"I've never been dissatisfied with a student before, especially you, Y/N. What happened to your grade? I thought you aspired to be the top student academically till the end of the school year? I will not accept this; everyone will have to retake their examinations." The bell rung, signaling the end of the school day; your teacher was the first to go, his angry expression revealing his disappointment.

You headed back to the library to study again, barely eating or sleeping as you were so eager to pass your exams, you didn't know what got you so low, maybe because you were distracted by your own problems, school isn't the only thing that you prioritize, you had to help with chores and take care of your parents as well as younger siblings, it was all too much for you to know what to do first.

here you are, who once thought that the tests were finally finished and you had nothing to worry about, but everyone got so low that everyone had to retake it, so you sat on the library chair and grabbed every book that can aid you during your studies.

You were ready to take a book that had always helped you, however someone else was about to grab it as well, ending with your hands touching against each other's.

"Will you kindly let me borrow this first?" formally said a man with gray hair.

"As much as I want to, I need this book first so I can go home early." You replied, trying not to sound rude that may cause misunderstandings.

"Look, if I needed it tomorrow, I would not borrow it today; there are other books; can't you check them out?" He sighed when he heard your reply.

He cleared his throat before continuing to speak.

"I am not sure who must let it go, but I'm certain that it's not me. You can take this tomorrow, and I guarantee you that this book will be where it is tomorrow." He was as serious as you were when he stated it, and it appeared that you both needed the book at the same time.

"I could suggest more books comparable to this one, but for now leave this book with me."

Looks like he's not going to lose for the book, as you let it go so you can start studying; he offered you a paper full of books that he said were similar to the book you needed, but you didn't bother looking for them because there were so many and you had no time to look for them.

TIME HAD PASSED

You lost track of time since you were studying continuously and were the only one in the library, but just as you were ready to finish, someone opened the door and it was the guy you encountered earlier, He stared at you as if he was perplexed on why you were still there.

You raised your brows as well, glancing at him, who was holding the book you needed earlier. He sat in front of you, confused by his unexpected actions.

"Is it true that your section has to retake the exams?" He asked seemingly out of nowhere.

You nod.

"Are you aware that it's getting dark outside?"

You shook your head.

"Let me give you some advice: get enough sleep and eat healthy. I assure it will make your academics simpler." He said.

"I could help you with that basic calculation problem. You don't have to worry as long as you have the numbers right, if your mind isn't concentrated enough, you should consider going home." He continued, his voice becoming quieter.

"I do know what to do, but I still can't get the answer right." You replied.

He glanced at the calculation problem you had to solve while attempting to answer it himself; he was able to answer it on the first try while you were stuck.

"Calm down and answer the question casually as you would in any other calculation problem. I can tell your mind isn't at ease right now; I'm not sure what's bothering you, but studying won't help either; yes, you have to study, but your health comes first; there is still a way to pass your exams; I can help you tomorrow early, just make sure you get enough sleep and food."

Everything stopped for a minute when he said those words, as if you were comforted that everything would be well.

You accepted his words and headed home to finish some chores and get ready for a nice night's sleep when you remembered you hadn't asked for the guy's name.

He was there at the library waiting for you the next morning, taking time to study with you and being patient. He made certain that you understood everything before moving on to the next topics. He was quite helpful and made things easy for you.

"come to think of it, I haven't asked for your name." You said after studying together.

"Alhaitham." He said with his usual tone.

"Oh! you're the smartest student that everyone was gossiping about."

He tried to hide his smile when you said that.

There are times where he says "I love you" when you're in a bad mood and you never say it back, of course you won't say It first any other time or moment. It's always true when other people gossip about how Jing yuan is the only person who can handle you because you're not good with his people because of your grumpy attitude.

When you're being grumpy with other people he'll squeeze your hand and give you an innocent smile trying to give you a sign to be nice. Other people are well-aware of your attitude because they would always try to talk to you about the general, but most of the time you'll respond by giving them a death glare or rolling your eyes but when you're with Jing yuan and then they ask you the same question, you'll sigh and say how much you love your lover.

Dan heng is the grumpy, you're the sunshine. How can he not be the grumpy type when you're always teasing him about almost everything? It's only natural for him to sigh all the time, be quiet, give you side eyes when you're talking to him.

Dan heng acts like he's not interested but you really kept him deeply invested, he can't survive a day without hearing you whine or even talk. He plays with your hair when he's bored and you're reading a book.

He can't get enough of you, not all the time he is grumpy. Dan heng has a soft side for you and every night he'd sneak out of his bed to go in your room just because he misses you a little extra today, he'd never say that instead he says "I just want to spend the night with you." then he'll sleep peacefully in your chest. There are times where you end up getting caught by the other astral express member sleeping together, Dan heng kept quiet (trying his best to hide his smile) whenever you talk about how it felt really safe and comfortable around him with the other members.

Gepard is the sunshine, you're the grumpy. He thinks that your grumpy attitude is really cute instead of annoying, he loves joking around with you because you'd give him death glares and sometimes pinching his arms.

Gepard loves seeing you smile, he tries his best to not keep you grumpy (he doesn't know that you have a soft side for him) You'd tell him that it's impossible for you to not be grumpy when everyone else is annoying excluding him. He'd laugh and respond with compliments like "you're beautiful" and you're not even talking about that.

Everyone thinks that Gepard is really nice and so they thought that his lover SHOULD be nice too but then when they get to know you as gepard's lover they ended up being disappointed and think that gepard deserves better, it was because you didn't have a great attitude. Gepard isn't the type to stand back and just listen, he'll confront them and tell them that they clearly haven't seen your good side and that you're a really beautiful person inside and out, you'd smile whenever he defends you and he feels the happiest when he sees you smile like that.

Blade is the grumpy, you're the sunshine. Blade being the grumpy is expected, He's not trying to be the grumpy type. He is the word grumpy itself.

for blade, showing emotions is not that important in a relationship and being together is already enough but he'll never forgive himself if he makes you quiet or sad because he loves it when you're talking whether it's a gossip or you're just telling him some funny stories about yourself, you'd never fail to make him smile or laugh whenever you do.

There's always a situation where you try to make him call you sweet common relationship nicknames like my love or baby. You'd tell him pick-up lines and he'd always fall for it, he sighs and replies with "That's a good one, little brat" That was what he ended up calling you for the rest of your relationship. It was much better to have this kind of relationship with him where you're both wild and free. Even if he's grumpy most of the time, you don't have to worry when problems occur because he'll do all the work to maintain the relationship and make you happy in his own ways.

Diluc doesn't like to talk much, but if he hears his friends or customers talking about you, he will listen and correct them if they are wrong. It makes him glad to know he isn't the only one who thinks you're talented and lovely. "How would you describe Y/n? Master Diluc?" A costumer asked, He turned to look at the costumer, It was Diluc's free time. "Y/n?" He giggled right when you came into his mind. "Y/n is lovely, she makes me forget all the things I needed to do as when I'm by her side, it seems as if I've achieved whatever I wanted. No, I'm mistaken; I don't simply like her to want her; I need her. My entire existence revolves entirely on Y/n and only Y/n."

Zhongli was writing while sipping his coffee, He missed writing and you're in front of him waiting for him to finish whatever he was writing, you admired him for a while. "I'm finished, shall we go?" This is angst with comfort, I promise :)

"So.. you're really not going to talk?" The day started with both of you talking and being affectionate to one another, just how did it end like this?

"There is nothing to talk about, Y/N" He replied with his usual tone, he was listening but not that kind of listening where he tries to understand what you were saying. This time, he was completely trying to avoid you. He was already stressed out just like you.

"Again, why didn't you show up earlier? We were happy when we woke up beside each other! If you had something else to do you could've just told me sooner than making me wait for five fucking hours!" You said as if you were screaming, Today was your third year anniversary with him, but he didn't think it was worth celebrating because you knew he loved you every day, so what was the point? He would listen to you and be convinced, but today he didn't show up. You had no idea that Blade was even capable of doing such a thing, thus it was sad, shameful, and most of all disheartening.

"I told you, there was something urgent that I had to do. What do you not understand?" He replied, his tone was getting colder and colder. You could see that he didn't want to fight but you couldn't stop yourself from getting mad, especially when he didn't show up.

"Then tell me what that is! You're making me look stupid right now. I'm your lover and I need you, so much of you today."

"Can't you take the hint?" He replied, What was he trying to say? His tone relaxed as if his argument were becoming more and more obvious but you could still not comprehend it.

"You're trying to break up with me?" You were trembling, trying to speak.

"What? Of course not, how did you get that conclusion?" He sighed as he gets up, holding your hands trying to hug you.

"I'm sorry for making you feel that way. I didn't show up because the enemies followed me, I had to fight all of them to keep you safe. There were so much that I thought I wouldn't be able to see you again. I'm sorry, I didn't want to make you worry." As he embraced you in his arms, you were sobbing and speechless.

"Let's not break up, okay?" was all that you could say.

Blade stayed with you that night because he feels guilty for what he did. Despite your constant assurances that it wasn't his fault and that he was just trying to keep you safe, he really doesn't want to see you sobbing and shaking in front of him.

Instead, the two of you came up with a different plan for celebrating your third year anniversary inside. You soon discovered that he was more at ease when the two of you were alone having the time of your lives.

Alhaitham would lie if he said he didn't struggle trying to find a gift for you. In the end, he gave you some expensive jewelry. That's not the only thing he did, he was more affectionate than usual. When you told him that him being more affectionate to you was the best gift you could ever have, he didn't hesitate to kiss you.

Diluc spoils you in your birth month. He does almost everything to make you happy. When your day comes, the last and first thing you'll see is going to be Diluc and only him. He's not a big fan of birthdays but for you he was. He didn't know how to act but he just couldn't stand and wait for the day to end. He'll give you many kisses and say how grateful he is to have you.

Childe spoils you all the time, birthday or not he will show you how much he loves you by giving gifts. Surprising you is what he wants to do whenever your birthday comes. Expect that it's really grand and big. He wants you to be the only one who shines for your special day.

Ayato is giving you all his time. He'll celebrate it with you and will always make sure that your friends are there. He wants to make you feel so much loved on your birthday that he gives multiple gifts because he doesn't know what you want. He's always the sweetest on your birthday or not.

Wanderer doesn't know why you have to celebrate your birthday and is completely bitter about it because he doesn't even celebrate it himself but he would give you something simple that would look good on you just to make sure you are satisfied, you'd always tell him that he's more than enough and he doesn't need to but he really wants to give you something and he wants to see you treasuring it.

Kaeya loves to see you shining on your birthday. He'll let you do anything to him just to make you happy. He cares for you more than anything that he gives almost everything that you want or need. It'll always end special because he'd take you somewhere as beautiful as you.

Gepard never really changed especially the way he treats you ever since you both were little kids. The only thing that changed was he was more passionate to achieve something and stricter to himself.

Ever since you were kids, Gepard was lively and you brought out the best of each other. He used to cry when you cried. You both used to fight just like a cat and dog but don't worry, he's always saying sorry first even when you both were slowly growing up.

When you're both growing up, he would always make sure that he's making time for you so the friendship would remain even in your busiest days. When it comes to problems, Gepard is the first person who you'd always run to and he does the same to you. You both aren't a burden to each other and it made him happy that you're each other's shoulder to lean on.

As adults, you both never really had a chance to see each other as often as before and you both knew that time would come sooner or later. There are times where you surprise him out of nowhere and you brighten up his day whenever you do.

Your friendship is always gonna be strong and so is your love for each other. Growing up with him mentally and physically made it easier for you to adjust and understand especially when it comes to your feelings.

: ̗̀➛ JING YUAN

Jing yuan has the same knowledge as you. It's like, you're each other's clone and you share the same soul with him. Protecting each other and making each other your priority is something that you both did ever since you were young.

As kids, Jing yuan makes sure that you're protected by him. You weren't weak, in fact you were fearless that you'd always get bruised everywhere around your body. Jing yuan is the one who's always scared because you'd always cry out of nowhere and it was because there was blood around your knees, arms and the reason was your reckless behavior such as running and climbing rocks.

While growing up, Jing yuan really did go through a lot and lost so many of his special friends that's why you promised him that you'd always stay by his side no matter what. You weren't good at comforting him and he doesn't like communicating about his feelings, you were scared each day that he'd let you go just like his other friends. You tried to be more cheerful around him to make him feel that you're always there and you'd never leave him.

Finally, when you both were adults, he became much better and happier than before and he really did deserve it. There's no day where he forgets to say thank you to you, for not leaving him and for always cheering him. In conclusion you chose the same path as him because you're a person who keeps their words. Jing yuan deeply cares about your feelings just like what you did to him before.

He deeply cares about your feelings that he always makes sure that the path you chose was something that you do not regret and is something that you did for yourself and not for him.

Blade is really used to you, there are times when he tries to push you away but there are times where he's happy to be your one and only friend. You both had so much to learn about each other before you became truly comfortable to each other.

As kids, blade was always the introvert type. It's not a need or want for him to have friends but he doesn't mind. When you came, it felt like you weren't really needed into his life and he guessed that you won't last long and you'd leave him sooner and if not he can just find ways.

Teen blade didn't expect you to last long, how was it that you managed to stay after all these years? He communicates well but at the same time he doesn't. At an early age blade knew that he shouldn't trust anyone. When blade was betrayed and went immortal he really thought that you'd leave him because of that but instead you accepted him for it, it was the first time he felt so safe and scared, he didn't know what to call it.

Being adults with him was easier than you were young. You both were more mature and finally he doesn't try to find ways for you to leave him. You made him feel like it's okay for him to change, he doesn't really like the person he is as you both grew up but you'd always find ways to make him feel better and he appreciates you for that.

Though he is a known criminal, you'll never ever report him because you already accepted the path that he wanted to choose. You'll secretly meet him and catch up with him just to make sure that everything is going well and of course help each other with your next plans and goals in life.

Dan heng has changed so much ever since you were young, he went through so much and you couldn't blame him for it. All you did was stay and support him at all times.

As kids, Dan heng didn't really know why he became friends with you. One of his reasons was because you were great with arts and crafts and so that's how you played together as kids. He learned a lot from you that he used to only choose to hang out with you and ignore everyone else.

Growing up together felt like destiny, it was as if you both were made to have this kind of bond with each other but sooner, he changed. His identity was changed, he actually managed to run away from you and everyone. That time, you never stopped looking for him, it took you years to find him and you acted the same when you found him. After all, he's your best friend and nothing will change on how you see him even if he changed identities.

Adults, Dan heng would always let you stay by his side. He slowly learned to trust you too, you're not just good with arts but you're also good with words. For him, saying thank you wasn't enough. He didn't know that someone like you really did exist. Though you aren't part of their trio because you want to keep a simple life, you're always his guest and you loved travelling and visiting him.

Your soul is always attached to him, he feels the same way about whatever you feel about something. He tries to appreciate you the same way you do to him. He already ran away from you before so now he makes sure that he's making up for what he did before. He was really sweet and when he found out that you tried to look for him for years, he assured you that it won't happen ever again.

Diluc really did see that coming. You were his lover who loves getting in trouble, it's not that you're not trying to avoid it but you're the word trouble itself. This time, he's getting used to it. There are times where he had to bail you out from jail because of your reckless behavior and sometimes you're just accused which was today.

Because of your recklessness and cuteness at the same time, Diluc fell in love with you too much. He loved you despite your questionable behavior. Now he's inside the prison where you got called out for stealing. Diluc had a good reputation and you didn't know what the word 'good' was.

"Master diluc, we apologize for falsely accusing your significant other for stealing. This won't happen again, next time." The police said as they bowed their heads with their apologies, you rolled your eyes and finally you and Diluc left the prison.

"Can I ask my lovely y/n to stop getting in trouble?" He said when you reached outside the police station.

"Can I ask my master diluc to make me a good fine wine so that I could avoid getting in trouble?" You responded.

"Promise me, you'll avoid getting in trouble first." Diluc said as he crossed his arms.

"Mhm, yes of course I'll avoid getting in trouble for my master." You smiled as you put your arms around his shoulder.

The day ended great with you and him together and for once you'll avoid getting in trouble for him but sometimes he just doesn't need to know, right?...

Alhaitham loves listening to your rants because he just listens and he loves your voice, everything about you. Now, he's really worried because you're coming home late. What if you really did kill your best friend's boyfriend? Not that he didn't want you to do it he just didn't want you to live inside the prison for life.

He decided to go out of his house and try to find you. He found you fast because everyone in the sumeru was talking about you and your best friend. Basically you're both on a stage embarrassing your best friend's ex boyfriend for cheating. You both were drunk, alhaitham sighed knowing you again went to drink without him.

Alhaitham held you and your friend then walked towards his house. You both weren't so heavy but he's holding for his dear life. When he reached his own house, he put your friend on the couch as he put you in his bed.

"Alhaitham! Finally I've been waiting for you my baby boy....!" You were obviously drunk when you said that. He sighed as he put a blanket around you. When he's about to leave his room to sleep inside his office- you held his hand and told him to not go or else you'd cry. He couldn't let go of your hand so he sat while sleeping waiting for you to wake up in the morning.

When you woke up, you noticed alhaitham was sitting while sleeping. You didn't want to disturb his uncomfortable sleeping position so you moved to sleep into his lap and admire him until he wakes up.

Ayato was laughing the whole time you're telling him how you regret cutting your bangs. He knew you'd look cute with it so he decided to tease you a little. He couldn't wait to finish his work just to see with your short bangs, he was looking forward seeing it.

You, on the other hand didn't leave your own house because of this. It was too embarrassing for you to go out in this state, it's not like you meant to cut it this short. It's just, you wanted to try it out and couldn't stop your own hands from cutting your own bangs.

You heard a light knock at your door. You decide for a while if you should open it and embarrass yourself or gaslight them into thinking that no one is home.

"Y/n? It's me.." It was the voice of your boyfriend, Ayato. You felt more embarrassed that Ayato would see you like this, cutting your bangs really short felt like your downfall. Finally, you decided to open the door revealing Ayato.

When he saw your face and the bangs you were talking about, he couldn't help it but chuckled. You rolled your eyes to him as he cupped your face.

"Aww, you're so cute." He said.

"How could you tease me in times like this!" You replied as he gave another chuckle, you're giving this man so many reasons to love you. He felt so lucky to have you in his life.

"What? It's actually cute. You should try to cut it shorter." He said as he measured your bangs.

"AYATO!!!" You pinched him on his left arm as he laughed.

The day ended with him only looking at you, you didn't know what he was thinking but all he did was just admire you. No matter what you look like or what questionable decision you'll make he'll support you all the time.

Childe really did try his best to comfort you after that and told you that they are just his co-workers not friends. You didn't know because they are all always together you even thought that they were one big family.

You're always there to pick up Childe when he finishes a meeting with them and one day when Childe leaves you to go in a meeting instead of him, it was so awkward that you had to crack a joke to make them comfortable but it wasn't the type of joke where they get it so when childe picked you up that day, you were quiet like your mouth was zipped.

"Love? You should forget about it so they'll forget about it too." He gave you an awkward smile while he was saying these words.

"how can I? They even said that this meeting is strictly for fatuis only and they cancelled it because you didn't show up!" You said. You're walking with each other together while talking about the recent situation you had.

"I'm sorry, my love. I'll treat you, think of it as the way for me to say sorry for you." Childe would be lying if he said that it wasn't really embarrassing because as you tell him the whole story on what happened earlier he couldn't help but feel embarrassed for you.

The day happened just like that, in the end you felt better because he bought you everything that you wanted. He's also staying the night because you're extremely clingy today and he likes it when you're like that.
