Masterpost
Gerard Deities
Anon idk if this is what you want lol but I decided to make a huge masterpost as a reference.I may or may not remember what I wrote in my last post in my last blog tho. So this post will be updated if I have extras.
These will be the Gerard looks that I interpreted based on how I insert them into my own Ghost universe. These looks are based on Gerard’s costume while he’s on tour during MCR Return.
(Disclaimer : I expand them individually as a character of their own and not as Gerard Way himself. You can see I didn’t use his name in these characters except for the Jean de Arc look; which the character interacting with him didn’t call him by name. If you have an idea on what I should call him, let me know!)
Lets start with our beloved, The Secretary
Origin : Uknown.
First discovered when The Director steps into office one day and notices how his secretary is bleeding and well…appears to be dead but working at the same time as if nothing was wrong. The Director concluded that something happened to them that renders their current secretary’s body to be inhabited by something out of this world.
Their purpose? to type and database everything that is happening in the clergy in the present and also in the future. The Secretary is almost like a storyteller in a way that is capable of dictating or prophesizing what the future will turn out to be.
They’re one of the powerful deities for their ability to predict the future.
The Nurse
First appearance: when The Secretary brought in The Director’s dead body to be revived. ( see the series https://archiveofourown.org/series/3731701 )
Origin : they have been here since Primo’s time. Responsible in the Papas death. Seems to be enjoying their job at the clergy somehow.
Gerard de Arc ( possible name, The Knight)
First Appearance: 200 years after the so call Apocalypse caused by Copia, found Copia in the ruins of the clergy and tried to kill him (series on going, will be reposted and linked properly)
He’s on a quest for years, to collect 1000 souls so he can ascend to Heaven; joining his Brothers and Sisters. His final task is to kill the Anti Christ – which is Copia himself.

The Showman

The Showman looooves everything glitter and gold. He would often spawn himself together with a mysterious casino in towns, especially big cities. Rumors has it that nobody has ever won anything from their place and that people would often go missing, but hey at least the music and drinks are great.
The Rat King / The Trash Man (or trash Papa as some called him)
These two goes hand in hand. You’ll find one nearby after all. The Rat King communicates with all the rats, the epitome of the Plague itself, able to turn into a hoard of rats . The Trash man , bringer of disease and chaos.
The Cheerleader
A sweetheart honestly. Sweet summer child. They love to hang around with Copia the most ( it’s the console games). Theyre a good deity to pray for good vibes and protection. Will probably kill your enemies with a flame thrower.
The Teacher
This one works in the clergy as well, in charge of teaching the new ghouls about everything on planet earth. Patron of Knowledge really.
The Saint
Another good patron for protection , if you need help harming your enemies He will do the job. He’s more aggressive and male leaning in figure. Capable of bringing natural disasters and chaos on earth.
The Tourist
Almost like a trickster, or the norse god Loki. He mostly would play tricks and pretends to be other deities , taking over an empty shrine or a dead god’s altar. Likes to hang out with The Showman.
The Vampire
Man is a vampire.
The Cat
Goes hand in hand with The Cheerleader sometimes but a lot more independent.
The Ghost
Non malevolent entity. He’s just there as well.
The General.
Patron of War , I imagine Corrupt Papa Copia would go to war with him, hand to hand. Victory will always be in your hand
Hierachy
From the Top, the most powerful Deities and the lowest.
There are a few more others that I couldn’t figure out, like the blue dress, the skeleton, the black swan (Bauhaus?), the clown and theres one with the white suit, bandaged bloodied head that I forgot the name. There are other interpretations on the outfits from others that are more in tune with the MCR fandom than me lol (I saw a few posts about the explanation here and on reddit. FROZEN 3: Hans is much more needed after F2 ...
After so many years, but, most importantly, after Frozen 2, one important misconception about what Frozen seems pretty clear to me: Frozen is NOT about kicking the bad guy ass, IS about the characters own feelings, traumas and insecurities.
So, why I feel like Hans has the potential to be better supported as a character, despite the fact that he was not in Frozen 2?
It's not purely a matter of personal liking, but also for narrative reasons: Frozen 2 needed to take Frohana through a new journey in order to mature, to go through a transformation (Change):
And working as the true aftermath of the 1st Frozen, most importantly for Anna & Elsa, who actually go through a even deeper and greater evolution rediscovering their family heritage and themselves:
During their journey, Anna, Elsa and Kristoff meet a series of other human characters meant to help them go foward with their path:
Frozen 2 bases its plot on a series of mysteries (the Truth about the Past) and dangers (the Spirits) met in an uknown territory like the Enchanted Forest, so these new characters are there to give information, support and reflect how Anna, Elsa and Kristoff are evolving as people after the changes the Frozen ending brought, but also show each one of them going through a "different path" caused by their still unresolved insecurities, risking to break them apart if they are not careful:
The way I've always seen it, Hans is a great bringer of tension for the characters, a tension that Frozen 2 couldn't allow itself to have, which is also related to another, very important choice by the directors for this movie:
Jennifer Lee: We weren't looking looking for a new situation and shaken up a new character whose was actually looking for an evolution, we wanted to complete their journey. [...] And we had fun with all the new characters, but there was just this thing when we strayed away, particularly from Anna and Elsa journey, it didn't resonate ...
This "vacant place" in Frozen 2 is filled by the Spirits and Ahtohallan, because we are following Elsa's narration (Action driven), about the sisters parents and about Arendelle's history, but this "disbalance" in the main human cast is, in many ways, a "plot point" to relfect the aftermath of F1 (as a recurring joke):
Hans was CENTRAL in the first movie (which, you know, is the also first time we've ever seen any of these characters), but his real intension were shilded by other matters, primarly by Elsa's uncontrollable powers and the Duke of Weselton fear of magic, and his reveal is purely related to Anna, just as Elsa is the only character that has seen Ahthohallan. Not only Elsa's narration is very different from Anna's, but it's also defined by very different elements (magical spirits) compared to those of F1 (prince charming).
Right now, I believe the characters DO need a different element of tension to then develop and subvert, and Hans fills both the sisters narrations quite perfectly with this new status quo, but think alsoand of course Kristoff & Sven. And don't forget about Olaf and his growth in F2: many probably ignored that part, but Olaf felt anger for the first time in his brief life after Elsa "betrayed" him and Anna. Then imagine what would happen with someone like Hans, or even his family ...
Not only a loveless and disfuctional family is an important and real theme, it's something that was clearly meant to resonate with Anna, Elsa and Kristoff in F1 (and in the Musical that is a much clearer point). Then, imagine how important this could be for Froahana now, for Anna and Elsa, whose parents did everything they could to protect and help them, even at the cost of their own lives.
But also what they went through themselves during F2, and what could be the tension between them in a context like this.
And imagine how important it would be from a world-building prespective visiting the Southern Isles: its culture, its people, its history. It would be perfect for Anna now that she's Queen, visiting a neighborhood kingdom that is surely very different from her own, and even for Elsa, the Fifth Spirit, in a place where magic probably doesn't even exist, or has a different nature/history compared to that of Arendelle (where humans & magic equally co-exist) and, most importantly, to the Enchanted Forest (where magic overwhelms everything). And thinking about Kristoff, who would feel deeply pressured in such a place (Hans is a prime example himself), and probably his relationship with Sven would be ridiculed pretty easily:
Also, seeing 12 other princes in the Frozen universe could be quite a funny way to make many callbacks to Disney history, but also "help" Hans stand out much better because his older brothers are probably much more beautiful and "perfect" than he was during F1 ... And after F2 had all those characters, I'm pretty sure having 12 princes we've already heard about and all coming from the same kingdom should be easier Ha ha ha
I know these are all speculations, but I think Frozen 2 proved quite well that the directors know us fans have questions about the first movie, we're curious to know more about this world, and they can clearly get deeper, introduce new elements, but starting close to Anna & Elsa, just like they "brought back" Agnarr & Iduna under the spotlight even if they were dead.
Most importantly: this world is wider now, is full of new elements, with even a deep history. These things are not secondary, and can be used to handle things differently without losing the focus from the themes of family, trauma and solitude.

1 Kings 20: 1-9. "The House of Thunder".
The House of Yah, called encompasses persons we call Yehudi, the Sons of Yah or Jews. Jews are not comprised of just anyone who wears a cute little hat. Jews are the culmination of a series of evolutionary steps that begin with the undersdtanding of Hebrew a long and complex tradition whose aims are communicating a religious experience of life on earth between human beings the way an ant communicates about life in an anthill with other ants, or the ways bees commune together regarding life in the hive.
This is because religion is practiced by everyone but for the most part is uknown to anyone without the live wire connection between Hebrew and Jews. The Melachim, the Kings of Israel are responsible for maintaining the telephone poles.
The Torah promises so long as the House of Ben Hadad stands the world will eventually come to a specific level of understanding called Mashiach, the combined result of full individual understanding of religion. So far the Melachim has illustrated ways this process is disrupted or waylaid. Ahab, a brotherhood of idolators, has been the worst.
So long as men turn to each other without first turning to Adonai, "The Hymn Fountain of Lore" we shall not enter the House of the Sons of God. We will instead watch life dwindle in duration and meaning, perhaps even dry up altogether just as we have for hundreds of years.
To make progress such as we've never attempted before the Melachim says everyone has to be educated. Every man woman and child needs to fortify what is called Aram, the Elevated Citadel upon which sits the Crown of Israel atop every sentient being. Its placement, as we are about to read does not take place without a struggle:
Ben-Hadad Attacks Samaria
20 Now Ben-Hadad king of Aram mustered his entire army. Accompanied by thirty-two kings with their horses and chariots, he went up and besieged Samaria and attacked it.
2 He sent messengers into the city to Ahab king of Israel, saying, “This is what Ben-Hadad says:
3 ‘Your silver and gold are mine, and the best of your wives and children are mine.’”
4 The king of Israel answered, “Just as you say, my lord the king. I and all I have are yours.”
A King is the one upon whom the nation is dependent. Individuals who are comprised of organ systems and cells are dependent on the decisions made by the owner of the brain, actual nations themselves are dependent on one man with a better brain than the rest:
In the portion of Shoftim we are given the mitzvah to appoint a king, “You should surely appoint over yourself a king.”1
"The Midrash Tanchuma2 says, “The head of the generation is the entire generation.”
The Rashba3 writes that “the king is like the community, because the community—indeed all of Israel—is dependent on him.” Similarly Rashi4 also says that “The nassi [the ‘leader’ or ‘king’] is like the entire generation, because the nassi is everything.”
The Rambam5 says about the king, “His heart is the heart of the entire congregation of Israel.”
The king is like the heart of the Jewish people, because just as all of the organs in the body are dependent on the heart, all of Israel is dependent on the king."
The King of Aram is responsible for discrimination which is responsible for Samaria, "the place of watching" which ensures nothing sarcastic or profane is uttered and causes heartache.
The Thirty Two Kings of Aram are: 6519, וה���אט, leat, "working to achieve recognition of the autonomous self."
The segment את ('t) is also the base of the four second person pronouns (in English all translatable with "you"). It may be a coincidence that this segment looks like it has to do with את ('et) meaning with, but if it is, it's a fitting one.
The difference between you and me is not innate in newborn babies. In fact, it takes toddlers several years of growing and learning to recognize an autonomous self versus an autonomous other (and finally to develop a theory of mind, that is the insight that someone else might know different things).
The Autonomous Self is the cornernstone of civilized life on this world. It's primary ignition after birth comes from its parents who provide it with the wood, oil, and fire from lucid society.
The process is illustrated by the crusaude of the King of Aram who wants to unseat Ahab by taking as many people as possible with him forward into as enlightened a culture as possible.
5 The messengers came again and said, “This is what Ben-Hadad says: ‘I sent to demand your silver and gold, your wives and your children.
6 But about this time tomorrow I am going to send my officials to search your palace and the houses of your officials. They will seize everything you value and carry it away.’”
7 The king of Israel summoned all the elders of the land and said to them, “See how this man is looking for trouble! When he sent for my wives and my children, my silver and my gold, I did not refuse him.”
8 The elders and the people all answered, “Don’t listen to him or agree to his demands.”
9 So he replied to Ben-Hadad’s messengers, “Tell my lord the king, ‘Your servant will do all you demanded the first time, but this demand I cannot meet.’” They left and took the answer back to Ben-Hadad.
Elders- habits and traditions and their stakeholders are always going to say no to enlightenment because have not already tasted it. We are a planet that is quite accustomed to the many silly things that cause it pain, to rise and fall.
The Torah says this is naught but making bricks without straw in Egypt to satisfy the stubborn whims of an idiot king like Ahab and in his kingdom we cannot stay.
Children and wives are the patterns and products of the search for enlightenment, if procured properly visibly outmode the past. The world kept turning, for isntance when we allowed women to vote, to choose their own medical care, instituted marriage equality and most importantly outlawed slavery.
They are the norm to us now, but were once the forethought of men who put effort into changing what were once thought of as inalienable traditions, no matter how miserable they made us.
The Gematria explain specifically how we would do this again today:
v. 5: 8378, חגזח, hazaz. "a fierce enclosure", "social justice."
The verb חצר (hasar) relates to the first visual manifestations of a gathering or emergence of some sort: to begin to cluster or gather or emerge.
The Hebrew verb עזז ('azaz), generally means to be strong or powerful. This verb is often applied to denote one of God's inherent qualities (Psalm 89:13) compared to man's weakness, and when it's applied to man, it usually denotes either a prevalence in battle (Judges 3:10) or arrogance (Proverbs 21:29). The Preacher notes that wisdom is strong for the wise (Ecclesiastes 7:19).

v. 8 3155, גאהה, ga'hag "national pride"
v. 9 9401, טדאֶפֶסא, tadafesa, "officials in charge of the peace."
tada= the officials, the persons and aspects of self who are paid and must work to provide the self and all selves with comprehension of the Torah and Tanakh.
pesa= peace, as in Pesach.
It is the battle between the wise and their arrogance that results in Pesach, the ability of an entire culture to follow the leader to something unknown but better.
The Melachim says the first step is always in the direction of social justice, over which there is always battle, but as we have seen as a point of national pride, it is one worth fighting.

okay I get why Verne is sweeping but cmon, Adivian is right there. Verne is a great character and we've had the entire series to get attached to him and Adivian was kinda boring and barely there until recent episodes, but with these latest developments he is SUCH the most tumblr sexyman character in the series. demon disguised as a priest with dubious morals and incredible power who was banished to earth to serve a sentence for an uknown crime by the other demons who keep order with a more posh and refined demon foil who he has borderline-gay sexual tension with? I've barely seen a MORE sexyman character than that

why takumi took ren to england and leave his daughter in japan?
Hello anon!
Everyone knows I don't have sympathy for Takumi but he didn't took little Ren with him and left Satsuki alone. When in the present time he speaks with Naoki, he clearly said that he missed his daughter and he's sorry because he would like his family to be reunited but Hachi doesn't want to come to England and wants Satsuki to stay with her in Japan, waiting for Nana to come back. Takumi is aware that his mistakes of the past are also one of the reasons why Hachi refuses to follow him with Satsuki in England.
If you read the panels below it's clear that it's not Takumi who took little Ren with him, it's Ren himself who (for still uknown reasons) doesn't want to stay in Japan despite his mom and sister are there. Everytime Takumi tries to send him again in Japan, he escapes and hides in order to remain with him in Lodon.
Takumi is definitely not a good husband nor a good person in general, but he seems to be at least a good father and loves both his children. This scene of the manga is probably the only one where I liked Takumi in the whole serie, because he finally admits he's a jerk and his mistakes has ruined his marriage, his family, his band, his precious Reira's life and many other things. He appears finally human and stop to act as the powerful Takumi who is better than anyone else and can do anything. He's a simple man who loves his children.

A/n: So I actually dreamed of this so I wanted to right it and it’s with the serie sex education on netflix so if you didn’t watch please do it will help you a lot <3 and enjoyyyy!!!
They said divorced parents are hard, they’re right. I moved from my mum’s house to my dad’s. But I needed to change school and country. My mum lived in U.S.A while my dad lived in the UK, Wales. Did I want to move? Yes but why? Stepdaddy issues perhaps. But anyways my dad lived in Moordale which meaned I had to go to the high school of Moordale. I was not a bad student when I lived with my mum, I just had little discussion with my teachers but it was always recpectfull.
“Hi dear, do you like Moordale?” my mum asked while we were facetiming. “Yeah it’s alright I just miss my friends and stargazing but I’m okay why did you ask?” I asked back, “Oh because I didn’t like Moordale, does your dad still live next to that therapist?” “Mum, I don’t know what’s his name even?” “It’s a woman named Jean Wilburn, she has a son I think his name is Otis, you used to be friends when we still lived there but that didn’t last” “Oh okay I’ll ask dad about it if you want, I didn’t really meet our neighbours and dad is working so I’m home alone with Benji (your dog), but I gotta sleep tomorrow is the big day innit?” “Goodnight Y/N” “Night mum”
Next day (morning)
Oh god it was my first day at Moordale High School. Dad wasn’t home like always so I had some time to get ready. I just wore mom jeans, a vintage graphic tees and some black converse. I just did a naturel make up look and a messy bun. I went to school with my bike. I saw, I think, Otis leaving his house with his best friend I guess. But I needed to go to school a bit earlier to talk to the headmaster. I arrived at school and I’m quite a bitch to uknown people so let’s see how it went.
“Hello uhm I- I’m Y/N L/N and I’m a new student” “Oh yes, why don’t you take a seat dear” “Yeah I will thanks” I responded to the secretary. “Miss L/N, you can go to mister Groff” “Okay great yeah thanks”

On my way out I was met by this great looking girl. “Hello, I’m Maeve Wiley and I’ll show you around so you don’t get lost” She looked really good with her dark brown hair, I love her style, it fits her, she seemed nice. “Oh hey I’m Y/N L/N and I have to take my schedule at the secretary can we do it now so then I don’t forget?” “Yeah yeah sure” We went to the secretary to take my schedule. Maeve showed me the classrooms and every single place in the school. I really like the old toilets. “So why did you change school because you’re new and I didn’t see you during summer break” oh no well I’ll keep it short for her, I don’t even know her that well to talk about my familyproblems “Uhm I just moved to my dad’s during the summer break so yeah” “Divorced parents?” “Yes, mum lives in U.S.A” “Cool! I know that The Witcher series was made based on books theoretically because they altered and butchered a lot ugh , but an uknown game making studio without a big budget in 2007 nailed the striga better than the company with much more money in 2019 did.
And that 2007 striga looked just like she was described in the books.

You can’t see it here, but she’s lean/skinny, has very little hair that aren’t red as they should and she drags her umbilical cord around (that’s more of a botchling characteristic really, even though striga too is a deformed, miscarried fetus).
In my opinion, that striga looks like taken from a cheap 80s horror movie.

a really good headcannon i just thought of- that 70’s show, but the gang is at camp half blood. which god do you think would be each kids parent? donna is athena, jackie is aphrodite (maybe), fez is uknown (like his country), eric could be hermes maybe?, kelso has apollo as a dad, (unsure about that), and hyde’s would be either ares or posideon or something. what do you think?
I haven’t read the Percy Jackson series (or seen the movies), so I can’t comment on the books’ version of the Greek gods. But I do know my Greek mythology, so I’ll answer this question from that standpoint.
Donna: I agree that her Greek god mother could be Athena. That definitely fits.
Jackie: Aphrodite fits her.
Hyde: I see Hermes as his dad. Hermes was a trickster and caused a lot of mischief.
Fez: Apollo could be his dad. Apollo had some trouble with the ladies, and he didn’t understand why they’d rather be turned into trees than date him (this is a simplistic description, but it tells the tale well enough for this commentary).
Kelso: His dad might be Zeus, who tricked or forced many women (and some men) into being his lovers by shape-shifting. He was a serial cheater, just like Kelso.
Eric: He might be descended from a Titan, not a god. Specifically, Prometheus, who gives mankind fire, to the displeasure of the gods, and is eternally punished for it.
Laurie: Eris, the goddess of discord, is her mom. That’s a no-brainer.
