The two Master of Ceremonies of Cabaret, yesterday and today!.
Life is a Cabaret! 🎭
What a night! Last night, Eddie and company celebrated Mr. Joel Grey's 92nd birthday at Cabaret New York at the Kit Kat Club. Joel Grey who performed the Master of Ceremonies of "Cabaret" on Broadway in 1966, and reprised this role in the 1972 film adaptation, directed by Bob Fosse, was in the audience, so was John Kander who wrote all the original music. Happy Birthday, Joel! 🎂

The train is a gamble. Sometimes (most times) you get someone smoking in the back of the car, and you're lucky if it's just a plain old cigarette and not one of those clove things or weed. Or worse.
And sometimes you sit down and discover the seats are vibrating today in a very...interesting way.

Rediscovered project: goddesses and I'm in love with it all over again. It helped refresh my memory of the story, both sims and book version. Got my own theories on what each goddess represents based on name, banner and appearance. but what are Opretta and Alumpius worshiped for?
Opretta is the Bringer of Mystery, Joy, and Curiosity. She's known as the Goddess of the Arts and worshiped by people up to no good, like spies, rogues, and downright mischievous jokesters. She also created illusionary and divination magic.
Alumpius is the Goddess of Wisdom, Bringer of Voice and Devotion. It is speculated through scripture her sightless appearance is a reminder to look with more than your eyes. Most of her following is devoted to preserving history and preaching a word of caution, though a lot of people like to debate because she gave them a voice, though historians do not believe that is an accurate translation of scripture.
I am almost finished writing Blue Fire's sequel, in which there will be more discussion about the goddesses and culture of the elves.

i've been drawing him under the pretense that he's built like one of these dolls with the cloth bodies and vinyl limbs... they're kind of creepy but conceptually that's the way i wrapped my head around his design
