shiv surprise pregnancy etc but when people find out everyone (including tom) just makes uses it as a vehicle to insult her for being fat/unfuckable/incapable of being a mother. kendall & roman order her to get an abortion, as her bosses. buuut for some reason shiv doesn’t want an abortion, she wants a family with tom now, but tom is too busy sleeping with idk naomi pierce to care. finally shiv has a heart to heart with tom about wanting to keep the kid and what she wants to name her and everything, and tom responds decently, and maybe there’s some hope. so the next day shiv decides to propose to tom and rekindle their love and start a family and when she knocks on tom’s door, he comes out in boxers and brags about being literally in the middle of fucking a 19 year old cater waitress w the same name as shiv wanted to give her baby, then goes back inside to keep fucking her. this makes shiv realize that everyone was right and she could never have a family and she was foolish to dream about it (which, again, she only ever did this season), so she schedules an abortion.

kendall and roman were going to drive shiv to the abortion center but on the morning of, she can’t reach them. soooo she goes to tom’s place bc she needs someone to take her, and she finds kendall and roman naked next to tom in his bed. tom’s like whoops lol slept with your brothers and shiv has to beg him to take her to get the abortion anyways. so tom takes her to the planned parenthood or whatever and starts flirting with her gynecologist. she gets the abortion, but not before getting screamed at by pro-life protestors outside and giving a heavy handed speech about abortion. then the next time shiv sees tom is at logan’s funeral and it turns out tom has brought a fucking date — the fucking gynecologist who performed shiv’s abortion. they’re dating now. he brags to shiv about how happy he is with the gynecologist.

then flash forward twenty years in the future to a frumpy shiv in a loveless marriage with fucking hugo or something, and she’s constantly trying and failing to convince herself she’s happy she’s not a mother (something she never even fucking wanted to be until this season). also shiv works for greg now like he’s her boss and also she’s turned into kellyanne conway. also tom is a tanned rich real estate agent with a 20 year old trophy wife. shiv dies regretting never having children. like can you guys IMAGINE
