People in love:
“I’d grow daisies from my lungs if you told me you liked flowers.”
People who loved and lost:
“It's like you made flowers grow in my lungs and although they are beautiful i cannot breathe anymore.”

Trauma didn't make me nice, I consciously made me nice because I don't want anyone else to suffer like I did. Trauma didn't make me strong, I made me strong. Don't you dare ever tell me my trauma made me anything but scared, broken, and confused. Don't give credit to the abusers for me being a good person. They didn't make me good, I made myself good.

I want to sit on moon and watch the earth rotate. I want to go to the place hidden in the middle of the sky and the ocean. I believe that there is a garden full of flowers and weeds, with butterflies hovering over them and it smells like petrichor. There is a rainbow is dancing on the fluffy clouds. I am so happy that I am running through the meadow for no reason.

“And you and I didn't get that, not because we didn't deserve it, we just got dealt something else. But the people who did get that love, they grew up to be different from us. More secure. Maybe they're not as shiny or successful as you and I feel we have to be. But it's not because they're not interesting. They just don't feel they have to do the tap dance, you know? They don't have to prove themselves all the time to be loved. Because they always were.”

Read somewhere on internet:
I love water, but I cannot swim.
What a tragic way of saying
“I love you, but I cannot survive you.”
And it reminded me of all that was lost in the name of love.

When Mitski Miyawaki said,
“I need someone to remember my name after all that I can do for them is done. I need someone to remember me. I need something bigger than the sky- hold it in my arms and know it's mine. Just how many stars will I need to hang around me to finally call it heaven?”

Nothing ever ends poetically, it ends and we turn it into poetry. All that blood was never once beautiful. It was just red.

Read somewhere on internet:
“oh to be loved like a habit and not a chore. oh to be loved because loving you is their default state of being and not something they have to perform like a duty, oh to be loved because they don't want to live a life where loving you doesn't exist. oh to be loved truly.”

"What if he disagrees?" I ask.
My mother shrugs. "So what?"
"That's it?" says Levi. "Ten years of Hebrew school, and it comes to that? So what?
"Let me tell you something," says my mother.
"Those are two of the most powerful words in the English language. Right between them is a free and happy life."

When Mitski Miyawaki said,
I spent all my teen-age years being obsessed with beauty, and I'm very resentful about it and I'm very angry. I had so much intelligence and energy and drive, and instead of using that to study more, or instead of pursuing something or going out and learning about or changing the world, I directed all that fire inward, and burnt myself up.

Is it me or every Indian eldest daughter:
Has epressing thoughts
Been suicidal at some point
"My mother dumps so much of her priblems on me..."
"But she's my mother..."
Anger issues
Either sighs when hears about something bad or fucking kills the person
Beautiful but if there's a younger sister— the younger sister is more attractive then.
Has a power trip
Somehow manages to feel like a villain all the time
"Mujhe choone ki koshish kar. Haath nahi milenge tere."— to someone who was trying to hug her.
*cringes at any sort of skin contact*
Has thought of arson at some point
"What's makeup? Maine to muh pe baby powder lagaya hain💀—"
Has the best clothing sense.
Wears pyjamas 24/7
Either has too much energy or no energy
Will fall asleep anywhere like a dad
SleepSleepSleepSleepSleep
Works hard cz has to pay back her parents
Wants to go away but has to stay
Feels like a shackled wild hunting dog.
HATES sharing her stuff
"You wore my shirt?" *burns the shirt*
Likes to draw but isn't appreciated unless academically so either tore all her works or occasionally draws on scattered papers
