meet Avy Alvarez! half filo, half american, and originally my extremely self insert-y oc ive decided to shake up and fuck around with!! they're nonbinary, bi, and they use any pronouns

the guys think she's a guy and just assume she's some kinda femboy and the girls assume he's a girl and thats causes chaos when they think he's getting frisky with their exes when she casually interacts with them like a normal person

since i did say she used to be really self insert-y she is like. a fandom bitch that draws and writes gay shit. yaoi even. and i decided to keep it bc the concept of a serial killer/killer just being a socially awkward fandom kid drawing anime fanart is very funny to me.

that being said, she's socially awkward, but easy-going and goofy as hell. has hot takes that regularly causes discord in the girl's list making committee meetings. she said what she said except when wendy threatens to remove her

does not actually have like a really fucked up backstory to being a serial killer. like she does have some mental health issues but they weren't raised in a family of assasins or something. in fact she was barely raised at all her parents are kind of absent simply because i cannot fathom what they're dynamic could be and kind of always characterized them to be kind of lonely.

she's got a butler/babysitter/housekeeper to keep her in check and handle her meals but they eventually leave when avy gets older. her parents set up a bank account for her where they just send money for her needs and she can deposit/ withdraw whenever she needs. her parents work overseas ig and they're kind loaded so they just send her money when they ask but are also strict with her grades and just in general so like. not very good, and generally very emotionally absent parents.

as for why they are a serial killer? i always imagined that she isnt in like some dark web shit, crap just went down once and then some guy called her for a job and she just decides that like. ight fuck it ig and gets the job done. then that guy knows another who needs someone dead and is like "oh i know a guy" and then it escalates enough that people are passing aroun her job number and calling if they want.

also as the comic says nowadays she just kills people who highkey deserve it and she doesn't really charge as much as other hired killers probably do so alot of people who are like victims of stuff or are like getting blackmailed or smth try their luck and call her for revenge. sometimes she also just accepts jobs from crime guys doing stuff against crime guys. generally chaotic neutral serial killer ig

and since bodies aren't particularly light, she's pretty strong and kinda crafty. just horribly socially awkward and has a few self-esteem issues. there's a voice modulator with the mask and that blonde strand of hair is there bc they think it'll help throw off the cops. whether or not that would actually work i do not know.

also she def has like a one sided rivalry with mysterion bc like. yk serial killer on the loose but also said serial killer does knows mysterion is kenny and doesn't really have anything against them as mysterion or kenny, but man is he a bother when he's trying to stop them from killing ppl and fighting to incapacitate and not kill is kind of difficult when you were killing/planning to kill someone. this also leads to like an arc abt her becoming enemies with freedom pals then frenemies then straight up like an honorary member/local guy they know who kills people and sometimes ask to kill people for them

besties with kyle. he thinks they're weird and they think he's a silly little guy. also pictured above, at one point he finds out abt her being a serial killer and after a whole arc about him coming to terms and choosing to trust that avy does not wish any harm on him and does not wish to manipulate or stalk him and generally has no ulterior motives towards him or his friends and family he just. tags a long in jobs sometimes. mostly to vent or he just wants to hang out with someone. he only tags along like, comes with him when they're going to the place where the deed will be done. he doesnt assist in the murders in anyway, he doesn't really like how gruesome they can be soemtimes and just looks waya while it's happening. he would just walk home once they actually have to start murdering but things can go awry reall quick sometimes so avy doesn't let him out of their sight until he's home. kind protective of kyle but in this case its pretty much warranted.

Well, I-I'm here to request, if possible of course, another chapter of "Crime Lord Au" bc, oh dear, this is a good stuff hehe, I know - or not - that it may need more time, but I just can't wait to see Raven face-to-face w/ Angela/Arella, I need that, oh the drama, but I can wait till this moment. Or another chapter of "Scandal", which is also good, but you choose which one would you rather write, if you wanted to write one of them

I'm just bored because I have a lot of big projects I'm plotting and working on; which while fun isn't fun at the same time; so I just want some easy writing that's light and simple. How are you though?

Everyone seems to be desiring more of the Crime Lord AU, so I think I'll fill that one in first. But I'll possibly add more to Scandal later today.

Tailgating...

Raven didn’t fully know what to expect, she had dressed warm, sent a pin to Jay for her location in the parkinglot for tailgating, she had texted Vic this morning to wish him luck. Texted her moms, and messaged Jessica just to be safe. She was surprised when she saw a truck pull up, and Jason appeared. He was dressed warm, and gave her a crooked smile.

“Hey little bird,” he greeted.

“Hey Jay!” she smiled; relief swamping her at his appearance. She hadn’t actually expected him to come, she had hoped he would, but getting her expectations up seemed foolish. She didn’t know anything about Jason outside of their morning meet ups.

“Hope you don’t mind, I brought a work friend with me,” he said. Raven raised a brow and turned as she watched a young, tan, bleach blonde; almost surfer like woman walk around the hood of the car. She was Asian, her almond eyes dark and serious, and her face was rather severe; but beautiful.

“I’m always happy to meet your friends!” she smiled brightly as she walked over to the pair.

“This is Artemis, Artemis, this is Rae,” Jason said.

“A pleasure to meet you!” Raven offered her hand. Artemis seemed startled for a minute, blinking a few times before she accepted.

“A pleasure to meet the girl who puts the bossman in a good mood,” Artemis smiled.

“Jay’s been a great friend!” Raven chuckled honestly. “What do you do for work?”

“I help Jay manage the import, export business, I’m his… manager, I guess.”

“That must be interesting work,” Raven decided honestly.

“It has it’s moments,” Artemis smiled slyly. “What about you, Jay mentioned you’re a writer? What do you write?”

“I’m a struggling novelist, but when I’m not I’m a technical writer, and copywriter, and I help out my friends on their comic business, the Oa adventure comics, Kyle and Jess love having my help.”

“Busy woman,” Artemis decided.

“If you ladies are done yacking, I need some help,” Jason barked.

“Awe… but I thought you were a strong, independent man, Jay!” Artemis teased.

“Arty, if you call me Jay again, I will fire your ass and make you work for Dickhead, he needs a new assistant,” Jason threatened.

“You would never!” Artemis balked.

“Try me,” he growled menacingly. Artemis rolled her eyes before scrambling up into the tailgate.

“You should be nicer to your friends, Jay,” Raven said softly.

“Oh… I’d never fire her, she knows where all the bodies are buried and I’d never inflict the cruelty of working for my brother on her, but she knows better than to call me Jay.”

“You don’t like being called Jay?” she asked.

“I don’t mind you calling me Jay, but she shouldn’t,” Jason explained.

“Huh, well, if you don’t want to be called Jay, I can call you Jason?”

“Little bird, I don’t mind being called Jay, by you, Artemis though should not call me Jay because I am her boss, friend or not, I’m her boss,” he reiterated. “I’m not however your boss, so you can call me Jay.”

“Okay, if you don’t mind.”

“I don’t mind.”

Whatever Jason was expecting of his civilian time with Rae, and her family, it wasn’t nearly what he got. If anything, it was better than he had ever hoped for. Raven’s mothers were both brilliant, exuberant, and slightly crazy. The tailgate was fun, Artemis ran security for the day, watching over Raven for him, not that Jason ever stopped watching out for her.

The game was just as much fun, which was surprising; Harley and Ivy were proud mothers, shouting and cheering at the top of the lungs. More than once Jason had to stop Harley from getting in a fight with rival team fans. Raven was keeping Ivy out of fights too. Between the moms, the fans, the crowd atmosphere, it was a lot of fun. Victor Stone’s team won, the victory was great, and Raven was bouncing up and down as she cheered.

After the game, and parting with Raven and her family, Jason waved off Artemis as he walked into the city. The ringing of his phone had him sighing as he answered.

“Jason,” B’s voice was heavy and tired.

“I’m still looking, the records in Germany are a mess; with the wall falling and the time frame, Arella pulled a disappearing act. I’ve found records of adoptions in Germany, Poland, and Switzerland, women fitting Arella’s description, but those are mostly sealed and before digital records. I can’t seem to find anything concrete though,” Jason filled in.

“So what are you planning now?”

“I’m going to head over there, start in Switzerland, then move to Germany, and Poland, I might check in Austria, Arella’s life in Germany was wide spread. Morningstar’s records aren’t complete, so I think I need boots on the ground,” he admitted.

“I see.”

“I’ll call when I find something, I’ll arrange for Artemis to run the NYC branch, and close out my accounts here. Athanasia might come with me, I’ll work out details later.”

“Understood. And today, were you at the game?”

“Huh?”

“I saw you, on the television with a girl,” B’s voice was… Jason had never heard that tone in B’s voice before.

“Not whatever you’re thinking, and leave her alone, alone-alone, B, she’s a civilian,” Jason cut off firmly. Of all the things they did in their line of work, the Bats left the civilians out of it. Raven was a civilian.

“Are you sure?”

“Positive,” Jason answered honestly. “Leave her alone, B, and don’t dig into her. She’s a friend.”

“We have no friends Jason. We have family and enemies and allies and subordinates.”

“I know, but she’s not any of those, and leave her be,” Jason hung up his phone as he headed for his apartment. He didn’t want B digging into Rae, she was inconsequentially important to him in just about every way that mattered outside of his life and world. He didn’t want B to drag her into their world because he couldn’t leave well enough alone.

I'm working on my Nio 130 too and I'm also having shit luck with silver relic shards, good luck out there...

god, good luck. honestly, first step for seox was less painful for me... bc when transendence first came out, i had a shit load of melee shards bc there were times i would bc farming exp for summons i needed to level and every time dimension halo showed up i'd just bop it with my dark team. the worst thing about getting seox to 130 was that 120 meant 40 boxing gw again, 300 fricking urns, and 50 avatar omega anima. and then 130 was like lol you just need a lapis merit and felt like a slap in the face (i mean the exp took me like two days to finish getting from 120 to 130 but that's fine, i just... had the valor badges bc i had enough when the uncap was announced and was like... i’ll save them... i should be traded for sunlightstones still but the last one i did was an evolite and now i’m like what if i get another lapis merit but idk, so i’m sitting on 540 valor badges like an idiot bc i cant get both a sunlightstone and a lapis merit, and it’s mocking me bc i drew bubs a while back and it’s mocking me bc i have zero sunlightstones at the moment...). i... am... in the process of getting all the mats for his 140.... i just... keep ending up being too busy during rotb... which is the best time to farm qilin... i did spend several hours last time... but goddamn is that slow (i went from having like 3... to 7.... it’s just... you know... difficult to get into the raids... so sometimes all you can do is join the single ones and trade talismans). and it's not like i had a bunch laying around, that stuff got used up when i maxed my seraphic weapons and on the bow (and saber that used to be in my gird). for a long time the dark quartz was so low... like it was an absolute crime that you need 50 magna II anima for 120 and then 140 you need 2000x elemental quartz. i WAS SO POOR IN DARK QUARTZ it's only now that i've breached like over 2600 bc of last dread barrage and other events. (of course the other annoying part about wanting to get six to 140 was that i had to 5* everyone :\ which finally happened at the end of last march, but i had never had any plans to really bother with 5*ing everyone). i was thinking of also transcending tien in the near future... but now i really really don't want to deal with relic fragments again holy shit. i was so lucky to have a stockpile with seox. just getting dimension halo to proc sometimes. pro is nice but it's only ONCE A DAY. AND YOU NEED 200. you can only trade 20 a month. i wish i had planed ahead sooner rip

Second pulls himself together just long enough to flip off afo, barely resisting the urge to absolutely slaughter him, knowing he would lose. He finds his successor and trains him to the best of his ability, determined to not lose another person he cared for

First of all, I think First passed OfA as he was dying entirely on accident, because Second was badly (though not critically) injured and they'd been sort of dancing around each other's feelings and doubting their own worth, so First, knowing he was dying and that his brother was a petty bitch who would probably kill Second anyway because he knows that First cared about him, kisses Second with blood on his lips and his last thoughts before dying are about how he wants Second to have the strength to survive if his brother comes after him.

If I was given the option of getting OfA, I wouldn't take it. I'm a coward and being given something like that is a death sentence.

If it was forced, probably ingesting the previous users blood, because blood is a lot easier to choke down than hair.

If I already had it and had to pass it on, I would want it to be something suitably dramatic like collapsing on the doorstep of a trusted loved one and explaining with my dying breath who killed me and why and then raising my blood covered hand to their face like I was going to caress their cheek only for them to taste blood. They cry and try to get me take it back and when I finally die they swear vengeance over my slowly cooling corpse.

Pass it on in a non-life threatening scenario where I decide I actually don’t like the weird bone breaking power a random person gave me as they were dying and wish I could pass it to someone else and through a weird set of circumstances end up accidentally cooking some of my own hair into brownies I was making because I shed like a dog and passing it to my new neighbor I came to welcome to the neighborhood.

Either drinking a glass of milk with their saliva (no icky hair taste), or an epic sharing of blood while clasping hands like knights in a noble brotherhood!

(this part is really funny to me bc mugi sounds so gentle and they’re all so soft but also at the same time keiichi is struggling against being arrested and gets dragged off stage by keiji, the duality of man i guess)

anyway i said my city now because the entire bioware writing team sucks shit xoxo and i’m so much smarter than all of them but also fully incapable of having a normal amount of ocs for anything (see: the time i made 20 rwby ocs in less than two weeks) so i have. five worldstates here r some assorted thoughts

uhhh so the worldstates r as follows

eira mahariel (two-handed berserk/champ spec), rhett hawke (two-handed berserk spec), alas lavellan (mage knight enchanter spec), romanced alistair/fenris/dorian respectively

shiv tabris (dual wield duelist/assassin spec), radella “rads” hawke (mage spirit healer spec), kat adaar (two-handed reaver spec), romanced morrigan/isabela/cassandra respectively because im a pc gamer and i think i should be able to date whatever video game woman i like because im infinitely better than cishet men

this world state said yeah i respect mens rights. mens rights to shut the fuck up

twins bronson (sword/shield reaver spec) & bryant cousland (archer ranger spec), carmine hawke (archer assassin spec), syracuse trevelyan (dual wield tempest spec), romanced zevran/anora/josephine/bull. if ur wondering how that works my city now and the warden, hawke and the inquisitor should all meet and so they do because i Said So

riva amell (mage arcane warrior/battlemage spec), graham “gray” hawke (mage force spec), hellathen “hela” lavellan (archer assassin spec); romanced cullen/anders and later blackwall because hawke only likes men who will break his heart. hela doesn’t have a romance because she’s literally 20. who let her lead the inquisition (me it was me). also it should be noted the version of cullen i have in my head only vaguely resembles actual cullen because i write better than dragon age writers ever could and i gave him an Actual Cohesive Narrative and he gets bullied relentlessly for being scrawnier than his mage boyfriend

malien “mal” surana (mage spirit healer/keeper spec), jules hawke (sword/shield reaver spec), ash adaar (mage rift spec), romanced leliana/merrill/krem because i should have been able to kiss krem and its a Crime that i am not allowed to

knight enchanter is a Very op specialization and by Very op i mean it makes a mage with their built-in low constitution stats able to solo the biggest baddest dragon in the game on nightmare mode in under five minutes so like. alas lavellan fist fights dragons for fun send tweet

i think lavellans should be able to hit ppl with bricks for all the shit they endure. thus solas gets pranked by mahariel and alas by which i mean they just tip buckets of water onto him from the rookery

kat might be my only competent inquisitor but she did also try to knock out the right hand of the divine and attempt to gap even tho there’s fucky magic burning up her hand so does she have a brain cell? you decide

gray “mage rights” hawke is best friends with fenris which surprises literally everyone. their friendship started because they got into a fist fight and then they were like okay i respect u now. hawke is like hey fenris give me ur sword i have a fun trick to show u [uses his sword as a foci to zap carver in the ass with lightning]

i am Always thinking abt like how cullen could have been one man anti-chantry propaganda machine if he hadn’t so blatantly been shoehorned into every game past origins so anyway bioware forgot about a wholeass moon i can write what i like. [holds up cullen by the scruff of his stupid armor] not only are you bisexual you are also a bottom

unlocked secret dialogue option where my inquisitors verbally cuss out dorian’s dad instead of whatever sympathetic narrative the writers were going for cuz its bullshit.

riva is a showoff and a Menace about being as good as he is because he unabashedly loves being a mage and hes like oooh look at me im sexy i dont need to use my hands to cast magic because i’m just that good ;)) and you know what. hes right.

gray, on the other hand, does Not want to be mage. he wants to be a druffalo farmer and retire in the hinterlands and be left the fuck alone. unfortunately he is gay and has one brain cell and terrible, terrible taste in men. ribbed relentlessly for this by riva (altho does he have room to talk hes been hung up on cullen since he was like 13)

shiv is trans n kieran is the result of doing the dark ritual with her wife and he looks a Lot like shiv (dark skin pointed ears, shock-white hair) and morrigan always just Assumed she dyed it or did something magic with it so seeing their kid come out like that was a WEIRD time for her

leliana almost Murdered by cassandra in worldstate 5 because the warden is Actually There The Whole Time, but its been 10 years, mal’s cut off all her hair and gotten full facial tattoos and she’s like “no one will know its me its fine” and she’s right. she gets away with it. only cullen like, Knows, because he knew her before the blight but he doesnt have a death wish n he like. will Not piss her off

shes dalish by birth n she was stolen from her clan by templars and thus is vehemently anti-circle and anti-chantry in general

uhhh the vallaslin (elf face tattoos) of my 4 dalish characters are:

eira = ghilan’nain (chose em cuz shes rlly interested in the navigation aspect of the goddess)

alas = falon’din (god of the dead n he picked them because he’s Also the god of fortune and alas is like tee hee fun but also he can and will kill u if u fuck with him so yk its fitting)

hela = june (god of the craft bc she likes to Make things but june is also the god who taught the elves 2 hunt and hela is. a hunter.)

mal = elgar’nan (allfather/god of vengeance bc. she is Vengeful. she is Angry. but yk fucking with shem politics and fucking their divine is like. mal may have little a retribution. as a treat.) yes she has the full half-face solid colour tattoo she does NOT fuck around.

bronson and bryant r not genetically identical but they Look similar enough 2 anyone who doesn’t know them well enough 2 play spot the distance. anora and bronson think this is a super fun game to play, especially when nobles realize they’ve swapped out the king but they’re too nervous to say anything

eira mahariel has two hands. one is for holding hands with alistair and the other is for throttling elven gods, apparently. she’s killed one before so solas she’s coming for your bitch ass next. watch urself.

speaking of eira and alistair are married thru dalish tradition and humans don’t recognize it n alistair loves 2 re-propose to her with random things. he’ll just pick up like. a bit of cheese and be like “marry me ;)” and she’s like GASP but whatever will the chantry say!!!! all of their friends r sick of them

1. What Station on the Ark would you be from? Uhhhhh I literally have no idea bc we don’t really know about a lot of the stations / what they did. I’m in pre-med so maybe Go-Sci because that’s where Ark Station Medical is? I just looked up all the stations but I really have no idea. good question though. if anyone wants to respond with what they know about they stations that’d be !sick!

Honestly I never liked him he was so weird and cocky and in his first 2 seconds in the show the people who followed him died and then he jumped off the drop ship in front of Murphy like wooOOWW Finn ur sewww coooool and and then he cheated on his girlfriend who risked her life to be with him like idk? couldn't you wait more than a week and half??? and then he literally massacred a village like ik people have done a lot of shitty things but they were posing no threat whatsoever. they tried to redeem him with the spacewalker backstory but I didn’t really feel for him :/ I don’t think he deserves the insane amount of villianization (is that a word?) he gets in fits and stuff but I also don’t think he’s the good guy they introduce him as
