Hi there! Can I request parenting headcannons for Superboy? Like, what would he be like as a parent?

Oh poor awkward Conner.

-He really doesn’t have a reference on what to do because Clark didn’t treat him like much of anything when he was younger, and when they were able to get along he was treated in a different type of brother way.

-He’s so scared of doing something wrong and messing everything up. Conner doesn’t want to hurt them, it looks so fragile and… squishy.

-What if he touches them too hard? What if he hurts them? What if he isn’t what they wanted? What if he can’t be what they need? What if he isn’t enough? All these thoughts are running through his head as he looks down at this small child.

-Through the first year with the baby he is a hesitant mother hen. He doesn’t let anyone go to close to them or have them stray too far from sight.

-Conner refuses to hold onto them for the longest time because of his super strength and what he could do if he hurts them.

-Though, when the baby looks up and says ‘Papa’ for the first time he smiles hesitantly and lets the child hold on tightly to his pointer finger and giggle happily. (Ah my heart melted a little while imagining this)

-The 4th year of the toddler is better than the 1st-3rd years because he’s getting better at knowing what to do.

-It still takes him researching and asking others what he should do to get him comfortable with holding them.

-Awkward Conner with a toddler climbing all over him.

-He turns into one of those parents that goes to every and all school productions. Through all of these he can’t hide his smile as he watches his kid.

-During one of the schools play productions the kid waves wildly to Conner from the stage. They can’t stop saying ‘Hi papa!’ or ‘Papa, look here!” the whole time. The whole crowd finds it endearing and Conner waves back at them.

-Conner is not immune to the puppy eyes

-It’s for this reason that the kid gets everything they want. (To a point that is.)

-The Young Justice team is a big influence on the kid as well.

-Dick is there to help them pull off any and all mischievous plans that they want to try, as any brother would do.

-M’gann, the bubbly big sister, bakes them all kinds of sweets and watches the kid’s favorite shows.

-Artemis is the embodiment of a BAMF big sister. She teaches the kid all they want to know about archery and self-defense moves. She also lets them play with her hair.

-Kaldur is the patient older brother. He teaches them the virtue of patience and helps them understand their mistakes in a way that doesn’t make them feel bad about messing up once in a while.

-The kid loves swimming with Kaldur because he plays jaws with them. (But instead of pulling them in the water he jumps up and lifts them out of the water. They shriek with laughter as he does this and demands to have it done again.)

-Wally is and always will be their geeky older brother. He teaches them science and actually /makes it fun/. He also speeds them places (in the base) that leave them wide eyed and giggling like a maniac.

-Zatanna is their ‘magical super sister’ that lets them watch her practice her magic. She loves showing them what she can do, and even lets them try with her. (Sometimes Zatanna helps a bit and lets them think they got it right. The kid knows this and appreciates what she’s doing.)

-When Roy comes in to visit everyone he’s bombarded by a tiny tot that’s squeezing his legs and looking up at him with a smile.

-Roy lowkey melts at this, but plays it off like he’s not /as/ annoyed as he usually is.

-The kid knows that they have Roy wrapped around their finger, this is why Conner lets Roy babysit when the whole team has a big mission.

-Roy at this time not so surprisingly has a way with kids.

-He gets them to go to bed at a reasonable time and has set rules at his apartment that the kid knows and respects. (At times. Sometimes they set up a prank or two around the house for him. Roy always ends up chasing a giggling kid, trying to swoop them into his arms for tickles.)

-When he first watched them he left out some of his dangerous arrows and found them playing with them. He yelled at them for playing with them, but realized that he shouldn’t take it out on them when he left it out. Roy apologized and explained to them it was dangerous. From then on he made sure that his apartment was child proof.

-Raquel teaches them to be confident with who they are. (Seriously, this kid becomes so sassy with her help)

-Barbara likes to play games with them, this means dressing up in costumes from their favorite show. She also teaches them stuff about computers when they ask or asks them to help her with a job she’s doing. (Babs just loves having the kid on her lap as she works. They make jokes and giggle together.)

-Beast boy changes into any animal form the want to see. This results in the kid riding around on the back of a giant green lion.

-Jaime loves watching after the kid with Bart. They get to see the beetle on his back and pet it, which Khaji Da doesn’t mind surprisingly. Bart likes to speed around with the kid wrapped around him as they try to take Jaime’s chicken whizzies. Dios mio, you’re not supposed to teach them to do /that/ hermano!

-Bart and the kid just laugh while Jaime tries to hunt them down.

-Bart also got them into watching anime like Sailor Moon and Card Captor Sakura.

-The kid dresses as Tuxedo Mask while Bart dresses as Sailor Moon. (The kid says it’s because Tuxedo Mask can do anything and they have to always save Bart from the wrath of Jaime anyway.)

-Sometimes, when the kid can’t sleep and the others have to go on a mission, Jaime sings them his favorite lullaby that his mom sang to him. He also does this to Milagro, and he knows how effective it is in getting them to sleep.

-Karen and Mal take the kid in sometimes when they aren’t busy. They both adore the kid to pieces and it helps them with deciding if they can handle having kids together too.

-Strangely enough, La’gaan doesn’t /not/ like the kid. He calls them a stubborn lil guppy. Others think that it’s because he finds them beyond annoyed, but the kid knows otherwise since he smiles a little when he says it.

-The kid also likes to play with La’gaans fins because whoa that feels funny!

-Tim lets the kid hang off of him while he’s working on cases. It’s the most adorable thing that the team has ever seen. (He’s the snuggliest with the kid. The guy needs his hugs and the kid doesn’t judge him to make him feel like he has to be perfect.)

-Cassie introduces them to everything Disney and soon they both start reciting lines. The kid dresses up as they’re favorite characters, regardless if the character is designated as male or female.

-Conner becomes more confident with his parenting skills and start playing with them more. (It’s not like he didn’t before, it’s just he was too scared to play with them like they wanted.)

-He also hasn’t had an outburst of anger for a long time and has been learning how to deal with his rage after being confronted by his teammates and explaining to him what could happen if he didn’t.

-The kid is always worried when they have to leave for a mission and asks them to stay.

-Conner tells them that they’re saving the world, just like the characters in their shows.

-Starry-eyed child looks at them with awe and wonder.

-While they have a mission the kid is taken and babysat by a JL member. (If anyone else isn’t available.)

-Clark, since Conner and him are finally one better terms, mostly babysits the kid.

-He takes them to visit their grandma and grandpa in Kansas.

-They’re absolutely taken with the kid and show them the ropes of the farm. This is where they go and visit during the holidays and summer vacations.

-Kent family reunion \^o^/ (plus the whole team + many JL members)

-Smiley Conner is what everyone needs. He’s never been happier than he is surrounded by family.

I’m sorry, I think I might have gone overboard!

imagine that some of Dick's friends have a crush on Tim and Dick FREAKS out

Okay, YES PLEASE

-These are some of Dick’s younger friends we’re talking about here. (But still slightly older than Tim)

-They were invited to come over to the manor and hang out for a while because he’s visiting with the family. (Alfred told all of the kids they needed to come home and spend time together. No one goes against Alfred.)

-Dick and his friends take over the large living room, all spread out on the couch and arm chairs just talking.

-That’s when Tim walks in wanting to talk to Dick about a recent case he’s working on.

-His friends go quiet and stare at Tim. His hair is disheveled from messing with it and days with no sleep, his voice is lower and more slurred, and his clothes are a mess.

-They vehemently start whispering among themselves about how /adorable/ Dick’s younger brother is oh my gosh.

-Dick’s friends insist that Tim should take a break with what he’s doing and join them. Dick is able to convince Tim (somehow) and he sets himself down on the couch after they make room for him.

-The group of friends ask Tim questions like how old he is, what’s he doing with his life, what does he like to do, (does he have a girlfriend/boyfriend/partner)

-That last question throws Dick off. He stares at his friends that smile/giggle/blush at Tim’s confused face as he answers that no, he doesn’t right now.

-Dick thinks it’s hilarious that his friends are so taken with Tim that he doesn’t get annoyed… at first

-It’s when they start becoming more obvious with their advancements, becoming more physical about it that gets him angry. (Not all of them do, but some of them start rubbing Tim’s shoulders or getting too close to Tim or making innuendos that could make an adult actor blush.)

-Tim, bless his soul, isn’t picking this up /at all/ and brushes their advancements off as being super friendly and cuddly. I mean, Dick is a touchy feely kind of friend, it makes sense that he’s friends with people like that too right?

-When it’s time for dinner they all gather in the dining room that already has food set out for them. The group bicker to themselves on who gets to sit next to Tim.

-Bruce looks like he has no opinion on this, but that amused glint in his eye says otherwise.

-Jason (because he’s resurrected by this time) is snickering about this whole situation. Damn replacement, have fun getting out of this one.

-Alfred can’t help but quirk an amused grin while all of this is going down.

-Dick is sitting in his chair trying to smile it off as his eye twitches with irritation. Jason laughs even more knowing Dick is getting frustrated.

-Jason eggs it on further with the group, telling them embarrassing stories he’s heard from Alfred and getting Tim to blush and glare. (Which, by the way, is an adorable combination because Tim doesn’t blush /too much/. He’s usually good at hiding that.)

-By the end of the night Dick snaps and tells everyone that they need to go home /right now immediately/ and leave his brother alone okay? He’s not interested in them, stop trying to corrupt his /innocent baby brother/. They have never seen Dick so annoyed before

-Some of them laugh it off, let Tim live a little there’s no harm in flirting with him!

-It’s here that all of Dick’s friends find out that the batglare can be learned and be just as terrifying as Batman himself. (If they already new of the batglare, then they have never seen it on Dick before then)

-He runs his hand through his hair and sighs in relief after all of them leave.

-Jason is on the floor laughing in the background while Tim just cocks his head to the side with a weary face. He doesn’t want to know why Jason is laughing this hard because it’s either someone got severely hurt, someone died, or he was able to make a joke about his death.

-Tim doesn’t see those friends of Dick’s at the manor again.

Any head cannons about how Jaime's so would get Khaji Da to calm down around them? Or how he warmed up to them?

-Okay, so I think I mentioned this before in “Jaime Reyes with a Crush” but, he doesn’t like them at first.

-It changes Jaime’s chemical reactions and causes him stress. (Because the dudes got a crush on them and the poor nerdy bb doesn’t know what to do.)

-After everything is settled out though and they get together, Khaji Da slowly gets used to them being around.

-They provide stability and comfort to his host. Khaji doesn’t think he’s ever seen his host this calm before.

-I think it eventually gets to the point where he might feel left out of everything for a bit.

-Jaime is constantly thinking of his S/O and spends a lot of his time with them. Khaji almost feels like he’s slipping away. It hurts him slightly because they’ve built up so much trust between the two that it’s like losing his only friend.

-One day Khaji snaps at Jamie’s S/O and tells them that they have taken his host from him. Most effective method? Plasma cannon.

-Jaime can’t talk Khaji out of this and he’s starting to freak out because he loves his S/O and doesn’t want them hurt. He didn’t think he was pushing Khaji away as much as it sounded like.

-The team is also trying to get his S/O to safety because they can’t protect themselves against the attack.

-You know what they do though? They walk right up to the activated plasma cannon and gives a gentle smooch to the exposed armor. This of course startles everyone because um, what?

-They apologize to Khaji Da about their behavior. They don’t want to take Jaime away from him, in fact they want to make them both feel loved.

-Everyone waits with bated breath to see how Khaji Da will react. Thankfully a few moments later he retracts the plasma cannon.

-This starts a long and deep conversation between the three of them. They talk about what is expected, certain boundaries that they are comfortable with and so on.

-Khaji is now (Kind of) in the relationship. Mostly as a close asexual partner/friend. (It’s complicated)

-S/O starts to include Khaji in what they are talking about. They ask how Khaji Da is doing and talks to him one on one. (Jaime is of course working as the middle person.)

-Khaji Da becomes relaxed and even unguarded with the S/O around.

-That and they also massage around him and on his wings and that feels amazing. Why didn’t we allow this sooner Jaime Reyes?

-The first time Khaji Da gets mad to the point of actually killing someone is when the S/O was in danger.

-It was supposed to be a simple mission, but somehow you were forced into a situation that had you tied up and bruised.

-Once Khaji and Jaime saw you like that they both flipped out. It took Cassie and Conner to hold them back.

-Jaime was able to hold back his anger but, since Khaji Da has never been in this type of situation with another person that he and his host care for, He didn’t exactly know how to handle his anger.

-Everything ended alright though. They took out the bad guy and untied them, but it didn’t help with Khaji.

-He took over Jamie with the armor and wrapped them in a very awkward and possessive hug. He wouldn’t allow anyone to come near any of you.

-You calmed Khaji down by making him talk about the logical outcomes of what could have occurred. It seems sort of strange, but it comforts Khaji in a way that can’t be explained.

-It also helped that you stroked the beetle on Jaime’s back, gently running your fingers over it.

Headcanons for being best friends with Bart and Cassie?

Being friends with Bart and Cassie is a whirlwind of excitement and is the embodiment of ‘go go GO!’

-Bart and Cassie get along well enough. At first they didn’t really take the time to talk with each other because Bart is closest to Jaime and Cassie hangs with the majority of the girls on the team.

-When they get together though, because you being both of their friends, they find out that they go along pretty well together.

-Bart is always suggesting to go out and do new things that he could never do in the future. That mostly includes teenage clichés from movies and such, but you and Cassie don’t mind too much.

-Cassie loves being able to get the two of you to stay at the base and have a sleepover.

-Making 3 separate blanket forts for each of them.

-Bart tries to take over Cassie’s “Kingdom” which starts a blanket conquering quest between the three of you.

-You end up winning though because Bart doesn’t have any patience and Cassie is too busy gloating to Bart how amazing she is at taking over forts to realize that you’ve already conquered both of their forts as yours.

-Bart doesn’t have the actual patience to sit and watch movies if they don’t have any action in them. You and Cassie learned this the first time you took him to the theater.

-It ended with the three of you being banned from the theater. When the usher sees you out and about, he still glares daggers at all of you.

-No one can beat Bart and dance dance revolution. He has the top scores on all of the songs, which by are all perfect.

-Cassie still makes Disney references, but with you and Bart it’s more along the lines of reciting a whole freaking movie.

-The others on the team find it amusing to walk in and see you and Bart on top of Cassie who’s covered with a rug flying you around.

-Or Kaldur, after he comes back to the team, watches you three recreate The Little Mermaid in the bases pool.

-You guys go out to that all you can eat buffet that opened in Happy Harbor with Bart. (Both you and Cassie pitch in on his mountain of plates. He pays you back though with food that Iris has made, which is to die for. Especially her homemade pies that she only makes on the holidays.)

-Cassie loves talking about what it’s like on Themyscira. You and Bart get wrapped up in her stories of her home that you both could listen for hours.

-Bart likes to prank the both of you with the help and advice of Gar and Tim. (Tim is great with planning the pranks and Gar creates really creative ones.)

-You and Cassie aren’t really for pranks, but when you two do start pranking him back it gets extravagant.

-You guys rarely fight, but when you do it gets /bad/

-Bart goes with the silence treatment that’s mixed with pretending you’re not there. (Which is hard for him to do because he just want to go and hug his best friend)

-Cassie refuses to talk to either of you and prefers to make snide remarks.

-All of you make up after being in the same room together and either you or Bart have the beginnings of tears in your guys’ eyes.

-To be honest there’s ever a dull moment when the three of you hang out with each other. There’s always something to do and with Bart’s speedster nature and Cassie’s enthusiasm it could go on for days at a time.

-Eventually you all pass out in a giant lump of bodies in one of your rooms with a smile on all of your faces.
