If it turns out that yes, all of that stuff in the intro happened in less than two months, then we'll have our first confirmed weird biology fact about Grimwalkers:
Grimwalker hair grows more than ten times faster than human hair.
And to be clear, that would be the only confirmed difference so far. Everything else was speculation and headcanons based on the ingredients.

Golden Guard Headcanon?
So I know a bunch of folks talk about how Hunter looks "taller" in his GG uniform at times as opposed to in Hexside when he is clearly a kid.
Like when he confronts Alador and Odalia about the Abomitons he seems to be ALMOST the same height as the scouts he's traveling with.
So on one hand, maybe he's being sent with smaller scouts to keep the illusion up -- OR...
Maybe there's some sort of illusion spell on his mask or his uniform that makes him appear bigger and more menacing?
Just a thought.

Grimwalkers are strange creatures.
They exist in a sort of uncanny valley where everything about them is just ever so slightly off.
Their limbs are a bit too long, their hair never seems to grow,
They're supernaturally strong, these details begin to show,
That these creatures aren't witches, they're made from different parts,
With palistrom for their hair, and galderstones for their hearts,
Selkidomus makes the skin, they breathe just like stonesleepers,
They tend to follow their makers, what we would call their 'keepers',
Do they know where they came from? Nobody knows for certain,
All we know is that there's much that's hidden behind the curtain,
They're unearthed fully grown, they can walk and help and speak,
Even though their physically strong, their magic's very weak,
There's a sacrifice that you must make if you wish to make one,
A ortet must be added, a bone in exchange for a son,
It doesn't have to be your bone, it can be from anybody,
But it will look exactly like them, it'll have their face and body,
According to most they're extinct, there used to be way more,
But the ingredients got rarer, and making new ones became a chore,
Someone's been making Grimwalkers, we can see the evidence,
Rumor has it there's a graveyard, but no one's proved its existence,
Check the head for clues, we think they might hide there,
There's a man there hiding with them, we think that he's their keeper,
Who knows how deep those caves go, just deeper ever deeper.

Saw your one toh wip art piece of caleb and the golden guards and its really nice! it kind of hits more after seeing the latest episode where he stands alongside all the grimwalkers in whats basically their own graveyard. its kinda sad that the grimwalkers probably never had a proper family in life but they seem to have one after with eachother and caleb
Yeah it really be hitting harder now huh? 😭
Although I'm more on the side that what we saw in the ep is actually a manifestation of Belos' guilt more then actual spirits but it's nice to think of Caleb having a grimwalker family haha

Hey, do you think that there is a gliph inside Hunter which Belos used to create him?...
Or maybe he's made of a special material, like palismen, carved by Belos to look just like his brother. Would that be why palisman trees are so rare?
Wait, no. He's not a palisman. I refuse to think that. But what IS a grimwalker!?
Whatever it is, he'll find out soon. I just wonder if Belos has any control of the Golden Guards he creates. Like if Hunter openly tried to fight him, Belos would just undo the magic that's keeping him alive. Probably with an object, since Belos is human...
Could it be the mask? What happens when the mask is broken? Does the grimwalker die?

Oh, and I guess I was kinda right about Hunter's hair somehow growing really fast.
Okay, Belos was probably the reason, but hey, that is unusually fast hairgrowth.
...
Just got a cursed thought.
Belos brand hair growth products!
