Whumpees who are forced to kill people as punishment...
Whumper has multiple whumpees, whumper watches who gets a long with which closely. Whumper occasionally drags the ones who get on the well best out of the room to another.
"Pick 1 or 2" whumper says. One number is the gun and the other is who's dying. Whumpee has to shoot the other or they both die, do they risk it? Or do they attempt to shoot at the whumper instead?
Bonus: the one who's been there the longest attacks anyone who gets close, so nobody has to die at his hands and vice versa.

Whumpee with tourettes syndrome.
Everytime the whumpee let's out a tic the whumper hits/degrades them (calling them a freak, hitting them with a belt). Maybe even tries to 'force' the tics to stop.
Bonus point: Whumpee ends up developing tics that relate to the abuse (flinching as a tic, screaming as a tic etc).
These r based on my own experiences as someone with tourettes syndrome <3

im kind of interested, as a person in the whump community under the age of 18, what percentage of this community is under 18. i see a lot of whump blogs that say minors DNI, which is a struggle for me since i literally thrive off reading whump. is it weird for me to enjoy whump since im underage and the topics we write about are typically quite fucking disgusting?

Content: Recovery, PTSD/trauma.
"What on earth are you doing on the kitchen bench?" Caretaker asked curiously as they stuck their head into the kitchen to see what was making noise. There, Whumpee sat on the island with their legs crossed, grinning from ear to ear despite their clear nervousness.
"You told me I was allowed to break Whumper's rules. They never let me sit on counters, so that's what I'm doing."
Caretaker's confused frown curved up into a smile, pride no doubt evident. They took a few steps into the room and leaned against the nearest wall behind them. "Yeah? How's it feel up there?"
"Great!" they chirped. "I always used to sit like this, before. It's only a small aspect of the freedom I'm trying to reclaim, but one I'm excited to have back nonetheless."

Whump Prompts hell yeah
Whumper was always infatuated with whumpees hair, the first thing Whumpee requests from the caretaker is to shave it all off.
Whumper used to hum/sing/play a certain song while hurting their victim, after being saved the whumpee has a panic attack whenever the song plays on the radio.
(extra points if it happens to be the caretaker's favourite song).
Alternative: Whumper used to hum/sing/play that song to get Whumpee to calm down/sleep so the Whumpee hum/sings/asks the caretaker to play it when it needs to sleep or is having a panic attack.
The Caretaker resembles the Whumper (Same colour hair, etc), which always has the Whumpee questioning if they're safe when the Caretaker comes home. (Bonus point if one day it's the Whumper instead of the Caretaker who opens the front door).
Whumpee makes the stupid decision of returning to the Whumper because they feel worthless without suffering.
There are two Whumpers, one is the Caretaker who does minimum damage whenever it’s the Whumpee's time for torture. Due to this the Whumpee never trusts the Caretaker fully. (Bonis point if the Caretaker is only doing it to try and rescue the Whumpee).
