I’m going to kill that—Whoa!” 🎮✋🏻🪡🔥“...Uh sir…hello?” 🎮✋🏻🪡🔥“....Yeah…” 🎮✋🏻🪡🔥After your meeting you find yourself plugging in more of these mysterious holes 🎮✋🏻🪡🔥And having to deliver more packages that are delivered to you 🎮✋🏻🪡🔥Even the ones that possibly contain human remains+ 🎮✋🏻🪡🔥“Yeah this is definitely going to keep happening so just let yourself in, it's easier to acclimatize you that way.” 🎮✋🏻🪡🔥Though it seems your neighbors already butt their heads quite a lot it gets even worse when they both seem keen on changing your situation:

“Where is this breeze even—Dabi!? What the heck, man!? What’d I say about breaking in through the window?” You dropped your coat and work uniform to dash across the little space to close the window, passing by the intruder who was much more interested in penning a new name onto his ankle. You didn’t wait for a response, continuing to talk as you did your usual perimeter check.

“You’re practically making my place open season for all the weirdos with an open window like that!”

Dabi scoffed, “Babe, your open season because you’re you. I’m in fact holding down the fort.”

You shook your head putting your dropped things back in place.

“Riiight. And it doesn’t have anything to do with eating my food?”

The man put a scarred hand to his chest feigning pain as his familiar smirk spread across his face.

“Aww babe, you think so low of me?”

“I think low is an understatement. They think you’re dirt.”

The blunt and gravelly voice of Tomura Shigaraki rang throughout the bedroom growing louder as he shuffled into the living room, a portable game in hand. You did a double take as you were sure you walked in there but you shrugged letting him make himself at home. After all, this was normal for you to be the host to your no doubt criminal neighbors.

“That’s awfully bold of you, packrat. (Y/n) loves me don’t you babe?”

“Don’t call them that and don’t let everyone know how delusional you really are. (Y/n) attracts enough creeps already.”

“Well King Incel,” “I’m not a–” “Yes you are, and I’m the least of their problems. In fact, I’ll be their precious hero, ain’t that right baby?”

You chuckled while shaking your head before beginning to close your bedroom door. Sticking your head out when they got up to follow you.

“Ah ah I’m taking a shower and no this isn’t a group activity! If you come in I’ll stab you, got it?”

“...”

“Got. It?”

“Fine, fine.” “Maybe next time sugar.”

With the slam of the door and a click of your lock, a tense silence fell over the room. The only sound was the cries and screams and the sound of bullets from Tomura’s game system. When the sounds abruptly stopped Tomura was the one who spoke.

“Their hero, huh? You’ve got plans or something?”

Dabi sucked his teeth, dubiously grinning at Tomura’s glaring pair of eyes.

“I thought you were a gamer no? Aren’t you supposed to wait for my big reveal?”

Tomura growled, clutching the game in his hands.

“Forget that. You’re going to do something stupid and everyone knows you don’t leave the dumb to their devices. So what’s your plan.”

“...”

At Dabi’s silence, Tomura felt a surge of anger slamming his game into a nearby coffee table. He gritted his teeth and banged his fist.

“DO YOU KNOW WHO I AM!? I’ll figure it out eventually so you might as well tell me!”

Dabi groaned, he would have laughed had it been anyone else but he wasn’t so stupid to poke the bear cub.

“(Y/n) and I are going to get out of here. This crap apartment isn’t good enough for them and they're way too lax. I’m just taking care of them so don’t get your panties in a twist.”

For some reason that didn’t seem to soothe Tomura who stood to his feet with closed fists. Angrily shaking them as he visibly scowled at Dabi.

“Y-you stole my idea!”

“Your idea? Please in the real world, kid, it’s called being smart.”

“No it’s called being a scheming b-”

Your bedroom door swings open as you make your way into the kitchen. All it takes is a curious tilt of your head in Tomura’s direction that has him sitting back down and begrudgingly returning to his game. You simply shrugged passing by a smirking Dabi as you made your way to the kitchen.

“So boys what’s for dinner?”

Unfortunately, you allow your foolish friends to talk you into attending these brain-rotting parties so you can get drunk off your ass, and he can't let you attend them by yourself because there are too many risks. If you got too comfortable with Venti or Kazuha or even Tighnari while drunk, Kuni would never forgive you. >:( he's worked too hard cultivating this friendly image for himself, and he isn't going to let you or anyone else ruin it.

But right now everyone else is too inebriated to do much of anything, and he hasn't touched the drinks ever since he arrived, instead choosing to anchor himself to some forgotten corner of the room. He sulks and broods in silence, a scowl plastered to his face. He's just barely tolerating it for your sake. It's because he loves you that he's doing any of this. Soon you won't even need any of these troublesome friends. Soon you'll just have him, and he's all you really need. It was like that when you were growing up, after all. Even though, as painful as it is, you don't seem so codependent, so swept up in romance... You're so independent now, no longer the shy, fearful thing from the final few months of your relationship with him. He'd be impressed if he wasn't trying so hard to isolate you from each of your friends. It's a challenge when he's trying to tiptoe around Heizou's sharp, witty perception or Venti's proclivity for knowing everything about everyone despite no one knowing much about him.

But he endures. He's gone years without you; this is nothing.

If you were smarter, you'd know not to trust a word he says. That kind, soft smile he's perfected for this act is not to be believed, especially not when he's using it to assure your friends that he'll bring you home safe and sound. Heizou has his doubts because it's late and you can hardly walk a straight line, but he's tipsy just like the others and it's hard to deliberate like this. Besides, when has Kuni ever let the group down? :)

He takes you back to his dorm instead because Albedo's not home and he has the entire room to himself. While you meander clumsily over to his bed, kicking your shoes off and shucking your jacket in the process, he watches. You have no idea how much he depends on you, how much he admires you, so much so that it surpasses love and lust entirely. Without you, he's nothing. Or that's what he thinks because for the majority of his life he's felt empty and sub-human and so alone. But now you're here, and you can fill those empty spaces in his heart and give him a reason to keep living.

You don't seem particularly fazed when the bed dips under his weight. Rather, you blink sleepily up at him when he leans over you, gingerly reaching to help you out of your sweater. You're too drunk to protest or struggle, and you feel so dizzy every time you open your eyes. It's difficult to remain fully conscious when sleep is tugging at your body, pulling you under. You don't even realize he's fit his mouth on yours until his tongue is pushing past your lips. You manage to place your hands against his chest, intending to push him away, but you're so exhausted and tired. They fall to your sides, useless.

Kuni sits up and smiles at you. He says something about you being dumb and cute... or something about how your friends are fools. You don't really catch all of his obsessive murmurings when your attention is waning. Clothes are torn off; he kisses you a lot. You're not sure if you're reciprocating, but it certainly sounds that way when you're whining beneath him, arching against sodden sheets, your breaths coming in pants and huffs each time he ruts into you.

He doesn't have to worry about anything. Right now, it's just you and him in a corner of the world, locked away from everyone who might try to take you away from him. It's not like you'll remember much come morning. You don't need to anyway. It's better if you're lost and bewildered. That way he'll be able to craft a story to suit his fancy. You'll believe it. You'll have no choice, and Kuni knows how to tell very believable tales.

He'll do his usual shenanigans at first. He'll forget to text back, focus on his video games instead, show up late to dates. Then the monotony begins to seep in. He stares with disgust at the love interest, running towards him with a toast in her mouth and accidentally bumping into him.

"Kyaaa, I'm so sorry!" she exclaims with a deep blush.

Damn it! It was cute the first 5 times. Now it's driving him mad. Suddenly he's overcome with the urge to see you again. To have his old desktop setup. To not deal with flirty senpais every single morning.

So he finally puts in the effort.

One day, you're eating your breakfast cereal, genitals still raw from that nightly monster deed. You've stopped searching for your boyfriend who mysteriously vanished without a trace. The entry door creaks open, and you turn in shock.

"Tadaima*", the now-yandere gamer boyfriend announces with an alpha growl. He's a changed man. And he's coming for you.

This is of course, based off of the chill/mean Reader.

Joker Vs. Harley. They each have different approaches to getting you to go to their side, both delusional enough to think that if they can get you onto their side, then the other will back off from trying to parent their child.

The thing is that Harley has been shown to have a weak spot for Joker to exploit her, in all of the versions I have seen. [aka, two, but I digress.]

Most likely how it would be that Harley is first to fall into her obsession, and of course, when Joker says to kill you [and or throw you into acid], she stands up for you, noting how calm you've been. So of course, his shock when Harley stands up for herself only because of you? He cares now, ordering Punch to find out more about you, and then becoming obsessed himself.

Harley has the best chance of being the one you go to / who wins the fight between the two, since Harley's been the one sticking up for you.

Joker, however, has more strength and willpower over Harley, not to mention how you would be more scared of Joker [if Reader is scared at all], so you would fear upsetting him and losing your life.

You just sat there watching them argue so much it sounded like two parents who desperately needed to divorce but never would for fear that the child needed both parents. In the corner of your eye, you could see a shadow moving, that is until Joker snaps his finger at you to divert your attention back to them.

"Which one o' us do you prefer?"

⤳ SUBMISSION

Donatello expects your absolute submission to him, and therefore doesn't treat it as a big deal. If you've previously rebelled against him but are now acting submissive, he'll be suspicious of you. It'll take a long time for him to even think about trusting you.

Anasui is very pleased. He was going to have you no matter what, but your submission makes it even easier. He's so delusional that he assumes it just means you return his feelings.

Abbacchio is... annoyed. He wants you to fight. He's well aware that what he's doing to you is wrong, and he wants you to push against him. A part of him knows it's wrong, but he ignores it. He has to keep some form of self-awareness, even if it's not doing much. To have his darling be submissive makes everything too real - it can't feel so easy. Treating you like a captive was wrong, but, if you liked it, then how could he argue? Abbacchio can't ignore that.

⤳ DARLING BREAK-UP ATTEMPT

Donatello resorts to anger first. Who the fuck do you think you are breaking up with him? His inflated ego can't even fathom the thought of someone breaking up with him, so he doesn't accept it. He'll keep you locked up for a few days, or torment you with Under World if he's really pissed.

Anasui is unnervingly calm, at first. Whether you know his background or not, it's terrifying to see him so emotionless. He'll begin drilling you with questions — 'Are you cheating on him?' 'Why do you want to leave him?' 'I'm better than anyone for you' — until you're in tears... And then, he'll sigh, and tell you that you can discuss it later. He knows you weren't being serious.

Abbacchio is almost relieved - finally, you're standing up for yourself. But then, he remembers how important you are to him, and annoyance rises in his chest. He'll just blow you off and refuse to acknowledge your words, which is infuriating. No matter whether you come home tonight or not, Abbacchio will be hunting you down.

you this is going to sound like an unpopular opinion but gora is not consitent when it comes to writieng characters

Honestly you’re right and you should say it :P I love K but I do agree there’s some inconsistencies with how the characters are written, especially between different media. I think some of that is just to be expected from a project like K, that’s a collaboration between different writers who all presumably have their own viewpoints when it comes to each character. I definitely get the impression that certain members of Gora are more partial to certain characters, and that some characters are written slightly differently depending on who happens to be doing the writing.

I also feel like K as a series grew and changed the more Gora wrote — in particular I think a lot of the earlier parts of the series don’t always quite fit with characterization from later media. Fushimi is a big example of this, his character from S1 is almost entirely different from how he acts in all subsequent media and it feels like they bent a little far to explain why he acts the way he does in episode 5 of season one (while I do appreciate that Fushimi went from generic vaguely yandere guy to sad disaster child it definitely makes his characterization feel a bit off when you compare season one to season two). Similarly S4 in general feels a lot more antagonistic and sinister in the early episodes of S1, and I feel like the Munakata of Side Blue the novel and the Munakata of the 7Stories adaptation of Side Blue aren’t quite the same. I kinda suspect that while Gora did have some ideas for how the story and characters should play out from the start (the Greens are teased as early as Side Blue, for example) there was also some measure of ‘throwing things at the wall to see what sticks and running with that.’ For example, the Ashinaka kids are much more prominent in season one to the point you’d expect them to be more of a focal point going forward but they largely disappear after this aside from Kukuri and even she’s largely relegated to cameos, and while there’s no way to say for sure I do wonder if we would have seen more of her and the other students if they’d been more popular with the audience.

And outside of the character writing we do know that Gora is not adverse to changing their minds and adding things to canon after the fact. Take the differences between S1, The First manga and the First Story novel for example. Hisui being behind Colorless isn’t even so much as hinted in season one of the anime but The First manga has a whole scene of Kotosaka interacting with Colorless which makes it clear. This is a fairly important scene in regards to what comes later and I feel like it would be odd for them to skip out on it in the anime, unless it’s something Gora came up with after season one had already been animated. Both the manga and novel also place a lot of emphasis on Colorless having the physical fox mask, which shows up only very briefly in the first season of the anime (offhand I think it’s just the random kid who calls Mikoto in jail and the personification of Colorless as a fox in that moment, whereas The First even replaces Shiro finding bloodstained clothes with Shiro finding a fox mask). The Return of Kings novelization adds a whole character arc for Neko that’s not in the anime, and while I think that was a huge plus it still does change that characterization slightly just by having this arc occur. In some ways K reminds me of writing a fic and changing things between drafts, it’s just for Gora one of those drafts was already animated or published and they just decided to roll with later changes as if those were there from the start.

Top 5 MarckCU characters and why along with ur fav series so far? :000

The Host - I just think he's neat. We don't have much of him personality wise that isnt fanon rather than canon but I adore him anyway. I've done wayyy too much self-shipping when it comes to the Host. I think we would hate each other but sometimes its fun to be black for someone, to use the homestuck terminology. Kinda guy who I would get into a fistfight with and then we would sit down and watch a movie together.

Head Engineer Mark - I am an insecure hopeless romantic so when we got a guy who would die a million times for us and never think a bad thought about us I adored him immediately. Then he DID turn on us and I was soooo distraught. Then he realized it was all his fault and when back to practically worshipping us. The Captain could've turned EVIL and KILLED EVERYONE at the end of ISWM 2 and our head engineer would never stray from our side. He is Obsessed. I should continue my fic where the Captain goes insane but Mark sticks by our side.

Darkiplier - Imagine a guy(?) who is obsessed with us. Yes, yes, head engineer Mark, I know. Now imagine the OTHER guy. When ADWM first came out I watched it and my first ending was the chocolate ice cream. i was genuinely afraid of darkiplier. like i had nightmares. WKM definitely changed my attitude about this guy.

Yancy - Arguably one of the top 4 most emotionally aware egos. I need more of him. I would stay in prison for him but I would also break him OUT of prison. He dances AND he sings.

those four were EASY choices for me but oohhhh who would I add to this list? Jim? Last year I would've said Google or Yandere. If it's MarkCU in general I'd say Mack. I hate Mack. I love Mack. I want to bite him. I want him to become increasingly concerned for my well-being.

WAIT OMG How could I have forgotten. Stan the Water Man. Stan is my number five no shot. I loved those videos but since he's in Space he's part of the MarkCU so Stan the Water Man. I was about to say Jim but Stan is a lot like Jim I can't explain it.

Fav series: I cannot deny the effort and beauty put into ISWM 1 and 2, or the emotional pull of WKM. The superb acting of WMLW. The fun of ADWM. I think I was most hype for ISWM, I watch WKM the most, but my favorite series was A Heist With Markiplier. My first ending was on Caveman Mat's island, and I about burst into tears when Mark pulled us out of the ocean after the storm. I really love choose-you-own-adventures, and ISWM's all-choices-lead-to-the-same-ending kind of takes a bit of fun out of it. So Heist is my favorite.

so the big characterization epiphany that came out of revelation's ending is there's three personas i need to keep a good handle on in the last third of this gunter slowburn fic.

original!gunter, i'd like to think, i have a really good handle on writing wise. he has some skeezy thoughts - (imo both sexually + flirting with that resentment death spiral!) but over all, over all, generally his actions bend towards trying to do the right thing. there are acts that possessed!gunter commits, that i think genuinely would and does break him in crossing the few moral lines he holds dear.

and in the other box there's anankos, who feels completely alien to me, other than that raw fury at being spurned. because it's really more like a spectrum between those three; one of the absolutely brilliant, FUCKED UP things about rev!gunter - is that FE doesn't take the easy path and do the 'evil eyes when possessed/harmless character you love when not'.

and gunter himself goes out of his way to blur the lines between the three! the real whammer line of absolutely everything is he straight up confesses to corrin he was using her all the way back in the northen fortress days! even/especially when he loved her like his own!!!!!!!

Corrin: Gunter... How long have you been lying to us? Gunter: Hmm... You have no idea how difficult it is to accurately answer that question. The simple answer is...the whole time. One way or another.

you can't let original!gunter off the hook any more than you can blame anankos for absolutely everything!!! what! the fuck dude!!!!

no wonder, one of the last acts of original!gunter coming briefly to his senses when corrin gave him that smallest space to breathe without anankos' influence, was to suicide himself - between the shame, the absolute blackest guilt of breaking every last act of decency -

he knows, better than anyone, that he has no right to ask for mercy.

Yandere Raph 07 VS. Leo 07 x Platonic Reader.

Readers of Raph 07 Hcs already know his side, but cowabunga dude, read it anyway I guess.

Essentially, this is Splinter in the hcs: "we are not keeping the human. Put the human back."

Raphael took interest in you because of your fighting spirit. He hated that you needed to have it, and as such, he wanted to protect you. He needed to protect you, because he felt he wasn't doing a good enough job to be crime fighting, to be a hero. Your hero. If he couldn't protect you, if you kept needing this fighting spirit, then he's failing.

Leonardo took interest because in you because of your fighting spirit as well, but in a different kind of way. He was curious on what made you fight, what made you need to be this way. He wants to know what and why, you need to be this way. If it's for a bad reason, he wants to tamper it down, and make you see a better side of life, if its for no reason / a good reason, he wants to help it flourish, but thinks that the outside can't help you do that. He needs to be there for you, to help you.

Both have different ways of trying to protect you. Raphael's mind already jumps to kidnapping, keeping you safe from everyone else, whereas Leonardo goes to 'fixing' things for you. Leonardo hurts / threatens people around you who might influence you in a way he doesn't like, and Raphael is preparing to take you home.

Once Leonardo finds out that Raphael has an interest in you, he jumps to kidnapping. Leonardo thinks that Raphael wouldn't be able to teach you the right stuff you need to know, that he won't lead you down the right path. Raphael would be upset when he finds out that Leonardo has an interest in you too, to him, it's like Leonardo came in and took everything good in his life.

Leonardo refuses to get the others involved, and that is one of the few things that Raphael agrees on in relation to you. Leonardo is embarrassed with his infatuation with you, fearing the repercussions of Splinter finding out and banning him from seeing you ; Raphael doesn't want to share you, he wants to be your hero only, no one else can be your hero.

Leonardo is optimistic and wonders if Raphael or the brothers could be trusted to bring you down the right path. Mostly Raphael though because Leo knows that he is obsessed with you, if he would help you flourish, or if he would instead be a bad influence, dragging you down a path Leonardo doesn't want for you.

Raphael refuses to even consider the possibility of sharing you. He wants to be your hero, he doesn't want anyone else to be your hero. He doesn't think that his brothers would understand his desire to protect you, after all, they don't try to protect New York, so why would they want to protect you as well?

Leonardo definitely stops Raphael from seeing you by using training and patrols as an excuse to make him go away to a different area, away from you. Raphael knows, and he keeps this fact simmering in his mind, fueling his anger at Leonardo.

They begin the fight with Raphael confronting Leonardo about why he keeps forbidding him from seeing you, and why he can't patrol that area surrounding your house, why does Leonardo get to interrupt your life, threaten those who are close to you, and Raphael can't make sure you're okay, that you don't need to fight?

Regardless of who wins, the winner arrives at your home and kidnaps you, taking this fight as the last straw.

If Leo wins: Leo kidnaps you and takes you home, showing you off to his brothers, but when Splinter says to take you back. Leo gets defensive, and once he realizes that they won't 'help' you, he takes matters into his own hands. He pretends to put you back at your house, and then he takes you to a remote part of the sewers to train you. Although, Raphael knows and is looking for you. He won't stop fighting for you just because he lost, in fact, he takes this a push, that he needs to fight harder.

"Splinter, we could train the-" "No Leonardo. The human needs to be on the surface where they belong."

"Hey, kid. Kid. Hey! You're awake, good. I noticed you have a fighters attitude. I'm here to teach you how to fight using it." ... "No you can't go back home, you're in your home right now!"

If Raph wins: Raph kidnaps you and takes you into the sewers, leaving you in his room, but it is very well prepared for you. He has had a long time to prepare for you. Leo snitches on him to Splinter and when Splinter investigates Raphael's room, they find you. Raphael will find you when they put you back on the surface, and then he traps you in the sewers as well. This time, when he fights, he wants to make sure that Leo can't find a way to separate the two of you this time.

"Sensei, you don't understand, I need to keep them safe!" "Raphael, your anger has brought you to this conclusion-"

"Heya kid. It's me. The Nightwatcher, yeah, you're going to stop fighting. Right now. I'm your new dad and you can't stop me from protecting you."
