Day 35 and yes, im still missing LITA
I have slept all day, like ALL day. But all I could think of is rewatching LITA ep. 7 for some reason??? PhayuRain's story arc ending was ✨️perfection✨️ and I just wanna bask in it??? I mean it had a jealous Phayu!!! And let me tell you, jealous Phayu is something else 🥵🥵🥵 and Rain, rightfully so, is being a hoe 👏👏👏
PhayuRain on ep. 5 just gives off a fell-good, relationship-blissed couple and i respect that.
Anyway, i shouldnt be surprised really, but i just found out that there are people in the LITA fandom that hates PhayuRain or PrapaiSky??? I guess i shouldve expected it knowing that the series is being split into 2 for each couple and people could help but look for competition. And yeah, sure, i could respect you and your opinions but that respect will be thrown out the window once you speak ill of the other couple. I hate it when people do that. If you really hate the other couple, then dont watch them??? Dont interact??? Its that simple to ignore the things that you dont like??? Gods, i hate it when people do that.
Im so glad that i am not in those spaces littered with hate. I have created a bubble for myself and my LITA brainrots and im so glad that i did.

3. Torchic. I am in debt to Blaziken for being the main sweeper in the team that finally got me through the battle tree doubles and made having transfered all my competitive mons to pokemon sun feel worth it
also, the torchic line is based on an awful tradition of parents giving baby chicks to children, discarding them when they grow up and become "too ugly", but when i was young my grandma gave me two chicks to raise and even as they stepped into that awkward teenage phase where they still resemble chicks but their proportions are elongated and they were still cute!!!! i wish i could've had them for longer, but i had to return them so they'd be able to integrate with the other birds in the farm
it was a huge step in having a young me get over their fear of touching animals and i really appreciate combusken now
2. Chikorita. Already spoken about how i found out about chikorita in another ask but i swear that gen 3 chikorita sprite was such a perfect shade of green for her, so peak
i also became a chikorita defender when it became popular to slander her. why is it cool that charmander "goes against the odds" by being weak to the 2 first kanto gyms but when chikorita is the same in johto thats somehow a fault???
and dont get me started on the people who complain about her movepool. yes we all gave our pokemon 4 attacking moves when we were children and thought status moves were useless but guess what thats not the role that the chikorita line is meant to have BUT THAT DOESNT MAKE HER MOVEPOOL BAD
she can set up screens, substitute, leech seed, she's got synthesis for longevity
and yes she hasnt been in OU since her introduction, but powercreep is not her fault, and its not her fault they didnt give her a good hidden ability like they did for feraligatr and typhlosion, either

How come anymore they make raiden so weak? Are people really that against raiden being the overworked,underappreciated,older brother of earthrealm? Are people that against the fact raiden could do everything and anything to help people. And yet.....absolutely be given the short end?
Raiden isn't supposed to be this,no offense to NRS and mk fans. Weak as fucking all hell.
Even in mortal form he was supposed to be an expert fighter with the highest level of whoop ass. The only reason why he kicked more ass is because of his godhood. But his godhood...LIKE ALL THINGS PEOPLE. Has some form of self responsiblity and honor.
Not to mention he cares extremely deeply for mortal lives. That's what made him the protector of earthrealm in the first damn place. Because he related so much to them.
He wasn't like other gods. The only other one closest to that was his Younger brother fujin. Who in turn. Also became a protector.
They kinda take turns between each other to watch over earthrealm and also the kombatants/earthrealms warriors too.
Like good lord some people obviously don't pay attention. But it's ok. It's a game. We too busy throwing hands and having fun to pay attention to story.
But thats also a double edged sword because this unfortunately makes the storylines bland af
But hey that's what blogs like these are for. So you can fill in the gaps better and dust off the unwanted bull.

Like raiden was my boy. I had many other crushes n faves(sassy hatbae kung lao and of course our favorite local bih sorcerer). But rai? Oh he was special.
He was comfort character,the easiest for me to play with,i loooooved his character,he was better imho when he was sarcastic and gentle but when push came to shove. Dont fuck with the god of thunder! He was indeed the older,wiser,and more reserved of the storm bros. But he was just as loving,passionate for life,and gentle as his brother fujin. (It's just older sibling problems ya know?) Like Raiden is the dude i would honestly go to talk to when i felt i needed advice or a shoulder to cry on. I feel he understands human emotions on a deeper level than most wanna believe. But he doesn't let them control him. Instead he feels them. And then lets it be. (Zen that shit mofo) he sits with them,be's their friend instead of going against the currents,he flows with them. He's definitely a "let me sit with you and let you talk,i will listen" or "sit with me a while and ease your burdens for a bit" type guy. Like i feel like they went hella backwards with raiden so much.
What is it with people making the most human,fun,and compassionate gods so to speak. Nerfed and weakened to all hell?
Do people not believe in compassionate gods or characters in general? I blame the worlds state and suffering for this terrible influx of writing. Which is sad. Because this should make people write even more compassionate characters,to bring light to the irl problems we see every day. But hey,it is what it is brah.

I wrote the long message i dont think you come off mean but of course i dont hate V! I love her!! That’s why we’re all here lol. She’s the most entertaining person ive ever seen and CAN BE the sweetest person in the world when she wants to be. We just have seen what she’s like in fights on tv and have heard her true dating story where she flipped a table and saw how she was with brooke lynn and other suspected people she dated when she felt some type of way. There’s a pattern and it’s not a healthy way of interacting! Before this part of me thought the problem was her choice in guys but i dont see why a perfectly polite midwestern Disney boy who has only ever acted calm and sweet as far as we know would be liking those things about toxic and manipulative if that wasn’t what his experience of the situation felt like. Yes thats his side of it yes we’ll never know exactly what happened but it fits with what V has been saying too. I dont think it’s helpful to blindly defend our favs, just assume theyre the victim of any situation because we love them, and never consider their part in things or that they could be in the wrong or at least not perfect. Maybe im completely wrong! Maybe jack is a big ol nasty badmouthing liar and V is a perfect angel who acted completely rational and cordial the entire time and this is total slander! Maybe jack is somehow completely different in private and a terrible person despite the fact that all his comments from people on social media sound like he’s a nice guy and a good friend! Friendly reminder that this blog DOES NOT SLANDER ANY OF THE DEAD POETS, not even Cameron.
I won't directly mention anyone, but if you're not used to the Tumblr DPS Fandom and why we are literally sane enough to forgive a fictional character and not slander him so harshly (jokes and critiques aside), I guess don't interact with posts that are Pro-Cameron/Cameron-Apologists?
Simple Points: He was a teenager at a time period where you can easily manipulate their decisions. He was an honor student, ANY ONE WITH THAT AMOUNT OF STAKES WILL WEIGH THEIR OPTIONS DIFFERENTLY. Yes, DUH, it was unfortunate/rude he was disloyal to his friends, that was the point of his character BUT, you'd be as evil as Mr. Nolan and Mr. Perry to blame all this on a kid who was just following the RULES, RULES MADE BY THE ADULTS, THE SYSTEM THEY WERE MEANT TO GO AGAINST.
We're not saying Cameron is a Saint in that movie, also he was bullied more by Charlie tbh, we're saying Cameron is one of the most realistic characters in that movie. Not everyone is able to just blatantly do what they want like Charlie, or be a shy brave boy like Todd, or even be a rebellious as Neil-- But I know for a FACT, anyone would know Cameron's emotions if they were in his shoes.
Remember: HE LET KEATING FRY because he was an ADULT. It was LITERALLY the simple answer and the safest, yes, wrong to most of us, but who else could he blame? Even if he could bring down himself and the others, that's 6 Student expelled vs an adult who can still get a job/has a future/ has a degree. MY BOY CAMERON BASICALLY DID THE TROLLEY PROBLEM.
In conclusion, It's a 32yo movie, people are way more complex than "bad guy/good guy", don't interact with Pro-Cameron posts if you don't get why we like him, Cameron's White Jumper is adorable, Have GREAT DAY.
Also, even Dylan Kussman said there was a possibility of a Cameron redemption arc with the spin off they made with Gale Hansen (help fact check!)

ohohohohoh youve just asked a man whos been obsessed with bones and dinosaurs and dead shit since he was like, five years old. buckle up buckaroo this is about to get anatomical
so we all know and love velociraptor right? like you saw her in jurassic park i saw her in jurassic park we all did.
steven speilberg has committed some great atrocities and i feel so bad for that poor animal.
see im pretty certain that the ‘velociraptors’ from jp are more of… utahraptors. cuz uh,
shes about the size of a turkey. utahraptor, however,
was a tiny bit bigger. no hate to the velociraptor ofc!! those little creatures have my entire heart. ive been more focused on utahraptors as of late because eheheheh a character from jojo part 7 can TURN INTO ONE KEKEKEKEK ofc.. its a blight on my eyes. ive been working on fixing him 💔. anyway back to jurassic park. another anatomy sin of speilbergs was his raptors’ hands.
this uh. this aint right. see, their (and all other dinosaurs of similar build) wrists couldnt rotate like that. it looks cool! but in reality their wrists were stiff, facing each other as if they were going to clap their hands.
another thing, most (if not all) of the dinosaurs of jurassic park are victims of shrink-wrapping. theyre skinny and naked. they look starved half to death. thats just sad.
not to mention feathers. people like to think that dinosaurs would look stupid with feathers, which is just. unimaginative at best. i mean hell, think of the colors they couldve been! we just dont know!! they probably werent like. ridiculously gaudy, but still. feathered raptors, my beloved. among all these i should probably atleast mention the tail. in life, the tail wouldve been much stiffer than we see it in jp, used for balance as they ran.
(god i want a velociraptor…)
anyway, i think thats it for the raptors. but nOT FOR THE T REX. directing our attention away from jurassic park for a moment, id like to mention the smithsonian tyrannosaurus.
look at her. l. look. is she not the most beautiful thing youve ever laid eyes on?? i cant believe i got to see her in real life. everyone reading this, if you ever have the chance to visit the natural history museum in dc, take it. go see her. look through the entire dinosaur exhibit, because holy shit, its fucking insane. they have SO many skeletons.

jurassic park’s tyrannosaurus makes me sad. naked, skinny, her teeth sticking out, poor eyesight, shes just. she is sad.
the REAL tyrannosaurus rex was gorgeous. it didnt have the full coat of feathers like the dromeosaurs did, but it had a fair amount (if you want a really fluffy tyrannosaurid, look up the yutyrannus. baby boy. baby). its teeth didnt stick out like a nightmare, but it had actual LIPS so they didnt get cracked or broken. as much. speaking of teeth, their teeth were serrated. a bit like the komodo dragon’s teeth. or a sharks (sharks my beloved).
moving on. the whole sight based eyesight, ‘if you dont move it cant see you’ thing? its bullshit. the tyrannosaurus had INCREDIBLE eyesight. it had around a 55 degree wide field of vision i believe. thats about 13 times that of a human. if i ever see anyone insulting her eyes its on sight 💛. they also had good hearing, tuned to more to low frequency sounds.
which brings us to our next point! new studies have shown that the tyrannosaurus probably didnt actually roar. instead, it made a sound similar to how we hum. a bit similar to an alligator. it was probably so low that you felt it more than you heard it. is that not terrifying? and fucking awesome??? these things just like. walked around.
anyway uh. this post is super fucking long. and i could 100% go on, but i think its time to wrap it up. if i think of more things i will probably reblog with renewed energy. but here. velociraptor and t rex. two of the most well known and well loved dinosaurs. HELLO BITCHES my friend refuses to read the TLH short stories and ive given up trying so im summarizing it on the one long format social media we share so uh. read if you want to im not sure what anyone else would get out of this the first story is so fucking depressing HELLO
@mintminao3 i can’t believe im fucking rereading all of this it’s literally the foundation for why i dont like these characters and you’re making me reread it this should be considered a federal crime
1. CAST LONG SHADOWS
(this is a jem pov book bestie get it together will is mentioned literally a trillion times HELLO)
- jem is at the shadowmarket. premise of the book. matthew shows up and calls him uncle jem and kisses him on the cheek and i break down all over again
- flashback to the academy in 1899 (i forgot how OLD they are wtf)
- alastair says something really bitchy about will and tessa i forgot how rotten he was oh my god 😭
- “to everyone’s surprise” thomas gets him to stop 🤪 you dont care about this but i DO
- theres so much detail here you’re killing me this is an absolute nightmare im leaving so much juicy shit out YOURE THE WORST
- so uh. you know how ive devoted my life to our lord and saviour alastair carstairs. um. it gets a bit embarrassing here. just a tad. BUT YOULL UNDERSTAND SOON I PROMISSEEEEEE
- matthew goes looking for thomas who’s always with alastair and finds them both.
- matthew calls alastair a “low snaky serpent.” alastair calls matthew “mother hen fairchild” and then says he’ll be a lovely wife one day which i KNOW is an insult but i cant take it seriously hes just calling him a malewife it makes me giggle
- then matthew just BUSTS OUT the physical insults with an absolute unit of “has no kind soul thought to inform you that your hairstyle is, to use the gentlest words available to me, ill - advised? a friend? your papa? does nobody care enough to to prevent you from making a spectacle of yourself? or are you simply too busy perpetuating acts of evil upon the innocent to bother about your unfortunate appearance?”
- i mean. um. whew. for reference alastair’s hair is currently blond unless proven otherwise his introduction in TFTSA mentions him having “light hair” aka not the ink black he was born with.
- then alastair tells thomas to leave and pulls out the “women cant be good consuls blah blah blah” no one cares, this is the important bit, he goes on to, rather cruelly, inform matthew of a rumour floating around the academy that henry isn’t matthews father. gideon and charlotte work very closely together, and since matthew was born AFTER henry’s paralyzation, there’s a rumour that GIDEON is actually math’s birth father, esp since matthews got a mop of gold on his head rather than the red or brown of his parents. “henry fairchild is not your father” spat alastair. “you are gideon lightwoods bastard. everyone knows it but you.”
- (theres way too much dialogue to quote that whole scene)
- then matthew slaps alastair which like. deserved.
- its up to you to form an opinion, personally i don’t give a shit that alastair’s going around with this rumour hes like 16 in high school and it’s everyone’s god given right to slander politicians charlotte and gideon are no exceptions but i think the manner of speaking was cruel and an apology is in order, matthew was a little shit as well but alastair kinda pulled out the nukes. math would’ve found out eventually but alastair was kinda a bitch about it
- anyway back to the present
- jem lets math call him uncle and math “glows” i want to bottle him up and keep him safe ugh
- talk of will james tessa and lucie you miss out on sucks to suck loser
- … he gets a truth potion from a faerie.
- math goes back home, gideon comes over the next morning, math has an internal emotional crisis, yadda yadda, NO IM NOT CRYING AT HIS REFUSAL TO THINK OF HIM AS AN UNCLE AND THE PAIN THIS POOR BOY IS GOING THROUGH UH UH
- OKAY UM I COMPLELTEY FORGOT ABOUT THIS BUT UH (hes talking to himself in the mirror) “you may be a waste of space in a waistcoat” he told matthew fairchild “but at least your waistcoat is fantastic” NOW IM ACTUALLY FULL ON CRYONG
- also math has a dog named mr. oscar wilde this is critical to the story
- james content you’re missing out on loser
- “alastair loathly worm carstairs”
- “later matthew would look back and remember it as his last happy day”
- “alastair god-help-us carstairs”
- just. please read this.

Alastair Carstairs.” Matthew regarded his very own parabatai with deep approval. "This is why we are chosen warrior partners, because we share such a perfect bond of sympathy. Come to me, Jamie, that we might share a manly embrace." He made incursions upon Jamie's person. James thwacked him over the head with his book. It was a large book. "Betrayed," said Matthew, writhing prone upon the floor. "Is that why you insist on carrying about enormous tomes everywhere you go, that you might visit violence upon innocent persons? Done to death by my best friend- my heart's brother--my own dear parabatai. He snagged James around the waist and brought him crashing to the floor for the second time that day. James hit Matthew with the book again, then subsided, leaning his shoulder against Matthew's. They were both thoroughly rumpled, but Matthew did not mind being rumpled for a good cause.
- thomas defends alastair. says that alastair regrets the prank, able to tell because of how uncomfortable he gets when its brought up. also points out that alastair behaviour is partly brought on by jealousy, like how all the fathers came to the academy after the prank, will came running to james’s side, whereas no one came for alastair. then matthew pulls out this absolute horrifier of calling alastair a curse of a son and its understandable that a father would want to see him as less as possible. thomas also tells them not to listen to the bs alastair says when hes mad bc its usually nonesense.
- more emotional stuff between the family you miss.
- math puts the potion in the scones. charlotte eats one. she falls ill almost immediately. jem is called. (my sister just got home and now people are around me im trying so hard not to cry) its revealed that charlotte was expecting, and hoping for a little girl. matthew is beyond horrified. gideon has been making sure she was safe at the clave meetings which is why he was around more. the baby was going to be named after henry’s most beloved great aunt. matthew has her hair. henry caresses math’s head. he wishes his father would pick up a knife and slash his throat.

I can accurately say that John was definitely getting his revenge on both the reader and her father. He was essentially making an example of them. Whether it’s the reader’s parents house or not, he wasn’t letting that disrespect slide. 🙃And I’m really crying at how everyone doesn’t trust Ethan. 🤣 Everyone will definitely find out more soon!
