TAEHUN:
This boy will look at you with the biggest smile on his face and stars in his eyes.
He’s only mildly surprised.
Even if he wasn’t expecting it, it feels like a natural way to call his attention, so he just turns to you like, “Yes, do you need something?”
This reaction either backfires on you because you end up blushing and melting, or this is just a very casual and lovely moment between the two of you.
“No, just wanted to kiss you.”
He then pulls you into his arms and gives you a kiss on your temple.
KYUNGJUN:
Literally jumps out of his skin if you kiss him out of the blue, it’s very very bad for his poor heart.
He barely even registers that you kissed him and that your lips were on his skin.
Will start whining because 1) you just gave him a heart attack, 2) he’s embarrassed, 3) you are laughing at him instead of feeling sorry.
“Next time just ask me when you want to kiss me, like a normal person!”
“Okay. Can I kiss you?”
*blushes furiously* (the answer is yes, it’s always yes)
HYUNSOO:
He may or may not lets out a high pitched scream.
Then he’s clutching his chest and panting dramatically, complaining that you surprised him.
But also, he has a big grin on his face that’s impossible to wipe off.
He demands that you need to make up for his shock by giving him more kisses!
This somehow ends up turning into the both of you giggling because apparently your kisses are tickling his face and you have to laugh because he’s laughing too.
You two end up in a big tickle fight, it’s really wholesome.
JUNHYEOK:
He will just blink up at you curiously, silently asking what you’re up to.
When you smile at him innocently, he holds out his arm and does grabby hands while saying, “Come here.” in the cutest way humanly possible.
When you get close, he takes your hand and pulls you close.
It’s cuddling time now!!
I feel like he’s a very cuddly boi so it’s always cuddling time when you have nothing better to do.
You chat about this or that in low voices, giving each other a few more pecks, you two maybe even fall asleep on the couch.
HWI:
“Hey!” He glares at you when you give him a surprise kiss.
Not because he didn’t like it, because he’s trying to hide how flustered and embarrassed he is.
Unfortunately, he can’t control the way it seems like the warmth of your lips is seeping through his skin and makes his face feel like it’s on fire.
Yes, he’s blushing and tries very hard not to smile.
Intended angry grumbling turns into cute whining.
Kiss him again and he will just sigh and give up.
SUNGJUN:
He gasps a little because you caught him off guard but he doesn’t dislike it.
Actually, quite the opposite, he really wants you to give him more kisses and you’re really cute so he wants to kiss you too.
However, he’s a manly man so he can’t possibly just ask, that would be so embarrassing.
So the only solution is obviously to start teasing you!

Sounding Board

Pairing: Unspecified male idol x gn!reader
Warnings: anxiety, depressive feelings, feelings of not being enough/being a bad friend
Being other people’s sounding boards had always been something that you liked being. Maybe it was the burned out gifted in you, maybe it was the sad child who hadn’t gotten enough emotional support growing up so you had learned to hide it all or grow a thick skin, or maybe it was simple the fact that you got it – you had bad days and needed to just let it out sometimes too; but for whatever reason, you had always prided yourself on being the person that people could come to with their problems. You were the whiteboard to write on that could be wiped clean the moment they didn’t need to look at their pain anymore, the wishing well where they could drop their coins and trinkets in the hopes their wishes will come true and the fears won’t, the sleepy village they can ransack with their words and concerns because who would even care about the little villagers crops anyway, the emotional support dog that licks up your tears and wags its tail so hard you think it’ll break something but really it just heals your broken heart, the paper lantern they could light and watch float away into the sky to take away their pain with it – the therapist. You were always the fucking therapist.
And on any other day, any other month, any other year, you wouldn’t mind. You knew that everyone needed that sometimes, it meant that they trusted you, that they liked you. There was nothing wrong with asking your friends to listen to your pain, to rant, to get it out, to ask for advice. Hell, you had done it a million times yourself, rarely asking if it was okay to unload your problems onto the closest kind soul.
But for some reason, today wasn’t like any other day. This month wasn’t any other month. And this year sure hadn’t started out like any other year. You loved your friends, you loved being a support, you loved that people loved you enough to reach out when they needed help.
But you had been worrying about your own problems – what felt like a million little problems stacking and stacking and stacking like a leaning tower of jenga blocks, waiting for the wrong piece to be pulled so it could all crash down around you. Your mind felt like a broken vase, glued back together precariously, gentle fingers pushing the pieces into place, hoping and praying that nothing will push too hard, rock the table, that the pieces wouldn’t all fly apart, cutting you up in the process. Every new small worry felt like an anvil on your mind, tightening your muscle in a vice grip, making your body feel like you were underwater but without the weightless joy of floating. Rather, the sinking, pressure-filled nothingness that dragged you deeper and deeper until you couldn’t remember the feeling of the sun. Your hands shook as you couldn’t decide whether to continue working, slowly chipping away at the anxieties and problems you had to work through in order to get back to your moment of peace, or distract yourself with something else, something fun, in order to ignore the problems just until you could think straight, just until your body didn’t feel like every nerve ending was zapping with electricity enough to power a whole city block. Whether waiting or working would be better, you couldn’t decide.
And every *ding* of a new message that you feared to look at meant you couldn’t tell if you were a good friend after all. Who were you to ignore someone else in pain? How dare you not listen and empathize, show care and concern, because that’s what they need. How dare you act just like those other people they complain about. So you try to give them the answers the want as your brain shuts down and you worry if the wording is right or if you sound as robotic as you feel. You look away and ignore the messages that send you into a panic – you know they don’t mean anything but man, you really didn’t think you’d have to think about that idea right now. Not when you had been so good for so long. Not when you had finally gotten to a point where saying it didn’t feel real anymore.
It was starting to feel real again.
As you sit at your desk, typing and typing and typing, not sure if you’re working for you now or working for the you that used to be, who knew that getting words out on a page meant progress, a you who used writing as an escape, you felt hands gently laying over your own, stopping the shaking and click clack click of your keyboard.
A pair of lips press against the crown of your head, as the hands lift your own, crossing your arms across your own chest and readjusting to match the pose, holding you tight against him. He slowly breathes in deep, holding and letting it out. You realize that he wants you to copy as his taps his finger against one of the backs of your hands. You slowly do the same, breathing deeply, holding, and releasing. After a moment of simply breathing, he reaches out to close your laptop, stepping back to pull your chair away from your desk.
He turns you, pulling you up to stand before him, before he pulls you back into his embrace. You didn’t know you needed more of this – this closeness. As though you had been lost out in outerspace, among the cold and dark and spacedust that doesn’t care for you.
He cares for you; this you know without a shadow of a doubt. Because if he didn’t he wouldn’t be here, holding you, kissing your head, rubbing your back, taking care of you when you feel like nothing can fix this.
He knows you have work to do, but he also knows that you need an excuse to take a break. That instead of listening to your own mind and body, you would work your way into a distressing state physically and mentally, and he wouldn’t let that happen. No, he would give you your excuse, silently becoming the reason for your ease, your pain to ebb away in waves as you simply breathe. He knows exactly how to help you, with no words and few actions.
After a moment, he guides you to your bed, pulling back the covers and layering you under a mound of blankets. He grabs the remote, turns on your favorite show, and slides in beside you, knowing all you need is proximity and familiarity. No words need to be uttered, no explanation could help better than the silent understanding that sometimes you just need to be.
And so together, you would be, without anyone else. No other problems, no other concerns, just the show softly playing in the background, the feeling of his breathing against your skin as you pull yourself as close as you can manage. This was how you stayed alive. This was how those ideas stopped feeling real again.

He was admiring you and he swore you were looking in front of you, but when he snapped out of it he realized you’d turned to him and caught him staring. He’s laughing mess after, not too embarrassed about it, but still blushing profusely.
˚ ༘♡ ·˚꒰ kyungjun tries to keep his cool, but his cheeks are burning up in embarrassment when you and one of your member’s catch him staring. When he sees you giggling about the fact you caught him he only gets more shy, trying to avoid making eye contact again.
˚ ༘♡ ·˚꒰ hyunsoo’s eyes widen and he gets so embarrassed, freezing up as he looked past you. He actually doesn’t know what to do so he’s glad when you finally look away because he couldn’t be the first one to do it. He can’t help, but still feel shy when he sees you out of the corner of his eye, smiling.
˚ ༘♡ ·˚꒰ junhyeok smirks and won’t look away, trying to make you feel just as shy as he is deep inside. He doesn’t visually show his embarrassment or shyness so it’s easy to hide for him. Junhyeok only shows how embarrassed he is when you look away as he turns to kyungjun, kyungjun shaking his shoulder to help him calm down.
˚ ༘♡ ·˚꒰ hwi just smiles and tries to look away slowly to not make it ‘obvious.’ Little does he know it’s very obvious and when he finally fully turns around he covers his mouth in embarrassment. The other members like Junhyeok and Kyungjun are laughing at him while he feels like he just embarrassed himself in front of a whole crowd.
˚ ༘♡ ·˚꒰ sungjun immediately looks away, but KEEPS LOOKING BACK AT YOU!! He whips his head the other way when you catch him before looking back and getting caught again. It happens way too many times to the point where you start laughing and so do his other members when they witness it. He is very bad at ‘sneaking glances.’

While watching he takes pictures of you to brag about you to the other members. ''Isn't she amazing at this.'' Gives you lots of complimets about how good you are at volleyball.
KyungJun ->
Secret supporter. I feel like he would absolutly ador it if you love to play volleball. But wouldn't tell anyone about it. Comes to all your games and sits with the crowd. Screams the loudest when you score a point out of everyone. Gets all shy when you tease him about it later. Gives you new volleballs for your birthday every year.
HyunSoo ->
Biggest suporter ever. Comes to all of your games and screames at the top of his lungs if you get the ball. Would get removed because he would be to loud. If he could he comes to your practises. Always brings you water or some sort of snack. Gets really mad when you get hurt. Yells at the other team that it is their fault.
JunHyeok ->
Trys to play with you. He would love it if you tought him how to play volleyball. Gets emmbarased if he makes a mistake and gets all shy about it. He would also help you practice. Overall very supportive. Will come to your games if you asked him to. Gets you and your teammates some water and snacks after. Chears you on every time he watches.
Hwi ->
Also plays with you. Takes to to the park to play together. He wouldn't be very good at it tho. Accidently hits you in your face. Has to apologise every single minut of the day after that. Buys you threats as an apology. You wouldn't mind it to because you get hit more when playing. You would have to tell him it's oke and that it can happen before he stops with apologising.
SungJun ->
Anothor supportive baby. Brings you to the games so he would have an excuse to watch you play. Trys to give you some tips on how he tinks you should play. Chears you on maybe even louder then HyunSoo can. Takes you home after. And talkes about how good you were playing. Also brags about it to his members.

You aggressively tap the buttons of your game controller, tounge sticking out of your mouth as you eyed the bright screen in front of you. Your brows knitted together as you focused on your character.
Sungjun sat beside you, laughing when he peaked over to see you so determined to win the game. He smiles when the words “Game Over” appeared on the screen. You groan, flailing your arms up, the controller dropping in your lap. “Not again!” You looked over to sungjun, slapping his arm when you saw him laughing.
“You’re terrible.” He chuckled as he left his spot on the carpet to retrieve a soda from the kitchen. You followed his movements, joining him in the kitchen. You childishly pout and point to the soda you wanted when he turned around, about to ask.
“It didn’t seem stupid to you when you were so determined to win.” He leaned closer to you, eyeing you suspiciously.
“Oh whatever! Stop teasing me.” You pout and slap his arm.
“I can’t help it, you’re fun to mess with.” He smirked again, his hand slipping to rest on your lower back. The big hand on your back made you blush. “Ah..I see.” He noticed your cheeks warming up.
Your eyes widen, turning to look at him. He stared at you with love in his eyes. “What?”
“I’m making you shy..do you like me teasing you?” Sungjun whispered, leaning closer and closer to your face until you could feel his lips almost touching yours. “Hm?” He tilted his head.
“Maybe I do.” There it was..that boldness you promised to answer with. What you weren’t expecting was his face to light up with a bright blush. “Is this your way of saying you like me, Y/n?” He recovered quick, almost every ounce of shyness leaving his body.
You swallowed hard, nodding meekly. He only laughed. “I like you too.” He smiled. You shook your head in disbelief. “Huh?”
“Would you like me to whisper it in your ear?” He chuckled, moving from your lips to your ear. “I like you too.”

It’s Saturday, just after noon, you’re right in the middle of the vacation and have nothing to do. You spoke with your boyfriend for a bit this morning but not that much because he had a big schedule, as usual. You understood, being in a relationship with an Idol isn’t as cool as it may seem. Hwi is the best guy but sometimes you wish that you weren’t a long distance couple that has to go through the social status of your boyfriend.
However, he told you he was going to post a pic on twitter today, “A special tweet for my special girl” or at least that’s what he said. You were waiting for it with excitement, knowing that even if Hwi’s fangirls got that one, you have like ten times more pictures of him so one more is nothing but a blessing to you. But you couldn’t stop wondering what was going to be special with that one tho.
Since he didn’t post for a long time, and that today you were quite in a bad mood, you decided to just lay on your bed, full covers on and you’d watch Hwi’s last interview. You missed him today, I mean way more than you usually did. Nostalgic of the times you actually could be in his arms, as many times as you have fingers since you two lived far away, you just couldn’t stop the spleen from hitting you hard. So you decided to send him a simple text, craving for a bit of attention.
From you: Hiii baby, today I miss you more than usual, when are you planning to post that pic? I wanna see your face 🫣
And then you waited, he probably couldn’t answer either because he’d be on his studio writing the next banger or on a set somewhere for the new comeback.
As you started to loose your hope to see an answer from him anytime soon, you received a notification. One that made your day…
Hwi posted.
You jumped on your phone, going to Twitter as fast as you could, you needed to see this picture, needed.
When you finally saw it, you started to sob, Hwi was the best at giving you hidden messages through his posts.
On the tweet, the caption said:

You knew that beside the part about the day, everything was about you and that’s why you were sobbing, Hwi always knew what to say to make you feel great.
As he said in his tweet, you took your laptop and went to Spotify in order to put the music. Music was always a way for you and Hwi to connect, beside the fact that he’s a musician, it’s also and mostly because that’s how he confessed his love for you (with the music: Sorry I love you by Stray Kids) and obviously you answered with another song (Fall in love with you by BoyWithUke) so it kinda became your thing. And you often talk through songs.
As soon as the music started you searched the lyrics on internet, you weren’t the best at Korean so it was needed.
At the time you were reading the lines :

You heard your phone ringing, it was pretty much unexpected and you weren’t in a good mood and you were honestly looking like a mess since you cried for at least two hours, so you weren’t going to answer but curiosity made you look at who was calling. If you weren’t answering, at least you should know who called, right?
When you see the Id you answered as fast as you could.
“You called? You called me, omg !”
Yes, it is Hwi, he decided to FaceTime you as soon as he saw that you liked his tweet.
“Of course I called you baby, look at you all sad and crying. Ugh, I hate to see you like that and to know that I can not hug you. Please stop crying.
-I…I..I can’t, I was just so sad and then I needed you and I thought you wouldn’t see my text and I cried and then you tweeted and i love you, I love you so so so much.
-it’s okay baby, I’m here, I love you, I’m here, I’m here look. Okay? No problems. We have the whole night baby, don’t worry, I’m here and I love you. “
You slowly stopped your sobbing, he is here, he loves you and he is on a call with you. He called you as soon as he saw your text, he really loves you.
“You’re so beautiful, ugh so bad you can’t really see your face, the mirrors will never reflect the whole beauty of your face and I’m so sad for that.
-Stop lying you dumbass. I cried, I look like a mess, my hair is ugly and my face is red and puffy and ewks ! My face is just Ewks!
-Tsk! You think I’m lying? Me? Your handsome Idol boyfriend? Lying to you? Tsk. I could never. I swear for real. Tstststs, stop trying to deny your beauty. I know you need some comfort so go put on the sweatshirt I send you last week, it should be here now is it?
-OMG ! THAT WAS THE MAIL I GOT ?? WHY DIDN’T YOU USED YOUR REAL NAME I DIDN’T EVEN OPENED IT !!
-Ahh… Baby, you’re such a mess, I love you. Bahahah. Anyway, GO PUT ON MY SWEATSHIRT. I kinda want to see you in it.
-You do huh…”
You make a sly face, the mood changed in about 2 seconds and from crying you went to teasing. That’s how much Hwi helps you in life.
“Yay! That’s the Y/n I like, that’s the Y/n I wanna see. Go baby ! Go baby! Go!
-Shut up you stupid”
But he got you here, you’re smiling, he make you smile.
A bit of time passed, you had to put on his sweatshirt, a white one, with the olympic logo on it, you saw it in one of his interview and you remember telling him about it for almost a week. And he send it to you, it’s now on your back. It smells like him, a wood like with a touch of citrus, the bestest smell ever. His smell.
“Okay, so now that you look even more pretty, and emphasis on the pretty, with my sweatshirt on you. I planned a karaoke night, eheh!”
And that’s actually when you notice that he is in his studio, with his little lights and his Pokemon legos, that you bought together, you got a piplup, your favourite.
“Omg, no. You know so damn well that I don’t like to sing in front of you! You’re an Idol bro? I…
-Don’t call me bro, and stop trying to convince me, it won’t work. Now since All day is still playing background, by the way, happy to know that you understood my message “ he winks to you “let’s start with this one!”
And then he started to sing, he sang the all night to be honest and you joined him at less than two songs. But you will never forget how he looked at you while singing
“I love you so much so much so much I love you so much so much so much so I love you” from All day.
Since that Phone call, you decided that All day was now your song, the song of you and Hwi. And that’s how you fall asleep, still on FaceTime with Hwi still singing ballads to make you sleep, he looked at you sleeping like the stalker he was, and you were still in his hoodie, dreaming about the next time you’ll be able to see him.

what i really love about black butler is they said what if there was one little boy and for some unknown reason absolutely unhinged occult stuff ALWAYS happened around him

He would absolutely love it if you would love reading. Takes you to the library to read together. Loves how you get excited to get a new book. Would never admit it tho. Gives you cute things to use in your bookshelf like some plants and maybe some lights.

Basically done with you. Like give him some attention not your books. Complains to the members that you read to much and don't care about him anymore. Secretly likes it tho. He takes pictures of you if he catches you reading. And tells himself all the time you look so cute when reading.
Junhyeok ->
Adores it. He loves when you look all focused on your book. Takes you to a bookshop to buy you a birthday present. Buys all the books you even touched. Looks at you every time your reading. When you look at him he would quickly look away. Also just sits with you and hugs you until your done reading.
Hwi ->
Loves it. I think he would take you to him studio so he could work on his songs and you could read. Gets so distracted by watching you read that he couldn't even finnish one song. Helps grow your book collection. And if you pressure him enough he would start reading with you.
Sungjun ->
Loving but annoying. Loves that you like reading but he needs attention to. Takes away your book in the middle of a reading session. Or just tickle's you think death. Secretly takes a picture of you to brag to the members. "Doesn't she look so cute reading like that" talks about it so much that the members come to complain to you.
