Hey Arcane Fandom!

It’s been an amazing year on Tumblr celebrating our love of this incredible show with each other through art, writing, and general unhinged simping insanity. It has been a joy and a privilege to spend this past year surrounded by so many wonderful and gifted people; drooling over art, crying or laughing or dying of thirst at each new fic, and celebrating together as we watched this masterpiece of a show deservedly win award after award.

As we remember the past months fondly and look ahead to simping our way into the future, we would like to offer everyone the chance to celebrate each month of the new year alongside our very favorite ratman. Thirteen of the most talented artists and twelve of the most incredible writers the Silco fandom has the privilege to call its own have all joined together to create a 2023 SILCO CALENDAR.

This was a labor of love and friendship made by and dedicated to the people who make this fandom the joyful home of unhinged fun we have built together. This Monday it will be available for FREE digital download for anyone who wants it! You can use the template to print a physical copy or just enjoy it as is, with twelve months of The Eye of Zaun keeping watch over your every sinful misdeed and encouraging each one.

hi egg!!!! ive seen the tag a couple times now and im just so curious who is lady terror 👀 an oc? a ship personified? can i peer into your mind for a second (the answer here can also be Who's to say or just NO)

YES! Lady Terror (real name: Genevieve Sinclair) is my sortof self-insert (though she’s gained a bit more of a life of her own now) OC for the Terror. She and Francis as the most disenfranchised from british empirical thought and good society are falling horrifically in love with each other over the course of the expedition in spite of their respective past romantic rejections and dejections and it being the literal Worst Time To Do That. And I tag them when I am… reminded (I’m certain some think I do this too often… but it’s my house). I’m painfully (and soul crushingly at times) trying to get the canon novel for them written (though I have an excerpt of the first chapter in my masterlist in my pinned, should that be of interest), which intends to have the most insane gothic jane austen vibes one could hope for, and I have like 20 au’s for them including a particular western au that is gaining increasing real estate in my brain recently. Loads of content in the “egg’s oc’s” tag if you wanna take a peek (I say mostly bc I’m exclusively on mobile atm bc my computer is in the shop and linking over isn’t very easy😭) and I have some mini fics for them in my masterlist as well!

i don’t feel like taking pics but trust me im so pretty today in red ultralight cashmere blend intimissimi shirt black miniskirt and super sparkly stockings (my xmas look) and all my silver star & moon themed jewelry of course. nails are silverish super sparkly & a red lip w no foundation ❤️

sometimes…with visual media…you do have to actually LOOK at it. sometimes…they put Important things in the visuals (because it is visual media) that you will Miss if you’re only glancing up once a minute.

sometimes you just have to suck it up and actually WATCH the thing instead of listening to a visual medium.

for direct purchases, there’s the cdjapan (non proxy) release which seems to be still available (in the sense that i can still add it to my cart on the site, but i can’t be sure bc i don’t wanna buy a third ultimate box by accident).

if you wanna get better purchase bonuses with the help of ✨proxy sites✨, there’s animate, gamers (but it seems to come with the same poster that accompany the cdj purchases anyway soooo), tower records (which seems to have an affiliated proxy site??), and hmv (the fork and spoon set costs more though), to name a few. not even gonna look up the availability on amjp bc the mega jacket is essentially useless to begin with. i can’t say for sure that these are still available, but they seem to be from what i can see. don’t quote me on that thoughhhhh

i can say for sure that the lxl bonus calendars will no longer be distributed with february purchases though. the early purchase period for that has already ended :( sadded
