The Solar Flare Revamp 🎳

The Solar Flare came under new management & they instantly gave it a much-needed revamp. What was once just the local lounge is now a bowling alley, nightclub, and karaoke bar all in one - a hot spot for sims of all ages!

Long time no see simmers!

I have been building a lot the last few months but havent been posting here, so im trying to catch up with you all. I will be posting a bunch of builds i have done in that time both big and small!

Vista Quarry Rebuild

My build entry for the BNS177 challenge: “A Home for Everyone”.

I built this in a mid-century modern style to fit Mr Peura’s preference for a one-storey house and big windows.

Since Mr Peura is going blind, I used bright colours to help make it easier for him to navigate around his house.

I also added a hand railing near the bathtubs to help Mr Peura get in and out of them more easily.

Home Chef Midcentury Home

Eccentric artist Frederica Ortiz has one dream - to be the best home chef around. She and her two very spoiled cats Bobie and Paco have moved to San Sequoia to a dream house that she decorated in her favorite mid century funky style. Build on the Sequoia Cottage lot and playtested,it includes 1 bedroom, 1.5 bath, large living space perfect for entertaining, chef kitchen, a detached garage and plenty of room for the kitties

Felt like building and really hadn't used the new pack all that much. I've been really into mid century builds (love Atomic Ranch) and I combined the two. Decided I wanted lots of color & fun furnishings; the kitchen is my favorite (and my dream TBH) but I love the rest of the house too.

I'm a bit obsessed with this house so now I want to play in it. I love my Sims I created for it too. (I always need a Sim in mind when I build). So maybe I will try out the Home Chef Hustle gameplay with Frederica and her cats.

Bobie & Paco both love the house too.

No CC, but I have all the build packs (except Bust the Dust) and I use freely from them all - mainly the ones you would think for this decor - lots of Bowling Night, Get Famous, Dream Home Decorator, Movie Hangout, Decor to the Max and of course, Home Chef Hustle. Don't worry, the only Batuu item is a cute little cat (i think?) statue in the bedroom.

Happy birthday to @historicalfictionsims! I was scrolling through my dashboard here on tumblr when I stumbled across her Mole-Cool Birthday Contest. I love the historical tie-in, and while the 1950s isn't my usual period, I thought it would be fun to take part.

Meet the Molecular Loveseat. Its modified mesh takes its inspiration from this Davenport and the narrow arms of other mid-century sofas. There are twenty four swatches, sixteen incorporating HFS' Molecular patterns and eight solids in the same color scheme.

The Molecular Loveseat is Base Game compatible.

1218 South Willow Avenue - a home by the Lustron Corp. Seriously, I will never understand how these didn't catch on. They have a phenomenal survival rate, considering, and were stunningly low maintenance. Also being well planned and only taking TWO WEEKS to assemble... Good ideas never catch.

Hi, darlings! It’s been a while, I know. But recently I started to use less and less CC in my builds and I thought I would try to do lilsimsie’s most recent horrible, diagonal shell challenge. It was my first ever time doing such a thing (participating in a challenge and building a diagonal house), but I’m quite satisfied with the outcome.
