The moment in “The Bachelor” that should have opened my eyes but didn’t: ~ 6/7 years ago, I remember watching the bachelor, and thinking, “I can’t believe I’ll never feel that again.” And I believed it. “I can’t believe I’ll never feel those “in love” butterflies, or what it’s like to genuinely love someone, and feel genuinely loved back…” The sad part is I believed this because I accepted this as my fate. I felt so stuck in a toxic relationship, that I genuinely didn’t believe there was a way out! I remember those thoughts vividly and it scares me to think I didn’t even see that considering that “fate” was so unhealthy and unacceptable…(it was shortly after this realization I sunk into a proper depression - understandably so!) Clearly… things changed. With a lot of chapters between then and where I’m at now, my point is, oh my god please don’t “stay stuck”. I’ve experienced relationship coaching while considering a break up, going through a break up, healing from a break up, and considering new relationships and lord knows I wish I had a coach at THAT time in my life. It helped me gain clarity to make confident decisions, to make sense of it all and above all other relationships, honor the one I have with myself. So if this resonates, please reach out.
