• he, himself, is also a strange individual so there’s no surprise there

• tori sets up tea dates for the both of you as well awwww. What a good friend (he invites you over for tea with him then runs away when yuzuru comes to serve you tea. it is a Kind Of tea date)

• ok i know i have done the sibling ones So often already but. tsukasa’s sibling. YOU being tsukasa’s sibling that is.

• you and tsukasa are constantly discussing how tori has Wronged you everyday

• i really cannot imagine wataru having an enemy. SURE he has a lot of haters (tomoya) (hokuto) but even then it is done so in an affectionate manner. There is simply No hatred in his heart. only silliness

• so unfortunately your hatred of him is one-sided ! enemy to lovers part 2

• being a rival actor to THE wataru hibiki is certainly a predicament. i mean he has sentient hair is there anything he can’t do

• and it pisses you off. Majorly. who does this absolute clown think he is

• you try your hardest at Every show, you sing your heart out, put the most effort in

• and then there’s wataru. who is Equally as hardworking but somehow 10x more charismatic

• even eichi tenshouin is his biggest fan . he has capitalism on his side

• so you have a burning jealousy and hatred for this man . Well until he offers to do a show WITH you

• you just give him the blankest stare . What are you on about

• while he’s laughing to himself and monologuing on how you two would make the perfect lead roles

• i am so normal over him guys trust (lie) (such a lie)

• he is the perfect candidate for enemies to lovers . something about him just screams ‘i love you in a way that is so painful and so mean’

• anyways . being the apprentice of wataru after natsume stops being his apprentice

• I AM SO SANE OVER THIS CONCEPT

• obviously you were Not Really involved in the war so you’re pretty clueless as to natsume’s former relationship with wataru

• which makes you question why he is such an asshole to you. LIKE he does not take your magic seriously at all

• he thinks that you are not qualified which is . so stupid like you cannot gatekeep being an evil wizard okay that title is for anyone

• another good enemies to lovers candidate but in a More pathetic way i think

• you’re the producer for past fine. please hear me out on this concept

• i think your beef would be similar to eichi and hiyori . like divorced couple type romance

• you are regretful of the war and find the memories to be bittersweet. then you talk to tsumugi and he’s like Yeah haha i would probably do it again

• HE HAS ISSUES

• and yet he’s still one of the only people who truly understands and unconditionally supports you… this is a sick and twisted world

• i think tsumugi is too moe kyaah anime girl to have any hatred towards you so the enemies to lovers will (once again) be one sided

• he brings up your time as second years and you feel the need to throttle him

• yet you know him so well too, especially how he overworks himself

• and as an ensemble square producer you have to take care of his soggy pathetic self. Sorry

• that one romance trope of the person bandaging the wounds of the love interest . that’s you two except it’s you dragging his ass to bed at 3am

• he will complain . so you have to compromise on letting him cuddle you

• mostly you two play multiplayer games together and get a teensy bit competitive . in the video game club of Course which means we get natsume to be the (totally unbiased) judge

• sora is realllyyy good at video games which means you frequently lose . this is why you have waged war on him

• you will not STOP until the ultimate gamer title becomes yours

• sora is just ヽ(*⌒∇⌒*)ﾉ he’s happy to indulge and play games with you because your colour is always so bright and vibrant when you do !

• little does he know you are plotting his Demise. his demise on little big planet or something

//because i need a break from the horniness and regain some sanity i decided to do SFW headcanons

synopsis — you were once part of fine, but you left the idol industry entirely after the disaster called 'the war'. but somehow you stumble across an old friend. [ex-fine x amab! reader]

content warnings — sfw, angst and fluff, SPOILERS FOR THE WAR (pre-anime plot)

author's note — just a change of pace! hope you guys like it :) (ITS ALSO VERY VERY LONG SO HEADS UP- also a bit rushed in the end)

Eichi Tenshouin

He didn't expect you of all people to leave the school after he ended your contract with fine, but off you went without another word. Of course this was all part of his plan to help out Yumenosaki Academy, but it did sting him a little bit to know that he lost a good... friend.

He still thinks about you, even a year or so later when he has a new group with him. He also thinks: are you mad at him for what he did? What if he didn't cast you away so easily... would you still be with him? Would you still be an idol? Especially since he thought you were such a wonderful, talented person. Was it his fault that you changed career paths?

Wataru keeps him from spiraling down into the pit of guilt, but can't seem to take his mind fully away from you. Is it love?

Then, unexpectedly, he spots your familiar face in the crowd right before a live.

"Eichi-kun~ hm?" After noticing his leader's stiff state, he joined him to peek through the curtain and follow his gaze. "Oh?"

You were sitting near the back of the auditorium, a poker-face plastered on. You looked quite different... more mature. Eichi wasn't sure if he missed your childish grin or was glad it was gone.

"My my," Wataru cooed. "It looks like an old friend has drifted back to us."

The leader of fine felt conflicted. Maybe stressed? One of his bony hands clutched onto his unitmates, trying to calm himself down.

He had the sudden urge to curl up into a ball and hide away from your gaze even before you even noticed him. Why, why out of all times he became so timid? And before you? Merely a year ago you two were close as classmates could be. Why did his his heartbeat quicken, or his hands start to become clammy?

The blue-haired male seemed to pick up at his antics, and barked out a laugh. "Why, Eichi-kun! What are you so anxious for? One of your old friends has come back to watch you, so we must give them a fantastic performance!"

Or rather: Later, not now.

Literally couldn't stop glancing at you throughout the live, and felt this weird sinking feeling whenever you didn't meet his eye contact.

He also couldn't spot an inch of emotion on you. Were you impressed? Disgusted? He really couldn't tell.

Eichi's anxious performances started to rub onto Tori, who almost messed up some of his parts. Thankfully Yuzuru and Wataru acted like the foundation for them, supporting the unit until the performance was over.

Felt like it went on for an eternity, but finally the song was done and fine bowed towards their fans. Sneaking another glance at you, Eichi flushed at the sight of you clapping politely towards the group. Him.

You wouldn't mind if he came up to you after this... right?

"Ah, [name]."

You turned around as you heard a familiar voice, facing Eichi. He was still in his idol uniform, so you gathered that he had came to you immediately after the performance. How he found you so quickly, you didn't know.

"Eichi," You said slowly, politely. "It's... nice to see you again."

The said male fiddled with his fingers, obviously wanting to say something but forcing to keep his composure. "I- I was pleasantly surprised to see you today. I hope you enjoyed."

The small smile you gave him released butterflies in his stomach. "Quite beautiful, I must say. You did a good job, Eichi."

You really think that? Even after all I've done to you?

"But you-"

You raised a hand, sufficiently silencing the blonde. "Whatever happened is now in the past," You said simply. "And I was an impulsive kid. And although I still cannot condone to your actions, I understand the stress you were under.

"I came to your live because I merely wanted to check on you, Eichi. I apologize for my sudden disappearance, so I did want to come back to make sure you were faring well... and to apologize."

"You have nothing to be sorry for," He almost pleaded. "I was the one being arrogant. It didn't strike me that I would ruin a dream for you, [name]. I didn't think that you would stop being an idol..."

A pained expression flashed on your face, making Eichi feel even worse. "Ah, yes..." You mumbled, then you shook your head. "No matter. I am happy with my current career path right now."

"..."

"I didn't come to have you berate yourself," You said softly, kindly. "I missed you."

Cerulean eyes stared at you in wonder, his pale skin flushing. Before he could open his mouth to respond, though, somebody from the other end of the hallway called his name.

Eichi turned towards the noise on instinct, but froze and shot you a conflicted look. "I... I do hope we meet again, [name]."

Giving him a smile that lifted him up to the clouds, you nodded. "I won't be going anywhere. So, yes."

Finally settling his inner conflicts, the two of you met regularly- a date as Wataru would call it (???)

Tori would find about your meetings and try to pry out anything bad about you to use against Eichi, but being as lovesick as he was everything negative about you he was deaf towards.

You made a sickly man happy. Good job :)

Tsumugi Aoba

Poor man isn't gonna comprehend it in time

What made you choose to leave? Well, actually, he knows... but being and idol entirely? Was your experience that bad?

Probably one of the first people to recover from your dissapearance (he has too much on his plate)

But whenever you or ex-fine is mentioned (which is rarely), he gets deep into his thoughts

He really does miss you

Earning a punch from Natsume

So how is he going to react when he sees you working at his favorite coffee shop all of a sudden?

"Hello," The tired blue-haired man walked over to the counter, sleep prominent in his eyes. "Can I order a-"

"Tsu- Aoba?"

The idol literally snapped out of his tired daze and stared at the person in front of him: You.

"[name]??"

"Oh, wow, uh..." You chuckled awkwardly, trying a nervous smile. The male, on the other hand, stared at you in a frozen state as his mind became a jumble. "How- how are you doing?

"...!! A-Aoba!"

Man literally fainted

Like HOW HE IS ONE OF THE MOST MENTALLY STABLE PEOPLE OUT THERE (maybe not)

And plus he was tired af don't blame him :(

You helped him onto one of the seats and waited for him to wake up with a cup of coffee next to him

He woke up to the scent of strong coffee. Sitting up and groaning, he blinked to see you sitting next to him with a concerned gaze.

"Oh, good, you're awake," You let out a sigh. "Here's your coffee."

The male couldn't help but stare at you even when he reached for his drink. His glasses were crooked on his nose, and you resisted the urge to reach out an fix them.

"I'm sorry if I'm bothering you..." He muttered, looking terrible. "You had to take care of me..."

"It's fine, it's fine! You helped me out so much before, so consider this as payback!"

Tsumugi flinched slightly at the mention of the past, his grip on his cup tightening. "You... aren't mad? Sad? Anything?"

You scoffed, waving a hand. "Nah, I'm over it. Plus, being an idol was kinda too much for me. I prefer this much more."

"But then why did you leave without a word?" He blurted out stupidly. "I missed you...!"

Shutting his mouth as his face flared into a tomato, you grinned at his expression. "I- I mean of course I did! It's not all that weird, haha! ..."

"I missed you too," You cooed, resting your head on your hands. "Sorry if I made you feel sad. It was a stupid last-second decision I made. But now since I'm here, you don't have to worry about me leaving again!"

Now, a year later, he's acting like a little puppy around you.

Much to his disappointment you didn't seem to recognize him, but that allowed him to be around you without worrying how you would act. You, being the bright ball of sunshine you were, accepted his appearance wholeheartedly and let him work right beside you.

He kept sneaking glances at you, secretly admiring your features (which he almost got caught but thankfully you didn't think much of it). Nagisa would also ask you questions he already knew the answer to just to hear your voice fill his senses.

He missed you so much.

"So, uh..."

Sighing, you glanced at Jun who seemed to get the message. The younger male left the room, closing the door behind him as you took a seat next to Hiyori, who crossed his arms and refused to make eye contact with you.

"Look, I was really trying to find you," You reasoned. "I just ran into him, and once I found out that he knew you, I thought he could help me."

"But you looked so close," The green-haired male mumbled, looking genuinely sad which wrenched your heart. "I didn't want to think I was going to get replaced..."

"Hiyori, look, you were one of my first friends," You continued. "Nothing's going to really top that."

"..."

You bit your lip. "And... I'm sorry for leaving you. I was just frustrated at the whole ordeal, and made a stupid decision. I was being selfish. Please..."

Your spirits lifted up a tiny bit as he finally looked at you in the eye. "You were being selfish," He scowled. "But at least you recognize it."

He then brought you into a tight hug, which you gratefully accepted. "But now that you're in my arms again, you're never leaving! And don't talk with Jun-kun ever again!"

"Hiyori..."

Things all worked out in the end

I don't know what I'm doing. I just slapped on colors and hoped it looked good

Now I will start rambling!

So there was this person in the Omori discord server who drew fine in the Omori art style and my friend, a fellow Omori fan, sent it to me and I was super inspired. It just looked super pretty and my crops were watered and absolutely flourished!! My friend also helped me figure out who would be in Mari's role, with the options being past fine members and of course, Tsumugi had to die <3

I like him very much (and he is one of my favorite Enstars characters... just #5 though) so I wanna give him that really important role ahah

It only makes sense because he's the one who was the most affected by Eichi?? He really considered Eichi a friend and felt betrayed by his actions while Nagisa and Hiyori were just in fine on contract. I honestly do not know much about the Enstars story and it's been a while since I've finished Omori so idk...

But yeah, it has to be Tsumugi!

Anyways, Eichi wouldn't be a shut-in and only stay at home like Sunny. I see him in a coma after the events of the War and Tsumugi's death? And that's why he's in a dream world, where Tsumugi is still alive and things are starting to settle down.

The white egret orchid in the pic is basically a redraw of the one in Omori. The game says that it symbolizes the phrase "my thoughts will follow you into your dreams."

I associate it with Basil and I think he means well when he shows up in Sunny's dreams as Stranger.

As for Natsume... I'm giving him Stranger's role and he definitely does not have good intentions for Eichi so that line, "my thoughts will follow you into your dreams" would be more of a curse. He'd be constantly showing up in Eichi's dream world and trying to force him to remember what he's done.

The inciting event that forces Omori to explore the dream world with his friends (and him eventually remembering Mari's death) was looking for Basil, who is missing.

For Eichi, the inciting event would be Natsume stirring up a rebellion.

I don't think there'd be silly little creatures to fight like sprout moles and bunnies. The battles would be singing and dancing as per Yumenosaki style. Rebels would continuously spring up and challenge fine to a duel.

But of course, there'd be little side quests like Omori where fine, with 3 out of 4 members being part of the student council, have to do some work. I'm being vague because I have no clue. I can see quests being asked by students and they're like pinned to a bulletin board. Is Yuzuru even a part of the student council or was he just there to help Tori out?

As in their unit hasn't really officially formed yet. I just don't really see where they would fit?

Eichi is not just impacted by Tsumugi's death. Tsumugi is the face of his guilt and also stands for all the other lives that were lost in the War. A really fitting line I remember is Eichi's 4-star card for the Tempest event in which he says, "I'm destroying someone's dream." I had to check in-game so I guess the lines are actually: "I'm the one who crushes that dream. I, and my dream, could ruin the dreams of others." In order to make his wish of creating a utopia for idols into a reality, Eichi has crushed other people's dreams.

I can see him telling himself that they were necessary sacrifices but perhaps there's another small part of him (or it could be Natsume's thoughts entering his head) that asks if Tsumugi's death and the other deaths were actually necessary. Could there have been some world where all that pain could have been avoided?

Yeah that's the end of my rambling~

I'll talk about the rest of fine and their roles later

Ahh I almost forgot that this would be past Tsumugi, who had no blue/turquoise(??) streaks in his hair.

Also I wanted Natsume to be on the right side of the canvas but the way I drew him, it only makes sense if he's on the left. His longer hair lock is on the left side of his face (if it was our pov, it'd be the right? I feel like I'm making this more confusing) and I want to keep it that way but if he was on the right side of the canvas, that longer lock would be on the wrong side...

Also fun fact, my friend shared that fine Omori art with me 178 days ago so about half a year ago... this has been in the back of my mind for some time but I'm glad I finally drew something and wrote my thoughts out.

The majority of my funky ideas are actually Twst-related even though I have yet to talk about any Twst characters or draw fanart of them...

Tsumugi adored Eichi and his presence. If Tsumugi was an insignificant sprig of grass, Eichi would be the sun that he would look up to, all that Tsumugi would worship and adore, the very thing that kept him alive.

That's why Tsumugi gazed lovingly at Eichi as the latter slept soundly beside him, his hands reaching out to brush some of Eichi's blond locks out of his face. He stirred in his sleep and Tsumugi stilled, fearing that his movements had awakened the other. He heaved a soft sigh of relief as Eichi's eyes remained closed and his breathing stilled.

This wasn't the first time they had spent the night like this, side by side, sleeping together in the bed. Eichi always commented on how warm Tsumugi was and how his body temperature was just right for Eichi's perpetually cold body. This wasn't the first time Eichi had thrown himself onto Tsumugi after a particularly intense disagreement with Wataru.

This happened every time Eichi and Wataru had arguments or disagreements, they would argue, and then Eichi would come seeking comfort from Tsumugi, and he would kiss Tsumugi, spend a few lovely days together, and return to Wataru once he found it in himself to forgive Wataru. Rinse and repeat.

All the more Tsumugi tried to commit the image of Eichi's loving gaze, the visual of his peaceful sleeping face, the softness of his lips against Tsumugi's, every time he called Tsumugi’s name with that sweet voice of his and more. Tsumugi had to commit all of these to his brain, engrave it into every crevice of his mind, and make sure that he would remember it all vividly forever, because, as much he hoped, wished and prayed, Eichi will never be his.

Eichi’s heart already belonged to someone else, Tsumugi was just the rebound guy that he would go to when he was upset with his partner, and he would use Tsumugi as a stand-in for Wataru to comfort himself. Tsumugi loved him, loved him with all his heart and soul, but he would never return the same feelings, he would never love Tsumugi the way he loved Wataru.

Sometimes Tsumugi wished that things could have had a different outcome. Maybe in another timeline Eichi would pine for him just as Tsumugi did, or maybe in another timeline they would be happily married and settled down into an idyllic life, just the both of them in each other’s company. But these were just daydreams with a man who never loved him, imaginary lives that would never come to be.

At least, until the sun rises, Eichi will be his, and his heart will forever be with Eichi. As long as Eichi has a use for Tsumugi, he would be happy to give his all to Eichi. He would bend over backwards, heck, if Eichi asked, Tsumugi would be happy to give his life, if it meant that Eichi would be happy.

Anything for Eichi, anything for the man he loved.

the ensemble stars x minions analysis that nobody asked for, under the cut

okay so minions want to serve the most powerful (and evil) guy in the area/time they're in

if they enrolled at yumenosaki prior to the ! era they'd have been looking for a master and might've even worked under shu/valkyrie, who was the top unit at that time

hiyori is very biased and can tell each minion apart

he names them things like Flowery One and Revolting One

nagisa does not understand what a minion is

tsumugi can fucking communicate in minionese

that's part of the reason natsume hates him so much. he can understand them and talk to them and it's horrifying

if the minions were to see eichi's actual plans on the surface level, that would be enough for them to see as evil

there's also the possibility that some minions might see eichi as "good" and exfine as heroes so they'd turn to serve the eccentrics instead

the minions don't harass rei because he scares them

they think he'd eat them

Idk what i did wrong

but my mom thinks wataru hibiki is some kind of space cowboy with 'problems' who 'people go to when they have a problem' also he's elderly. i straight up don't know where she got these ideas, she admits, she herself isint sure herself. I think she may have been describing mama actually Which is strange because when I said "oh, like mama?" she was, and im paraphrasing based on memory here, immediately like "No I hate that person, who is it?" "Madara??? you - why-" "yeah hate that . I hate madara. madara? she's a nope for me. no. no thanks. i want her to stay away from me"

i have never once spoken to her about madara don't get me started on the fact she ships Keito x Mika. No clue what happened there. She also thinks Tsumugi is "a soft, chubby cheeked, little marshmallow" her opinions are fascinating. she has the impression Eichi is Elderly.

For someone who wasn’t typically irritated over people getting a higher score than them in tests and doesn’t let their competitiveness take control over their emotions, Sakasaki Natsume was sure your breaking point.

"Why is he so annoying! Always looking down on me when he only managed to beat me by .5 points… Who does he think he is?" Your friend — well, ‘academic friend’ — silently worked on his essay as he listened to your complaint for the nth time about this, quite literally, stupid academic rival of yours.

Eichi (LMFAOOOO) could only chuckle at your unusual behavior, a dry cough escaping his throat before he took a sip out of his tea that you had generously brewed for him.

"You sure do act quite differently whenever you talk about Sakasaki, [Name]. I didn't know a certain magician could gain so much of a reaction from you." He says, his entertainment growing upon seeing the look of disbelief on your face.

"Hah? Of course not! He's an imbecile who deserves to be put in his place. I'll crush him… I'll crush him into pieces next time!"

"…Whatever you say, [Name]."

Meanwhile, it wasn't like Natsume intended to piss you off. Well, maybe that was his intention — but he does things for a reason, right? Perhaps, you had caught his attention. Or maybe he saw you as an easy target to annoy. Who knows, really?

He knew that you weren't one to usually lose your composure. So, seeing how he was the reason to make you lose it was an accomplishment.

"Sakasaki Natsume!" Ah, that familiar voice. The voice that Natsume had loved so much, it felt like he was in some… sort of spell? Though, every single time you had called out to him, you were always yelling. That was a minus point.

"Sakasaki! Show me your Chemistry results." You demanded. For weeks, you had begged Eichi to study with you non-stop. Why were you so determined to beat him? It wasn't like you cared when others had gotten a score higher than you. So what made Sakasaki Natsume so special?

Natsume hummed, pretending to think about his answer. Well, it wasn't a question, anyway. You were't asking, you were demanding.

"WhAT do I get ouT of thIS?" He asked with a cunning smile, eyeing your test results, realizing that he had, once again beaten you in terms of numbers.

You huffed, your gaze practically stabbing him against the chest. "Anything you want it to be."

"Oh? Well, it cerTAINLY is a loSS for yOU, kitten." Pulling out his phone with a screenshot of his test result, it turned out that he was a point above you.

"You…—"

"ShUSH nOW. You owe mE luNCH."

Oh how much you hated him. You hated his guts. The determination and effort you had in order to put Sakasaki Natsumi in his place was strong.

Multiple of your friends may be convinced that you're jealous, some may even think you're in love. Well, were you?

"I'd rather die than admit it!" You yelled, startling Natsume himself. "I— uh, I mean… fine! Whatever… I'll beat you next time." You muttered angrily, entering the cafeteria, leaving him dumbfounded by your sudden outburst.

'AdMIT whAT..?'

This routine continued on for weeks, maybe even months. To the point both Eichi and Tsumugi were getting tired of your constant rivalry. Though, they both know they can't really do anything about it.

"[L/N]," This time, he was the one that approached you. It was strangely ominous. Why is Sakasaki suddenly acting weird? Creepy… You thought.

"Ninety-seven." You responded without even waiting for him to ask the grand question. Natsume flashed his signature, mischievous smirk as he looked down at his own paper.

Ninety-nine.

"If I loSE?" Your eye twitched.

"You have to confess something to the other! I don't know, do what you want." Natsume huffed, looking down at his paper, once again and thought for a second.

"Ninety-sIX." He sighed in a faux pained expression. A pout displayed on his lips. "CoME on nOW… Don't celebrATE like thAT!" Natsume tapped you on the shoulder, calming you down a bit.

"BefoRE you go off aND celebrATE, i'll tELL you my secRET, okay?"

You raised an eyebrow. You didn't actually expect Natsume to confess something, but… here we are… about to hear something that might cause you to have a severe breakdown and possibly yell about it to Eichi later on.

"What? What is it? Hurry up, I wanna tell Ei—"

"I liKE you. I thINK you shOULD go oUT with mE."

Eichi Tenshouin - UNDEAD

Was it his fault that he wasn’t able to secure you a spot in heaven? Is that why you were dancing with the demons?

And how did all of this happen under his nose?

Eichi watched in disbelief when a fifth member of Sakuma’s unit walked up onto the stage, welcomed quite warmly by the crowd. It was none other than you, [name], being all buddy-buddy with the one man he rather disliked- Rei Sakuma.

An ugly emotion filled the blonde, staining his perfectly-kept persona. It took him forever to earn your trust, even more just to get a real smile. And yet here you were, grinning crookedly as you were embraced by the other unit members.

What did he do wrong? What didn’t he do right?

That look Sakuma shot him; he could’ve swore it was haughtiness. It couldn’t be anything else.

“Eichi,” A gruff voice sounded from behind him, and half-glaring cyan eyes turned to see Keito Hasumi standing near the exit, his arms loosely crossed.

He gestured over to him. “Come on. Wallowing over your regrets won’t you do any good.”

Although the leader of AKATSUKI was slightly thrown off by Eichi’s coldness, he nonetheless followed him out of the auditorium, shutting the door behind him and cutting off the crowd’s cheering. The walk was tense, quiet.

What did I do to deserve this?

All I wanted was to have you on my side. And you left... because of my foolishness.

Next, I wanted to see you again. I did, but with the wrong people.

What’s... what’s next?

“Keito,” Eichi murmured, grabbing the other male’s attention.

“Yes?”

The leader of fine opened his mouth to begin, but shut it instantly. How foolish of me to think I could tell him.

“Ah, nothing,” He managed a smile. “Thank you for picking me up, but I can manage from here on out.”

Keito shot him a disbelieving glance, but seeing that he needed some space, he said his goodbyes and walked off, likely towards the Rhythm Link building. Eichi was left alone right outside of the auditorium, the night spring air chilling his thin bones.

Two strikes, [name]. First abandonment and now favoritism.

After my unit destroys your... ‘temporary’ one in the upcoming MDM, we’ll see if you’re smart enough to choose the right choice with the gratefully-given second chance I will bestow. Don’t worry, I’ll make sure to take care of Sakuma and his other hellbent idols.

After that, if you don’t comply... you’re nothing to me.

Tsumugi Aoba - Alkaloid

Tsumugi was all in it to help the newly-hatched unit that Natsume proposed an offer to. But he didn’t expect to see you there with them.

The air was awkard between the two, but it was only noticed by the leader of Switch himself and that tall teal-haired man, Tatsumi as he called himself. The blue-haired idol resorted to staring at the couch, whereas you stood behind Hiiro as if he was a helpful barrier. The other present boys payed no matter to the elephant in the room, instead talking about their present predicament.

“Well, it seemS to me thaT we have ourSELVES a deaL,” Natsume huffed, pleased. “PleaSURE to be workING witH you, AlkaLOID.”

“The pleasure is all mine, Sakasaki!” Hiiro nodded, grinning. “Thank you so much for this!”

“Well, it seems it’s going somewhat smooth,” Tatsumi sighed out in relief. “Now if you would excuse us, we would like to start training-”

“Ah aH,” The red-haired male stopped, ignoring Tsumugi’s pleading glances.

Natsume crossed his arms. “I woulD like to borROW [name] here foR a minUTE. I do hopE you don’t minD.”

“Uh...” Hiiro shot you a worried glance, taking in your stiff smile. After a few seconds, you nodded hesitantly.

“Yes, that’s fine...”

“WonderFUL. Off you gO then,” He waved off the rest of your unitmates, shutting the door behind him. As soon as they were gone he stepped in between you and Tsumugi, scowling.

“If we’RE going to worK this out, theN you two arE going tO have to fiGURE out your... situaTION.” He huffed. “Come oN, soRA.”

And there they left, leaving you and Tsumugi alone.

“...”

“Uh...”

“Nice seeing you again, Tsumugi,” You finally said, managing a smile. As soon as you gave that heartwarming expression, the male felt unknown anger melt away.

He realized that he was surprisingly mad at you ever since you left. How come he didn’t realize it sooner? Why was he? Then again, he took the childish promise to heart and you broke it. Not only it shot down his confidence, but he closed off doors open to only you.

Now you were back, and he should be happy for you. But a little selfish part of him wanted you to be with him, be on his side. Of course you should choose for yourself, but to think that maybe, just maybe you could have joined Switch...

“Aoba...?”

“Ah- sorry,” The idol chuckled, rubbing the nape of his neck. “Uhm, nice to see you too, [name].”

“It seems like you’re doing good,” You observed, giving him another kind smile. “I’m glad that I’m seeing you once again.”

You... really do?

I guess... I guess I wouldn’t mind if you’re on another unit. For now...

Nagisa Ran - Crazy:B

Nagisa was perfectly aware that Ibara was off doing his own thing. He didn’t care as long as it didn’t affect neither him nor the people he cared for.

But of course he doesn’t have eyes on everybody.

So to say the least he was astonished when he saw that Ibara had elected you for Crazy:B.

the leader of Eden knew that this newfound unit was being created in order to raise the popularity of their unit. They were just scapegoats.

It couldn’t be that bad. Ibara wasn’t that cruel.

Still, he kept an eye on you as you got used to the idol industry once again, but it did hurt him. Seeing you so comfortable around those unorthodox idols, laughing so easily... you never were like that with him.

How come?

Guess it didn’t matter... as long as you were fine.

MDM was sketchy though. He didn’t like the fact that you had to fight your way in order to survive, otherwise you would have been fired forever. He actually despised that fact... after not seeing you for so long, the idea of you leaving again crushed him. It was close, but you guys managed to pull through, thank goodness.

Until Ibara sparked the idea of a variety show challenging the idols of Crazy:B. That was the limit.

He never found out what type of ‘treasure’ you seeked, so you, along with HiMERU, Ibara provided both ‘past’ and ‘future’ treasures.

Nagisa remembered how... constricted you felt when you were part of fine. He never wanted to see you like that again, and yet it might happen because of this.

He can’t let that happen.

“Ibara,” He had mentioned one day, his voice quiet.

The male perked up. “Yes, Your Highness-?”

He stepped back a bit in surprise, staring at Nagisa who walked up to him with a dark gaze. “Yes...?”

“I have warned you before, and I didn’t think I would have to again. You have proven me wrong.” Nagisa said condescendingly.

“May... may I ask what you mean?”

“Don’t pry into other’s past,” He hissed, his calm facade dropping as he glared at the latter. “I cannot overlook that anymore.”

“Leave [name] alone.”

“The Crazy:B kid?” Ibara muttered, his voice faint. “Does he mean something to you?”

“I wouldn’t be saying anything if he didn’t,” Nagisa glowered. “And because we are here right now, don’t try to create trouble for them or I personally will take care of you.”

Saegusa was shellshocked. Of course he had people he cared for, but never had he witnessed him get so protective over somebody.

And he never wants to again.

“U-understood, Your Highness.”

After clarification, Nagisa calmed down, his usual demeanor returning. “Good.”

Not under my watch will you be harmed by anyone.

Hiyori Tomoe - Valkyrie

Hiyori always enjoys the meetings with the Pretty 5- they were always endearing discussing new shops, fashion trends and such.

But he wasn’t sure whether to be happy or horrified when Mika brought a visitor.

“Guys, meet [name],” Mika patted your shoulder, and you waved your hand. Of course Arashi and Aira fell all over you, Tori bombarding you with questions, as Hiyori stood rooted in your position.

“He’s a new member of Valkyrie.”

No. That’s impossible.

“What?” Hiyori yelped quite loudly, catching the attention of the others. “[name]?!”

After seeing a familiar face, your expression brightened. “Hiyori-!”

“You came back but never bothered to see me first?” The male surged forward and shook you violently, causing Mika to panic. “Not only that, but not join Eden?! [name], what the hell happened to our promise?! You said you would come back for me!!”

“Hiyori-chan,” Arashi soothed the male, trying to pull you away from him. “Calm down. You’re worrying our poor guest.”

They were worried that he had unfortunately had fallen into a sour mood, but that didn’t seem to be the case. The idol was genuinely shocked.

“Hiyori, just let me explain,” You rushed out, afraid for another outburst. “I was anticipating greatly to see you and Nagisa once again, but I thought it would be quite rude to intervene such a tight group...”

“Isn’t Valkyrie a tight group?” Tori muttered under his breath.

“No, only me,” Hiyori corrected you, grabbing the sides of your face and pulling you closer to him, a pout evident on his face. “Only me, right?”

S-sure...

The male hmph-ed at your lack of response. “Fine, be like that. I apologize, Mika, but I will be stealing [name]. My condolences to Itsuki.”

“?!”

“You can do that?”

The other idols had to thoroughly convice Hiyori to at least take back that proposal, but they only succeeded in you not being forced away from Valkyrie. Thank god, Itsuki would have had an aneurysm. But you were still in his arms, no chance of running away.

Unfortunately, he couldn’t have you right on his side, just like Jun-kun. But during his free times... like hell he’s going to attach you to him like a brooch on his jacket. Yes, you are his most precious treasure in the world.
