deciding what to draw for him was an endeavor in and of itself, but thankfully, it's finished! Happy Birthday to my favorite grumpy music director and part-time cult leader (or is he only a part-time music director nowadays)

I promise I was drawing this before the news came out, lol!
Ah, I was just thinking about how much I love them again ;;
Sad about the movie, but, the fandom will continue!
Anyway, this will be a gold foil standee and I'll hopefully have it available in a few months! <3

Victor Noir's grave in Père - Lachaise cemetery by Patrick Magaud, 1984.
Noir is perhaps more famous for his death and grave than work.
He was a journalist who was shot dead; the grave consists of a full-sized bronze statue of the man laying down as if he was just shot.
The statue became a fertility symbol - the story says those who kiss the statue on the lips, leave a flower in Victor's hat and rub the genital area will find themselves with enhanced fertility, a great sex life or find a husband within one year. The lips and trousers' bulge on the grave are noticeably shiny from people kissing and rubbing them.

I'VE BEEN WANTING TO DRAW SAMMY AND ARCHIE INTERACTING FOR A WHILE....technically i already have, but i wanted something more serious. i just think sammy is going to have some Thoughts once he finds someone Like Him.
he's crawling because he's workshopping trying to be less intimidating to new sheep by making himself lower to the ground. its not working. i'm also drawing sammy more realistically to reflect how early in the cycle it is

Weird thing enjoyer found another weird thing to enjoy
Various Frankenstein doodlings. Abt half were from reference half from imagination.
Most of these are related to the Royal Ballet version which I watched a video of the other day. So good and such a wild combination. The elegant medium and the grotesque subject matter.
I also had to draw that amazing puppet version that was made for the Hamburg state opera. lil cutie he is
