why? have we forgotten that we created all these things we fear? why is everything but us taking the blame?
we talk about life as if it is a sentient being, as if it has some sort of control when it really doesn't. why is it that "life is unpredictable"? what exactly is life? what kind of control does it have over us?
please ask yourself, is life inherently unpredictable, or do we assign the role of unpredictability to life with our own assumptions?
this literally goes for anything, another example: is life inherently unfair, or do we assign the role of unfairness to life with our own assumptions?
do you enjoy doing things the hard way, constantly waiting for a response, trying to decipher the signs you conjured up on your own? why must we do everything the hard way?
when are you going to realize that it's all you? when are you going to stop giving yourself work to do? when are you going to just be?
when are you going to start creating beneficial things for yourself and stop creating your own torment?

When you're in a desperate situation in your life, where everything seems to be falling apart or nothing works out for you, everything is going wrong and you want to change that through conscious manifestation you will bring that desperate energy into the process of changing your mentality.
Therefore, affirming is the worse option you could choose to do so. What affirming will do in that case is just make you even more obsessed with your desire. It will make you chase it even harder because you're in your needy energy.
Calming yourself down is what you should do. Pick yourself up, this is a self concept issues before it is any other. When you're needy and desperate you're not in your power. Accept your situation as it is, make peace with your 3d- that's the only way to properly "ignore" the 3D- by accepting it as it is and making peace with things not being how you want them to be. You gotta have that "it is what it is, imma still thrive through all of this struggle cause I'm me and I remain the best even in the worst scenario" mindset in order to do pretty much anything, 4D or 3D related. That mindset instantly kills all resistance towards anything, because you allow things to be as they tend to be, you're not trying to control or fix anything.
In a desperate situation you have to firstly work directly with your subconscious. Meditating, affirmation tapes while sleeping affirming while falling asleep. Affirming as soon as you wake up- not only this is very effective but this will also make you so much happier. Working with your logical mind will go nowhere: affirming will make you obsessed and drive you completely crazy, visualizing will only feel like daydreaming and making up illusions in your head, scripting will make you feel like you're just writing silly little words on a silly little piece of paper.
To summarize, desperation and neediness pushes your desire away. Redirect the focus on you, invest in yourself, do everything in your power to let go of those and then try to manifest again.

Manifesting is actually the simplest thing ever. You do it everyday casually, you do it every second, you can’t not do it. It’s just about what you are manifesting. Youre manifesting your whole life, with every thought that occurs in your head your reality is changing based on that.
So let’s break it down one more time straight to the point. 
The only things you “need” or you do when consciously manifesting are structured in 4 main points:
Think of your desired reality. 
What do you want? What’s that thing that you want to be changed ?  Think about it, identify what it is that u want
2. Affirm it’s your current reality
Think exactly the thoughts you would think if you would actually have that thing you want, no forced shit, make it natural, casual, like it’s normal, because it would be normal if you would have your desire 
3. Persist 
Don’t give up, continue with your new mentality and it will 100% manifest itself. Don’t worry about how and when it’s gonna show up, most of the time it will surprise you. Your thoughts, if continued, will manifest themselves no matter what, so keep going. If you can, actually believe it’s yours and you already have it, and that’s persisting in a nutshell.
4. Ignore everything else
Your circumstances do not matter, you reality can literally change over night and you wouldn’t even expect it. There’s so many ways you can get your desire, let IT come to you and stop chasing it, it will find you. So ignore if you see something that doesn’t align with your desire, because you will have it. By ignoring I mean LET IT BE. Your reality is constructed on your old beliefs. So just let the reality do it’s thing, let your old beliefs and your old thoughts do their thing, cause the same it’s gonna happen with your new & current thoughts

I see a lot of people saying affirmations don't work unless you believe them or that affs don't work because your dominant thoughts are the ones who actually harden into fact. Well, this is more wrong than it's true and let me tell you why. Yes, your dominant thoughts are the ones manifesting your reality, but believing in the fact that if you keep saying affirmations they will manifest it's a dominant thought too. Maybe the affirmations you're using aren't a dominant thought right now, but they still can manifest if you believe they will and believe in their power cause that is a dominant thought. They can manifest themselves into the 3D WHILE becoming a dominant thought thru repetition

Persistence
Oxford dictionary definition - continue in an opinion or course of action in spite of difficulty or opposition.
Persisting with the law of assumption is to stick with the new story/assumption no matter what. Be stubborn with the 3D and never settle for less. The 3D consists of your old assumptions and will catch up with your new assumptions if you persist in the new assumption.
Example: I am manifesting my ideal face. I affirmed many times about how I have my ideal face and I continue with my day. I look in the mirror and see I have my old face. I do not let my thoughts slip into the old story, this means that I do not reaffirm the old story and I persist with the new story no matter what. I understand that the 3D consists of my old assumptions and that the 3D will catch up with the new assumption IF I persist with it.

HOW TO ASSUME: throwing logic out the window

ASSUMPTION: the biggest puzzle piece.
DISCLAIMER: You do not, by any means, have to do what I suggest or believe what I say. You manifest the way you want to. If you think this could help you, then do it! But don't feel you have to. Manifesting doesn't require a method. I just thought this could help some people :)
So, the Law of Assumption is named for a reason. Whatever you assume will become real, right? If you're anything like me when I began, you're a little confused by that. How do you even assume? How can you take years of hardwired beliefs and change them? More importantly, how can I have a perfect self concept instantly if you don't even believe you can?
For me, what worked was defining what an assumption is. If you google the definition of assumption, this is, word for word, what you get: a thing that is accepted as true or as certain to happen, without proof.
There are some things I want to highlight here.
"accepted as true or certain to happen": Manifestation doesn't have to be instant. Sometimes if I say I'm going to manifest something instantly, and I don't instantly see results, I get discouraged. So what helped me was realizing I don't have to look at it as something happening instantly, rather that the moment I declare I have something, it has been set and locked that I will receive it. I used to self sabotage and be like "well if you're so great at this, manifest that a purple pony will appear in your room in three seconds." Thoughts like this were basically mocking me and further cementing the false belief that I couldn't do it. I had to give myself time to work up to instant manifestation because personally, it took me a while to believe that I could manifest instantly. I had to manifest things gradually before I believed I could speed up the procress. So if you struggle with the whole "instantaneous" thing, assume that it is "certain to happen" soon.
"without proof": This is the key phrase to me. People search for proof in the 3d for confirmation that their assumption is working. That's not what assumption is. You assume when you throw away logic and "forget" about the 3d. Assuming is not needing proof to know you have what you desire. Affirm affirm affirm and persist. Don't look for proof. Proof will look for you. The subconscious doesn't have eyes. It takes what you give it. So affirm and believe in your mind, and soon enough the 3d will conform. Throw logic out the window, babe. You want a blue Jeep? Look outside at the place where your car would be. You might see an empty space, but think to yourself "damn, that's a gorgeous blue Jeep." Ignore the logic. The subconscious doesn't have eyes. It sees what you tell it it sees.

CONCLUSION & HIGHLIGHTS
Take manifesting at a comfortable speed to build up your confidence. It doesn't have to be instant, it just has to be there - build up you belief first, then manifest instantly. You can do it.
Throw logic out the window. The subconscious doesn't have eyes - it sees what you tell it it sees. Assuming is not needing proof to know you have what you desire. Don't look for proof. Proof will look for you.

Ways/Methods you can make manifesting more fun
1. Write that shit down!
Script, journal, doesn't matter, call it whatever you like, it bascially means the same thing: writing about your desire as it is already manifested. Do it ONLY if you are sure it is an enjoyable experience for you, don't do it out of obligation thinking "Uhh if i do this there are chances i'll get my manifestation faster" (cause first of all there's A WHOLE LOT of wrong things about this way of thinking -but that's another subject-). Write about it like you would write about anything else. I'd suggest you do this especially if journaling is one of your hobbies or you do that often.
2. Telephone metod
Take your phone, put it up to your ear and talk as if you were on a call, affirm, talk about your fullfilled desire. You can pretend you're talking to your mom, bestie, sister, brother, cousin etc, visualize their voice- as in hear their voice, how they speak usually, introduce words they normally use, imagine you are actually talking to them. Your brain can't differentiate what's real from pretending, so u win!
3. Listen to music!
Use music to your advantage, choose songs you like that have favorable affirmations, even better if they resonate and are specific according to the fullfillment of your desire! You can make specific playlists based on the thing you want to manifest and listen to those lyrics as if they're relatable to you, you can even add certain affirmations while listening like "this is so relatable" "this is so specific yet it resonates so much with me" etc etc.
Or make music, poetry about it, if you like.
4. Placebo
Use usual stuff, activities out of your daily life to persist into knowing your desire as complete. For example, whenever your phone is ringing think "Oh, that's my SP calling me again!" or what you want to manifest, if you get dressed up affirm "I'm dressing up to go on a date with my Sp" or for your job interview that you really want etc. By doing this you insist in the normality that comes with having your manifestation!

What actually is 'manifesting'?

One thing i think people tend to forget is we manifest evey single day of our lives. It's not just on a special day or occasion when the moon is in i don't know what phase or the date is 2.22.22, we've been manifesting our whole reality and the world around us entirely since the beginning of time.
Your daily, recurrent, dominant thoughts and ordinary beliefs are what's gonna materialize in your life, so CONTROL YOUR THOUGHTS. Control what you say to your best friend, friends, family, even if it's not what's showing up in your reality yet, even if they'll call you delusional, fuck it, be delusional, do whatever, have fun manifesting cause you're actively creating your life, so make sure it is the life of YOUR DREAMS!! Stop affirming the old story, it is irrelevant, your past is irrelevant- including what happened 5 minutes ago, it all doesn't mean shit, what actually matters is the present moment and your present thoughts.
Y'all forget it can only take one singular affirmation for you to get your desire you just have to believe it can be yours, believe in yourself & the work happening where your eyes can't see, and you're capable of getting it, there is impossible for you to NOT get it. Your now thoughts have to be favorable to your situation, make yourself accesible to your desire by thinking so.

You manifest even how that one conversation with the cashier at the store is gonna go- not by thinking specifically of it but by your general assumptions. You think your anxious in social situations? Then you are! You think you never get along with people? Then that's exactly how your conversation is gonna go! You think people always make fun of you? Then the cashier is gonna make fun of your hair, for example, or maybe something you're already insecure about! You think strangers are cold and mean? Then they aren't that communicative and treat you coldly! You assume you always meet people you know outside of your house? Then the cashier is your old higschool classmate!
There are infinite ways things, situations, circumstances can manifest in your life based on what you GENERALLY think about them.
