I think about it a lot but there's something really really beautiful about the Minecraft soundtrack.

You're in this world where you can do whatever you want, but instead of having adventure music or rpg tunes you get these.. beautiful notes of pianos and all sorts of music that just fills my soul. I've been listening to it for over a decade, and C418 has been my top Spotify artist for 3 years, but I still don't get tired of it.

Volumes Alpha and Beta are examples of genuinely perfect video game osts that bring me unending peace to the point where I went through a period of being unable to sleep unless it was playing.

It's absolutely fantastic and the knowledge that there's a third album out there that just can't be released harms me on a spiritual level.

I've wept over not being able to hear it a few times.

When it comes down to it, Minecraft's original soundtrack coupled with the original gameplay around the Xbox 360/Ps3 edition time period is one of my greatest sources of nostalgia.

This music, and game, has changed my life for the better and I don't see it get enough praise.

I'm sorry but Alpha Samurott sounds like more of a motor than Pokemon and I cannot get over it

Recommendation BL Manhwa

This is not donghua but a manhwa I happen to find. This manhwa still needs to be finished, and there is still much to be revealed. However, I felt compelled to write a review because I adore it.

The title is “Shining Summer”. So far, I enjoy this manhwa. I am not sure if the original tags said "psychological" or "body swap," but I prefer to think of it as psychological. There are numerous theories about this manhwa, but none of them have been proven.

The story started when the MC and ML were 10 years old. They were involved in a bus accident on their way to the dojo where they had enrolled. Because the ML shielded MC, he only sustained minor injuries. Because of the accident, ML seemed to become a different person. He was saying that he does not know this boy who goes by the name Jihoon. He claims that Jihoon is not his name, that this is not his body, and that those are not his parents. MC was distraught and came out of the hospital room, crying. Is he telling the truth, or is it a truth he claimed by himself because of a head injury? Maybe it is more complicated than that...

You understand what I mean by "psychological" and "body swap." ML believed he swapped bodies with the original Jihoon, so when he grew up and reconnected with MC, they went looking for his original body.

I like the pacing of this story. The pacing is perfect for a story of this genre. Some people are upset about it, but I do not think there is anything wrong with the pacing taking so long to develop. This book requires a good build-up because there are many mysteries lurking. Not only to build up the plot but also to build up and flesh out their characters. The writer is doing great. This book keeps me going because I am curious about what is going to happen next.

Characters are also well-developed. They are not flat. Even the minor characters are well-developed. I particularly liked how the author shaped the ML into who he is. He is not entirely a good person; despite the book's many cute moments, he is not designed to be fluffy. That is fine because his character is tailor-made for him, given what he is been through. I just hope the best for him because he’s been through so much. Imagine if you were in his shoes. Most people would lose their minds.

I just hope the plot does not veer off course. And, if it does, I hope it swerves like a race car. I have high expectations for this manhwa. I wanted to savor it while also learning more about it and reading more of it.

im in a mood and im feeling nostalgic about the minecraft soundtrack. its like you remember all these songs. you've heard them all before, but you never knew their names. these synths all tap into some deep part of your soul thats long forgotten on a couch or a desk chair in a room that you havent been in in years with people you havent spoken to in a decade.

its the sound of memories its the sound of having fun in this brand new world for the first time, everything is possible and you dont even know where to begin. its the background track to blowing things up its the background track to getting blown up to building ugly houses and digging straight down and staring into the dark but being too scared to go in.

it's just me and Minecraft Relaxing Music Box (10 Hours) and Clair De Lune Black Screen (12 Hours) against the world

It is now 4AM as I'm writing this and i finished reading the second volume of the Sakura Ganbaru manga because i couldn't wait till morning to read it. Prior to getting the physical copies of the storty i had already read volume one online but couldn't find a place to read the second one in full, so these were my first impressions while going through it instead of sleeping and man

It was absolutely amazing, worth every cent I've spent on these.

It really feels like a step up from the first volume in almost every single way, it genuinely took me by surprise right in the starting chapters and had me like NO WAY NO WAY out like during the middle of the fucking night.

The characterization of everyone in this was so good, really feel like there was heart put into writing these characters AND their fighting scenes. I think out of all them the one where Sakura fights Gen (and that whole chapter in general) have to be my favorite overall, which was so surprising to me because Gen is not a character i care about at all but his chapter was just amazing.

If there's one thing I'd have to complain is her fight with Ryu at the end, for a final fight it felt pretty anticlimactic. All the other major fights in this volume either had high stakes to them (Sakura and later her and Chun-li fighting agaisnt those sex traffickers) or they had some big character moments in them (Gen vs Sakura where he pondered on how Sakura's punches hold no darkness to them despite being the user of a technique created for assassination, wondering if his own punches once embodied light and if so when did his light began to fade. Cammy + Sakura vs Zangief where the whole chapter in itself felt mostly about her baggage with having been a part of shadaloo and taking the first steps into a new life, to the point where it's in this fight where she takes in the name Cammy)

Sakura vs Ryu was just,, Sakura vs Ryu. There really wasn't much else to it, didn't even that much dialogue or last that long. So yeah, kinda disappointing to me but whatever, i still had a blast reading this short little series and highly recommend to anyone who might be intrested in reading it 👍
