Covid, procrastination, emotional exhaustion, and frustration over dealing with bureaucracy held me back for quite some time. Trigger warning: surgery pictures Surgery was a success and I am resting comfortably in my room. I am doing well. Eating lots of ice chips right now it helps the throat. I am doing well and will be discharged tomorrow sometime. So Dr. Jeffrey took some pictures too and she gave them to me the first one of my vocal cords is before the procedure the 2nd is after see how she closed it off that raises the pitch she also tightened the muscles that controls the vocal cords. My weight this morning is 221.6 lbs May 28 2022 My weight seems to bounce between 220 lbs and 230 lbs right now. Not bad considering May 2019 when I went to the diabetes outpatient clinic I was 298 lbs and at my heaviest I am sure I was closer to 325 lbs. I would like to get down to 175 lbs though I am 6'5" tall so 77 inches tall.
