I think you're right in that Howdy has caught onto something being off about their world. But he can't just jump up and tell everyone that they are living in a simulation. So he has to watch and wait for everyone else to realize it in their own time.

But

In his heart, he is a lovable asshole. And an asshole he will be!

Sally got close to figuring out that the food are props, but it hasn't clicked yet. Until then, the lable on the "mashed potatoes" is just a marketing ploy.

And sure, Howdy knows the blowing balls are made of foam, but Eddie doesn't know that! So Howdy sends him off, watching him struggle to carry something that weighs next to nothing.

Maybe if they interact with enough props, they'll catch on, too? In the meantime, Howdy is gonna have fun messing with everyone.

ohhhh i Do like this interpretation! where he's actually trying to clue them in, not just going "well. this might as well happen". and doing it his own... uh... Special way....

It's pretty incredible that Skizz was the first person to permakill in the life series (twice!) and then died in a bloodlust-fuelled rage, but then proceeded to be a sweet pacifist angel ever since.

Every trip back to my childhood home I amble round the garden for a while, making a sort of pilgrimage to all my beloved trees. This is likely the last Christmas I'll ever spend here. I don't quite know how I'll feel when my parents move away - I've never known or loved a spot of land better. It's always been this steady presence, a place I knew I could return to and find unchanged.

Anyway. There's severe thunderstorm warnings for this afternoon; my dad is clearing out the gutters. The air is sticky and warm. No cicadas, but crickets everywhere.

I figured out why Sonic’s gloves and shoes copy The Prism blocks when he’s in The Grim.

The Grim’s Prism Shard transforms the Blocks into other things. Nine, who wants to live in The Grim, made Sonic’s gadgets. Nine wanted Sonic to forget about everyone else and live in The Grim with him.

However Sonic doesn’t want to forget about his Original Friends nor his new ones. Conclusion. The style Sonic has in The Grim is meant to symbolize how Nine wanted Sonic to be someone he isn’t.
