Is Marc Spector in the facility? What level is he? What about Jake and Steven?

The Facility has been searching for Marc Spector for many years now. He is a dangerous Unusual who cannot be loose in the world without causing serious damage to those around him. However, despite this danger we still believe he can be helped if only he were able to be brought in. Once he is brought in he will be placed in the Orange level where I will personally be able to supervise him. If you see anything relating to Marc Spector A.K.A. Moon Knight then please contact your nearest Facility Worker Station immediately.

I'm sorry to say that I do not know who 'Jake' and 'Steven' are. Are they accomplices of Marc Spector? If you know more please report to me in order to help The Facility bring in this dangerous Unusual.

So which color level would Steve Rogers fall into? :0

Steven Grant Rogers is kept on the Purple Level not due to his danger level, but instead to keep him comfortable and safe from the influences of the outside world. I don’t know much more about him due to him being on a level I cannot access, but I am hopefully in for a promotion soon because of my discovery of a new Unusual! If I do end up promoted I will be sure to tell you all about the Purple Level.

Captain Marvel is Carol Danvers? She's got these cosmic-level powers that can blow a crater through the world.

I had no clue an Unusual of that type even existed! This is horrifying news that I need to report to my superiors immediately! We will all officially be on the look-out for this Carol Danvers in case it decides to emerge and cause chaos for the peaceful citizens The Facility protects.

how do you capture an unusual that's super powerful? like wanda maximoff or captain marvel

Wanda Marya Maximoff is a Level Red Unusual, who I unfortunately cannot access the files of, but don’t fret! We have her in secure containment where she cannot harm anyone including herself! From what I’ve heard about Wanda Maximoff we’ve had her in The Facility since she was a young girl and she is thankfully rather docile due to her lack of knowledge of the outside world.

As for this “Captain Marvel” you speak of I’ve never heard of them before, please do tell me more about this supposed powerful Unusual?

So how are Unusuals treated within the Facility?

We at The Facility do our best to care for the Unusuals that reside here, but I must admit, some are harder than others. We keep track of our Unusuals through a colour system labelling how dangerous they are, but don’t worry! We make sure that no matter the threat they pose they are all given the chance to better themselves!

Unusuals on the Blue level are given free roam of their area (including a personal yard space) and those on the more unfortunate side are even given private classes to further their education. They have scheduled activities every day and once a week we even let them watch a movie or two!

The Green level doesn’t have the same amenities as Blue does, but it is still a safe a welcoming place for the Unusuals who reside there. There is a strict schedule on this level due to dangerous nature of these specific Unusuals, but they still are allowed a generous amount of free time to keep them happy and placid.

Orange is the most dangerous level I am personally allowed access to, so I sadly won’t be able to cover Purple and Red in this post. In Orange the Unusuals are supervised 24/7 for both their own safety and for other peoples, but don’t think they aren’t allowed to do anything because of this! The Unusuals in Orange have weekly activities where they peacefully vote on what calm activity they will do next!

Maybe one day I will be able to tell you about Purple and Red, but until then I hope this has been informative!

How are Bucky and Cap doing?

I presume by “Bucky” you’re talking about James Buchanan Barnes, a prized Hunter in The Facility. James Buchanan Barnes was originally found nearly dead all the way back in 1945, but The Facility thankfully found him and saved his life by giving him a sample of our advanced Super Soldier Serum and a new state of the art arm prosthetic. James was not the most cooperative in the beginning but through selective conditioning and training his behaviour has improved immensely. He goes through training regularly in order to maintain his calm state of mind and is only allowed on one Hunting mission per year, due to this he is mainly used as a trainer for the other Hunters.

As for “Cap” who again I can only presume you mean Captain America by, well unfortunately he has been classified as an Unusual. We found Steve Rogers nearly seventy years after his supposed death frozen in the ocean. Through careful and meticulous work we managed to unfreeze him and have been taking care of him ever since. After careful consideration it was decided that Steve Roger should remain oblivious to the outside world and any changes from the time he is used to.

It is absolutely imperative that James Buchanan Barnes and Steve Rogers do not cross paths.
