The Lopphos never really invented and therefore have no concept of "gendered" clothing, so Phlox's only initial reservation with this outfit is that it's the most revealing thing he's ever worn.

He seems to have grown quite fond of it now, and believes he looks rather handsome in it. Flora agrees, but won't admit it, because she doesn't realize she agrees. She keeps finding herself looking at him for prolonged periods of time and doesn't know why.

I have been informed it is Ace Day. This picture is from a few years ago.

Flora, the main character of my upcoming project STARBURROW is ace, demi-leaning. I'm hoping I can properly incorporate her navigating her sexuality in the story, but it's kind of my first comic so I'm worried it won't come across well enough. But guess I'll just have to write it and see.

I have other LGBTQ+ OCs but I'm not completely satisfied with their designs yet. I'll do a similar drawing for them when I feel it's right.

In the meantime with my tablet down I started working on a side mini comic about my retail job drawn entirely on sticky notes

No this is not an April fools bit I'm actually publishing this

My tablet is working again!!!!

All it took was a tumblr post from 2018 and making a notepad .txt file to enable user configuration which I may or may not have had before and if I did idk where it went or what happened to it

That said i was considering a new tablet and they're kind of affordable for me so I might still get one but also down to save money idk

I JUST want to draw Flora and Phlox in the dress meme but my IRS e-file keeps getting rejected and I can't figure out why so I've been dealing with that all weekend

And now my photoshop won't recognize my huion pressure sensitivity even though it was working for that Leap post literally last wednesday. I tried reinstalling the tablet driver- didn't work. Tried older versions of photoshop- didn't work. I'm suspecting a widows update caused the problem so I don't think i can roll that back so I sent in a help ticket to huion to hopefully get an appropriate driver otherwise I might need a whole new tablet which I would be able to buy with my TAX RETURN if it would stop getting REJECTED.

Like I'm filing with turbotax and i know everyone was warning against it but it always was fine for me till now but I do have to say that the IRS has NOT been an easier option in the slightest- getting a sign in account has already been a slog of failed identity verification which ended with a video call that was quick and fine and fixed it after like 3 hours of just trying to get in.

Like taxes and work took up my whole saturday so i waited till today when the offices were open and now it's doing it again and i just want it all to be over

wip today trying to pace myself better. As much as I admire my ability to keep working on a project for like the whole day, I definitely burned myself out so bad i almost dropped drawing indefinitely. I think I can get back to that in a healthy way but step by step for now

Test comic for my upcoming project STARBURROW

A comic about two rabbits trying to figure out how to live in space. (also they have both taken an immortality drug that kills them at the end of 7 days if they don't take more and it's really expensive but I'm sure that won't be too much of an issue right?)

It will be a bit before I get it up and running but I'll post updates and more test comics until then.

Before I went on hiatus I started working on a test comic to figure out the process of making one. Think I overwhelmed myself though, so I stepped away entirely. Hoping now I can pace myself better. Probably need to do several more of these "Test" comics before I get going for real.
