The Spot from Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse and his transformation!
I've made the two models a while back actually after I watched the movie in July, but I was too lazy to make the transformation animation... but now it's done!
The background was separately made in picoCAD and then added to the normal character gifs in Aseprite. The transformation animation was made in Aseprite. I've never made an animation like this before, so I hope it turned out well.
I especially like the surreal, creepy look of the background (+ its rotation changes after the transformation!) and I think I nailed the kinda silly pose of Spot in his original form.

The Bowl of Hygieia is a symbol for pharmacology and pharmacy (which I study btw).
Hygieia is the daughter of Asclepius and the goddess of health and hygiene. The snake is also part of the Rod of Asclepius, with Asclepius being the god of healing. It's a symbol for medicine, healing and commonly associated with doctors.
It was quite tricky to wrap the snake around the pillar, but I'm satisfied with the result.
