Wasn’t a good idea getting into a bikini this morning. It’s freezing here in Va and I now don’t want to take it off🤪 so much work went into this transformation you see. • Some people want that quick route without doing any of the work. I don’t blame them, it’s hard work. BUT, the part that truly transforms you through and through is DOING that hard work. The biggest lessons you’re going to learn on this journey is from the hard work you’re putting into yourself. • One of my favorite songs, and yes this is cheesy and I don’t care lol, is Miley Cyrus’ “The Climb.” It just resonated with me throughout my journey. She talks about wanting to just get to her goals but the that’s not what it’s all about, it’s about the climb that gets you there and all the lessons that transform who you are as a person. This journey has transformed me in many different ways. Everyone can see the physical transformation but I will argue that what has happened within me emotionally and mentally is the BESTEST part of all of this. So, enjoy the climb yall. For anyone who hasn’t heard, I am starting off my year RIGHT with @weightwatchers (and a sober January - I’ll keep you updated on how that works out).

I am excited to start my journey as I get stronger and healthier through both a major lifestyle change, as well as through all of our support.

This may be my “before”, but I’m super excited to show off my progress. (And if you have any advice for this wwnewbie, I’ll totally take it! )
