HAHAHAHA “anakins twilight adventures” part 1

(IM NOT A WRITER, DONT JUDGE 😭😭😭)

anakin was so bored today, it was his off day. Obi wan told him to fuck off and leave him alone 💔🤣

anakin was going thru his Netflix subscription that he actually stole from Obi wan, he’s been using his account for a year now. Obi wan always complains about the bill being so high but anakin doesn’t tell him cuz “it’s my way of having some semblance of control”. Ok shawty, whatever you say. a series anakin has never seen before catches his eyes…. “Tw- huh? Twilight???” Bro can’t read 🤦‍♀️⁉️

he clicks on it and watches a few minutes of it “yo this Edward dude is so weird… but he’s literally me…” and he starts fantasizing about life as a vampire…

Anakin becomes inspired!!! He goes on Wikipedia and learns the lore. He learns Edward’s ways…

he soon goes to wikihow and looks up “how to become a vampire”, “how to make people think you’re a vampire”, “how to scare people”. he read the step’s carefully… “learn spells???” He goes on uhh Star Wars YouTube… “galaxy tube” yeah that’s what it’s called… and searches up “at home easy quick vampire spell. REAL” and watches a galaxy tuber by the name of “jar jar binks hater 101”.

“WHATS UP GUYS?!? ITS ME JAR JAR BINKS HATER 101 BACK AGAIN THIS TIME TO TEACH YOU A NEW SPELL!!! Last week we learned the death spell and tested it out on jar jar- sadly it didn’t work!” Anakin was shocked to say the least! “Oh my god… they tried to kill jar jar… eh whatever” and he continued to watch. “THIS WEEK IMMA TEACH YOU HOW TO BECOME A VAMPIRE!” anakin watched and watched. He binged over 10 videos and went on space Amazon even tho he hates contributing to capitalism. Anyways! He bought fake blood, a cape and fake fangs. He bought teeth glue too just in case…

days pass and anakin waits eagerly to try the new spell during a full moon

he goes to his apartment and quickly puts on his cape, glues the fangs to his teeth and puts fake blood on. He sneaks around the Jedi Temple trying to scare people. Everyone looks at him weird. “Whatever… they’re just mad they’re not off putting like I am… they’re scared of my aura…”

Then IT HITS HIM!!! WHO better to scare than the younglings 😈😈😈

BLOODRIGHT - Vampire Taekwoon AU - Chapter 21

Hello! It's been a while but I'm still here! I hope you are too! This chapter stumped me so much as I couldn't figure out how I wanted it to go.

"Taekwoon!" In a flash, the door burst open and his hand was wrapped around Kaxon's throat before you could blink.

"What the hell did you do?!"

"He tried to bite me."

When Taekwoon heard your words, his face changed to pure rage.

"You have a death wish. You promised to help her and you're trying to bite her?! Are you insane? Do you even have a cure?"

"I--agh--I a-am the c-cure!" Kaxon was having trouble forming words with Taekwoon squeezing his throat. You were surprised his head was still attached, honestly.

"What the hell are you talking about?!" Taekwoon lightened his grip so Kaxon could talk.

"I am the cure. That's why you can't produce a cure. It's inside me. I have to bite her."

“Do you think I’m an idiot? Did you really think I would let you come in here and bite her? You must have lost your mind! Cure her now before I rip your head off!” Takewoon was practically seething as he tightened his grip on Kaxon again.

Kaxon’s hands clawed at Taekwoon’s, trying to get him to let go. In a moment of desperation, Kaxon pulled something from his pocket and stuck it into Taekwoon’s ribs. Taekwoon grunted in pain when an electric shock coursed through his body. The voltage was enough to send Taekwoon stumbling back, landing on the floor, dazed.

Kaxon came to stand next to you and your heart lurched. With Taekwoon incapacitated, you didn’t know what Kaxon would do. You wanted to run but there was no strength left in you.

“Rest assured, Y/N, I did not come here to hurt you. Your heart does not need to beat so fast. It’s just a taser and it won’t hurt him. Of course, there’s about 5 times the amount of voltage in this thing….he is a royal after all.” Kaxon turned the taser over and over in his hand while Taekwoon rose to his feet, fuming.

Kaxon held up the taser in front of you and smiled, “Would you like one?”

“Kaxon, I suggest you give her the cure so I can tear each limb from your body slowly….with my bare hands. If you had any hope of leaving here alive, that is gone now.”

In the blink of an eye, Kaxon moved and placed himself behind you on the bed. Taekwoon’s movements were a second slower, most likely because of the electricity still running through his body. Kaxon was kneeling behind you but didn’t touch you. To be honest, when you quickly glanced behind you, you caught a glimmer of fear in his eyes.

Did Kahn really have something he needed? He was willing to go against Taekwoon, who is obviously stronger, just to have a chance for you to help him.

“Taekwoon, I’ve told you how I can cure her. The longer you wait, the worse it will get.”

“You son of a–”

“Stop!” You spoke up before another fight could start. Taekwoon looked at you in confusion.

“Y/N…”

“I’m tired…..I’m tired of being sick…I’m tired of you both fighting. Please…just stop.” You took a deep breath, your own outburst draining more of your energy.

“But, Y/N….” Taekwoon inched closer, hoping to remove Kaxon from the bed behind you while talking with you.

“Taekwoon….please? I don’t want to see any death today, alright? I want to be able to stand up on my own, walk around the garden, and eat something more than porridge. Please….” Surprisingly, tears formed in your eyes and you realized how helpless you really felt. Thankfully, Taekwoon finally understood.

“Okay, okay, I’m sorry.” He came to stand next to you and took your hand. “No more fighting. Kaxon, remove yourself and we’ll talk.”

"Of course." Kaxon spoke slowly as if he was reluctant to trust Taekwoon's words. Once he was off the bed, he stood next to the bedpost, waiting for Taekwoon to begin but you spoke first.

"Explain this to me. I'm not going to blindly let you bite me unless you can prove that what you are saying is true."

Kaxon was silent for a moment, carefully choosing his words.

"The virus is developed using my blood. I'm not a full royal vampire like my brother. Whoever my father is….." Kaxon paused for a moment and then cleared his throat. "He gave me some type of blood that works as a type of poison. After a while, I was able to develop an antidote for it."

"So why can't you just give me the antidote?"

"It doesn't work on its own. For years, I injected every imaginable solution into my body to try and neutralize the poison. After a while, I realized that it works but only in a certain way. The antidote is produced by the enzyme that is released when I bite someone. Once it's out of my body, it doesn't work."

"You expect us to believe that?" Taekwoon began to walk towards Kaxon but you stopped him with a hand on his arm.

"Is he lying?" You knew Taekwoon was monitoring Kaxon's heartbeat for anything that would indicate he wasn't telling the truth.

"Not that I can tell but….."

"I thought other vampires can't bite me?"

"I am not allowed to take any blood from you and I will not. Your blood is now protected and I would be in worse shape than you if I tried." Your thoughts turned over and over in your head. Knowing Taekwoon would never agree, you went with your gut instinct.

"What about Taekwoon? Is the poison still in his body?"

"No, his royal blood neutralized the poison long ago."

"Then….do it."

"Y/N!"

"Taekwoon…. the doctor your mom brought couldn't do anything. He knows if he's lying you wouldn't let him walk out of here alive. Right, Kaxon?"

"Right you are, my lady."

"Kaxon…." Taekwoon's distaste for Kaxon's choice of words wasn't lost on you.

"I address her with the utmost respect, I assure you." Kaxon turned to you and continued. "Thank you for believing in my words. I swear upon my name that you will feel as good as new in a couple of hours."

Kaxon stepped forward slowly, aware of Taekwoon's position beside you.

"Mother."

In a couple of moments, Taekwoon's mother burst through the door followed by the doctor.

"What is it?"

"Your Highness, I assure you that I will completely cure y/n. She has agreed to my method and–"

"He wants to bite her!"

"Have you gone mad, Kaxon? What do you mean?"

"Kaxon has explained how the poison in my body works. The only way to cure it is for him to bite me."

"And you trust him, y/n?"

"Trust might be a bit of a stretch…..but I am willing to believe him considering he wouldn't leave alive if he killed me."

"Right you are, my dear. Taekwoon, let's trust y/n's decision. Come over here with me."

"But–"

"You are free to kill and dismember me in any fashion you see fit should I fail, Taekwoon. I promise you that."

"There'll be nothing left of you, Kaxon. Know that." Taekwoon walked over to his mother and stood with his arms over his chest.

Kaxon walked over to you and held out his hand for your arm. He kneeled on one knee before your bed. You didn't dare to look at Taekwoon lest you chickened out.

"This won't be long. You'll be up and dancing by this evening." Kaxon lowered his head to your arm and you closed your eyes. You could feel his breath on your skin and you tried very hard not to pull away. You couldn't imagine anyone else besides Taekwoon biting you and your mind automatically wanted to reject it.

After a moment you felt his teeth pierce your skin. You had been prepared for excruciating pain but you felt nothing. Surprised, you looked at your arm and, sure enough, his teeth were embedded in your skin. A numbing sensation traveled from your arm to the rest of your body. You felt slightly dizzy but didn't feel the need to pass out.

After a few moments, Kaxon released your arm and leaned back.

"Doctor, I trust you will be able to patch her up?" Kaxon looked at you, "I will not close these and let them heal on their own. I'm sure Taekwoon would not like the usual method of closing wounds."

You blushed slightly, thinking of the many times Taekwoon had taken care of the bites with his tongue. Kaxon stood from the floor only to walk a couple of steps and collapse back onto the hard wood.

You gasped and looked up for help from Taekwoon but realized he wasn't there. Your eyes cut to his mother but she was checking on Kaxon.

"Taekwoon?" You jumped when your call was greeted in return with a loud crash. Her heart sank. He was mad. So mad in fact that he wouldn't even come back to your side after Kaxon had supposedly cured you. Once the doctor had finished with your arm, he joined Taekwoon's mother.

"Y/N, we'll take Kaxon to another room. You just rest and I'm sure Taekwoon will be along shortly.

You nodded and let your back settle against the headboard again, waiting.

Three hours later, Taekwoon was still gone.

Was he that upset with your decision? You indeed felt at least ninety percent better but he never came to check on you.

You stood from the bed finally and headed to the bathroom for a shower. You had a small measure of hope that Taekwoon would appear once you were finished.

Your hope died when you exited the bathroom only to find his mother sitting on the edge of your bed.

"Don't be discouraged, my dear. He's only mad for a bit. He'll come around, just give him some time." She stood and headed for the door. "Kaxon is still out. Perhaps everything will look brighter in the morning."

You could only nod. You feared speaking would cause a sudden onslaught of tears. You wanted Taekwoon. He was supposed to be by your side, rejoicing in the fact that you were getting better.

"I prepared some soup downstairs for you. You should eat something." She smiled before leaving you in the room once again.

Food definitely sounded good but you wanted to find Taekwoon first. Opening Taekwoon's closet, you put on one of his robes over the nightgown his mother had left for you earlier. Once you were out in the hallway it seemed as if it had been forever since you'd seen the outside of the room. Going to the right would lead you to the stairs and then the kitchen. But the left led to the rooms upstairs. You figured Taekwoon would be the furthest from people so you started to the left.

There was no trace of him on the second floor so you tried the third floor. You had only been up there a couple of times but it was in serious need of refurbishment. It was dark when you reached the landing and it was cold. A door to one of the rooms was lying on the floor, in pieces, and you assumed that was the loud crash you'd heard before.

"Taekwoon?" You walked a few more steps but stopped when you heard a few footsteps from the end of the hall. Once your vision focused on the darkness you saw a dark mass with red eyes staring back at you.

"Taekwoon? What are you doing up here? Why are you–!" Your words caught in your throat when Taekwoon sped forward. In an instant, his body was against yours as he had pressed you into the wall of the hallway. His breathing was heavy and he seemed to be struggling for control.

You slowly reached up and placed your hand against his cheek. His skin was clammy and it felt as if he had been crying.

"Are you okay?"

He didn't answer. Instead he placed one hand over your stomach, securing you to the wall. The other hand went to the arm that Kaxon had bitten. He raised it to inspect the bandage there. With a slight growl, the hand against your waist went around your back and he lifted you against him. He sped to one of the rooms and dropped you onto one of the beds there. He followed you down and hovered over you, one knee on either side of your hips. He extended your bandaged arm out over the bed and began removing the bandage. Scared that it hadn't healed you tried to pull your arm away.

"Taekwoon, what are you up to?"

"Be still." His usual soft voice had now become gruff like silk over gravel. The tone convinced you to lie still and let him do what he wanted.

Once he had the bandage off, he inspected the wound. He ran his thumb over the two tiny holes that Kaxon had made. His other hand once again spread over your stomach just before he leaned down and sank his teeth into the same holes. A startled gasp left your throat and you tried to pull your arm back but Taekwoon was pure steel at the moment. After a few seconds, you realized that he wasn't feeding. He had only bitten you but didn't take any blood. Soon after, you felt his tongue close the wounds and he brought his lips to yours. You wrapped your arms around his neck and held on. His thumb went to your chin and pulled your mouth open so he could sink his tongue inside. His actions were rough but not painful. You knew what his fuel was: jealousy. You kissed him back with just as much enthusiasm so he would hopefully know that you only wanted him. His lips traveled and he used his hand under your chin to turn your head so he could gain better access. His teeth sank in lightly several more places until you were a puddle beneath him. Only when your arms lost all strength and fell from his neck did he stop. He was breathing hard against your neck, struggling with words.

"I'm–" He took a couple more breaths before trying again, "I'm sorry. I shouldn't have done that."

He raised his head to look at you but you could only see his crimson eyes in the darkness.

"I was too rough, I'm sorry." His hand gently moved the disheveled hair from your face.

"You weren't. I'm fine." You smiled at him, thankful that he was talking to you again.

"Your lips are bruised. I shouldn't have hurt–" You cut off his words by raising your head and placing a kiss on his lips.

"I'm not hurt. I feel much better than before and I'm only sad that you stopped."

"You are way too forgiving." He buried his face in your neck and you let out a short laugh. He sighed and his body melted on top of yours. "Do you really feel better?"

"I do. I was a little sad that you disappeared on me, though."

"I…..once his teeth went into your skin, I lost it. I had to leave before I tore the place apart. I've been up here ever since."

"Silly boy."

"Don't taunt me." His teeth grazed your collarbone and you squirmed beneath him.

"Then continue what you were doing."

"My pleasure."

BMK: Chapter 12-- Tricks

Walking out the door, shutting it gently behind him. He heads for the edge of the nearby woods. Peeking behind him every step of the way. Trudging through the woods he stops catching one last glimpse around him before transforming. Orangish red fur sprouts out, tails show through a cloud of smoke, paws hit the ground running. Weaving through trees, dodging fallen limbs, the surroundings blur by as he speeds through the woods. Miles later he slows to a stop in front of a cottage. Stepping through the threshold he morphs back into his human form. “Well that was more exercise than I have had in awhile,” Hyuk says to the empty cabin.

The cottage is filled with books and beakers, a mix of a lab and library all squished together. Hyuk takes in a deep breath, a content look on his face. If you're thinking this is where Hyuk studies his heart out you would be mostly wrong. Glancing at his bookshelf, hundreds of maroon books line a shelf. Hyuk sits down on the couch in front of the small wood fireplace, grabbing an identical maroon book from the tableside. He begins to write furiously, smirks appearing occasionally on his face. Plan after plan, step after step, pouring out of him.

Suddenly, he pops up. Running over to his lab table, he grabs a beaker and pestle and mortar. Throwing lavender, chamomile, and Valerian in the mortar, he picks up the pestle and grinds them together for 10 minutes in a counterclockwise motion before adding it to the beaker. Looking at the clock reading 3:33 Hyuk rushes to grab a bottle of clear liquid, pouring it in the beaker. Slowly he rotates the beaker mixing the ingredients. “A capite ad calcem”, he whispers, the beaker releases smoke as the liquid turns an unearthly purple right before the clock turns 3:34. Hyuk picks it up, smiling, he pops a cork on it and adds it to a nearby bag, carefully placing it in a perfectly sized pocket. Gathering a few more items, books and papers mostly adds them to the bag. A contented sigh escapes his lips as he grabs his things and heads towards the door. One step over the threshold and a fox appears again. Door shutting behind him the cottage disappears as he sets a leisurely stroll back home.

~2 hours later~

Hyuk walks through the door of their castle, easily shifting back into his human form just as the door closes behind him. Down the hall he sees the rest of the group walking out of the dining hall. Taekwoon and Jaehwan trailing behind. He notices Jaehwan looking tired but definitely in a better mood. “I see Taekwoon is good for something,” Taekwoon shoots a piercing stare at Hyuk readying a retort. “Everything went really well but we have some plans that you need to be a part of tonight,” Hakyeon interrupts before Taekwoon can speak. “Meet us in the billiard room in 2 hours,” he says walking away. The boys file out each going their own way. Taekwoon and Jaehwan heading towards the Music room, Hongbin with a hidden smile on his face heads towards his room. “Well guess I’ll be there. No need to ask me how my day was. IT WENT GREAT BY THE WAY,” he yells to them down the hall.

Hyuk walks into the library, walking to the back corner. An antique mahogany table with twisted legs and elegant carvings and a plush leather wingback chair awaits him in his usual spot. Setting his bag on the table he pulls out some of the books and papers. Settling in he pulls out a maroon book each page causing a flash of memory. After 100s of pages he gets to his newest plan at the top of the page in very careful letters it reads,”The Woman”. A slight smirk creeps over his face. Nothing I have done before will match this.

Ongoing Series - Thai

Cherry Magic (Sat YouTube grey) ep 9 of 12 - I broke. In my defense, it was Monday, I needed comfort, and TayNew were right tf there. Ya know what? They are great in this show. It's a great adaptation. I might like it more than the JBL live action. You know why? Really, honestly WHY...?

That was a PHENOMENAL KISS. Those boys did Thailand fucking proud. They did fandom a solid. Thank you OGs for reminding us how it's done. I was getting used to SloppyHot. And SloppyHot has its place, but that TayNew rooftop kiss was a top tear class act. It was tender and sweet and respectful and joyful. It was eye work and breath work and years of practice. How very far BL has come while still staying so much the same. TayNew - I salute you!

Cooking Crush (Sun YT) ep 11 of 12 - The recipe book thing was so damn cute and I love a claiming. YOU KNOW I LOVE A CLAIMING!

In fact, I love OffGun.

I love food based BL.

I adored seeing a reboot of "the infamous dragging".

But I don’t love anything else about this show. Sigh.

1000 Years Old ep 1 of 12 - Finally we get our gay vampire BL from Feel Good Bangkok. Stars Shane (My Engineer) and fresh face Opal, directed by Champ (2gether). It’s kind of odd but enjoyable. A group of teen UFO seekers find a vampire instead. Opal looks a bit like a mix between Newnu + Leo (VIXX) - so cute + edge. Also, nice to see Shane again on our screens after so long.

Finally, I like the subtle (and sometimes not subtle) presence of ghosts permeating this show. Do the friends know she's there? Do they know she's dead? Is the existence of paranormal accepted but not that of aliens? Or are the two combined? Is this lazy writing or just fun world building? Who cares! It's enjoyable.

For Him (Thurs iQIYI) ep 12fin - the nail painting bit was very cutie queers and I've not seen it done in BL before, so that was nice. For some reason captions never dropped for me on this last episode, but it didn’t really matter. Not much happened and I understood everything anyway.

Quick pitch?

From the people who brought us Unforgotten Night based on a y-novel, about a young man nursing a heartbreak who has a one-night stand, but the other boy didn't want it to end. This turned out to be a pulp that wasn’t half as good as it should have been and even less memorable, but not terrible. 5/10 DON'T BOTHER unless you're v bored

City of Stars (Fri iQIYI) ep 3 of 12 - Oh it is such a pulp: the acting is not good and the script is terrible. Of course, I’m mildly enjoying it. Very good dream kissing. There's something appealing about these main characters - I think it's the moot crushes. We rarely get to see that. These days everything feels very one sided, this... isn't.

A Secretly Love (Thai WeTV) - Khonprot, a third-year hazer of the engineering faculty, has a secret crush on Pluem, a tsundere fourth-year head hazer. Over the years, he's seen Pluem cycle through girlfriends. Recently, after a public breakup, however, Khonprot thinks maybe a boy has a chance.

I tried but I can't get into my WeTV account anymore and I'm way too lazy to figure it out. I'll catch it grey if I can, since I've rebooted the bootlegging side of my BL life for Cherry Magic anyway.

So this show may stay in this section, or I may bump it down to "it's airing but..."

Ongoing Series - Not Thai

Love For Love's Sake (Korea Weds iQIYI) 7-8fin - Ugh it was GREAT, despite some pretty telling flaws. I ended up feeling like some of the filming was amateurish (very overworked low angles - director's first feature, I assume), and the narrative is a little disjoined and on the nose, AND the subs are clumsy (which I don't expect from KBL) BUT I still loved it. (FYI - I wouldn't be so harsh on a BL for this kinda thing except one from Korea.)

Quick pitch:

This isekai-based KBL is about a man who must win a game by convincing a reserved teen outcast to fall in love with him. Of course, that teen represents himself and his own unhappiness. Like many queer narratives, this show is actually about self worth, trust, and found family, and it is VERY on the nose. But I don’t expect subtlety from my BL and I enjoyed it's truly lovely redemption arc and earnest performances. While I found the narrative a touch disjointed with overworked filming angles and poorer than average captions, this is certainly much better than early KBL in terms of consistency of tone, script, and immersion. Highly rewatchable and charming, which counts for a lot. 9/10

Perfect Propose (Japan Fri Gaga) ep 4 of 6 - Gosh, it’s so lovely. But I do just constantly want to give them both hugs.

AntiReset (Taiwan Fri Viki/Gaga) ep 4 of 10 - Oh look, Taiwan has created yet another BL where I spend most of the time watching it grinning like an idiot. Surprise surprise. The pet name thing was fucking adorable. Also Taiwan once more proving they come by their "kings of kissing" title honestly. I mean to say. In a week of good kisses this one was just... WOW.

On the other hand, some of the underpinning themes are starting to v worry me (ownership, consent, age), and we only just got started, and I don't trust this production company so... I have concerns.

But also... YAY KISSES!

Although I Love You and You AKA Sukiyanen Kedo Do Yaro ka (Japan Thurs Gaga) ep 6 of 10 - Like many other shows on this list. I just enjoy it the most when the two leads are on screen together. So this episode was kind of lacking because they were apart for most of it. I also am starting to agree with the tone of the plot, that maybe they ARE better off as friends not lovers. (And I'm sure I'm not supposed to want that.) Oh Japan, must you?

My Strawberry Film (Japan Gaga) ep 1 of 8 - Oh it’s good. In the arthouse lane so don’t expect sweetness & light or an HEA. If there’s no cartoon aspect to a JBL, there’s usually no joy. But it is certainly good. Teens uncover some old film and a mystery around a pretty girl. The background music is wildly annoying (and rarely in the background).

Ossans Love Season 2 (Japan Gaga) - 5 years later, will anything have changed? This is Japan so… probubly not. I won't be watching this. I disliked Season one and actively hated the follow ups. No thank you.

Playboyy (Thurs Gaga) 14 eps - Dear Playboyy, it's not you, it’s me… I hate you. You’re about as deep (and as palatable) as a shot glass of cum. While I'm sure you’re someone’s kink, you're my weakest link. Goodbye. I DNFed this at ep 5. Frankly I'm impressed with myself for getting that far.

Time the series (Tue Gaga/YT) 10 eps - dropped it at ep 4.

2/24 Unknown (Taiwan Youku) 12 eps - Older brother tough guy breadwinner looks after his sister and defacto adopted little brother. Little bother falls in love with him and is sent away after a stolen kiss. But when he comes back…

Sam Lin has a cameo so even if I wasn't already excited, I'm in. We should be on our guard though, Taiwan will occasionally go edgy, dark, and sad... this could go there.

One assumes GMMTV is filling in the BL time slot with something queer on their YT Channel after Cooking Crush ends, they gonna lose subs if they don't. But I've not been paying attention to the chatter so I don't know which of their line-up it will be. I think G4 are filming/off radar now, and Earth is in that het noona thing? Plus they gotta sort out the IP for MIx-Up and Ossen. So it won't be one of the announced adaptations. They'll hold My Golden Blood for the high season, so I think it'll be one of the lesser known lead-outs. Wandee or Only Boo maybe? But they only just started filming those. Are we getting our long awaited GL? Anything else left from 2023 that I forgot about?

BLOODRIGHT - Vampire Jaehwan AU - Chapter 14

I hope you enjoy this next chapter of vampire Jaehwan. Seriously, it's so difficult to write a pissed off Jaehwan, he's such a sugar muffin. I hope it comes across well!

"What the hell are you doing back here? You know this section is off-limits."

"I came to speak with my sister."

“Your sister?” Jaehwan looked at you and silently questioned.

“He is my brother….but I haven’t seen him in years. He also wasn’t a vampire when I last saw him.”

“And you were not a vampire’s tramp when I last saw you.” Your brother’s hand shot out and what looked like dirt flew out towards Jaehwan. When Jaehwan dodged the attack, your brother moved quickly and had his hand wrapped around your throat before you could blink.

You gasped and wrapped your hands around his arm to try in vain to escape.

“Stop moving!” Your brother’s harsh words in your ear made you freeze. You looked up at a seething Jaehwan. His hands were clenched at his sides and his red eyes seemed darker.

“It seems you do not value your life. Release her and I will give you a quick death. Otherwise, I have years of experience with torture and, I promise, you will wish I’d killed you.” Jaehwan’s voice was similar now to what you’d heard when he spoke to Mr. Timms. A cold chill ran up your back as you thought about it.

“Mother told me you had taken very quickly to your vampire master. What? Did you take one look and offer your body to him? Stupid girl."

"Let me go!" You struggled again but your brother's hand tightened on your throat again. You gasped for air and pulled at his hand. His other hand went to your arm and grabbed a patch of skin there but didn't twist it yet. You instantly stilled. Years of punishments and reprimands flooded into your brain and your body automatically responded. Your brother chuckled.

"You never disappoint, sister. You don't like your arms to be touched, do you? I wonder why…..?"

"Please stop…what do you want?" Tears streamed down your face but your silent sobs turned into a scream when your brother violently twisted the skin he was holding.

"Shut up!"

"You bastard, be a man and talk to me!" Jaehwan's hands were fisted at his sides. He was desperately trying to restrain himself from causing a massacre.

"My sister will get me what I want, won't you?" You shook your head but cried out when he squeezed your arm again. You didn't know what he wanted but you knew he'd have no problem with killing you. He never had been a proper brother.

"W-What d-do you want?"

"Mother told me how you embarrassed her and father when she brought you here. So you're going to come back home with me and train again and again and again. Once your master sends us the money he was supposed to, we might return you. Maybe in one piece, too."

Fear froze your heart. You never wanted to go back there.

"Mr. Timms even personally offered a special training so that when you return you can properly serve your master."

Your face went pale as you completely understood what your brother was insinuating. Mr. Timms was going to finish what that doctor had started.

Jaehwan started forward again, intent on killing your brother.

"Your Highness, we heard screaming." A noise came from the back door of the house and several vampires rushed out to see the commotion.

"Y/b/n, what are you doing?" An older-looking vampire stepped forward with confusion on his face.

"If this vampire is yours, order him to release my donor before I decide to kill each and every one of you."

"You wouldn't dare!" a vampire spoke from the back and you saw that he looked to be the oldest of the lot. "You would start a war over one insignificant donor?!"

"Don't test me! If he doesn't release her, I swear none of you will leave here alive!" You slightly jumped when Jaehwan's voice increased in volume.

"Oh just let him have this one, we'll find you another one when they become available." The vampire who had spoken to your brother rolled his eyes as he spoke.

Jaehwan advanced on the vampire so fast, that you didn't see him move until you saw that he had his hand around the old man's throat.

"You'll be the first to die."

The old vampire sputtered in disbelief.

"Now!" Jaehwan belted out the command and all hell broke loose.

Something shattered behind you, hitting your brother. As he yelped in pain, you were both pulled back by a strong force. The action caused you both to fall to the ground. You landed, hard, on the ground but your brother no longer held you.

Taking the opportunity, you tried to scramble away but your brother grabbed you once again, this time by your hair. Screaming in pain you tried to pry his fingers from your hair.

Suddenly, a heavy boot landed on your brother's arm.

"Release her." You looked up to see Jaehwan, shaking with anger. Your brother had no choice but to relax his fingers so you could pull your hair free.

"Min, take him."

Jaehwan's second in command quickly hoisted your brother up and led him away.

Almost instantly, Jaehwan was at your side. He gently picked you up and settled your body against his.

"Your Highness, he is my charge." The old vampire who had spoken to your brother earlier stepped forward. Jaehwan didn't even turn to acknowledge him.

"He is mine now."

Jaehwan turned with you in his arms and started out of the garden.

"The banquet has been canceled. I will allow you to stay for tonight and a meal will be provided for you. You will leave first thing in the morning after you get your affairs in order." Jaehwan didn't wait around to hear their arguments, which were quickly rising.

"Your Highness, this is unaccep–"

"I will not hear you. My decision is final."

You could still hear the other vampires arguing as Jaehwan walked into the house. He didn't use his speed this time and walked up the stairs.

You kept your arms around his neck but didn't say anything. Your mind was too shocked to think about speaking. Once you both were past your bedroom door, Jaehwan slammed the door shut with his boot. The loud sound caused you to jump.

He sat down with you on the sofa set to the side of the room. You waited but he didn't move. Instead, he tightened his arms around you and buried his head against your shoulder. Now that you were still you could feel that he was shaking. His breath was against your neck and it sent goosebumps to your skin.

"J-Jaehwan?" You tried to lean back but he tightened his arms around you again.

"Wait…please. I need you to stay right here so I won't go back down there and kill everyone." Your heart plummeted to your stomach when you heard his words. Concerned, you tightened your arms around his neck. But, your action backfired when his lips landed against your neck.

He removed his arm from under your knees and curled it around your waist to join the other one. One of his hands splayed over your back against your spine and pulled your body closer. You were sure that he could hear your racing heart.

After you took a deep breath to calm yourself you realized you didn't want to move. The adrenaline was gone and the fear you'd felt earlier came back. Now, you were both taking comfort in the other and you never wanted him to let go.

"Y/N," His voice vibrated against your neck and you had to bite your tongue to keep from making any noise, "are you okay?"

"I think so. I'm sorry for causing trouble…..again."

He finally leaned back and you felt cold. You instinctively frowned and he furrowed his eyebrows.

"Where are you hurt?" He looked you over and his eyes landed on the newly formed bruise on your arm. He lowered his head and placed his lips on the bruise. This time, you couldn't stop the small surprised sound that came from your throat.

"I promised that you wouldn't have bruises on your arms living here."

"You can't control what other people do. No one that counts has hurt me, that's what is important to me."

"Do I count?" He raised his head to look into your eyes and you couldn't help but smile a bit. When you nodded, he smiled in return.

"Really, I'm okay." You moved one of your arms from his shoulder and he immediately grabbed it. You looked at your forearm and noticed the cut an inch or two above your wrist. "How did that happen?"

"A piece from the glass bottle Min smashed over your brother's head must have nicked you." He didn't hesitate before leaning forward and running his tongue quickly over your skin. The sound that came from your mouth this time caused your cheeks to turn bright red. You slapped a hand over your mouth and your eyes went wide.

Jaehwan's eyes found yours and you noticed an expression in them that you hadn't seen before. A tingling feeling erupted in your belly as he reached forward and removed your hand from your mouth.

He looked down at your hand and held it up for you to see. There was also a cut there, just in the center of your palm. You expected him to do the same thing as he'd done with your arm but he wasn't moving. Looking up at him, you saw him staring at your lips. Awareness flooded your being. It took you only a couple of seconds to realize that the blood from your hand had landed on your lips when you'd covered your mouth.

"May I?"
