🎮Tubbo x fem!reader 💛 First Kiss Chronicles: Animated Moments and Tender Beginnings
Requestsed? No
Summery: imagine having your first ever kiss with Tubbo at his home while having a sleepover, watching South Park and eating snacks.
Trigger warnings: kissing¿
Tumblr media
The soft glow of the television cast dancing shadows across the room, the laughter from South Park echoing in the cozy space. Tubbo and I sat side by side on his couch, engrossed in the antics of the animated characters on the screen, a bowl of snacks nestled between us. Amidst the playful banter and shared chuckles, there lingered a comfortable silence, a tangible warmth between us. As the night wore on, the sounds from the show began to fade into the background, the air thick with an unspoken anticipation. Suddenly, Tubbo turned towards me, a shy yet determined look in his eyes. “Hey, can I… uh, do something?” Curiosity mingled with a touch of nervousness, my heart skipping a beat. “Sure, what is it?” Without another word, Tubbo leaned in slowly, hesitantly, his breath mingling with mine. Time seemed to suspend as our lips met, a gentle and tender kiss that felt like a whirlwind of emotions. The softness of the moment lingered as we pulled away, a shared smile lighting up our faces, a newfound closeness intertwining our hearts. “Wow,” Tubbo murmured, cheeks flushed with a mix of excitement and bashfulness. “Yeah,” I whispered, feeling a rush of emotions, a surge of joy. Returning our attention to the show, our fingers occasionally brushed against each other, each touch sparking a new warmth, a sense of connection that enveloped us in its embrace. The night continued, filled with animated chatter, shared laughter, and stolen glances. And though the show played on, it was that fleeting yet magical moment, our first kiss, that remained etched in our minds, a memory to cherish amidst the glow of the television and the comfort of each other’s company.

My masterlist :)
══✿══╡°˖✧✿✧˖°╞══✿══
I wasn’t much for parties, but if you passed me a couple shots of vodka and some damn good music then maybe I could get down to a song or two.
The party was getting loud and heavy. Bodies were sloshing around the dance floor, music rumbled the whole room, and silhouettes could only be defined in blue and pink. I sat on the couch, clutching my glass as I watched my friends dance while laughing and holding each other close. It was interesting watching from afar— seeing these people I had only met months prior in a Minecraft server now here and present before me having the time of their lives.
It was safe to say I knew most of the people here— it is a QSMP party plus some guests after all. I’d like to think I’ve talked to every single member there is to the server, whether they would be frequently active or log in every once in a while, but there was someone in this party I was dying to get to know. Though he only logged in for at max a month, he had a daughter, posed as a son under Phil, and even had some sort of gay romance with Quackity.
You know who I’m talking about.
The myth.
The legend.
“—Wilbur! Pass me another glass, would you?”
Yup. William fucking Gold.
He was here by convenience. Lovejoy was in the city for his worldwide tour and it just so happen that the stars aligned for him (and maybe a bit in my favor too) to be here.
I constantly glanced at him— He stood there next to the bar area and never really left that specific spot. His shoulder was pressed against the pillar wall while his other arm held his red solo cup. Every so often one of his friends would come up to him and spark up a conversation before retreating with other friends. Not Wilbur though. He remained firm in his position at all times, and his eyes would sometimes lurk amongst the dancing bodies. Maybe he was looking for an excuse to join in, but never really found his little reason.
I felt the weight of the sofa shift as someone took their seat next to me. It was Tubbo, who looked wasted, but had some sort of consciousness in him still. His arms sprawled out as he sunk into the cushions, letting out a loud sigh.
“Whewww! I am so… Dizzy…” He exhaled. I rolled my eyes before turning my direction toward him.
“That’s sorta your fault for drinking so much.” I commented. He puffed out his cheeks while squinting at me.
“Psh, I’m a big man now. I know what I’m doing.” He scoffed. “How about you? Doesn’t look like you’re doing much. You’re usually my party buddy here!” He exclaimed, sitting up.
I sighed. “I mean yeah. I guess I’m just a little buzzed.” I shrugged, my gaze leading itself back to Wilbur. His long limb wrapped around the pillar and his cup was now placed on a surface. His mind was occupied with the phone he was clutching in his hand. My head tilted a little at the sight and without realizing, a little smile was forming on my face. This sparked Tubbo’s curiosity.
“Don’t tell me you’re looking at..—” Before Tubbo could say anything else, I whipped my head around, causing him to nearly choke laughing. “NO WAY—! ARE YOU CRUSHING ON—?”
“BE QUIET! “I squealed. I jumped toward him and put him in a headlock while using my other hand to cover his mouth as I muffled his obnoxious laughter.
“Dude, shut up! It’s not that big of a deal—” Tubbo broke out of my grasp, sitting up and staring at me.
“Alright, so if it’s not that big of a deaaaal—” without a second to spare, he raced off of the couch and darted towards Wilbur, becoming a near foggy vision under the LED lights. My heart skipped a beat as I desperately stumbled after him. I burst through the dancing crowd, nearly slipping because of the sleek tile floor.
“TUBBO YOU BITCH!” I screamed. But it was too late. By the time I yanked the boy by the shoulder, he was already grinning sinisterly at the sight of Wilbur’s flustered expression. I pushed Tubbo aside, now putting me in the position where I was right in front of the man.
“Uh…” I croaked out. A part of me wanted to just crawl into a hole and die at this point.
Wilbur chuckled, leaning his head against the pillar while smiling down at me.
“Hey there. So uh.. What was Tubbo talking about..?” he asked, slightly side eyeing Tubbo, who was losing his shit laughing while clutching Fit.
“D-don't mind him! He was just kidding haha!” I tried to nervously laugh it off, but under the dancing lights I was a heated red mess. I glanced behind him, realizing there were spare cups and glasses of alcohol. Without thinking, I moved past him and swiftly poured my own shot before frantically gulping it down.
The alcohol burned my throat, but luckily it was quick to loosen me up. I whipped my head back to Wilbur, who had a mixed expression of shocked amusement.
“Wanna dance?” I quickly offered, holding out my hand. I knew I wasn’t thinking this true, but what else could I say to break the ice?
“I.. Uh.. sure..—?! Ah—!” without letting him get another word out, I grabbed his hand and led him to the dance floor while occasionally bumping into the large groups of people. Some even took a double take at the sight of me dragging Wil.
Holy shit, this is so embarrassing. I thought. But I was far too gone to pull away. I turned around to face him now, bobbing a little bit to the music. He looked down at me, and with the red to his cheeks and the blue light shining down on him, his face was a sweet purple. The sight tugged at my heartstrings, and I felt my knees going weak.
If anything, I needed another shot. I turned to Tubbo, who was watching us with Jaiden and Fit. With my hand, I held up my thumb and pinky and held it close to my lips, indicating that I needed a drink. I watched as Tubbo ran off, leaving Fit and Jaiden confused. Chuckling a little bit, I turned back around to look at Wilbur.
He was sort of bobbing around, moving to the beat of the music. It was obvious that both of us weren’t completely feeling it, but all I needed was one shot and maybe I could help him start feeling the vibe. I watched as his lanky arms swayed from side to side.
I smiled a little. “Not much of a dancer?” I asked. Bashfully, he shook his head no. As if on queue, Tubbo ran up behind me, shoving a plastic cup into my grasp. Turning away from Wilbur, I brought the brim to my lips and chugged down the rugged taste. The alcohol rushed through my throat and into my nerves like poison, but I was back into the game. I shoved the cup back into Tubbo’s grasp and whispered him a quick thank you.
As if on instinct, my hands were on Wilbur’s hips, making him yelp in surprise. I picked up our pace, swaying to the beat of the music. Wil fumbled a little, not sure what to do besides move his torso with my consistent guidance. I decided to help him out, and as our hips grooved, I moved his hands onto my hips and rested my hands on his shoulders.
“Come on, you got this.” I smirked. A spark of boldness flamed in my chest, and the look on Wilbur’s face was my gasoline. He took one of my arms and backed away a bit to twirl me in place before holding my waist with his forearm, dipping me down so that my hair touched the glowing floor.
“I-I don’t even know your name!” He chuckled.
“Well..—” He pulled me back up, but I still remained close to his face. “Call me (y/n).”
We continued to dance to the music with our bodies intertwined. His leg was in between my legs. My arm was wrapped around his neck. His hand was on my hip. Our other hands were intertwined. It felt dangerous to be so close to stranger like this, but shit, did it feel right. For all hell, he could’ve been a mass murderer and I’m his next prey.. Although.. Looking into those eyes, I’m no better than a mouse falling for cheese on a trap.
“So how’d you meet Quackity?” He asked.
“Oh, we go way back to when we went to college together. He was a busy ass kid, but we bonded through those late night cramming sessions.” I chuckled. “How about you?”
“Ah, we used to do similar content like years ago on Youtube, then we got put into the same minecraft server, bonded outside of the server, and the rest is history.” He smiled. “It’s crazy seeing how far he’s come though— Y’know, creating a whole server full of people from all over the world and all.”
“Yeah, it’s pretty crazy.” I laughed. “How about you? Heard you were a whole rockstar.”
“Pfff— rockstar?” He scoffed. “Don’t boost my ego now.”
“Oh, come on! You’re hardly on the server. It’s really the only explanation you have.”
“Well, yeah, I guess so—”
“Hey lovebirds!” Tubbo butted his head between me and Wilbur. “Are you guys having fun getting to know each other?” He chirped. He clasped his hands together and brought them near his cheek, giggling at the sight of us together.
I pulled away from Wilbur before playfully shoving Tubbo away. “Shut up!” I exclaimed. He only cackled in response before disappearing into the crowd yet again. Before I could chase after him, I felt a pair of hands grip the sides of my waist, pulling me close to his chest.
“Come on, it’s not his fault.” Wilbur whispered in my ear, the alcohol near apparent in his voice. It took Tubbo’s outburst to make me realize we were wasted and dancing the night away with Wil equally as drunk as me. I tilted my head up and sighed, taking comfort in his wobblily smile.
“Let’s get out of here, yeah? I saw there’s a gas station near by. We can get a couple snacks and walk around the city.” I reached up, cupping his face with one of my hands.
“Hm, sounds like a plan to me.” Wilbur smiled back.
Though we spent the rest of the night with him drunkenly talking about any random historical fact his mind came up with, or the outrageous stories he had while on tour, tonight it really did found like I found someone like no other. Someone who knows how to dance with me without even knowing my name. Someone I would confide in telling my life story to. Someone I could maybe, just maybe, fall in love with.
So, did I thank a hangover 19 year boy the next morning afterward? Yes, yes I did.

Hi, Jay, are you feeling better? Hope you do<3
Could you do poly morning crew just aggressively complementing each other, so much that it just becomes three way competition on who can do better and bigger show of affection for the others?
taking it one day at a time thanks tia <3
Pac loved Fit and Tubbo he really did but sometimes it was insane how they could turn absolutely anything and everything into a competition. This instance had started off with simple compliments. All Pac wanted to do was compliment the two of them. It was his pleasure considering he had two of the strongest men on the island doing absolutely anything he asked.
But as it stood the two of them had turned it into a competition. Every day now they were showering Pac in compliments and gifts. But then they started complimenting each other. If Pac was being honest that caught his attention more.
Hearing comments from Fit about how pretty Tubbo's eyes were and comments from Tubbo about how strong Fit was. It warmed his heart. There was something so sweet about seeing the two of them go from arguing over who was complimenting Pac better to giving each other elaborate gifts under the guise of competition.
"You guys do know you can just date right?" Pac said to them one day as they stopped in their tracks and stared at him. "You're acting like one of those teenage couples in high school that are so overbearingly romantic all the time. Why not be honest and put the label on it?"
Tubbo opened his mouth, then closed it, before opening it once more. "But you and Fit are dating."
Pac had to giggle at that. "Yeah? We both think you're cute."
Fit flushed as Tubbo turned to him with accusatory eyes. "Have you been being honest this whole time?
"Uh... yeah."
Tubbo stared at him while his eye started to twitch. "Pac," he said.
"Sim?"
"Your boyfriend is an idiot."
"Both of my boyfriends are idiots."
"Fuck yeah we are," Tubbo said under his breath before grabbing Fit by the face and kissing him hard.
Pac laughed, loud and free. Things were looking up.

Quackity who’s dating streamer reader and she’s also tubbo’s older sister, I feel like that would be very funny
Thanks for the request!
Quackity dating Tubbo's sister HC's!
Tumblr media
(Imagine Alex sending you this photo??? 😭)
Quackity met you through Tubbo and at the first time he saw you, he just fell in love. "Why are you staring my sister, dude?" Tubbo asks him. "Because she's perfect, man. Is she single???" He'd ask Tubbo. "Not for you, idiot!"
Alex would follow you on Instagram and Twitter and you'd stream together, becoming friends very quickly
After a couple months, he'd ask you out!!! Of course you'd accept it! "Heyyy, guess who asked me out, uhh?" You went to Tubbo's bedroom. "I don't know if I want to know it..." He says and you laugh. "Alex!" The boy rolls his eyes and smiles. "Unbelievable."
You and Alex started to date a few weeks later!!! Alex would receive a message on his phone as soon as you tell Tubbo you're dating.
Tubbo: if you hurt my sister in anyway I'll kill you and I mean it, dude
Alex: don't worry, she's in good hands
The three of you streaming together would be so chaotic, I can picture Tubbo rolling his eyes every time you and Alex kiss and hug each other (lmao). He'd pretend he's very jealous sometimes, making the both of you laugh and you hug him!!@
Always laughing together :(( Alex spending the weekend on your and Tubbo's house means watching stupid movies and laughing so much!!!
Cooking together OMG the kitchen would be a mess and you'd make them clean it later
Taking Tubbo with the both of you in trips>>> He'd feel very adorable with the both of you paying his food
You and Alex pranking Tubbo almost every weekend, poor boy 😭😭
Tubbo would be so happy that Alex's your boyfriend and he'd support your relationship a lot <3
Thank you for reading, I hope you enjoy the writing! :)
Requests are open!

Lore is angsty, and I've been writing a lot of angst. Here's my idea of something a bit more domestic, a family dinner:
Four am was an odd time for dinner, but things are already odd on the island to start with.
It started with Roier and Cellbit getting back to their castle late, after going back and forth with theories, jokes, and flirts (mostly the latter two). It was already three thirty a.m. by the time they started on making something to eat. Even though the couple had eaten meals alone before, that idea felt extra lonely today. Cellbit typed out an open invite on his communicator.
>Me and Roier are making dinner if anyone wants to join us.
It only took six minutes before somebody arrived. It was Mouse, and she was holding a holding a plate with a cake on top of it. Cellbit was a bit confused, but she explained how she brought a dessert since typically people eat dessert after dinner. The cake got placed in the middle of the table, a lovely center peice. They quickly fell into soft conversation, which included Cellbit teaching Mouse how to say some more words in Portuguese.
Five minutes later, more people appeared. It was Fit, Pac and Tubbo. Tubbo was covered in what looked to be grease, which he was trying to get off his hands with a rag. Pac was covered in some kind of dirt or dust. He had probably just finished building or was at least taking a break. Fit was complaining about how accident prone the duo was and how they would have been here even sooner if it weren't for that fact. Conversation turned to Tubbo attempting to explain how the machine he was making worked.
Soon, Jaiden appeared, and Roier came out of the kitchen to greet her. She jokingly kissed the back of his hand, and the Roier loudly complained about this was the only kiss he had gotten all day. It was an outright lie, but Cellbit could help but take the opportunity to kiss Roier. Jaiden laughed, almost like this was planned and knowing those two it probably was. The new conversation was Jaiden trying to convince the entire group of her belief in Hatuse Miku.
Not too long after Antoine and Etoiles showed up. Cellbit honestly wasn't expecting more people, but they were definitely welcomed additions. Etoiles explained that they would have been here sooner, but he got busy with the monsters he had been fighting. Antoine didn't explain why he was also late, but nobody really asked. The conversation started up again. This time, as questions and jokes about Antoine's odd anatomy (Does he even need to eat? The answer seems to be yes). Eventually, the topic of conversation was Etoiles sword and how he even managed to get in the first place.
It was Jaiden who asked about the burning smell coming from the kitchen. This question was immediately followed by Roier running back into the kitchen, swearing very loudly. Mouse held her hand over mouth in shock. Jaiden looked at Cellbit with concern. Pac covered one of his ears, and Fit looked at him with a similar look to Jaiden's. Tubbo was the one to yell loudly at Roier, asking about the food, getting flipped off, and cussed out for his troubles. Tubbo just laughed. Antoine seemed unbothered, but Etoiles asked if Roier might need any help.
Turns out the food was burnt passed being edible, and it was put to a vote on what they should eat for dinner. It was now nearly four in the morning, and the sun was just below the horizon. Suggestions included, but weren't limited to: The cake Mouse brought, avocado toast, noodles, and sandwiches. Sandwiches won the vote. Somehow, all nine of them ended in the kitchen making their own sandwich.
It was four a.m. by the time all of them had sat down with their sandwiches and conversation continued between the nine. A joke of this being the worst dinner party ever turned into a joke about this being family dinner. This joke turned into a philosophical discussion over what makes something breakfast vs. dinner.
The cake was cut at around four thirty a.m., after everyone had finished eating. A dessert to end family dinner.

🎮Tubbo x fem!reader 💛 Keys to Comfort: A Piano Lesson with Tubbo
Requestsed? No
Summery: Tubbo teaching you how to play the piano and you getting frustrated because you find it more difficult than you thought it'd be and he comforts you and you two end up ordering pizza and watching The Office in his bed.
Trigger warnings: none
Tumblr media
As Tubbo patiently sat beside me, fingers gliding effortlessly over the piano keys, I couldn’t help but feel a pang of frustration. His easy mastery made it all seem so simple, yet my attempts felt clumsy and discordant.
“I just can’t get it right,” I muttered, pressing the wrong keys once again.
“Hey, it’s okay,” Tubbo reassured, his cheerful tone attempting to alleviate my growing frustration. “Learning the piano takes time. You’re doing great!”
But the notes sounded anything but great to my ears. I sighed, feeling utterly defeated. Tubbo noticed the shift in my mood and placed a gentle hand on my shoulder.
“Let’s take a break,” he suggested, leading the way to his cozy living room. The scent of freshly ordered pizza wafted through the air, promising comfort.
As we settled in, the familiar intro of The Office filled the room, and Tubbo handed me a slice of pizza. “This always helps me unwind when I’ve had a tough day.”
The tension slowly dissolved as we laughed at Michael Scott’s antics and quoted our favorite lines. Tubbo’s infectious laughter was contagious, and soon, my frustration melted away into the shared comfort of a favorite show and good company.
“It’s not about getting it perfect the first time,” Tubbo said gently, glancing at the abandoned piano in the corner of the room. “It’s about enjoying the journey of learning. And trust me, it gets better.”
His words lingered in the air, carrying a sense of reassurance. Maybe learning the piano wouldn’t be an instant success, but having Tubbo’s support made the journey seem less daunting.
As the episode came to an end, Tubbo flashed a grin. “Ready to give it another shot?”
I nodded, feeling more determined than before. With Tubbo’s patient guidance, I returned to the piano, ready to embrace the challenge once more, this time with a newfound sense of perseverance and a slice of encouragement, just like the pizza we shared earlier.

Intergalactic Abductees: Ranboo (1)
Tubbo (1) Tommy (1)
{This piece takes place after the events of Tubbo (3)}
Word Count: 1,414
TW's: Injury, Medical Stuff, Mentions of Abduction, Mentions Of Past Abuse, Fear of Death, Profanity, Mentions of Trafficking
Characters: C!Tubbo, C!Ranboo, C!Philza, C!Technoblade
Summary: As Ranboo begins to settle back into life with his crewmates, their most recent, bizarre addition is still recovering.
(Prepare to be confused by some alien species names that I came up with while I was high.)
"Ranboo?"
The boy in the hall went stiff.
"You can come in."
Ranboo's teeth ground together as he ducked into the room.
"Was I breathing that loud?" he asked.
The blonde Avisien offered him a soft smile. No matter how many times you got a smile from that man, it never failed to feel like a supernova. Explosive. Bright. Warm.
"I could hear your tail against the floor," Philza informed him.
"Oh."
Ranboo chuckled sheepishly, shooting a glower at the wiry tail in question. He swore the thing had a mind of its own. It flicked to the side in that moment just to spite him. Philza nudged one of the chairs out from beneath the metal table. He pointedly tossed his head towards it. Ranboo didn't need to be told twice. He dropped into the hard chair. Techno had promised to swipe some better ones next time they landed on Flurr. The planet was so wealthy that they wouldn't even notice if their whole home was relieved of its lavish furniture.
Of course, Techno had never gotten around to it before the incident at the market. From that moment forward, their lack of comfy chairs was the least of their worries.
Ranboo leaned over the table to get a better look at the limp figure.
"Has he woken up yet?" he inquired quietly.
It wasn't exactly unusual for Ranboo to find him sleeping. He'd watched over the reckless little bastard for the majority of his time spent in the trafficker's shuttle. But this felt different. Tubbo wasn't tossing or turning or making weird guttural noises. He was stiff.
He looked dead.
"No. I got the measurement on the dosage right this time around," Philza assured him. "I didn't want to overdo it with how small he is but I guess I underestimated his species' biological capabilities. Scaled the damn cabinet with a sedative in his veins and two broken ribs. I've never seen anything like it. I wonder if this has anything to do with it."
Philza lightly tapped the bizarre, hardened lower half of Tubbo's leg.
"What is it?" Ranboo asked.
Philza squinted.
"Mm, if I had to guess, I'd say it's a limb replacement. Or cover? Enhancement? I didn't want to mess with it too much. Clever design but primitive hardware. Maybe I'll have Techno take a look at it. More his department than mine."
The winged man dipped another swab into the yellow goo beside him. He dabbed at the stitching along Tubbo's chest and paused to watch it dissolve into the unconscious boy's skin.
"Most of our medicines haven't worked on him but at least he seems to be taking well to the disinfectant," Philza remarked. He twisted the lid back onto the metal tin and stacked it on top of all the others.
He'd nearly gone through his entire collection of menders and repairants trying to find one that was even semi-effective. In the end, he had to do things the old fashioned way with frustratingly tiny plates and screws for the busted bones and a bit of medical thread and a needle to finish it off.
"How are you doing?" Philza inquired, looking up at Ranboo for the first time during their conversation.
"Oh. I'm fine! No more burns," the Endlocke assured him. He held freshly healed hands up for emphasis.
"No, I mean how you doing, mate," the man amended.
"Ah. Um, yeah, still fine. Just...glad to be home."
"We're glad to have you back. Listen, if you ever want to talk about what happened, I'm here."
Some part of Ranboo felt that even if he did talk about it, Philza wouldn't understand. But a far larger part of him knew that his two crewmates were likely the only two people in the whole galaxy who could understand.
"You know what still kind of bugs me?" Ranboo said. Philza nodded encouragingly. "He didn't even leave."
Philza could practically feel the desperation for a subject change radiating off of fidgety dual-toned boy. Not the time to push the issue, he figured.
"Who?"
"Tubbo. I mean, they opened those doors a lot and he was probably small enough to sneak out. But he didn't. Didn't even try."
Philza glanced down at the Terran in consideration. He hummed.
"Well, he had the gall to chuck a screw at a Cantaris just get his attention so he obviously cares about you."
Ranboo couldn't help but laugh at that. How brilliantly in character for Tubbo to approach a literal war species and throw something at them. Even after the little guy had hurt himself. Far too self-sacrificing for his own good since the get-go. That's why Ranboo's hearts shattered when he saw Tubbo looking at him like that. Philza assured him it was the result of panic at seeing the syringe but it didn't make a difference.
Ranboo had known Tubbo for more cycles than he could keep track of and in all that time, he'd never seen the steadfast little creature cower. Not once. Even during their first time meeting. Cautious, sure, but never scared. All things considered, maybe Tubbo should have been afraid. Anybody his size with such little biological defenses built into their body should've been terrified of a natural born predator.
But Tubbo wasn't.
Maybe that's why his planet was so easily-
"I'm back!"
Ranboo whirled around just in time to find the Cantaris kicking the doorframe as his own odd way of knocking. It was a nasty habit but since he was the one always fixing the ship, Technoblade was more than capable of buffing out whatever dents he put into its walls. He hesitated in the entryway, skeptical blue eyes lingering on the boy laying on the table.
"He's sleeping, Techno," Philza chuckled.
The pink-haired man sighed in relief. He strode up to the table, grey eyes still flickering between the tiny being and his crewmates.
"You don't know how many shady dealers I had to go through to find this stuff," Technoblade announced. He held a small container of clear liquid up in a gloved hand. Ranboo winced at the very sight of it.
"How much did you get?" the winged man inquired.
"Enough to drown in. You're sure this stuff's safe for him?"
Ranboo nodded vehemently. He recalled the few instances when the Faustins would forget to toss a dish of the vial substance into his cell. Tubbo would get quiet. And sick. Even a single cycle without the stuff seemed to take a toll on him.
"Weird species," Techno remarked.
"The weirdest," Ranboo agreed fondly. He folded his elbows atop the table, resting his chin against his hands. "There's so many things I wish I could ask him. I wish he were chipped."
"Oh no you don't," Techno assured him. "Not by Faustins. They're notorious for botching the installation process. Instead of translating straight between languages, it'll just translate sporadically. Suddenly you can't even speak your own dialect without jumbling your words with a whole other language. It's migraine-inducing."
Ranboo huffed.
"Well, we could take him to Karl, couldn't we? He did a good job on my chip."
Ranboo's friends exchanged cryptic glances. The tall boy's focus darted between the two of them.
"What?" the Endlocke asked.
Philza seemed to be waiting for Technoblade to talk. The Cantaris' irises bled to a deep red. He shook his head, jaw clenched in stubborn refusal. Philza sighed begrudgingly.
"Techno lost it on Karl's husband while he was looking for you and he refuses to apologize."
"You're mad at Sapnap?" Ranboo said.
"The other husband," Techno grumbled.
"You started beef with Quackity? He's our best parts supplier!" the boy exclaimed, raking his fingers through his hair in exasperation.
"We'll find another. And we'll find another person to install a translation chip, too. I'll find another person. Just gimme a few cycles."
"On a subject this small? Good luck. Karl was the only one willing to put in Skeppy's chip and he's bigger than Tubbo," Philza pointed out.
Technoblade spared a sideways look at the disappointed boy beside him. He drew in a deep breath.
"I'll figure it out," he reiterated, color draining from his eyes once again. He leaned down, briefly bumping his forehead against Ranboo's. "Promise."
Ranboo only nodded. A Cantaris' word was his skeleton. Should either be broken or twisted, a Cantaris could hardly be whole. That's what Techno used to say, anyways. And, hells, Ranboo had to take his word on that.

I was sitting around last night like, "I feel like I'm forgetting something." Then I realized I didn't schedule this piece to post. My bad lol.
