Hazel posts a tiktok that starts with her saying, “Hey can you watch my dad for a sec while I go to the bathroom,” as she props her phone up.

She walks away to reveal Eddie sitting on the couch with his Steve’s 2nd gen iPad with a cat curled up in his lap.

Eddie looks up, eyebrows raised as he watches Hazel leave.

Eddie: Watch me?

Eddie: *gives a half-hearted wave to the camera*

Eddie: Wait – who’s watching me?

He leans forward, squinting at the phone. When he realizes he’s actually being filmed, he just sighs and sits back.

Eddie: I’m Ed, Hazel’s dad.

Eddie: *waves again*

Eddie: Well…now I’ve waved twice.

Eddie, pointing at his iPad: I’m playing Clash of Clans.

Eddie: I used to play it with my daughter until she abandoned me.

Eddie: Not Hazel.

Eddie: One of the other ones.

Eddie: I don't remember her name.

Eddie: *pauses, replaying that in his head and remembering his daughter is probably going to put it on the Internet*

Eddie: I promise that's a joke.

Eddie: *sighs again*

Eddie: I own this house. Been paying the mortgage for, like, twenty years. Not sure why I need to be watched.

Eddie: And yet here I still sit.

Eddie: I could just leave.

Eddie: Actually I can’t.

Eddie: *gestures to the cat asleep in his lap*

Eddie, pointing to the cat: This is ZZ.

Eddie: We’re getting old.

Eddie: Haze clearly trusts me with you guys so she probably won’t mind me telling you that when we adopted ZZ she cried so hard she made herself sick.

Eddie: Right in the middle of the shelter.

Off-camera, Hazel can be heard coming back into the room.

Eddie: Look who’s back.

Eddie: I was just telling everyone about how we adopted ZZ.

Hazel, picking up the camera with the cheekiest grin on her face: Thanks, guys!

But one day he asked Rob to take his shirt off for some photos and that made him blush... Of course he did but still. Once he and Nancy got closer though, this weirded Rob out and he didn't like him anymore.

• Oh do these boys relate. They are both poor, pitiful, pining boys and the universe is out to get them. Father it be rejection, bullying, or death, something is always going wrong in there lives

• Mike and Will have hung out since they were practically babies so Rob as toted them around plenty of times in the Wheeler family car. Most notably to and from their house and school.

• Johnathan was supposed to pick will up that night. That night in 1983. But he never showed up, so Will biked home. Robertt has always felt guilty for not driving him, even tho the boy insisted he was alright.

• Will came out to Rob one night while Mike was in the shower. They had just ate dinner and were going to have a sleep over that night but will felt weird about it. Sleeping next to him so close, listening to him breathe. His blue PJs nestled next to Will's yellow ones. So he knocked on Rob's door and asked if they could talk.

Will had never seen Rob with a woman.. so maybe...? And he was right.

Thinking about the time Mike JUMPED OFF A FUKIN CLIFF for Dustin. Would Robertt ever do something like that? TW: SH?? 📘

XD yeah he would sacrifice himself if things got bad. But also I could see his death as accidental, maybe a tendril fell on him and pinned him down after he was injured to begin with from the fight.

Maybe he just simply could not get up.

I could imagine the camera pans upwards, all you can hear is his gasping and Nancy, Steve, and Robin screaming. And him begging them to go because he is a goner. They would of course not want to leave him there but with vecna dead the upside down is collapsing, if they don't leave they'll all die.

But as for the SH warning, I don't see him as that type of person. I really don't. Like yeah he was shy and queer and depressed after Eddie died, he was more angry for his death in the first place. Felt that if he were there he could have protected him. Could have helped. So his grief gets lost in the determination to get revenge.

• Mike and Rob grew up very close as big and little bro. They basically did everything together.

• Eddie kinda knew Mike and Nancy before Hawkins high because of Robertt. Then Eddie met the gang after they got to which school.

• Robertt somehow didn't put two and two together that barb missing and the creature that Joyce was seeing was the Demogorgon. He just kinda thought that Will's mom was a nut case.

being moon bound during a summer solstice was never fun, but vincent was having an especially bad time. luckily for him, david was here to help.

vincent may be a tad out of character, so sorry in advance if he sounds a little weird!

solstices were never easy. especially summer solstices when you were moon bound. david and vincent knew this all too well. they had both gone through many solstices before they started dating, and this wasnt even their first together. that didnt change how much they sucked though.

vincent was having an especially bad time. if you asked him today, he would absolutely say this was the worst hes felt in his entire (undead) life. he was hot, he had a headache, his whole body was achy, and worst of all he was so hungry that he thought he was going to die of starvation at any moment.

perhaps he was being a tad dramatic, but he certainly didnt feel good.

he thought he was alone in his home. he was simply going to suffer in his nice plush bed, withering away to nothing and perhaps quietly crying to himself until sleep overtook him. that wasnt the case however. in his moment of pain and discomfort vincent must have missed the door to his home opening and a familiar wolf entering.

vincents lack of awareness bit him in the back when his bedroom door opened, making the vampire jolt upright with all of the strength he could muster. even in his current state there is no way he was going to go down without a fight. luckily for him there was nothing to worry about and the “intruder” was a much more welcome guest than he initially thought.

“david?” vincent said quietly.

“jumpy much?”

david gave a strained smile, clearly dealing with his own issues this solstice. the smile was appreciated though and vincent slowly started to calm down from his previous state of panic.

“what are you doing here?” vincent asked.

david shrugged, kicking off his shoes and coming to sit next to vincent.

“thought we could both use the company on a day like this.”

at the response, vincent flopped back against his bed, looking anywhere but david. his previous discomfort was coming back quickly, but now with david here there was an added layer. dont get me wrong, vincent was happy for the company, misery loves company and all that. but his hunger was starting to overtake him, and even though his senes were not the best on the solstice david was starting to smell like quite the treat.

out of the corner of his eye, vincent saw david raise an eyebrow at him. vincent huffed and raised his own eyebrow at david.

“what?”

“are you alright?” david asked as gently as he could muster.

vincent made a displeased noise. “as alright as i can be given the circumstances.”

“well obviously. but it seems like its more than that.”

vincent sighed. david was bound to know one way or the other. he might as well come clean now. his very tasty partner could possibly help even. one way or the other.

“the solstice is kicking my ass… and… i havent eaten in a while so-“

vincents words were cut off with a displeased noise from david.

“take a bite.”

he spoke quickly, adjusting his shirt so vincent could get a better angle of his neck.

“you dont have to do this, i know the solstice has gotta be kicking your ass too.”

“it wasnt a request.”

with a very brief pause for vincent to contemplate this decision, he say up and buried his face into the werewolf’s neck.

“thank you david.”

with his quiet mumble vincent sunk his fangs into the other mans neck. the taste of his blood was enough to make the vampire go mad and for once on this horrible day a feeling of comfort washed over him.

davids hands came to rest on vincents back comfortingly. weather it was for his or vincents comfort was unknown but they stayed like that, holding each other for much longer than was necessary for vincent to feed.

more than just getting a drink from his lover, the comfort of being in each others arms was enough to make this day just a bit better.
