Blueberry Grilled Cheese- recipe from Whitney Port... The recipe uses frozen blueberries, balsamic vinegar, agave nectar and spinach. I like the concept because I love fruit and cheese together. There is an actual kind of cheese with blueberries in it at the grocery store that looks really good. I'm not eating cheese at the moment but I want to try it soon. I love butter and I really like cheese to be honest.

Vegan coconut-pandan custard. - La Gallette

This is literally one of the most beautiful things I have ever seen. There is a 16 year old vegan baker who bakes amazing visually perfect things pretty much every day. Her blog is called La Gallette. This is a "Cadbury creme-egg inspired breakfast tart". I couldn't eat it because it has a walnut crust but it is still beautiful. Everything she makes is amazing and completely vegan.
