Tour D'Or is officially available for those interested!
There are three apartments, one duplex and two identical ones with the price range from a bit over §1000 to a bit over §3000.
The community zone includes a swimming pool and a small outdoor area. There is also a handsome Concierge (as always) to take care of all your Sims' needs, a fake bar and a luxury store window just to give it some realness.
The plan looks like this:
IMPORTANT: In the .rar file you will find TS2 Clean Installer file. Make sure you use the Clean Installer - 99% is CC so USE WITH CARE!

Three apartments in a classy tenement house with an arcade and a small grocery store on the ground floor.
In a vanilla game the shopping function will be unavailable (no cashiers) and the shop will work merely as a decoration. To be able to buy anything there, you might want to use this mod to solve this problem and enable shopping on apartment lots.

The Sleep Tubes are a Home in the Cyberpunk Society, and the predecessor to the D-Lux Sleep Tubes.
Appearance
The Sleep Tubes are based on the Nakagin Capsule Tower in Tokyo, Japan.
The middle of the Sleep Tubes is an elevator that slides an enclosed cart through one of three holes on the interior of the tower.

dear ea stop making all ur worlds so american like even the ones that are meant to be inspired by other parts of the world are so so american. bring us attached houses. cramped neighbourhoods. or just houses that dont have an entire football fields worth of space around it. awkward flats above shops and houses that are seperated by alleyways. no matter what my sims feel so fortunate to have such a huge plot of land even if their house is small like its so isolating
#here in england at least having a house thats seperated /detached is SUPER rare like ur either very fortunate or u live in the country#like a cute scottish cottage ugh i love those#but aside from those old buildings u will not find detached housing and thats what i hate abt the sims 4 worlds so much.i miss ts2 apartment

Refurbished (No 7 - The Bridge)
The Rex (Number 7 The Bridge), first released by Parchment, Paper & Co in 2011, has been updated and is now ready for rent.
Originally opened as The Gaumont in 1929, it was renamed The Rex in 1946. Built as a cinema, it had spells as a dance hall and bingo hall before falling into the hands of Parchment, Paper & Co.
The ground and first floor hold three 1 bedroom apartments.
The penthouse to the second floor is a three bedroom affair with 3 balconies.
Call Trixie for a show-a-round. She's P,P&C's longest serving member of staff and is solely focussed on her commission.

also me: no i need to move every sim out of this apartment so i can completely remodel/redecorate every single one just in case i go inside their apartments with a playable sim and they look too empty. They need to be perfectly decorated based on the personality of each apartment resident (who i dont even plan on playing).

Auto Putting Away Groceries
With this mod, Sims can autonomously take market baskets with groceries (e.g. left by a delivery person) and put them away into a fridge, especially when they're hungry. Originally, Sims must be directed by the player to do it.
Update (4 Aug 2023): Removed redundant game version checks in the auto putting away groceries mod.
Choosing the right version
If you have Ultimate Collection, Apartment Life, or Mansion and Garden Stuff installed – choose EP8. If not, go to 2.
If you have Super Collection or at least one of the following packs installed: Open for Business, Pets, Seasons, Bon Voyage, FreeTime, any stuff pack (except of M&G) – choose EP3. If not, choose base.
Butler groceries restoking fix mod
In a vanilla game, a butler who has ordered groceries can't cook until he restocks the fridge by himself. This is a stand-alone mod which enables a butler to cook after someone else has restocked a fridge with groceries ordered by him.
This mod requires Apartment Life as butlers have been introduced in that expansion pack.
I strongly recommend using this mod when you're going to use the auto putting away groceries mod in order to avoid the situation described above.
My unpublished mod simler90-butlerGroceriesRestokingFix is technically the same mod so there's no need to replace it. You may just rename it.
Conflicts
Do not use the butler groceries restoking fix mod with Butler Mod by simler90 – it contains this fix.
